Summary: A Darkus bakugan was send to Tokyo rather back to Vestroia with the other bakugan where he meets Mimete and team up to catch pure hearts. Can the Sailor Scouts defeat this new foe or will the Battle Brawlers have to step up to help them out?

-Japan, Tokyo-

"Rats," cursed Eugeal as she entered her car. "Soyer, be sure to drum some manners into them!"

Eugeal drove away as Soyar, the daimon heart snatcher was making Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars dance away from the fireworks that were coming down.

Soyar laughed, "Follow the beat to your own defeat."

Hidden from sight, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus were watching the two scouts fighting the heart snatcher. Neptune smiled a bit, "Do you think we should help them this time?"

Uranus slightly smiled, "Let's give them a chance to prove they're real Sailor Scouts."

"Should be interesting," murmured Neptune. The two watched a couple of seconds before walking away, leaving Moon and Mars on their own again.

"Follow the beat to your own defeat," said Soyar as Moon and Mars were still dodging the falling fireworks. That's when Soyar tossed her drum to the sky, becoming two and dropped down to the scouts. "Double trouble, coming down!"

Both scouts couldn't move much now.

"Are you ready to make beautiful music together?" Soyar asked, laughing at them. Moon and Mars didn't know what to think.

"Are you mental?"

"We're not even tone!"

"That's okay. I'm not looking for harmony," Soyar took out two maces and smirked, "Just harm."

Both scouts screamed before Moon points at Mars, shouting, "Take her! Take her! Take her!"

"You're such a traitor!" snapped Mars.

"I'm not a traitor! I'm just being spineless!" argued Moon.

"Whatever! We were supposed to stick –"

"Together!"

"Huh?"

Soyar turned around, "Who said that?"

Moon and Mars turned their heads to see a small figure with her hands on her hips. "Let's just say I'm not a fan. I'm here to help my fellow scouts who're having a total meltdown in the stick together department."

"That voice…I know that voice," murmured Moon.

A small moonlight shine over to the small figure and there stood was Rini who was wearing a pink sailor scout uniform. She made her small pose, "I am Mini Moon, champion of justice and togetherness! I am the future, but I fight evil here and now! And that will be you!"

Moon and Mars had disbelief look on their faces.

"Mini Moon?!" said Moon.

Soyar wasn't impressed, "I'm not going easy on you just cause you're the rant."

Mini Moon took out a pink heart rod but before she could call out an attack, a portal opened and six kids dropped down, right on top of Soyar.

"Ah man that really hurt, is everyone alright?"

"I'm fine…well at least I think so. What about you guys?"

"I'm good, Julie?"

"Fine. Aw man my hair! It's like totally ruined!"

"Would you quit about your hair Julie!"

"Knock it off you two!"

"Well, that's good and all but – could you get off!"

"Oops, sorry Dan."

Moon and Mars just stared before quickly taking off the drums from each other and ran towards the unknown teens.

"Hey, are you guys alright?" Mars asked.

"Oh, yea we're fine. No worries," replied the small blond.

"Hey, where did you guys come from?" Mini Moon asked who was right by the brunette.

"Um, it's kind of – wait!" said the brunette before snapping his fingers. "You guys must be the Sailor Scouts that we need to find."

"Need to find? What do you mean by that?" Mars asked, slightly glaring at them.

"Hold on Mars, let's deal with the heart snatcher first," said Moon before noticing that Soyar was slight daze from the unknown crash. She made a face, "Well…this is going to be easier than the others."

Mars nodded with a blank face.

Mini pouted, "But, I really wanted to tryout my attack. I've been practicing really hard before coming back here."

"…Oh alright," said Moon before narrowing her eyes at her, "But after this, you have some explaining to do."

"Deal! Now, watch this!" said Mini Moon, happily. She aimed her rod to the daze heart snatcher, "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!"

Nothing happened.

The bluenette scratched her cheek, "Um, is something supposed to happen?"

Mini Moon made a face, looking at her rod with confusion. She frowned, "No! It worked when I was practicing, honest! What's wrong with this thing?"

"Try it again," said the brunette.

"Come on Dan, if it didn't work the first time then how it will work the second time?!" snapped the bluenette.

"Runo, don't be so negative!" Dan argued. "If you were paying attention, she's just learning on how to use that weapon of hers – so lay off!"

"…whatever," murmured Runo, crossing her arms.

Dan shook his head then smiled at Mini Moon, "Come on, give it another go."

"Okay," Mini Moon aimed the rod to the heart snatcher again, "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!"

Nothing happens for a few seconds until small hearts comes out and hit Soyar right to her face. "Ouch, stop that! It really hurts!"

"Come on Sailor Moon, while she's distracted!" Mars said.

Moon nodded, taking out her spiral heart moon rod, "Moon Spiral Heart Attack!"

There was a bright pink light going towards Soyar which destroyed her. The monster changed back into a normal drum and the daimon capsule came out and was destroyed as well.

"Well, that's over with but," Mars glanced over at the mysterious teens and Rini, "What do we do with them?"

"I say for now let's go back to the festival," Moon laughed, sheepishly, "I still haven't eaten anything."

"Festival? Count me in!" Dan said.

"Oh, don't forget about me!" Julie said, happily.

"Fine, I believe I have a few extra kimonos," said Raye as she transformed back. "Serena, take the boys to Lita. I'll take the girls to fit some kimonos."

"Right come on," said Serena, transforming back and pushed Dan, Marucho and Shun to the east side of the Shrine. Raye took the girls and Rini to the west side and fitted them before all of them went to the festival. It didn't take long for everyone to gather around at the center of the Shrine where there was a big drum.

Serena had an annoyed face while giving Rini a piggy-back. "Higher! I can't see anything! Your meatballs are on the way!" Rini whined.

"Can it mini brat! The show hasn't even started yet," snapped Serena. That's when two people came over to them. It was Michelle and Amara.

"Who's the cutie pie, Serena?" Michelle asked.

"Cutie pie? What cutie pie?" Serena asked, looking around.

"Um, the one on your back that looks just like you," responded Amara.

Serena and Rini shook their heads. Both shouted, "No way! I don't look like her!"

"Um…she's my cousin from out of town," said Serena before hearing Raye's voice. She looked up to see Raye standing near the big drum with her friend, Maya.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the highlight performance we've all been waiting for tonight!" Raye turned around to her friend, "Please welcome – Miss Maya!"

Everyone started clapping and enjoying the show when Serena remembered. "So, Rini what's the reason you came back?"

"Mother told me to come back to Earth to become a Sailor Scout…like you," replied Rini, blushing a bit.

"What?! You mean we're stuck with you again?!"

"Yup!" said Rini, happily while Serena whine, then titled her head, "But I wonder who those teens were?"

"That's a good question," said Serena. She turned around to see Lita with the six mysterious preteens before going back watching the show.

-Next day, Raye's Shrine-

"Alright, now tell us your names," said Amy.

"Sure. I'm Dan and this is my partner Drago, a Pyrus bakugan."

"Shun, pleasure. This is Skyress, she's a Ventus bakugan."

"Marucho at your service and my partner Preyas, an Aquos bakugan."

"Julie here! And this little cutie is my partner Gorem and he's a Subterra bakugan."

"Hello, I'm Alice. This is my partner Hydra, a Darkus bakugan."

"Runo and this is Tigrerra, she's a Haos bakugan."

"So…these toy-like creatures are living beings somehow?" Lita asked.

"They're not toys. They're living beings from a different dimension just like us. We come from a different Earth," explained Marucho.

"So, what did you mean when you said you needed to find us?" Raye asked.

"Well, Apollonir, a Pyrus bakugan told us something bad is going to happen that will involve not only our dimension, but yours and others as well. We're in a mission and help the Sailor Scouts," replied Dan.

"Mission? What kind of mission?" Mina asked.

"A bakugan was send here instead going back to New Vestroia," replied Marucho.

Shun crossed his arms, "Oberus, a Ventus bakugan is getting this feeling that this missing bakugan might joined whoever is controlling those…heart snatchers."

"Frosch, an Aquos bakugan said that we need to find the Sailor Scouts, the Defenders of Japan," Marucho adjusted his glasses, "He and the other legendary soldiers fear that the missing bakugan will be tough to beat even with your powers."

Amy and Raye nodded while Serena and Mina had a confused look on their faces.

"Okay, so far we understand," said Lita then noticed Serena and Mina's faces before sighing, "Well, most of us."

"Do you have any idea where you guys are going to stay for the time being?" Raye asked.

The Brawlers looked at each other before shaking their heads. The Scouts dropped their heads onto the small table with a bit sweat drop going down from their heads.

"Though," Dan scratched his cheek, "This lady that sort of looks like Serena, older appeared next to Apollonir told us that her daughter could help us out on finding a place to stay."

The Scouts blinked their eyes before looking over at…

"Wha – you mean me?" Rini said before looking down at her Luna-P. She frowned a bit, "Mother wants me to hypnotize random people?"

Shun shook his head, "She said that each of us will stay with one scout and pretend to be a family member that's coming over for a visit."

"Sounds like how Rini stays with Serena," said Amy. She looked over at Raye, "But how do we determine who gets to stay with whom?"

Raye thought for a moment before glazing over at Dan and Serena who were munching away the snacks. Runo also saw what Dan was doing and her eyes were twitching in annoyance.

"Dan! Pay attention!" Runo hit the brunette, "Can't you forget about food for one minute!"

"Ouch! Runo! Why do you have to hit so hard!" Dan shouted, rubbing his head.

"Because you're being an idiot and rude – again!" Runo argued.

The Scouts watched as not knowing what to do. Lita leaned over to Marucho, "Um…do they always fight like that?"

Marucho sighed, "Always, but is worse when Julie steps in, and then, the two-start fighting."

Mina made a face, "Is it me or it's like seeing Raye and Serena fight?"

Lita blinked her eyes, "…you might be right, Mina."

"Hey, I don't snap at Serena because she's an idiot," said Raye and Serena eyes brighten in happiness. "It's because someone needs to get through to her thick skull."

Serena dropped her head, "That's cruel Raye. Could you at least be somewhat nice to me?"

"I am being nice!" said Raye then pulled Serena's cheeks.

Shun, Marucho and Alice watched Serena fought back by pulling Raye's cheeks. They stared for a moment then looked over at the scouts. "Now we know what you mean."

Drago sighed before he and Tigrerra floated over to their partner's faces. Luckily, Gorem stopped Julie into stepping in the fight this time.

"That's quite enough Daniel," said Drago.

"That same with you Runo. Young ladies don't behave like barbarians," scolded Tigrerra.

Dan and Runo flinched upon hearing their partners scolding them again before sheepishly apologizing. They looked at each other before sticking out their tongues at each other.

"Just like Raye and Serena's fights," stated Amy. Lita and Mina nodded while trying to stop Raye and Serena, again.

Luna leaped on the table, "Right, Dan stays with Serena and Rini while Runo stays with Raye."

Julie screamed, "Holy cow! That cat can talk?!" That's when she spotted a moon like mark on Luna's forehead, "Oh, what a pretty crescent moon you have there, kitty!"

"Hey, that was my reaction when I first met Artemis," said Mina, happily.

"Well, Julie is staying with Mina," said Shun. Everyone agreed while Artemis had a grim expression.

"Now, what about Marucho, Shun and Alice?" Amy asked.

Dan grinned, "Marucho should stay with Amy. I mean Amy sounds smart like Marucho."

"If it's alright with you, Amy," said Marucho, looking at her.

"I don't mind," replied Amy before frowning. "What about Shun and Alice? Lita can't have both."

Lita sighed, "She's right. I only have one guest room."

Serena thought for a moment, "Lita take Alice…I'll ask Darien for help."

"Who?" Shun asked.

"Darien is Serena's boyfriend," replied Amy then looked over at Serena, "Alright, ask him if Shun can stay at his place."

"Wouldn't he be a bit suspicious about this?" Marucho asked.

"No, he helps out with our battles as well," said Serena before looking down at Rini. "By the way, what's your reason for you to be back here?"

Rini took out something, "Mother wrote a letter explaining why I'm here."

"Well, give it to me then," said Serena, handing out her hand. However, instead giving the letter to Serena, Rini gave it to Mina.

"Mina, why don't you read it out loud?" Rini said while Serena glared at her.

"Um, yea okay, let's see," said Mina as she opened the letter. "We appreciate your offer of completing the training of our dear Rini. We are very grateful and hope you will look after our daughter, thank you…that's it."

"Really? There's no more," said Raye a bit irritated.

"Well, Neo-Queen Serenity is just like Serena herself," stated Luna.

Serena leaned over at Luna, "What do you mean by that?!"

"You're totally right Luna," said Mina, showing the letter to everyone. "Just look. I read this from my imagination."

Everyone was shocked as they looked over the letter.

"How can you read it? It's nothing, but symbols!"

"There're a few letters, but there half erased."

"You should try to look in a dictionary."

"Maybe she was too lazy to look at the words!"

"I really know that she was really Serena."

"Wow! Even Dan has better writing then that!"

"Is that English or Japanese?"

"I agree with Amy. There are a few words that look recognizable."

Serena dropped her head on the table.

Dan leaned over to her, "So, I'm guessing that you'll be this queen in the future or something?"

Serena nodded, "Let's talk about this later. We need to have my parents, Amy's mom, Raye's grandfather and Mina's parents' minds alter; thinking that their 'nieces' and 'nephews' are coming over for a visit."

Dan nodded and both saw everyone wasn't looking at the letter anymore.

"I wonder what kind of training her mother had in mind?" Mina wondered.

"If she wanted her to be trained the ways of a princess, it would be pointless learning it from Serena," said Lita with a small laugh.

"What if she learns the bad habits that Serena seems to know," stated Raye.

"That's right. The future Mars told me to look out and warn me that Serena is careless, a bit selfish and clumsy," said Rini.

Dan quickly grabbed Luna and Artemis out of the way just as Serena tackled Raye.

"Raye, how could you?!"

"Wait! I didn't say anything! It was future Mars who did! Cut it out Serena!"

"I'm seeing…a pattern here," murmured Marucho and the others nodded.

"But what I don't get," Runo looked at Rini, "If you're from the future, then how can you be here?"

"Oh, I have this key that allows me to travel through time and space," said Rini, taking out the golden key. "By the way, I'm different than Serena as I'm not clumsy at all."

"Well, I guess we should get started," said Amy. "Raye, where's your grandfather so that Rini can work her magic?"

"Right, let me – Serena, would you let go of me!"

Serena pouted, "Fine. Come on Dan and Shun, let us go to Darien's place then."

"Good idea Serena. Rini, once you're done here then come with me to my place," said Amy.

Rini nodded, "Okay. Let the way, Raye!"

Raye guided Rini and Runo out of the room to where her grandfather would be.

That's when Mina noticed something more in the letter. "P. S: Dear Serena, in the 21st century it's been my experience that it's always best to study hard when one is young, and I hope you'll follow this principle…there's no more."

The Scouts made a face before looking over the direction where Serena, Dan and Shun left.

"As if she likes studying!"

Alice and the others just laughed, nervously.

Next chapter: Rini is off with her training but trouble appears when she tries to impress a young Tea Master to be her friend. Rini was ready to defend her new friend but how will Dan and Shun able to help?
