Summary: A Darkus bakugan was send to Tokyo rather back to Vestroia with the other bakugan where he meets Mimete and team up to catch pure hearts. Can the Sailor Scouts defeat this new foe, or will the Battle Brawlers have to step up to help them out?

"Please, Amara. Tell me how I place your pure heart back?" Serena begged.

"No…don't. Leave them be…you need to find…the last treasure…please Sailor Moon," said Amar, weakly.

"But…" started Serena, sadly.

"Once you gather all…three treasures, the purity c…chalice will appear. With that chalice…the legendary princess…will be able to save the world…from the darkness that's coming," explained Amara, weakly.

Dan and Shun looked at each other while the others widen their eyes. Shun leaned to Dan, "Didn't Apollonir say the same thing? Beside looking for that missing bakugan."

Dan nodded, "Yea, he did. So, that would mean whatever darkness that's going to attack in our dimension…starts here."

"But that means we have to stop this darkness in this dimension," said Marucho.

Alice bit her lip, "Guys, do you think it could be possible that the missing bakugan is helping this upcoming darkness?"

"It's possible," murmured Shun.

Runo gritted her teeth, "But, where do we start looking?"

The brawlers looked at each other before hearing Serena's shout. They turned around to see Amara closed her eyes and the scouts were looking down.

"Is…Is she alright?" Alice asked.

Mina bended down to hear Amara's heartbeat, "It's weak, but there's still a pulse."

"So, let's find a way to get their pure hearts out of these treasures," suggested Lita before frowning, "Um, does anyone have any idea how?"

The scouts and the brawlers thought for a moment before shaking their heads.

"Fire Buster!"

All of them moved out of the way as flames came towards them. Serena turned around to see if Amara and Michelle were alright which they were, but the treasures were gone.

"You're not going to put them anywhere because they belong to me now!" Eugeal laughed as she held up the two treasures.

"Those don't belong to you!" Serena got up, holding her brooch, "Moon Comic Power!"

"And you will give them back!" Dan took out his card, "Ability card, power of Pyrus bakugan – transform!"

"Those treasures hold the pure hearts of Amara and Michelle," stated Serena.

"And we're not going to let you take them," said Dan.

"We'll see about that – Fire Buster!" Eugeal said as a blast of flames headed towards them. The incoming flames stopped Serena and knocked her out.

Dan gritted his teeth, "Tornado Barrier!"

The flames surround them, but it didn't die down, they kept on going.

"So, what do you think? This is my upgraded Fire Buster, and I should say it's much hotter than my first one," Eugeal smirked, "Isn't that right, Pyrus?"

Dan glared at her before flinching as the flames was getting close to breaking the barrier. He turned a bit to his friends, "A little help will be appreciated!"

"Nothing can help you! Later losers!" Eugeal laughed, dashing away.

"Come on Marucho, let's see if we can wash out the flames," said Amy. Marucho nodded and the two combine their attacks, "Shine Aqua Illusion / Wave Shield!"

The two attacks clashed into the flames, but it didn't seem to work as the flames continued to burn around them and Dan was getting tired.

"Think of something else – quick!" Dan shouted, gritting his teeth. "Drago, we need to put more energy into the barrier!"

"But I don't know if you would be able to handle it," said Drago, worriedly.

"Just until they get rid of these blasted flames! Guys, quick!" Dan shouted.

"Let me try. I'll fight the fire with fire," Raye stepped up, "Mars Celestial Fire Surround!" Instead of killing the flames, it increased the flames.

"It just made it worse," Alice turned to Dan, "Hang on a bit longer!"

"Just…hurry!" Dan said, wincing. Shun was about to step up when they heard glass breaking. All looked up to see Tuxedo Mask coming down, revealing Mini Moon who was hiding in his cape.

"Go! Luna-P extinguish!" Rini shouted, throwing the cat ball and was turned into water gas vapor, calming down the flames. Dan sighed in relief, dropping his arms and collapsed to his knees. The brawlers dashed over to him.

Marucho bended down, "Are you okay?"

"Y-Yea. I'll be just fine," replied Dan, tiredly as Shun picked him up. The brunette smiled, "Thanks for the save Mini Moon."

Rini smiled, "No problem, but you sure you're going to be, okay?"

Dan took a deep breath before grinning, "See? Totally fine. Now, let's go after that old hag."

The scouts and the brawlers nodded before running after Eugeal. Dan and Serena looked over at the unconscious bodies of Amara and Michelle.

"We promise. We will bring back your pure hearts," vowed Serena.

"Be careful, the both of you," Darien looked at Shun, "Watch over them. I'll stay here and keep an eye on these two."

Shun nodded and the three of them dashed out as the same direction where the others were heading. They turned to the first corner, but quickly stopped. The scouts and the brawlers were stuck in some sort of yellow goo and Eugeal was running away from them, laughing.

"Ah! That old hag is going to pay!" Julie shouted, having tears going down. "My hair! Is so totally ruined!"

"Your hair?! You shouldn't be worried about that!" Runo snapped, gritting her teeth. "You should be thinking on how we get ourselves free from – ah!"

Dan and Shun made a face as they saw Runo and Rini face-planted onto the goo.

"What do we do?" Serena asked before giving her friends an apology, "Forgive me guys!"

At first, the scouts were confused until Serena started jumping on their backs, using them as a bridge to get across the other side.

"Oh wow! I can't believe you guys are letting her use you like that," said Rini.

"Yea, we were reduced to steppingstones," murmured Raye.

Shun stared at the goo then grabbed Dan's arm and tossed him over to the other side. "What the – Shun?" Dan said as he landed safely.

"Go. I'll stay behind and help the others. You two have to stop Eugeal or she'll leave with those treasures and the pure hearts!" said Shun.

"That's right! Get going!" Lita shouted.

Serena and Dan nodded and dashed forward, determine to save Amara and Michelle's pure hearts. After a few hallways and stairs, they ran into Trista.

"Oh, I was wondering where you went," said Dan.

Trista smiled, "Forgive me. Unfortunately, Eugeal has pass here not too long ago. Shall we go and stop her?"

Serena and Dan nodded as Trista transformed into Sailor Pluto.

Dan grinned, "Wicked staff!"

Trista giggled, "Thank you, but there's no time for a chit-chat."

Serena and Dan nodded and the three continued up the stairs. As they entered in another room, the brunette spotted Eugeal at the end of the room and heading to the exit.

"Oh no, you don't! Maximum Dragon!" Dan shouted.

Eugeal stopped, quickly turned around, "Fire Buster!"

The two fires collided and cancelled each other out.

"Impressive, but it's still not power enough to beat mine!" Eugeal smirked, "The two of you can't beat me! Not even you, Moon brat!"

"You can say all you want, but I'm going to get those pure heart crystals away from you," said Serena, taking out her heart rod.

"You sure?" Eugeal questioned her, "If I recall, I stopped your pathetic attack with my first version of my Fire Buster."

Serena gritted her teeth, "Moon Spiral Heart attack!"

"Fire Buster!" Eugeal shouted. The two attacks clashed and cancelled each other out, again. She laughed, "See? I told you! Nothing can beat my upgraded Fire Buster! Not you, Moon brat or Pyrus and…um, who in the world are you?"

"Forgive me, but I'm Sailor Pluto, the guardian of time and space. And I wouldn't allow you to take those pure heart treasures."

Eugeal made a face, "Not another one."

That's when the others came in and gasped to see another sailor scout while Rini smiled. "Pluto! What are you doing here?" she asked.

Trista closed her eyes and lifted her staff up, "The last – pure heart treasure!"

"Seriously?!" Julie said.

"What are the odds," murmured Runo.

Eugeal smirked, "Well, you saved me the trouble for looking for it, so I thank you for bring it to me. Now – hand it over!"

"Not a chance!" Trista snapped as the crimson sphere treasure came to her hand, "Like I'm going to allow this treasure to go to a wicked woman like you! I'll be taking the other two if you don't mind."

The sphere shined a bright light, causing the two treasures that Eugeal has, go over to Trista.

"What! No, come back!" Eugeal shouted.

On Trista's forehead appeared her planet mark as Amara and Michelle suddenly appeared and the two treasures went straight to them. That's when their own planet marks appear on their foreheads and the two treasures shine bright and their pure hearts came out from them.

Their pure heart crystals returned to them.

Serena and Dan sigh in relief, knowing that they are going to be alright. That's when the two started to wake up and were in disbelief to see they were alive.

"Wha – how – ah! The treasures!" said Amara.

"I guess…there's no victim after all Uranus," said Michelle, softly and Amara nodded in disbelief.

"So, like…what happens now?" Julie wondered.

"Do the treasures hold more power since all three of them are together?" Mina asked.

Amara and Michelle looked at each other before grabbing the two treasures. The three treasures gave out a massive bright light, causing everyone to close their eyes.

'It's time,' thought Trista, using her other power. She's only allowed to use it this once.

Dan and his friends felt something unlocking from their minds before blacking out. They woke up and found themselves floating above a white castle with the six attributes on top of the towers.

"Is this…what I think it is?" Julie asked.

"I have no idea, but – I would like to be on the ground!" Runo was holding down her dress so it wouldn't reveal anything, "Dan! Do something!"

The brunette was about to reply when Trista appeared before them.

"Hey! What's going on here?" Shun asked.

"First, I'm Sailor Pluto, guardian of time and space. I was given this one chance to unlock your past memories…before your souls were send to your dimension."

"So, this is…our past – ah!" said Dan before being separated from the others to different locations in the white castle.

Shun and Skyress went to a music room.

Marucho and Preyas went to the library.

Alice and Hydra went to the gardens.

Runo and Tigrerra went to an art room.

Julie and Gorem went to a gallery room.

Lastly, Dan and Drago went to the training ground. The brunette saw a younger version of himself and next to him was Apollonir and a young Pyrus Dragonoid. He closed his eyes, "Drago, please tell me you're seeing what I'm seeing."

"If you mean seeing a small version of you and myself with Apollonir, then…yes, I am. Also…you're wearing strange clothes," replied Drago.

Dan opened his eyes to see a young version of himself, wearing some sort medieval clothes. It was a dark red tunic, a brown belt with a small sword hanging on his left side, brown pants and dark brown boots. The brunette watched his young self trying to control his fire powers.

"I can't do it, Apollo!" Daniel cried, rubbing his eyes, "It's – It's too hard!"

"Easy there young child. Just keep on practicing and eventually you'll be able to summon fire out of your hands in no time," assured Apollonir.

Daniel nodded, slowly, "Okay. May I be excused? I'm getting a bit hungry."

"Very well. We'll continue in the evening," Apollonir turned to the Pyrus Dragonoid, "Young dragonoid, watch over this young child."

Pyrus dragonoid nodded before turning to his ball form. He went over to Daniel, "Shall we?"

Daniel grinned and placed the dragonoid to his shoulder then went inside the castle.

Dan watched with a soft expression, "This place…I remember now. It was our home…I was saved by Apollonir when a mob killed my parents and were about to kill me…I didn't remember my name, so Apollonir called me Daniel Pyrus…until I was reborn at Earth as Daniel Kuso."

"I was selected to be your protector. I was quite young at the time," said Drago. "You were like a little brother and vowed to protect you, no matter what."

Dan lowered his head, "We all treated each other like family. We…had no one else. Shun, Marucho, Alice, Julie, and Runo were my siblings…"

"Dan…" said Drago, softly.

"Hey, Shun, how was your music lesson?" Daniel said, happily.

Dan looked up to see a young Shun coming out from a room. He was wearing a green tunic, a brown belt with pouches on each side, dark green gloves, black pants and dark brown boots. On his shoulder was a Ventus Phoenix.

"Alright, I guess, but next time you're coming," said young Shun, crossing his arms. "I don't get it, you have a pretty good talent in the flute, but you rarely play it, why?"

Daniel shrugged, "Don't know. I mean I do play, but mostly at night."

"No wonder I can sleep peacefully – it was you!"

Dan turned around to see young Runo and Julie.

Young Runo was wearing a white tunic dress with a yellow beaded belt around her waist and white boots while young Julie was wearing an orange-brown dress with a dark brown belt around her waist and brown boots. Both of their bakugan protectors were sitting on their shoulders.

Daniel blushed, "Yes…"

"It sounds so pretty, brother!" Julie gave Daniel a hug, "Why can't you play during lunch? Oh, please brother!"

"Um, well," started Daniel, nervously.

"Oh, please Daniel. I really love to hear you play again," begged Runo, kindly.

Daniel sighed, "Oh, alright. Come, Alice and Marucho must be waiting for us."

Julie and Runo cheered and dragged the boys to the diner room.

"We treated each other like family," murmured Shun, appearing behind Dan who was startled a bit. He sighed, "It's no wonder we became fast friends back at present-Earth."

"Yea," Dan made a face, "It's so weird to see Runo being so nice…but it's kind of nice to see her soft side."

"Wha-What did you say, Kuso?!"

Dan and Shun turned around to see the girls and Shun could faintly see that Runo was blushing. "Do I really need to repeat myself Runo?" Dan slightly smirked, "Or should I say…sister?"

Runo clenched her hands, marched up to the brunette, grabbed his shirt and started shaking him. "Don't you dare call me your sister, Kuso!"

Shun and Marucho simply sigh while Alice and Julie giggled.

"Well, I for one can't believe Exedra would make an excellent guardian. And Hydra was very protective of me," said Alice, smiling.

"Um, don't mention it Alice," murmured Hydra, slightly embarrassed.

Marucho grinned, "Frosch as a guardian was educational, but Preyas was like a big brother who taught me how to relax."

Preyas blushed, "Aw, Marucho-buddy, stop. You're making me blush!"

"And it's why I love Gorem so much!" Julie said, happily, giving her partner a kiss. "He was such a dear even though he was a bakugan."

The Subterra just blushed while getting cuddled by his partner.

Shun closed his eyes, "I've learned so much from Oberus and Skyress. Mostly combat and patience, but they taught me about the gracefulness of music."

"Apollonir was teaching me on how to control my fire element," said Dan, softly.

The brawlers walked to the diner room to see their past selves, eating with no care of the world. Daniel was playing his flute while the others were listening.

"Hey! Daniel, do you know when Serenity will be coming over? I really want to make those flower crowns again with her," said Julie as Daniel finished playing.

"Don't know, Jul. I think Apollo mention about going to the Moon kingdom for her birthday though," replied Daniel.

"Oh, that's great!" said Julie.

"I say let's head over to the Aquos dimension and take a small swim. What do you say guys?" Preyas asked.

"I don't mind," said Marucho.

"Nor I," agreed Alice.

Daniel's arm shot up, "All in favor to an afternoon swim, say I!"

Everyone grinned before going over to a room that held two sphere orbs. One of them was the Silent core and the other was the Infinity core.

The brawlers watched as a blue portal open, and their past selves entered inside. They stayed at the empty room before a bright light blinded them once again. Once it dimmed, they were standing in midair and Trista was floating in front of them.

"Now, you understand your true duties as Vestroia's guardians. The Legendary Soldiers true mission was to protect you until you have reached your true potential and able to wield your own sacred treasures."

"Our own sacred treasures?!"

Trista waved her staff and showed them their own pure hearts. Each of their crystals were the color of their attribute. Suddenly, the heart crystals turned into weapons.

Dan was a long black sword, but the inner steel was molten lava, and the handle was black-reddish and in the middle had a lava gem with the Pyrus mark.

Shun was a long spear with a wind design and in the middle had the Ventus mark on the steel blade, wrapped in a green cloth. The tip of the staff had a small blade.

Marucho was a medium sword, but instead of steel was solid ice with water designs and the handle was black and in the middle of it had the Aquos mark.

Runo was a long gold and white staff with a white crystal that formed as the Haos mark.

Alice was a long black bow and on top of it was the Darkus mark. The arrows were made from the dark energy from the Darkus bakugan.

Julie was a long hammer with a spear on the tip and on the center of the hammer had the Subterra mark. It had an orange-brownish cloth around the hammer.

"These weapons…are inside in our pure hearts," murmured Dan in disbelief. "How…How do we unlock them? Can we even use them?"

Trista nodded, "You can, but only when you're fully awaken. Daniel, you're very close to unlocking yours. The same for you, Shun, but the rest of you need work."

Dan and Shun smirked as they should have known. Runo was annoyed, Julie just sighed, dramatically while Alice and Marucho nodded.

"I must warn you…be careful not to get your pure hearts snatched. If the enemy gets a hold of it, it can lead to destruction," said Trista, seriously.

The brawlers nodded before they all black out again.
