Me: ….'sigh'

Well, my kidneys are fine, but now it's my blood liver! A month back, I went to the ER where they found an unknown mass so I have been busy getting appointments with my GERD doctor to find out what it is. Also the back pain I have been getting are quite…well, it's to the point where I have to go back to the ER…once again. I have been there for almost three or four times once again…actually, I was close on to going back again last night as my pain was only on my right side but luckily I have an appointment with my prim-doc tomorrow (July 3) so hopefully she can help me…I just hope I don't end up at the ER in my birthday (July 7) as last year, I was bedridden with that blasted IV antibiotics treatment.

Anyway, I'm going to see if I can update some stories the best I could today as my internet connection is pretty good today – the past few days was horrible, that I couldn't even be online.

Now enough of my ranting, I would like to thank those who reviewed: CMC, YukiYuu48, Peter Sam and Sharkloey. Peter, thanks for the remaining abilities for the Outer Scouts.

Well, enjoy this chapter and I hope I can update the next one in a month or so.

Dan and Rini were finishing eating their breakfast when they heard Serena screaming.

"Oh no! I'm late for school again!"

"Well, about time meatball head is awake," murmured Rini, jumping off from her chair. She smiled, "See you after school Dan, bye Auntie Ikuko!"

"Have a nice day, Rini," waved Ikuko.

"Mom!" shouted Serena as she was brushing her teeth, "Why didn't you or anyone wake me up in time for the first bell?"

"We did, Serena," replied Ikuko. "Dan, Rini and I went to your room to wake you up. Each time you said you were going to get ready."

"And you believed me?" questioned Serena as Dan was leaving the house. "Hey! Wait for me!"

"Serena!" shouted Ikuko, holding onto a lunch box. "Aren't you forgetting something, dear?"

"What did I…oh right," said Serena before grabbing her lunch box. "Bye mom! See you afterschool!"

While Dan made it just in time, Serena however made it within a few seconds late. Miss Haruna had her stand outside while finishing taking roll call and handing out their tests the other day.

"This is bad," murmured Serena as her stomach growled, "I'm hungry." She looked around before taking out her lunch box. Serena smiled, "I did skip breakfast this morning. Time to dig in…"

Suddenly the door slide open and stand there was her English teacher. She glared, "What are you doing, Tsukino?!" then taking out her test paper in front of her, "If you don't change your attitude, you're always going to fail!"

"A 40 percent?!" said Serena in disbelief. She had a sad face, "But I studied this time."

"Have your mother sign this and return it to me – by tomorrow!" said Haruna.

When break came, Serena was sulking sadly in her seat while her friends and Dan were with her. Amy, Marucho, Lita, Alice, and Mina were in a different class, they normally meet up during lunch. Julie is in the same class with Serena and Dan.

"Gosh, you're unbelievable, Serena. You seriously need to learn some self-control," said Molly. She crossed her arms, "Anyway just forget about it. It was just one lousy test. It's not like it's the end of the world."

"That's what you said the last time when I flunked a test," murmured Serena. "And the last time, mom kicked me out of the house and cut my allowance! Now she is going to do it again and I won't have enough to play that new Sailor V game!"

"It couldn't be that bad," said Dan, taking out his test paper. He showed his score, "English is not my strongest subject either, but I was able to half pass/half fail…I got a 50 percent so Aunt Ikuko needs to sign this."

"It's more what I got!" sobbed Serena.

"Actually…you're not the one with the lowest percent here," murmured Julie, showing her score which was 30 percent.

"Hey Serena, how did you do on your test?" asked Melvin, walking over to them. He sighed, "I can't believe I slacked off again so I only got a 97 percent."

"You're such a jerk, Melvin. Can't you see she's upset?" said Molly, angrily. That's when she got an idea, "That's it! Let's go shopping! We can go to my mom's jewelry store! She started this major sale just yesterday! The beautiful jewelry will blow you away!"

"Like diamonds and rubies," said Julie with sparkle in her eyes.

Dan and Melvin made a face.

"Totally girl," said Molly. "We can go afterschool if you both like."

"Okay, we'll be there for sure," said Serena, excitedly. "Oh, I wish school was already over!"

As the girls giggled, Dan and Melvin shook their heads before the bell rang and break was over. Afterschool Dan picked up Rini from her school before meeting the girls at the jewelry store.

"Wow, there are so many people here," said Serena.

"Thank you all for coming today. Welcome! Welcome! Please go ahead and try them on," shouted a redhead woman.

"If only Ikuko was not out, then I wouldn't be forced to be here," murmured Dan.

Rini giggled, "We can always just ditch them and head over to the arcade. Serena wouldn't be here long anyway…she doesn't have any money to buy anything."

"You know what," said Dan as a girl bumped into him, "Let's go before I start losing it."

Rini nodded before the two slipped away from the overcrowded jewelry store, but just as they were about to leave, Dan felt a familiar dark energy roaming around the stones. The brunette glared at them before shaking it off and walked with Rini to the arcade.

Julie watched them leave before sighing. She walked over to Serena, "Looks like Danny left with Rini. I guess it was too much for him."

"I guess…he felt out of place," said Serena. She grinned, 'At least I don't have to watch over Rini. She can be such a brat…I wonder if my older self was too soft to punish her.'

"My mom is sure acting strange," murmured Molly. She titled her head, "Actually….the last time she acted like this is when that monster attacked us during that night when Sailor Moon saved us."

Serena and Julie widen their eyes.

'The last time…' thought Serena.

"Welcome! Everything's on sale. Please feel free to try on anything," said Susan Baker, Molly's mother. Then quietly she laughed diabolically, 'Foolish humans…Morga has returned and this time, no one is going to save you, not even…

"Momma!" shouted Molly.

Morga forced a smile and turned to Molly, "Oh dear, welcome home."

"You remember Serena, right? And I brought another friend, her name is Julie," said Molly. She smiled, "They came over to see some of the new jewelry you have on sale."

"Oh, yes I do remember her, dear. It's nice to see you again Serena and nice to meet you Julie," said Morga. "It's a bit crowded, but please take your time and look around."

"Thank you ever much, madam," said Serena and Julie.

"Ah, come follow me," said Morga, guiding the girls into a case of jewelry. She took out a box of a beautiful ring, "If you're interested in diamonds, how about this one? It's a flawless twenty carat diamond, but for you…ten dollars. What do you say, girls?"

"Ten dollars?!"

Suddenly, Molly, Julie and Serena were pushed out of the way as the women and some girls from their school were trying to buy the down priced diamond. The three crawled out from the crowd and were standing by the entrance.

"This is unbelievable," said Molly before titling her head, "But…this is so weird Serena."

"I really want that diamond," murmured Serena as Julie nodded.

"Maybe you can ask your dad," suggested Molly.

"Yea, but seeing how I failed my English test…and not to mention, I spent all my allowance not too long ago," said Serena, sadly. "I better get going…before showing my mom my test score…"

"See you tomorrow then…and good luck," said Molly.

"I better get going as well. Mina was going to show me this awesome clothing store after she finished with volleyball practice," said Julie before leaving the store.

Serena and Molly waved before Serena left and went over to the arcade. There she found Dan and Rini on the racing seats…or rather Rini was sitting on Dan and must be working on the pedals while Dan was driving. But what surprised Serena was that there opponent; Shun.

Serena walked over to them, "So whose winning?"

"We are!" said Rini, happily.

"That's because you two are working together against me," said Shun.

"Well, Rini wanted to race yea, but she couldn't reach the pedals so we agreed that I drive while she worked the pedals," explained Dan. He smiled, sheepishly, "Yea I know it's sort of cheating, but what can I say? I'm a sucker of unfairness."

"This is unfair Dan!" snapped Shun, playfully.

"Shun…if you're here then that means…oh! Darien!" said Serena as she turned around to see her boyfriend standing next to her. "What are you doing here?"

"I should be asking you the same question," said Darien before looking serious. "Shun sensed something…off around here so we're investigating. And you?"

Serena widened her eyes, "Um well…about that…"

"Are you taking about a familiar dark energy Shun?" asked Dan as their game ended. He narrowed his eyes, "The same dark energy from Naga."

Shun nodded, "The very same. Did you sense it?"

"I did," replied Dan. "At the jewelry store down the street. The stones….they were surrounded with dark energy that Naga used. Was there something off when you were there, Serena?"

"Now that you mention it – yes!" said Serena. "Molly's mom is acting very strange…actually, she is acting the same way when the Dark Kingdom started attacking the city and gathering energy."

Darien frowned, "That is strange and…"

"Déjà vu," murmured Serena.

"Dan, you don't think," started Shun.

"Oh, I don't think, I know," said Dan. He gritted his teeth, "Odin…he must have some of the dark energy from Naga when he had the silent core. If that's the case…"

"Whatever monster you fought before Serena is a lot stronger now," finished Shun.

Serena and Rini looked worried.

"Should we tell this to the others?" asked Rini.

"We best not," said Dan, removing Rini from his lap. He got up, "Even if the others know how to fight, they don't know the power of the dark energy we had to endure with Naga."

"It…can't be that bad, can it?" asked Serena.

Drago popped out from Dan's pocket, "Oh it can and it's dangerous as well. Even I was overtaken by the bakugan that was fused with the dark energy. Dan and I barely made it out alive…if it wasn't for Masquerade's help, we'd been done for."

Dan looked down, recalling the two bakugan that almost killing Drago in the fused Pyrus and Darkus dimension.

"Then we'll handle this together," said Darien before looking over at Serena. "By the way, the last time you were at the jewelry store, you got that horrible test score. Don't tell me…"

Serena sighed, "I did study! And it's not like it was a 30 percent like the last time!"

Darien sighed, "Well, English isn't your best subject…I'll help you out to study for your next test. Maybe we can tackle it in a different manner than what your friends are trying to show you."

Serena smiled and hugged Darien, lovingly before heading back home.

"We're home!" shouted Serena, taking off her shoes.

"Welcome home everyone," greeted Ikuko, happily. "You know, I ran into Melvin at the store and he showed me his test score and he got a 97 percent. So how did you do this time Serena? And what about you Dan?"

'Blast you Melvin,' thought Serena and Dan.

Dan just handed his test paper, "I know it's bad, but at least it's half passable, right?"

"Mm, you do have a point there…alright, I'll it pass, but promise me you'll do better next time…and not stay up late at night watching a scary movie with Shingo," said Ikuko with a slight glare.

Dan nodded before he ran upstairs with Rini following him suit. The two wanted to avoid the upcoming shouting that is about to begin.

"Serena, your turn," said Ikuko. Slowly, Serena handed her mother the test paper and lowed her head. Ikuko once happy face turned into a glare, "A 40 percent?! How dare you bring another failing grade like this even Dan scored higher than you! You don't deserve to be let into the house – again!"

Once again, her mother kicked her out of the house.

"Mom, no please!" sobbed Serena.

"I don't want to hear it! Go back to the library and study!" shouted Ikuko. Serena sobbed, leaning onto the door when her brother came home.

"What the heck are you doing, Serena? You got kicked out again?" said Shingo, shaking his head. "I can't believe I have a dumb sister like you…I wish Dan was my older brother. At least he brings better grades than you do."

"How dare you talk to me like that!" snapped Serena as her brother sticks his out tongue at her. She gritted her teeth and was about to kick her brother when he closed the door. She ends up injuring her foot, "Ouch! Mom, please let me in! Please, it's too late in the afternoon to study!"

After going to the library and bumping into Amy and Marucho, Serena was able to finish her homework with their help before heading back home. She showed her mother that she finished her homework which surprised Ikuko, allowing her daughter to come back inside.

Ikuko left some dinner for Serena who finished it and headed to her room. Serena collapsed onto her bed as Dan and Rini walked into the room.

"You actually finished your homework," Rini said surprised.

"Yea, but Amy and Marucho helped me out to understand it," replied Serena, tiredly. "Marucho even point out what I got wrong in my test and help me understand it better."

Dan smiled, "That's Marucho for yea. He helps me a lot with my homework so I wouldn't get scolded by my mom."

Rini and Serena giggled when suddenly Luna jumped into the room from the window, causing Serena to scream and fell from her bed.

"Trouble news, it looks like the same enemy that Serena first fought was brought back," informed Luna, seriously. "And it looks like she's at it again, but under her account this time."

"Let's go then!" said Rini.

Dan and Serena nodded before the three of them quietly sneaked out of the house and headed to the jewelry store. Nearby was Darien as Tuxedo Mask and Shun in his warrior outfit already.

They entered the store to see Morga was choking Molly, again.

Tuxedo Mask throws his rose, hitting Morga's hand that caused her to drop Molly onto the ground. Ventus quickly picked up Molly and took her somewhere safe.

"You!" shouted Morga. "I remember you!"

"And I remember your ugly face," said Sailor Moon, taking out her heart rod. "I don't know how you were revived, but I'll be sending you back from where you came from!"

"I will like to see you try," said Morga, smugly. On her hands, she generated dark lightening sparks and sends it towards them, rapidly.

Pyrus and Ventus were able to dodge from getting hit from the lightening, but they sensed something off about it. Tuxedo Mask was able to knock them off by using his staff while Sailor Moon and Mini Moon were trying to dodge the lightening as well.

Suddenly, Mini Moon lost her footing and fall to the ground. Morga took her chance and sends some dark lightening towards Mini Moon.

"Mini Moon!" shouted Sailor Moon. Not caring for her safety, she stood in front the incoming attack and tries to deflect it using her rod, but unfortunately the lightening was faster.

"Sailor Moon!" shouted Tuxedo Mask.

As the dark lightening run through Sailor Moon's body, some of it hit her brooch and suddenly it turned into a dark purple glow color and her sailor outfit changed back into her first outfit.

"What…What happened?" asked Mini.

"I don't know," replied Sailor Moon, softly.

"It's almost like you were downgraded from your power," said Tuxedo Mask. He placed his hand over her glowing brooch, but hissed when the dark purple energy shocked him.

"She was," said Ventus, seriously. "That purple energy is the same dark energy that Naga used. It would seem like that monster must have combined the dark energy to her attack and it must have drained Sailor Moon's power back to square one."

Sailor Moon and Mini Moon gasped.

"But if that's true – how can I beat her without the power of the Purity Chalice?!" said Sailor Moon.

"That's not your true power Sailor Moon," argued Pyrus, sending a few fireballs towards Morga. "You got that power from the bond and love you got from your friends and family! Not cause the chalice!"

"Pyrus' right," said Tuxedo Mask. "The devotion in your heart is what makes you strong Sailor Moon."

"I'll show you devotion, you brat!" snapped Morga, dashing towards them.

Pyrus stood in front of them, "Burning Dragon!"

The flames came out of his hand and surrounded Morga from the air. Suddenly the flames increased and slowly something was forming in front of Pyrus. It was a long black sword with the inner steel was molten lava; the handle was black-reddish and in the middle had a lava gem with the Pyrus mark.

Ventus widened his eyes, "That's…."

Pyrus nodded before grabbing the handle and sends a few flaming slashes towards Morga.

Sailor Moon closed her eyes, 'They're right. My true power is not from the chalice, but the love and friendship I have with my friends and family. And with that – I'm not going to lose!'

She opened her eyes, activating the supersonic waves from her hair pieces and with full control; she was able to send it only towards to Morga.

"Ah! Not again!" shouted Morga, covering her ears and stopping from escaping from her fire prison. The fire slashes hit her chest, making her weak.

Suddenly, Sailor Moon's brooch glowed causing the dark purple to disappear and returning Sailor Moon's upgraded power. Without the chalice, she transformed into Super Sailor Moon.

"Ready when you are," Pyrus smiled as Sailor Moon nodded.

"Tornado Storm," shouted Ventus, surrounding Morga in a wind of tornado. "Finish her!"

Sailor Moon and Pyrus nodded, "Rainbow Moon Heartache / Maximum Dragon!"

"No!" shouted Morga before getting destroyed once more.

In the back, Odin watched from the shadows before heading back to Bureau's building. He was curious on how powerful the Sailor Scouts were and if he can downgrade their power by using the dark energy he has left from the silent core, but unfortunately the outcome didn't come to his favor. What more surprised him was seeing the Pyrus' attitude magma sword appear before the brawler brat. 'I must inform Dr. Tomoe about this…and Mistress 9,' he thought.
