Me: Hey guys, sorry about the wait…and future delay…

Not too long ago, I was admitted in the hospital and I just barely got out. They found three mass in my liver and not sure it's cancer or not. I'm waiting for the results and see what the surgeon will do afterwards…but there is a slight high that there will be a surgery to remove them… In my next update, I'll let you know what the doc decision will be.

Anyway, I thank Wishfull-star and Penny is wise for the reviews.

Well, all side and done, onward to the story!

Summary: AU – After meeting with the Headmaster, Harry meets a strange woman that says she can change the past to a better future with his help. Will Harry help her change history to a better one and help those who were in need of help in the beginning?

I don't own Harry Potter. All credit goes to J.K Rowling but I do own my OC, Yuki. Warning there might be some grammar errors and spelling mistakes so please bear with me. No pairings for the children just yet, but head advance, no Harry and Ginny pairing here…I don't like her.

Anyway all said and done, onward to the story!

Harry and his friends were enjoying their first week of classes.

Their surrogate uncle Remus or Professor Lupin teaches History of Magic and it was quite interesting. In their first lesson, Remus with Merlin's portrait help talked about how magic started to form within the muggleborns.

In Charms that was taught by Filius Flitwick was quite funny. Somehow Seamus caused an explosion when they were trying to cast the Lumos charm. It caused the small half goblin to fall from his desk while some of the students started to laugh, mostly the Gryffindors.

In Herbology was taught by Pomona Sprout who looked like a lovely mother figure. Most of the Gryffindor girls didn't want to touch the 'dirty' plants so they would pair up with the Hufflepuffs so they can do the dirty work.

In Transfiguration, Harry couldn't wait to see how his father teaches the subject, but upon entering the room there was another elder man standing next to his father. Harry sat next to Draco while Ron sat next to Dean.

"Afternoon everyone, as you can see there is someone with me today. Let me introduce you to my assistant, Professor Percival Phoenix," said James. "He'll be teaching the first years to the third years while I'll be teaching the fourth years to the seventh years."

Harry was confused as to Draco and Ron.

"The reason is that the Aurors need extra help and requires me to leave my position as your professor," explained James. "I agree to help out when Mr. Phoenix showed up during lunch. He's well qualified to teach you little first years without my presence. Any questions?"

The students shook their heads.

"Right, I'll be staying here for just today. Let's start by reading chapter one in your textbook," said James. "Who wants to read the first paragraph?"

After reading the chapter, James and Percival passed down toothpicks to the students to see if they can transform it into a needle.

Harry and Draco were re-reading the chapter on how to focus their magic onto changing the toothpick, but were having a little trouble. After a few tries, Harry was able to transform his toothpick into a silver, but a dull needle while Draco was able to transform his into a point needle but was a brown color.

"Is it still wood or metal?" asked Harry.

"I…have no idea Harry," replied Draco.

"Well, looks like you boys were able to transform you toothpicks pretty well," praised James as Percival was beside him. He picked up both needles, "Mr. Potter, it would seem you have the theory down, but you just needed a little more magic onto making the tip pointy, got it?"

Harry nodded.

"As for you Mr. Malfoy, you just need to focus more into changing the wood into metal…maybe try to stay calm and maybe add a bit more magic, got it?" said James.

Draco nodded.

"Right, ten points to each of your houses. Nice work boys," praised James.

Harry and Draco smiled but disappeared when Harry saw the small glare that Percival was giving to both of them. That's when he felt a slight pain upon his head.

"Are you alright, Harry?" whispered Draco, seeing Harry winced.

"Y-Yea, just a light headache," replied Harry, softly. He looked down at his hands, 'Or was it? I need to ask Uncle Sev about it.'

In Muggle History was taught by Petunia Evans-Black. She had a warm smile and begin lecture about the history when muggles started in life in the Stone Ages. Neville was quite fascinated about the early muggles and the early uses of herbs and plants even though it was used wrongly.

In Defense, Salazar Slytherin-Fudo stood in the front of the classroom with a smirk on his face. Harry sat next to Ron while Helena sat next to Hermione on the front.

"Right, you will learn on how to defend yourselves from a dark wizard to a dark creature. Note that not all wizards or witches can be good or stay good, but have this planted into your small heads – constant vigilance!" said Salazar as the students jumped. "Like what my mentor said, 'Never give your full trust to someone who holds a wand', got it?!"

The students nodded.

"Now some defense spells are also charm spells which are mostly used for deflecting stray spells or curses. Some charms can protect you from dark creatures such as Dementors, but you wouldn't be learning that until your third year," said Salazar before taking out some parchments. He smirked, "Now let's see how well you know which spells are defensive or offensive, shall we?"

The students whined but took the small pop quiz.

Harry, Helena and Hermione were the only ones that could identity most defensive and offensive spells. Most of the Ravenclaws did pretty well, while Ron only knew a few spells. After the quiz, they read chapter one before performing the first defensive spell from the book.

In Potions, Severus Snape entered the classroom and went over to the front of the room. He turned around and faced them, "There will be no foolish wand waving or silly incantations in this class. As such, I don't expect many of you enjoy the subtle science and exact art this is potion making. However, for those select few who possess the predisposition, I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare he senses. I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory and even put a stopper in death – if you aren't as big a bunch of dunderheads as I usually have to teach!"

Some of the Gryffindors were slight glaring at him.

"Let's see if you were smart enough to read a bit ahead," said Severus, looking over at his students. "Mr. Weasley, what would I get if I added root of Asphodel to an infusion of Wormwood?"

"Um…that's um…I – I don't know sir," stuttered Ron.

Severus snorted, "Didn't bother to open your book boy. Miss Snape, would you mind helping out your fellow classmate?"

Helena smiled, "It's the Draught of the Living Dead, sir."

"Correct, five points to Ravenclaw," said Severus. "Mr. Potter, where would I find a Bezoar?"

"In the stomach of a goat, Professor," answered Harry.

"Correct, five points to Gryffindor," said Severus. "Miss Granger, what's the difference between a Monkshood and a Wolfsbane?"

"There's none, sir. They are the same plant and can also go by the name of aconite," replied Hermione.

"Correct, five points to Ravenclaw," said Severus before glaring at them. "Well, I hope you were all writing this down. You wouldn't know if I decide to put this in a quiz or an exam."

The students quickly write the questions and answers into their parchments while Severus waved his wand to the blackboard and some ingredients appeared on the board.

"Today, we will be brewing a potion called Boiling cure. It's a simple potion to cure boils if not brewed correctly, it may cause boils instead of cure them," informed Severus. "Open your books, read carefully the instructions before gathering your ingredients and start brewing your potions. Be warned – do not add the porcupine quills if the cauldron is still in the fire! You may begin."

Having brewed this potion already, Harry and Helena had this potion memorized. Harry quickly paired up with Helena as to avoid being paired up with Ron since he was rubbish in potions.

Instead the redhead paired up with Seamus while Hermione paired up with Padma.

It was halfway through class when Harry and Helena heard a loud hissing noise beside them. Harry turned around to see Ron's cauldron was smoking green.

"Stool now Ron, Seamus! Professor Snape, the potion!" shouted Harry.

Ron and Seamus immediately jumped onto their stool as the cauldron exploded and the liquid started to spill onto the floor. Severus quickly banished the melted cauldron and cleaned the spilled potion from the floor.

"Which one of you dunderheads added the porcupine quills before removing it from the fire?!" snapped Severus.

Ron bit his lip, "Sorry sir. The quills must have fallen from my hands before Seamus could remove the cauldron from the fire."

Severus sighed, "Detention to both you tonight so you can redo your potion, understand?"

The two boys nodded.

"Now, are any of you hurt? Did any of the potion landed anywhere on your skin?" asked Severus.

"No sir," said Seamus. "Harry warned us just enough time for us to jump onto our stools."

Severus nodded, "Ten points Mr. Potter for saving two of your idiotic housemates. Now finish up what time you have left!"

Harry sighed in relief before he and Helena finished their potion. Helena placed their potions in Severus' desk while Harry cleaned their section. Just when everyone finished and left the room, Harry stayed behind.

"Harry, what's wrong?" asked Severus.

"I…there is something I need to tell you about…it happen in Transfiguration yesterday," replied Harry, playing with his robes. "When I looked over at Professor Phoenix's face, I had this sudden pain in my head."

Severus frowned, "Sudden pain? Did it felt like some sort of push?"

Harry nodded.

Severus sighed, "Thank you for telling me child. Now go before you are late for Transfiguration, but Harry, make sure you avoid looking into Phoenix's eyes, got it?"

Harry frowned but nodded. He gathered his things before dashing out of the classroom.

Severus silently cursed, 'That blasted old coot was trying to invade my godson's mind! But why? What information would he get from a child? I need to inform this to Uncle Thomas tonight.'

It was now Friday the afternoon and Harry with his friends decided to spent some time at the Great Lake. While Ron and Blaise were trying to see if they can get a glaze of the giant squid, Helena was giving some information to Hermione about her life in the wizarding world.

"So you got tutors instead going to a primary school?" asked Hermione.

"Well, I did go to a muggle school for eight years but my accident magic started to kick in so I was pulled away and was given tutors afterwards," explained Helena.

"The same with me," said Harry. "I know that the Weasley's and my cousins minus one went to a muggle primary school for eight years before getting tutors."

"Minus one? Which cousin of yours didn't go?" asked Hermione.

"Sapphire," replied Astrid. "She is half vampire. Just like her father while her mother is full vampire. She couldn't go because of her abilities as a vampire so she had to be homeschooled by her Great Grandmother, Yuki Slytherin-Fudo."

Hermione widened his eyes, "Vampire? Does she umm…"

"Not too worry, little Lion," said Fred.

"She's completely harmless while she wears this special charm choker around her neck," said George. "And her creature inheritance doesn't pop out until she is in age."

"In age?" wondered Hermione.

"She's only fifteen," said Eldon, looking away from his book. "She wouldn't be a full vampire until she's about twenty at the most. Grandma Yuki became a full vampire at the age of twenty-five while Grandpa Harrison became a full vampire around the age of thirty. Uncle Aiden became a full vampire around the age of twenty."

"So it depends how strong they are?" asked Hermione.

"No, I think is most likely when their vampire blood activates," replied Bertie.

"Oh, who else have the vampire blood?" asked Hermione.

"Only Sapphire's side of the family has the vampire blood," replied Eldon. "My father was muggle adopted into the family, but we are related to Salazar Slytherin from my father's biological mother's side."

"This is so much. I can't wait until my third year to learn more," said Hermione, excitedly.

"Now that's aside, what are your thoughts about this 'new' professor assistant for Uncle Prongs?" asked Jason.

"He's alright, slightly creepy, but alright," replied Leonard.

"What I don't like is that he was eyeing the Slytherins like some kind of disease," said Serenity. She crossed her arms, "He gives full attention to the Gryffindors and some of the Hufflepuffs, but pays no mind to the Slytherins and Ravenclaws."

"I sort of noticed that as well," said Neville, softly as the others agreed.

Harry frowned, "…something is wrong about him. When I looked at him in his eyes, there was a slight pain in my head like a push."

"A push? You said you had a slight headache," said Draco.

"You don't think he was trying to invade your mind, Harry," questioned Ophelia.

"I…I have no idea, but I did mention this to Uncle Sev and he said to be careful around him and to not look into his eyes," answered Harry.

"Well, it's a good thing that you have the Potter's pendant to protect you," said Astrid, looking around to the others, "Do you guys have your family's pendants?"

Everyone nodded while Hermione was confused.

"Let me explained Granger," offered Ophelia.

As the fourth year Ravenclaw was explaining about the purebloods family's pendants to Hermione, Harry felt someone was staring at them. He turned around to see in the distance was Percival Phoenix. Harry frowned, 'Why is he standing there and spying us?'

"Harry, what's…is that Professor Phoenix?" wondered Draco. "Why is he looking us like that? We didn't do nothing wrong."

"No, but he could have been warn about the infamous Weasley twins and Prewett's pranks," Bertie smirked before looking over at her cousins. "Any new ideas, guys?"

Fred shook his head, "Not yet."

"But we're working on it," said George.

"The twins want to lash out a nice 'welcome gift' to everyone on Halloween, but we can't seem to find a good one in that potion prank book they found in June," said Leonard.

"We'll look at it together during the weekend at the library. I know a perfect place that Uncle Toby and Madam Pince wouldn't hear us," said Bertie.

"Wouldn't you get in trouble if the professors find out?" asked Hermione.

"Yea, but it gets rather boring just going to classes and doing homework," said Fred.

"Besides, the professors want us to learn magic so in a way we are learning," said George before smirking, "But in our own way."

"And our way is much more fun!" said Bertie while Leonard just nodded.

Hermione was about to protest when Helena stopped her. "Don't worry, their pranks are harmless. Usually it's a hair or skin color potion, transforming them into different animals, charming their supplies into something else, and etc." said Helena.

"Well, I'm just surprised that Harry could do so well in defense," said Ron as he and Blaise returned to them. He smirked, "With that girly wand of his.

Harry made a face, "Would you stop that already?!"

"You really need to stop bugging about Harry's wand," said Ophelia. "True, it's perfect for healing and potions, but it's also good for any other subjects including runes and magical items like the pendants."

Blaise smirked, "I think Ron is just jealous that Harry has quite unique wand."

"I'm not jealous!" snapped Ron as he's cheeks turned crimson. The others laughed before heading back inside as it was getting close for dinner.
