Warframe Beyond the Origin
ESKK: Well, here we are the rebooted version of my Warframe Star Wars story. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it and will continue to support me so until then let us begin.
(Start Jedi Temple Coruscant)
A young Togruta Padawan was dreaming... now perhaps the more appropriate term was that she was in a lucid dream of some sort. She saw suffering, war, and pain as the vision was truly one unknown to her. This Padawan was named Ahsoka Tano Padawan Learner to Anakin Skywalker Commander of the 501st Clone Battalion, and most of all a Jedi. Following it up she heard a howl of some sort of creature and while it sounded furious it carried a sorrow unlike any she felt before.
Just then a new voice whispering was heard followed by many. These voices were the two that was heard among many others. "...What they need, Margulis, is to be destroyed! They're devils from that hell, not human anymore." A man spoke one whom Ahsoka felt was not one to trust. It held a certain tone that she had felt was not one to be trusted.
A woman's voice followed suit one whom Ahsoka liked better. "No, Ballas, no more destruction. We could heal them. Maybe they're meant to save us." The woman Margulis she suspected said as from the sound of it she was in pain yet... still saw to protect the ones causing the pain.
"How can you defend those devils, Margulis, after what they've done to you?!" The man she knew was Ballas demanded almost sounding hurt and betrayed yet at the same time worried. Though Ahsoka felt it was more than that it felt like he was angry at the woman for not listening to him.
But the more Ahsoka listened the more it took form. "Love looks not with the eyes but with the mind. They won't hurt anyone; I just need more time." Margulis said as Ahsoka saw a scarred woman speaking to a blue skinned man who radiated an air of arrogance and pride. Nearby were what seemed to be children with scaring of an unknown source as their bodies seem to radiate an unknown energy.
"Hush, my wilted love. I cannot protect you. Tomorrow you must renounce before the seven..." The man spoke as Ahsoka saw the woman was trying to protect those children... and her people were punishing her for it? What was this what was the Togruta seeing exactly?
"This will stop the voices from taking hold. You will have to dream, my angel..." Margulis spoke as Ahsoka felt comfort from it as if the woman was willing to lay her life down for these children.
Just then Ahsoka found herself in a room with seven beings similar to Ballas with the scared Margulis in the center of it all. "...so, shame on you! You Orokin, so perfect on the outside but you're rotted... through and through!" Margulis snapped as Ahsoka felt like she was looking through the eyes of an unknown.
When the seven hands raised Ahsoka felt it was not with good intention when she saw Ballas raise his hand. "Seven hands raised! For your apostasy the judgement is... death. Margulis, why?" Ballas asked as Ahsoka was wide eyed to this.
This man just sent the woman he allegedly loved to death and he's the one who feels betrayed. No this was not love Ahsoka may have been taught to reject love, but she also could see what this man had was love by possession. But this was too vivid to be a simple dream and Ahsoka knew not if this was a vision of a tragedy that passed or a tragedy yet to come.
Just then she found herself with that black being again when it began to stand up its scarf blowing in the wind. Between the two Ahsoka saw a Holocron floating in the air but not one she had ever seen before. Jedi Holocron were cube like in origin and from her reading Sith Holocrons were pyramid based but this one was different. It was gold and violet in coloring as its shape was akin to an octagon. Grabbing its sword from the ground Ahsoka felt like it was looking straight at her before a savage howl resonated sending Ahsoka's vision to white.
The last thing she saw was a massive vessel trapped in some sort of tear in space. From there Ahsoka knew she was starting to awaken from this vision.
(Waking World)
Ahsoka woke up in her room inside the Jedi Temple with a gasp trying to regain control of her breathing. Gasping for air she looked to her hand and saw it was shaking which made little sense.
(Later with Yoda)
"Hmm a vision you believe, do you?" Yoda asked as he looked to Ahsoka who nodded.
"Yes Master Yoda... it was far too vivid to be a simple dream." Ahsoka said but she was unsure. "Yet it felt like a lucid dream as well." Ahsoka added as it was hard to describe it.
"And this 'holocron,' describe it can you?" The small green Jedi Grandmaster asked as he looked to Ahsoka.
"It was octagon in nature violet in coloring with gold highlights. It also gave off an energy but not one I could properly describe." Ahsoka said and thus Yoda knew what it was.
"A datacron." Yoda summarized as he knew exactly what it was. Datacrons had not been seen since the days of the second war with the Sith Empire millennia before Yoda's time as it was suspected that they had all been gathered already. "And this vessel a role it plays perhaps." Yoda said as he looked to Ahsoka. "Find it you must teach what the Force is showing you it shall." Yoda said as he trusted in the Force.
"But Master how do I find it?" Ahsoka asked as Yoda looked to her.
"Meditate on it you must." Yoda offered and thus Ahsoka sighed to this.
"Alright." Ahsoka said as she did not want to be on the receiving end of another 'do or do not there is no try,' lecture from Yoda. In turn Ahsoka began to meditate hoping to find some clue as to where this supposed ship could be. What she failed to realize was that this would be the first in a domino effect that would change the Republic forever.
(Scene Break Zariman Several Weeks Later)
A roar was heard as a group of four warriors were seen combatting a creature whose existence should not be possible. As the four were doing battle the leader an ebony black form with gold attachments, white highlights, and a black scarf was seen leading the group of four against their foe. The scene showed that they had been doing battle for some time at this point as they continued their work in dealing with the being intent on ending it once and for all.
As they went on with it the creature roared and slammed its pincer like arm on the ground causing these beings to be trapped in spikes. Thankfully this forced the forms to exit the suits showing that they were in fact children inside them. Once they were let go from their frames the four fired off beams of energy at the creature causing it pain and in turn ending its life. Their foe began to rise up the spikes vanished before their foes body began to fade out of existence.
"Jeez that's the 5th Angel today." One of them said as he vanished and was replaced by a black and crimson form with two-handed sword with hooks at the tip.
"No kidding Titus." The female of the group using a female frame said after she had her armor teleport to her which showed the Warframe Trinity Prime.
"Why are they on the rise?" Another one asked as she seemed to be using a frame that looked like a female western gunslinger, Mesa Prime.
"Something is stirring Mari." The Trinity Prime user said as she looked to her partner.
"Yeah, but what is it Aya?" Mari asked as the Mesa Prime User had a few thoughts.
"Well Fearless leader anything from the Drifter?" Titus asked as he looked over to their leader.
"Nothing he's just as lost on this as we are." The leader said as he looked to his team.
"Look, Zed, let's just head back to the Holdfast maybe they can reveal what we're missing." Aya said to which Zed nodded to this.
"Alright lets..." Zed began before he noticed something on the ground. "Huh?" Zed wondered as he walked over to the item in question.
"What is it?" Titus asked and in turn reached down to pick up an item of some sort. It was octagon in shape as the primary coloring was violet with a secondary material being Orokin Gold. What was more was the fact that it gave off an unusual aura as the markings on it he could not make heads or tails of.
"What is that?" Mari asked as she inspected the item in question. "It doesn't look Orokin." Mari added as she knew even by this places standard this unknown object was out of place.
"No, it's not." Zed said as he then looked to his friends. "But I intend to find out." Zed said as he knew where to go next. "Pack up we're going to Lua." Zed said knowing only one person who m ay be able to shed some light on their newest acquisition.
(Scene Break Lua Lotus Chamber)
"Intriguing." Lotus said as she looked to the object her Tenno brought to her as they were now in their Operator Forms. Umbra was off to the side leaning against the wall observing the event play out. "I can confirm it is not from Tau." Lotus said as being a Sentient she knew their creations well. Ever since the New War ended with Ballas's death Narmer had been falling apart without their leader. Yes, he was a Martyr but without him they had to make their own choices now and they were having difficulty doing so.
"So, if it's not from Tau... where is it from?" Titus asked as he found this confusing.
"I know not but if we can decipher its secret's we may be able to learn." Lotus said as she moved it around. "Yet I see no way to open it by conventional means." Lotus said as she tried to open the item in question before passing it back to the Tenno who brought it after giving up.
Zed looked at the item in question focusing on it to decipher the secrets hidden within. As he focused on it the object began to rumble before movement was seen. The movement came in the form of one of the edges twisting much to everyone's surprise. "Wait what?" Titus asked only to be shushed as Zed continued his focus on the object. Just then another segment began to move and following it a few more did so.
Once all the needed segments were opened the object floated out of Zed's hands and opened up with each segment floating around what was assumed to be the core. Just then it began to show what looked to be a map with the Origin System on one spot before a path was formed leading to another location.
"A, star chart?" Aya asked shocked at what she was seeing.
"Yes, but where does it lead to?" Maya asked as she looked to the map in question.
"I don't know." Zed began as he looked to the map in question. "But it might be worth looking into." Zed added as he looked to his team.
"I would suggest investigating the Zariman first see what you can turn up." Lotus said as she looked to the Tenno. "Meanwhile I will see about preparing an expedition force into this unknown territory." Lotus said as she looked to the group who then bowed to the Lotus and began to depart to the Zariman.
(Scene Break later back on the Zariman)
The Orbiters arrived back at the Zariman and found to their shock a new ship hovering outside of it. "Um ever seen that ship before?" Titus asked as the Tenno looked out the windows of their Orbiters.
"No... I have not." Zed said as he looked to the scene. "Ordis?" Zed asked as he needed to know what this was.
"Analyzing... it does not match any known vessel in my data banks." Ordis revealed which added to the mystery. "Suggestion meet with the Holdfast to begin investigating." Ordis said and thus they had a plan now.
(Meanwhile on the Zariman)
A few weeks ago, Ahsoka had received a vision that had led her to this location. Of course, after weeks of meditating on it she finally found coordinates to arrive at and had begun investigating. Once they had arrived Ahsoka and Anakin departed with a small team of Troopers to investigate the location. This entire system was not on any of their star charts, so it was unknown territory. Thankfully since they made the trip its now on their map and they can in turn return at any point they desire.
"I don't like this place." A clone Trooper said as they were investigating the ship. It was a feeling all of the troopers felt as they explored the ship.
"Easy does it, men we're just here investigate." Anakin said as this ship gave him a bad feeling. It wasn't that he sensed danger it was that he didn't sense anything at all. It was as if the Force didn't exist here which in turn worried Anakin to no end.
"Something terrible happened here." Ahsoka said as while they can't sense much of anything they can sense the lingering feelings left behind in this place.
"I can tell." Anakin said as he wondered what sort of ship this was to have plants growing inside it.
The two jedi and all the clones keep their eyes open, with their force abilities now limited due to the unknown energy, they were unknowingly walking into danger as they reach a large room within the Zariman, that could have been a large community lounge area, while near the center of the room is a Dormant Void Angel.
Anakin and Ahsoka keep their cool and keep their focus ahead while eyeing the strange statue they were walking by, while the close didn't keep in a tight formation as some walk backwards so nothing attacks them from behind.
As one clone keep doing so until they bump into it, they quickly jump forth and turn around quickly while pointed their guns at the angel… but thankfully didn't fire as he just lower his blaster while giving a relief sigh as the same clone trooper said, "What a creepy thing to keep in a place like these."
"No kidding," another clone said as they came up to their clone brother as the first clone said, "I wonder who made them thought?"
"Who knows, but at least we don't have to worry about statue attacking us," the clone said giving the void angel a good loud tap with his weapon.
Unaware to them as the angel's hand just move a bit as the two clones join back up with their squad as the first clone said, "You think we would have seen something or be attack by something right about now."
AS they walk away unaware there was movement behind them as they keep on walking until they heard a growling sound of some sort as the clone troopers and the Jedi stop in their tracks as Anakin said, "Please tell me that was someone stomach."
"That sounds like a hungry animal?" Ahsoka said as they and the clones slowly turned around and to their shock that statue from before is now moving with a glowing aura around. Meanwhile the same clone troopers from before were looking at it as the first clone trooper said, "Not worry about a statue attacking us?"
"I didn't think it was alive," the 2nd clone said as soon enough the void angel give a piercing crying roar of sort which everyone put their hands to their head when they heard that roar, as soon as it stops Anakin recover quickly figuring out the creature isn't friend at all as he calls out, "Everyone fire!"
All the clones took aim and fire upon the void angel, but it seems the blaster fire wasn't doing anything to it. Instead, it seemed to be annoying it as it gave out another roar and started attacking the clones. The creature raised its arm and slash at the clones, hitting them away as they cry out in pain from the impact. Just then it began to fire down lasers on the group causing them to run to cover making it clear it was neither natural nor friendly to them.
"What the heck is that thing!?" A Trooper asked clearly shocked by the attack.
"I don't know..." Anakin said as he looked to it as he couldn't sense it. He could see it and feel it when it laid a blow, but he could not sense it. It was like a void was where this creature was supposed to be had overcome the Force. "Ahsoka I'll try to lure it away you get the troops to safety." Anakin ordered as he got ready to fight.
"Right master." Ahsoka responded as they got ready to move.
They got ready to move as with the Force Anakin lifted a large ship of some sort before flinging it at the creature. The result was the creature feeling that before roaring at the one who caused it. Ahsoka was getting the Clones to move away as Anakin then went after the creature. Just as Ahsoka was filing the Clones through the door the creature roared once more before swinging its arm at Anakin knocking him back.
The Jedi Knight hissed in pain as he began to get back up only to go wide eyed when he saw the creature charging its beam weapon. Ahsoka seeing this tried to move in to help only for the creature to roar and fire. Anakin was blasted over the edge causing Ahsoka to go wide eyed.
"MASTER!" Ahsoka cried out as Anakin fell into the abyss below. The creature directed its attention over to the escaping group and began to chase after them with one target in mind after them. "Fallback!" Ahsoka ordered as the creature chased after the Clones who just lost a General. The Troopers were making their escape trying to get distance between themselves and the Angel but clearly it would not give up on them. Not until it found a way to its true target the only thing keeping it and the rest of its kind trapped behind this accursed vessel. Meanwhile as Anakin fell something flew by the unconscious Jedi zooming past and grabbed him and his Lightsaber.
(Chrysalith main entrance)
The Tenno arrived on the Zariman and saw that a fifth landing craft had arrived before them. Looking it over Zed recognized it as he smirked knowing exactly who it belonged to. "Is that?" Titus asked as he saw the Landing Craft.
"Has to be, the King of Mars has arrived." Mari said smirking no doubt glad that back up had arrived before they could.
"Let's move." Zed said as they had a job to do. Entering the main hall of the only safe area of the Zariman passing by Cephalon Melica's screen as the glitchy education Cephalon went off as they passed by. Eventually they arrived at the Chrysalith to find Quinn waiting for them.
"Ah Tenno good your here it seems we have new guests on the Zariman." Quinn said as Zed figured Quinn would know.
"What can you tell us about these new folks?" Zed asked and thus Quinn saw they did not know either.
"Doesn't seem that they are the Grineer or the Corpus in terms of desire, but they do seem to be looking for something and... oh no." Quinn said after looking at his screen. "Seems our new guests woke up an Angel." Quinn said and in turn Zed knew what to do.
"Let's go if that Angel is allowed to roam, we'll be in a whole mess of trouble." Zed said and thus the group got moving not even letting Quinn finish what he was saying.
Quinn then sighed knowing that the Angel had priority over what he had to say and thus he let the Tenno go to face it. "Those kids." Quinn said with a small chuckle almost happy to see they were still as quick to move as ever.
(Meanwhile with Anakin)
Anakin moaned a bit as he felt sore while consciousness returned to him. As the Jedi Knight began to open his mind he looked about as he heard what sounded like kitchen work nearby. Shooting up Anakin went wide eyed and nearly hit his head on the top area of where the bed was before a new voice came in.
"Ah good your awake... if you feel able to take a seat it's almost ready." A voice spoke sounding female as she then went about humming a familiar tune to Anakin. Looking at his body he saw patches were placed on him where he was injured before making his way over to the dining area. As Anakin walked, he noticed off to the side a droid he suspected waiting there as nearby a quadruped droid was laying down almost sleeping.
He then saw his lightsaber on the table which meant whoever brought him here trusted him with it most likely. Walking over he pulled up a seat and saw cups were already set as well as utensils. All seemed odd for him but as he sat there, he soon went wide eyed at the sight of two new arrivals in the room. Setting the food down Anakin was met with the sight of a boy dressed in pieces of armor and some sort of suit while sitting across from him was a woman he thought dead.
"Mother?" Anakin asked as his guard instantly went up. Grabbing his Lightsaber Anakin stood up and stepped back almost afraid trying to make sense of this while Shmi was oddly calm about it. "What kind of black arts is this?" Anakin asked as he looked at his mother in shock.
"None though I suppose it would be simpler that way would it not." Shmi offered as she seemed calm about this while the younger Anakin joined the table.
"Look." the younger began as he looked to who he suspected was his older self if he didn't already know that is. "Just take a seat and we'll try to explain it as best we can." The kid said as he had seen a friend of his go through the same sort of thing. With caution Anakin sat back down but kept a hand on his blade in case something happened. "By the way careful with the drink... it's horrible." The younger boy said as the three began to eat the meal.
"How bad can it be?" Anakin asked and took a sip only to go wide eyed and take a spit take.
"Tried to warn you." The boy said as Anakin calmed down again. "So, let's start with questions do you have any?" The boy asked as Anakin had several hundred maybe on what was going on.
"What and how for starters." Anakin's aid as he looked to the two before him.
"In that order... I'm simply a spirit a memory left behind in this place." Shmi said gesturing to the room and the ship as a whole. "As for how I'm here... well the Void has a nasty habit of messing with reality." Shmi said as she could not explain this without confusing Anakin and herself.
"So, you're already dead?" Anakin asked as he looked to the woman who looked like his mother. "So does that mean that I'm." Anakin began but the boy laughed a bit.
"No but that would have been easier to explain." The boy said making Anakin look to him.
"It's complicated but I suppose the only way to explain it is to view differences." Shmi offered as she looked to Anakin. "I see you had become a Jedi... how did you leave Tatooine?" Shmi asked as she looked to Anakin.
"I met Qui Gon at Watto's shop and after I won a Pod Race, he freed me so I can become a Jedi." Anakin began as Shmi saw where this was going.
"Leaving me on Tatooine correct?" She offered and in turn Anakin went silent.
"We remember it differently." The younger boy said much to Anakin's surprise. "Watto sold us to some sleemo leaving the planet local troubles or something paid a lot for it too." The younger Anakin said as he looked to his older self. "But just as we were about to slip into hyperspace something went wrong and then we blacked out." He said to which Shmi saw where her son was going with this.
"When we awoke next our new owner was dead and our slave chips were fried becoming useless." Shmi explained as Anakin was happy that they were freed at least. "But we had no fuel and no engines it would seem we would have died either from lack of life support or starvation until we were picked up by this vessel." Shmi said as Anakin saw where this was going.
"The people on this ship were colonists heading to a new system to start fresh and we were allowed to join them." Anakin's younger look-a-like explained but then went on with the tale. "I was sent to school of course and for a time live the life of a boy freed from slavery." Anakin 2 said as the Jedi Knight paid attention. "But then during one of those Void Jumps... everything went horribly wrong." The boy said and thus Shmi looked to her son.
"I won't bore you with the details but for lack of better terms Annie... we are the version of you and your Shmi that never met Qui-Gon and ended up in this situation." Shmi summarized for Anakin who stat there lost and shocked by such a revelation.
"Well, I would like to hear the details." Anakin said as he wanted answers as he sat back a bit. "I do have some time to spare." He added as Shmi sighed to this.
"Very well to make a long story short... there was an accident, and the crew were driven t madness." Shmi explained much to Anakin's shock as it seems the younger Anakin still remembered. "I and a few others were still sane but it was only a matter of time so I did what I could." Shmi said revealing her role in this. "Myself and my friend Kira gathered up the children and hid them safely in the classroom telling them to barricade the door while Kira and l led them away." Shmi said and this put her cup down looking down at it.
"I saw her die." Anakin 2 said much to the older one's shock. "I managed to get a good look outside and while Kira lead one group away they cornered her and then they... and then they..." The boy trailed off clearly unable to say what he saw as it erected memories that still hurt even after two wars. "They tore her limb from limb mutilated and brutalized her." The boy said and thus it would seem some things were constant.
"But how can she…" Anakin said as he trailed off looking at his mother as she said, "As I said, the void distorted reality, as I know what he said is true as I remember the pain I went through before I died, and then suddenly… I was here."
"I wondered the ship for a time after it returned to this system and suddenly found her before me, but not as before," the younger looking Anakin said as his older self said, "What do you mean?"
"What he means is when he found me when I awoke, I found myself alive and well, or what I thought I was. It took a bit, but I noticed I had never grown tired, I never starved, and I never aged," Shmi said as she look at herself as she may look flesh and blood, but it was just an illusion.
"Never age, but you look," Anakin started out as looked at the two as the younger Anakin said, "Still young? Maybe physically, but the changes I underwent made things different for me and while I look young, I've been around longer than most."
"How many years?" Anakin asked as the younger version of him stood up and went over to a pad that was on the side, as he did a few things with it he then showed his older self which made Anakin eyes widen being so shocked by what he sees as the young Anakin pull the pad away and close the info away as Anakin soon recover and said, "How is this possible?"
"The void, as I said, it may have driven most of the crew to insane, all but the youngest, the void somehow effected the children differently, slowed their ageing to a near halt as well grant them a power that is beyond anything imagined," Shmi said as Anakin couldn't believe it, he just couldn't as he understand the force is the most powerful thing in the universe and yet this void somehow is able to overcome if not match the force itself as Shmi soon said to him ,"I understand your confused, believe me I know, it took a long time for me to learn and accept it too."
"Maybe… but I still can't believe this. Where are the other children that are supposed to be here?" Anakin asked with his younger self answer him saying, "Gone, taken away by golden lords they took those who survived and well they weren't any better than Slavers."
Anakin then looked to his mother as he could not even fathom what he was hearing. "And it's been you and those… creatures?" Anakin said as Shmi said, "Void angels, but they weren't always like that, they used to be like me, a Holdfast, ghosts the void had brought forth. Many of them had turned into those creatures and try to turn more of us into them while we resisted in doing so, I am one of the last five who still remains."
"I still can't believe it. Don't understand any of this, can't believe your story… I don't even know if you are my mother," Anakin said as Shmi soon ask him, "And why don't you believe me?"
"Because I came back to Tatooine to find you, to save you only to watch you die on that force forsaken planet… I slaughter every sand person there, the man… their woman… their children… they took you from me and I was left alone… how can I tell if anything here is real?" Anakin said, lowering his head with his hands on the top of his head, as the memories of the past soon came to haunt him as they, had done before. Meanwhile his younger self stayed silent as he understood his other's pain well enough, even his mother did as well when Shmi came over to him and place a hand on his back, comfort him as she soon said to him, "Do you know the promise we made back on Tatooine, when you were 8 years old after surviving your first pod race?"
Anakin perk his head up after hearing that, as it been years sense his first pod race the one before meeting Qui-Gon, as he remembered feeling disappointed in not only losing that race but wrecking the podracer Watto had given him to use, but then again Watto probably gave it to him knowing he wasn't going to win the race as the pod didn't operate properly.
Anyways after that race, his mother had come to him doing the same thing as Shmi is doing now as he turn to her as she said to him, "You said to me, you will not give up, that you will try again even when I said not too because how dangerous it was but you still persisted, and you promise me you will be safe and will always try to be there for me until you win a race."
To Anakin shock as he remembered that promise, the one he made for his mother, as a tear drop from his eyes as he knows that this was his mother… it is his mother, unable to hold himself back, he wrapped his arms around him and started to cry as he said to her, "I'm sorry I couldn't save you… I'm sorry for what I did... I'm so sorry"
"It alright, you were angry, I understand… I forgive you Annie so please, don't cry anymore," Shmi said as she held him closely as they sat in that room with Anakin's younger self sat there in silent with a smile on his face to see that his other self has found peace once again.
(With Ahsoka and the clone)
The group was trapped now, as they were running for their lives, the Void angel chase them throughout the ship as it seems no matter where they go and what they do, it will always find them and won't leave them alone, they did everything they could to fight it only to lose more clone troops to it already.
Ahsoka try her best to fight it off herself but it seem nothing works against it, as she try to push it away with the force only to phase through it like only the wind blew against it, hitting it with object will only stun it, blaster fire, lightsaber slashes, all useless against it with little choice on the matter they just kept on running from the violent creature.
They soon come an area that was block off by fall debris with, Ahsoka closing the door they just came through behind them, stopping the angel in its tracks, with the clone stack everything they could find to reinforce the door, but it seem it wasn't going to hold for long as the void angel was bashing against the door itself making everything fall apart.
"Got any more ideas commander?" Rex asked as he prepared his two blasters with what little ammo he had left with the rest of the clones, as Ahsoka just stood watching the door as the creature behind it try to force its way in as Ahsoka said, "Just one."
Ahsoka plan on throwing something at the creature to stun it again for a moment to give the troop an opening to escape while she tried to face the creature alone herself as she said to Rex, "Just get ready to run as fast as you can again."
"Roger," Rex said as he and the other clones prepared themselves for what's about to happen as soon enough the Door has reach its limits and busted wide open with the void angel giving out another painful cry, as Ahsoka launch the items that the clones had gather to block the door, at the angel itself to make it go at the wall as Ahsoka order, "Run now!"
The clones took their chances and ran as fast as they could pass the angel as it recovered, throwing the object off of itself and stood up as it saw the clones were running again with Ahsoka coming in after them only to get knock back away as she cried out in pain.
With the clones heard this, they all stop suddenly and turn to see what happen and saw the angel stood above Ahsoka as it prepared a laser blast to kill her, one clone said, "Commander!"
Ahsoka recover enough to see what is happen, as the angel stood above her, about to fire its attack on her, but before it could-
*Ka-Boom!
A blast of some sort hit the angel, canceling its attack as Ahsoka was surprise by this even the clones as none of them did that as they turn around and surprise to see 4 new people had just join them and said their commander as one of the female looking one held a rifle up, no doubt the one that shot the angel to stop it from firing its beam attack.
The clones surprise to see the 4 Warframes, for a moment thinking they were droids, but no one would put such detail of droids as they saw ton the Warframe as they look a bit decorated, with the big guy step up as he said while cracking his finger, "We'll take it from here now."
"Everyone get to safety, now," the Trinity Prime said before the black Warframe dashes and leaps over the clones with great speeds as he soon arrived as the angel was recovering from the hit it just took before being blind-sided by the Umbra Excalibur as it slashed it away with its power making it cry in pain while it backs away.
To Ahsoka's shock to see the black figure from her dream is now standing before her as it turned to her while it said, "Are you alright mi-?
Stopping half in his sentence as he saw Ahsoka, and surprise to see a being such as her, she wasn't human, but she wasn't anything else that he knew off, but he was snap out of that thought as he turned back to the void angel as it gave out another scream.
The battle went on as the group fired their weapons at the Void Angel attempting to end it here and now. As they fought it, they made sure to keep their distance to avoid its attacks. Clearly what they were doing was doing damage to it as just then Zed jumped up and slashed the creature it his Katana. Once he passed through, he sheathed it and with a slam the arm fell off causing the creature to roar in pain.
It wasn't long until it kneeled down and summoned an orb over its head. "Oh, joy it's trying to escape into the Void... when will they learn?" Titus sighed as he shouldered his Gram Prime.
"Mari let's drag it back out, Titus you and Aya get ready to snuff it out." Zed said and in turn the two entered their Operator Forms much to the groups shock.
Once that was done the two then void slung themselves into the portal to go after the Void Angel. Titus and Aya looked to the group and saw how shocked they were. "First Tenno experience?" Titus asked as he looked to the group who were oddly silent. "Yeah, we get that a lot." Titus said knowing that after the New War it was refreshing to see the slack jaw expressions of those witnessing a Tenno in action for the first time.
"Come on pick up." Aya said with twin fingers to the right side of her helm.
"What is it?" Titus asked as Aya looked to the Chroma Prime User.
"Trying to call Annie we all know he's here and I seriously doubt he'd want to miss fighting a Void Angel." Aya said as Ahsoka was confused.
"Annie?" Ahsoka asked as Rex shrugged to this.
(Back with the Skywalkers)
Just then the Warframe the younger Anakin used; Volt Prime began to pulse which the Tenno sensed. Focusing on it the blond-haired young boy performed Transference. "Aya is that you?" The Tenno asked as he saw the caller I.D.
"Hey Annie, it's me I hope you enjoyed visiting your mom because we got a Void Angel on the loose." Aya said as she sounded urgent. "We also got a group of guys with one alien girl caught in the crossfire." Aya added and thus the Tenno nodded.
"I understand." He said and in turn the Jedi looked to his Tenno self.
"What's going on?" He asked and thus the Tenno nodded.
"Your friends are in danger and my friends is dealing with the thing that knocked you out." The boy responded as the robot dog got up ready to fight. "We need to go now." He added and thus Shmi understood.
"I'll head out and meet with the other Holdfast I'm sure they would like to know more about our new guests." Shmi said and in turn the Jedi looked conflicted. "Go where you are needed." Shmi urged and with a nod the two got ready.
"I'll be back soon, I promise." The Elder said and thus the two began to run off.
(Outside)
The two left the apartment and made their way over to the elevator nearby. "So... did you ever get a chance to find Threepio?" Anakin asked as he began to enter the Elevator.
"Who?" The Tenno asked as the door opened and the two entered.
"That's a no." Anakin said as he was trying to make sense of this. "We really need to call you something else when we meet with the others." Anakin said looking to the Tenno.
"I got a few ideas. Though if Zed is up there, he's probably going to get a kick out of this." The Tenno said as the door closed to begin their journey.
"Rival?" Anakin asked as he had one when he was younger.
"Rival, brother, best friend, and leader who I second under." The Tenno version of Skywalker said as he looked to his Jedi self. "Still won't accept I'm the better pilot." He added and thus they shared a small laugh with each other no doubt agreeing on being a better pilot.
(In the Void with Zed and Mari)
The two Void Tether through barrier orbs the Void Angel was using where they landed on the ground resulting in a golden barrier around them. With its defenses gone the two fired off their Void Beams at their foe draining its life with their combined might until it could not handle it. The result was the Void Angel falling into the Void and vanishing while forcing the Tenno out of the Void.
(Zariman)
Zed and Mari reappeared and performed transference summoning Excalibur Umbra and Mesa Prime. Once the two were ready they got ready to finish this as the Zariman Angel looked and attacked the two. The Two Warframe's were forced to back flip away and in doing so saw a new friend arrive. From above a Hound appeared which latched onto the Angel and began to attack it with laser fire from its face. The Angel was caught off guard as it tried to get the robotic creature off of it. Eventually the Hound jumped off and from nearby a torrent of lightning came out and hit the Angel dead on.
The Angel was stunned as it tried to move but was sluggish due to pain. Looking to the source they saw Anakin and the Volt Prime appear as Zed and Ahsoka saw him. "Anakin/Skyguy?!" Aya and Ahsoka called out before looking to each other.
"Wait you know each other?!" She asked thinking Aya was talking to Anakin.
Anakin of course charged in Lightsaber blazing as he used the Force to attack the Angel. "Zed! Mari! Finish it!" Volt called out and thus the two nodded. Zed drew activated Exalted Blade drawing a Skana from his left hand. Meanwhile using Peacemaker to draw her hidden gun slinger pistoles and thus the two released their weapons power upon the Angel who was forced back. The Angel was then split in two as bullet holes appeared all over its body while it began to vanish into ash. The Zariman Angel cried out as it faded with nothing but a death roar as evidence it was even there.
Once all was said and done the group gathered as Zed looked to Anakin, Ahsoka, and the Clone Troopers. "Now then the crisis has been averted... what are you all doing in the Origin System?" Zed asked as he wanted answers and in turn the Volt raised his hand.
"Yeah, that is a long story." He said raising his hand to Zed.
"What do you mean Anakin?" Zed asked referring to his own Anakin not that the others were aware.
"Don't you mean your..." Rex began and thus Anakin stopped the Clone.
"Rex sorry but our new friend here has the same name as me." Rex cut in and thus Ahsoka while suspected more let it be for now.
"Hey this is all well and good but can we I don't know take this somewhere, so we don't have to worry about Grineer or Corpus showing up." Titus said and thus they all knew what needed to be done and that was get the heck out of the area before something else happened.
"Or worse some other Void Manifestation we haven't seen before." Aya added and thus they began to head back to where the Holdfast set up base camp so they can talk in peace.
"Quinn heads up we're having guests, friendly ones this time." Zed said into the communication and thus they were off to the Chrysalith. But as they left Ahsoka heard laughter from somewhere and turned to the source. Standing at the far end of the wall was a child holding a light in their hand. What made the child off as that the child possibly a boy had Togruta markings on their face while their hair was black with red highlights and white tips. In his hand was what appeared to be a Lightsaber of some sort and in turn rubbing her eyes Ahsoka looked and saw the child was gone.
"Ahsoka, are you coming along or staying behind!" Anakin called out and thus Ahsoka followed after Anakin.
"Yes, master I'll be right there." Ahsoka said as she decided that whatever that thing she saw was, was just her mind playing tricks. As Ahsoka left the child appeared again running off to the side before fading away once more.
(Scene Break Chrysalith)
The two groups were gathered at the main fountain of the Chrysalith as the Holdfast were quite friendly to the newcomers if not a bit mistrustful here and there. Cavalero was talking weapons with some of the Troopers who didn't get hurt too badly, Yonta was asking about a million questions as a scholar to another Clone, Hombask was trying to sell her wares to the Tenno and the Clones as souvenirs or furniture for their apartments. Finally, Quinn was talking to Shmi who had also done her part by cooking a small feast for the new arrivals.
"So, you came here over some sort of vision." Zed asked as he found it highly suspicious as he looked between the two Anakin's with one of them in Volt Prime still.
"Yeah, I know it sounds ominous but." Ahsoka began only for Zed to pull out the Datacron she saw in said vision.
"Void Visions are just as ominous as the one you told me." Zed said as he looked to the Datacron. "It opened for me earlier showing me a map but now I can't open it again." Zed said as he figured it was an accident or a glitch that caused it to open before.
"Can I?" Anakin asked and thus Zed tossed the object over to Anakin. Focusing on it he closed his eyes and began to use the Force on it. Once more the Datacron began to open up and once it did it showed the map it showed the group before and with it a few more added data.
"Those weren't there before." Zed said as he saw it was plans for a Solar Rail.
"Maybe it changes based on who opens it?" Ahsoka offered as Zed looked to this.
"Anakin." Zed began causing both Anakin's to respond.
"Yes?" They both said and thus Zed face palmed himself for this.
"Ok we need to rename one of you." Titus said as he was not going to put up with this confusion.
"Why not call our Anakin, Akin?" Aya offered as she looked to the group.
"Doesn't that mean Warrior or something?" Mari asked as Aya shrugged to this.
"I like it." Anakin 2 or Akin said as he crossed his arms via his Warframe.
"Akin it is." Titus said as Zed sighed a bit.
"Anyway, sorry you all had to go through that. But I think this is where we should part ways now that you retrieved what you came here for." Zed said but Ahsoka begged to differ.
"It can't be that simple... can it?" Ahsoka asked as visions always had higher meaning to them.
"Gotta side with Alien girl here." Titus said causing Ahsoka to glare at him while Akin coughed a bit with embarrassment. "9 times out of 10 what should be a normal run of the mill smash and grab tends to get way out of hand for us with mystery Void powers involved." Titus said as he was expecting more.
"Maybe our luck is turning around." Aya offered hoping that was the case no doubt wanting one thing to go smooth for them.
"Please don't jinx us." Mari said as she knew every time one of them even thinks that things would go their way it doesn't. Just then the group heard a commotion going on outside the location with flashes of light suggesting laser fire from outside. "See what I mean?!" Mari asked gesturing to the lights.
"It could be nothing." Aya offered as Akin chuckled counting on Akin to keep positive.
Just then Anakin's communicator went off getting the groups attention. Anakin took it and activated it when he saw Admiral Yularen appear on it. "General I hope your recon mission is going smoothly because we are under attack by an unknown vessel." Yularen said as the Tenno heard this.
"I'll shut up now." Aya said as she looked to the group who let her be.
"Admiral we'll be right out, send out a few gunships to pick us up." Anakin ordered and with a nod Yularen ended the communication.
"Ordis." Zed spoke up getting their attention. "The ship from before whose attacking it?" Zed asked calling his ships Cephalon.
"Operator it seems the Corpus are attacking it and making attempts to board it." Ordis said as Zed nodded to this.
"You're going to need our help." Zed said as he got Anakin's attention. "It's the Corpus one of the factions in the Origin System, they must have saw your ship and decided that it may be worth some prophet for them." Zed said knowing full well that if the Corpus got the ship and the data it has who knows what they would do with it.
"Corpus?" Anakin asked needing more information.
"Greedy ass businessmen who run a cult that worships money." Titus said as Akin nodded in agreement with the Tenno as Akin hated them and was Solaris United's number 1 supporter.
"We got tactical; information on the Corpus with the number of times we spent facing them so you're going to need our help." Mari said as she showed to be ready for battle.
"Master." Ahsoka began and thus Anakin knew what to do.
"Alright I'll tell Yularen to expect you." Anakin said and thus they went off to get to the gunships and the Tenno's Landing Crafts.
(Scene Break Later on the Resolute)
The Gunships and Landing Crafts made it into the Resolute after flying through a dogfight between Clone Troopers and Corpus fighters. Once they were inside those inside the ship were surprised to see the Landing Crafts and the Tenno inside. Once they were inside the group was met with a few Troopers who looked to them. "We have injured get them too medical now." Anakin said and thus Kix gathered those injured to get them looked at.
"General Skywalker Admiral Yularen is waiting for you with a progress report on the bridge." Another Trooper said and thus Zed looked to the soldiers around him.
"We'll be right up." Anakin said and thus they all headed to the bridge as Zed saw the ship.
"War... war never changes does it." Zed said before he followed after Anakin to meet this, Admiral Yularen.
(Later in the Bridge)
Anakin, Ahsoka and the Tenno came up into the Bridge of the ship as they saw the action is happening as Anakin said, "Admiral, tell me what's happening."
"General Skywalker, an unknown enemy ship had come into range of our ship and started to fire upon us while also sending boarding parties that been trying to gain access aboard," Yularen reported as Zed, "Excuse me of interrupting, the unknown enemy your ship is facing are known as Corpus, and they are most likely trying to either capture this ship or retrieve any data you may have on board."
"And who are you?" Admiral Yularen question to who Zed and the others are as Anakin said, "They are Friends Admiral, and they know these Corpus more than we do at the moment."
Yularen nods to this as he accepts Anakin's reason as Anakin turn to Zed and his crew as he asked, "So what can you tell us about this Corpus group?"
"Other than being businessmen that profits from battles and wars, they don't have much of a Crewman work force, so they mostly rely on automated combat drones called MOA to help fight alongside their grunts, they are basically a gun with legs, but that doesn't mean you can just stick out your foot to make them topple over," Mari said as she look to Titus on that as it seem he had try that in the past and probably didn't work out as he thought as he said, "I just wanted to see if it would work."
"They move awkwardly but they shoot pretty well as best idea is to shoot at them first and worry about those who are leading them later," Mari said as Anakin nodded as he asked, "So these Drones are basically droids?"
"Well, if a droid is another way of saying robot or a machine then pretty much, yes. Do you have something in mind for them?" Zed asked with Anakin reply, "Yes I do, if we can group them up together, we may just be able to shut them down with some of our own droid poppers."
"Are you talking about something like E.M.P grenades or something?" Titus asked with Anakin said, "More like shock Grenades that can disable a tank if place in the right spot."
Akin's Hound sat next to R2 as they talked strategy just as the ship shook again from another bad hit. "Ok here's the plan they care about profit so me and my team will get onto their ship and break their forces." Zed began as he looked to the people around him. "The number of losses will pile up until it is enough that they'll have no choice but to cut their losses and bail out." Zed said as he looked to the group.
"And how prey tell are you going to board their ship." Yularen asked as he looked to the Tenno.
"Simple a way in is also a way out." Zed said just before a hard, shake hit the ship and thus this meant one thing. The Corpus have started to board.
(At the breach point)
The Corpus started to make their way into the ship as Crewman swarmed in. Moa aided their creators while small flying drones flew about firing at the Clones. The Corpus hardly cared how dangerous these people were because they saw something new and unseen in the Origin System and with it, they saw Profit. After the New War the Corpus have been hard at work trying to rebuild and considering the damage the likes of Ballas and Narmer had done it was a tough job for them to rebuild.
Unaware to them the Clones had aid as the moment the gunfight started the Tenno were seen charging in slashed and shooting at the Corpus making sure to take out their shields before ending their miserable lives. The Corpus was not expecting Tenno to be here and worse of all aiding these new arrivals. But they fought off the Tenno as best they could because it was also part of their work contract. But it was useless as the Tenno began to slaughter them one after the other.
"Heads up aim for those fliers first!" Titus called out as he fired off his Aklex Prime at their foes. "A good chunk of the time they give these fuckers shields to hide behind!" He added while firing off the twin guns.
Nearby Zed was using Nataruk taking head shot after head shot against the Corpus while Mari slashed through the Corpus with Redeemer Prime. Fighting by Mari's side was Aya who used the Dual Kanas Prime to slashed through the Corpus forces with ease. Just then a burst of lightning went off as joining the Tenno was Akin as he used Volt Prime's ability to attack their foes. Meanwhile a few Corpus got a bit to close and in response Akin drew the Dakra Prime before slashing through his foes left and right once their shields were down.
"I'll hold the line here you guys go on ahead!" Akin called out and with a nod the Tenno headed out to fight off their foes.
"Ahsoka, Rex, go with them take small squad of troopers and make it hurt!" Anakin ordered and thus Ahsoka nodded.
"You all with me!" Rex ordered and in turn they were on the move.
"Aren't you going with them?" Akin asked as he stood next to Anakin who was blocking laser fire.
"Hey someone has to stay here to watch our back." Anakin said as Akin saw what Anakin did there.
"Funny." Akin retorted as he then noticed the Corpus were still coming through. "Now then... who wants to die first?" Akin asked as he glared at the Corpus ready for battle.
With a roar the Corpus went after Akin busted out the Tigris Prime and began to blast any approaching Corpus with shot gun blasts. He always did like to get up close and personal with his foes and the few times he used guns was so he can see them up close as they get riddled with bullets. He pulled out his side arms the Akjagara Prime and began shooting up one Corpus before ending its life with the Dakra Prime via decapitation.
He swung the sword about a bit and then noticed something. A larger Corpus was getting a tad bit too close to some Clones who were struggling. Regardless of if they were newly joined to the 501st or not Akin jumped in and use another of Volt Prime's abilities to raise a shield to protect the Clones. The Electric Shield ability proved to be a valuable aid as the Clones used the shield Akin's Volt Prime provided for them to get some cover and return fire to the Corpus. The Corpus never saw it coming as they were being held back at the breach to make sure they do not have even a small opening to get into the rest of the ship.
Anakin meanwhile was slashing through the corpus with his lightsaber as he and Akin were forcing them back. As this went on the Jedi Knight used the force to crush a few of the fliers who provided shields making sure to show off a bit. Anakin then saw the breach points and began to form an idea. "Akin I need you to." Anakin began only to see Akin was gone.
Looking around he then saw the Tenno sliding under a few Corpus before slashing them from behind. Doing so he began to slaughter them as he made his way to the clamps knowing that once they remove it the entire room would depressurize. Sure, the loss of one airlock was bad but nothing they could not patch up assuming they had the needed tools to patch it up.
Just then even more Corpus began to enter the cruiser as they were clearly the stubborn sort trying to get the upper hand on their new foes. "Wait!" Akin called out and surprise to many they all stopped their attack clearly confused. "It seems I underestimated you so I our new allies here by humbly surrender to you." Akin announced causing Anakin to go wide eyed to this as did a few Clones. "We were clearly not prepared for your superior tactics and weapons and our allies in your ship had no doubt already met with failure." Akin said as twisted his hands a bit to move a few Void Poppers he acquired to position.
"What are you doing?" Anakin asked as Akin then continued.
"The only thing I can do to ensure our survival is surrender myself to the Zanuuka project and ask you leave these people be or... DO THIS!" Akin called out throwing several activated Void Poppers at the Corpus and one by one they all went off causing the Moa and Drones to fall to the ground from the EMP. Even the barrier shield around one Corpus that covered its allies found his shield projector deactivated as they were caught off guard.
In turn the Corpus were then fired upon by Clones clearly never seeing it coming as Anakin was left in shock by that. "Am I really like that?" Anakin wondered as he saw what Akin did. In turn Anakin began to wonder if this was what Obi-Wan had to deal with on a semi-regular basis.
(Meanwhile with the Tenno's team)
The Tenno were fighting their way through the Corpus as Zed jumped about throwing Hikou Prime throwing stars at them hitting several of them in the head. Charging in with her Trinity Prime Aya ran across the wall and got to a group of Corpus foes before using her side arms the Akstileto Prime to take several of them out.
Nearby Titus activated Vex Armor to boost his allies with some power as he slashed through his foes using Gram Prime. When he slammed down the foes Zed jumped over him and began slashing them with Umbra's signature Katana before throwing Hikou Prime into one of the Corpus head causing the Crewman great pain. Following it up was Mari who fired off Boltor Prime and pinned that same Corpus to a wall before adding its allies to the nearby walls.
"Nice work!" Ahsoka called out as she saw the level of unity and teamwork the Tenno had.
"Heh reminds me of the Jedi." A Clone Trooper announced as he saw how the Tenno moved.
Just then Ahsoka sensed danger and in turn looked to Zed. "Look out!" Ahsoka cried out as Zed looked and in turn saw a Corpus with a heavy weapon fire at Umbra. Acting fast Zed performed transference as Umbra weaved under the attack as the living Warframe glared at the Corpus now freed of Zed.
But seeing the Operator Form the Corpus went wide eyed as they knew exactly what came next while Void Energy charged into Zed's Gilded Amp. With a roar Zed fired off a Void Beam at the Corpus causing those who had their shields down to be utterly destroyed by the power the Tenno wielded. Now the Clones and Ahsoka knew not to mess with the Tenno if that beam was anything to go by.
"Yeah, we get that reaction a lot." Titus said as he looked to the Togruta knowing full well how people see the Tenno. "As much as we try to deny it people around these parts see us as Warrior Gods for some reason never understood why." Titus said as clearly being a Tenno for so long kind of removed the view of oneself... well that and going through two wars where they came so close to losing the second one.
Just then they saw the Corpus were starting to make their retreat from the battle as they saw the Tenno had won the fight for the time being. "Hey comms just lit up!" Aya called out as Zed used Transference to rejoin with Umbra. "The Corpus are starting to fall back." Aya announced and in turn that was their signal to leave.
"Then we're done here, let's move!" Zed called out and in turn they began to make their escape of the area.
(Scene Break back on the Resolute)
Corpus forces were seen falling back as Akin and Anakin saw what they were doing. AS they ran it was clear that the damage, the Tenno and Republic did to them forced the Corpus to cut their losses and bail out. As they were returning to their ship Anakin looked at the exit point for their crew on the inside. "Ahsoka their falling back return to the ship now!" Anakin ordered only to hear a new voice aloud.
"We're already entering master." Ahsoka said as Anakin looked and saw Zed and Ahsoka leading the teams back into the Resolute.
"Now we better seal this up before they break the connect." Zed said and in turn they knew they had to leave.
(Outside)
The Corpus Ship was seen escaping as Yularen from the Bridge saw that these alleged businessmen realized they bit off more than they could chew. As they departed it was clear that they now needed to take account of their losses and make sure that everything was where it should be. But still that was a close one for many and Yularen hoped that this battle would be the last they saw of the Corpus.
(Scene Break Later)
The Tenno were in a meeting room on the Resolute with Yularen, Anakin, Ahsoka, and Rex. As the Tenno watched the proceedings, they stayed quiet as guests on this ship. "Bad news sir." Rex began his report as he looked to the General. "The ships Hyperdrive Engine has taken severe damage reports show that we may need to replace the thing entirely." Rex said as the Tenno listened in. "Here are some of the parts we need." Rex said as he showed a list on his Data Pad as Akin zoomed in on it.
"Anywhere we can find these parts?" Anakin asked as he looked to the Tenno who figured they must be important for the Hyperdrive.
"None and even than we don't have the fuel you need for this." Zed said as he looked to the list with Akin.
"Wait so if you don't have the parts or fuel to repair the hyper drive that means... we're stranded?" Ahsoka asked shocked to hear such a thing.
"I'm guessing you are all needed back in your home system?" Aya asked a by nervously as Rex sighed to this.
"You have no idea." Anakin said as this was getting bad to worse for them.
"Hmmm." Akin hummed as he began to think of something. "Can you guys at least fix that breach?" Akin asked causing the group to look at him.
"Yes why?" Rex asked and thus Akin had a plan.
"Well, we have coordinates from that Datacron, and even if it's not a Hyperdrive our Void Drives work just as well." Akin said as he looked to the Troopers clearly forming an idea.
"What are you planning?" Yularen asked and thus Zed saw the idea.
"If you can provide us specific coordinates, we might be able to tow your ship back to your home system." Zed said as he then looked over to Akin. "That was what you were thinking right?" Zed asked and in turn Akin smirked to this.
"You know me too well." Akin said and thus a plan began to form.
"Can it work?" Ahsoka asked as she was worried as Anakin knew how the Void Jump to Tau had gone horribly wrong.
"We will need to do some heavy-duty work and make a few modifications, but it should work in theory." Titus said as he was almost excited to do some heavy-duty body work.
"General?" Yularen asked as he knew Anakin got final say in this.
"Well, we got nothing to lose here." Anakin said and in turn their plan began to form.
"Ok I'll get Cy and the Railjack from Strata Relay, Akin you go see the Lotus on Lua and see if she can get us any more tools. Titus, Aya, Mari you three see what you can gather from Steel Meridian, Solaris United, and The Perrin Sequence see if they can donate some parts." Zed said and thus they were in agreement on this.
"Oh, come on why do you get to pick up the Railjack?" Akin asked as clearly the Tenno was still a flier by heart.
"My Railjack my rules." Zed said as he looked to Akin.
"Yeah, but we all know I'm a better pilot." Akin countered as the two, mock glared at each other.
"That's not what our kill count says." Zed shot back as Titus chuckled while Mari sighed.
"Hey guys have your dick measuring contest later, we got work to do." Mari jumped in as the group saw how they went at each other.
"Am I honestly like that?" Anakin asked still trying to make sense of what he just saw. But unknown to the group this was far from the end of their troubles because even though the Corpus retreated, they didn't leave entirely empty handed.
(Meanwhile with the Corpus)
The Corpus commander of the ship looked over the data one of the Moa's were able to extract. Looking it over they were most impressed with what their drones got as before them was a Star Chart with known Republic Space on it. "Most impressive." The Commander said as he knew the entirety of the Corpus would want to see this especially Parvos himself. "Send word to Parvos Granum tell him we have found a new path to greater, Profit." He said as according to this data a war was being waged and for them War meant Profit and these 'Clone Wars,' were an excellent path to Profit especially if they can rev up the violence somehow.
