Bakugo grunts and says, "Damn it." Bakugo walks with his hand covering his nose and mouth to keep from breathing the smoke in and walks slightly behind Shoto who's carrying a student from Class B.

Shoto says, "There must be some sort of gas villain out here." Shoto looks back towards Bakugo and says, "I'm worried about the others who're still in the forest." He continues looking forward, "But I don't see that there's much we can do now. Hopefully, Ragdoll and Cara can take care of everyone else since Ragdoll said Cara was out here too."

Bakugo says, "Don't tell me what to do icy-" Bakugo gasps cutting himself off as he and Shoto stop in their tracks seeing someone kneeling ahead of them facing the other way.

Bakugo mutters, "Crap. Who's that? Hey. Which group was in front of us again?"

Shoto says, "Tokoyami, I think, and Shoji."

The villain, Moonfish, is looking down at a severed hand and says, "So pretty. No, have to work. Can't." He slowly stands saying, "But it's so delicious, beautiful flesh. Don't tempt me. I have a job to do." He turns looking at Bakugo and Shoto.

Bakugo smirks and says, "No fighting, is that the rule?"

Spinner goes to attack Mandalay saying, "You fake heroes only care about yourselves and your glory. We'll purge you from this world."

Mandalay jumps avoiding his attack. And uses her Quirk to say to him, "Spinner, even though you're a villain, you're still pretty cool. Totally my type."

Mandalay and Spinner jump towards each other and Spinner stops dead with a blush on his face saying, "Uh-" as he realizes what Mandalay had said.

Mandalay says out loud while coming behind him, "Are you really blushing? How cute." Mandalay goes to slash him but he's quick to turn around and she dodges to get out of the way of his large weapon.

Spinner says facing Mandalay, "That was a dirty trick to pull. Don't toy with me, cat."

Mandalay starts glowing pink causing her to gasp recognizing it from when Pixie-Bob was taken and hurt. Mandalay yelps as she goes flying backwards toward the villain, Magne, and her fellow hero Pixie-Bob who's still out.

Magne says, "Over here, my little kitten."

Just as Mandalay is about to reach the villain Tiger comes and punches him saying, "I won't let you use the same trick twice!" Mandalay drops to the ground. Tiger keeps trying to punch Magne but he is dodging him. Tiger says, "Kenji Hikiishi. Villain name, Magne. Wanted for nine counts of aggravated robbery, three murders, and 29 attempted murders." Tiger growls as he finally lands a punch on Magne and Magne grabs Tiger's fist stopping him.

Magne says forcing Tiger's fist down, "Ooh, does that mean I'm famous?"

Tiger says confused, "What the hell did you come here for, criminal?"

Mandalay faces Spinner as he runs towards them saying, "Tiger. Something's wrong. I still haven't heard from Ragdoll. It isn't like her not to report!"

Tiger looks slightly behind him at Mandalay causing Magne to smile and say, "Uh-oh, I wonder what happened to her."

Muscular and Izuku are facing each other at Kota's secret hideout with Izuku having Full Cowling going.

Muscular says, "You really think you can save this little brat?" Muscular laughs while preparing his Quirk in his left arm. Muscular continues, "That does sound like something a wannabe hero would say. Your kind sure likes to mouth off about justice." Izuku growls but continues to face Muscular. Muscular continues unfazed, "The name's Midoriya, right? Perfect." Muscular starts preparing his Quirk in his right arm now saying, "We were told we could take some initiative and kill you. But first, a little torment. Show me your blood." He tears off his black cloak to reveal himself fully and jumps to punch Izuku.

Izuku holds up his arm to block Muscular's punch and Muscular makes Izuku go into the cliff face causing Izuku to grunt.

Muscular says, "Whoopsie." Izuku yells in pain. Muscular continues, "Oh, yeah. Hey. Maybe you can help me out a little bit first. Do you know where a kid named Bakugo might be around here? Or a kid named Cara that acts like a pro?"

Izuku mutters, "Kacchan? Cara?"

Muscular says, "I still have a job to do, after all." Muscular jumps to punch Izuku again but Izuku jumps to the side dodging.

Izuku mutters, "Wait, they're after Kacchan and Cara? Why?"

Muscular says, "I'll take your silence to mean that you don't know. Is that right? Oh, good, then. Play time!" Muscular goes up and kicks Izuku sending him flying into the cliff face again at another spot. Izuku falls to the ground as his head bleeds and Full Cowling goes away. Muscular laughs saying, "Yes! Blood is exactly what I wanted from you. What'd you promise? That everything would be okay? How's that working out for ya, huh? Don't just lay there, stupid." Muscular continues walking towards Izuku.

Izuku grunts trying to stand and mutters, "That muscle Quirk of his is too powerful. I need a plan. If I worry about Kacchan and Cara right now, I'm dead. I have to focus on the enemy in front of me!" Izuku fully stands and has Full Cowling going again. Izuku says quietly, "Smash!" He hits Muscular in the arm.

Muscular says, "What? Is that all you've got? You're fast, but you're not strong enough to hurt me." Muscular throws Izuku into the ground causing him to grunt. Muscular continues, "My Quirk increases my speed and strength so exponentially that my muscle fibers can't even be contained by my skin. I know I'm bragging a bit. But I mean, c'mon. I guess what I'm trying to say is...You're just an inferior version of me!" Muscular rushes Izuku and Izuku dodging back with Full Cowling so Muscular punches the ground causing rocks to fly though one does hit Izuku. Muscular says while rushing Izuku again, "I can't help but laugh at you, kid. You really think you're a hero, don't you?" Muscular punches Izuku again into the rocky floor. Muscular continues, "How are you gonna save him, huh? Don't make promises you can't keep. Live up to your words or they don't mean anything. You're no hero - you're just a fraud, and you'll die that way!"

Kota throws a rock and hits Muscular in the back of his head causing Muscular to turn his head towards him. Kota says, "Remember Water Hose? My mom and my dad. Did you torment the two of them, too? Before you killed them?"

Izuku gasps on the ground.

Muscular turns fully towards Kota and says, "Huh? Seriously? Those losers were your parents? Well then, this must be fate. The Water Hose heroes - they're the reason I have an artificial eye in my left socket right now."

Kota says crying, "This is all your fault. Nothing in the world is right anymore and it's because of crazy people like you!"

Muscular says, "Little kids are always so quick to say it's someone else's fault."

Kota gasps.

Muscular continues, "Don't get the wrong idea. It's not like I took them out 'cause I was mad about the eye thing. I wanted to kill people - it's as simple as that. And those two tried to stop me. What happened was the result of all of us doing our best. The real travesty is promising to do something you aren't able to do. That's why your dear old mommy and daddy died." Muscular goes to punch Kota but Izuku goes Full Cowling and tries a sneak attack on Muscular. Muscular says, "Nice try, with the sneak attack, but I'm ready!" turning towards Izuku.

Izuku says, "You ruined his life, and you won't take the blame?" Izuku puts one of his arms in Muscular's Quirk and continues, "Got you now. Doesn't matter how quick you are."

Muscular says, "But what's your next move? You gonna punch me with that puny Quirks of your again?"

Izuku says, "It's not a matter of whether or not I can do it."

Kota gasps.

Izuku continues, "A hero's job is to risk his life, to turn his promises into a reality!" Izuku puts more power into Full Cowling and gets ready to punch Muscular.

Muscular mutters, "What?"

Izuku mutters, "One For All, 100 percent!"

Muscular mutters, "Wait. There's something different about him."

Izuku says, "Smash!" Izuku hits Muscular causing the cliff face to split.

Kota screams as he starts falling but he all the sudden stops as Izuku grabbed him with his teeth.

Izuku says around Kota's shirt, "Gotcha! Sorry about that!" Izuku pulls Kota up and stands panting with half his shirt ripped and gone and his right arm now broken.

Kota turns after he's up on the cliff and says, "Thank you for-" Kota gets a good look at Izuku who's panting and mutters, "Why?"

Izuku says, "Let's get back to camp. It's not far." There's a banging from the rocks and Izuku turns to look and mutters, "No way. It can't be. I was at 100 percent! The same as All Might's power!"

Muscular groans as his Quirk goes back in his body. Muscular says, "Heh. A bit too obvious. But, hey. Not too bad, Midoriya." Muscular starts walking towards Izuku and Kota.

Izuku says, "No. Stay away!"

Muscular says, "Naw, attacking sounds more fun."

Izuku mutters, "It's no good. What am I supposed to do now? I just need some time to think." Izuku says to Muscular, "Tell me. Why have you come here? What does the League want from us?"

Muscular says, "Doesn't matter to me, I'm just glad they finally let me off the leash. Long as I get to use my Quirk all I want, I really don't care. Remember what I told you earlier." Muscular's Quirk starts coming back again as he continues, "We've just been playing around. Having fun. Until now." Muscular pulls something out of his pocket as he says, "Now, I'm serious! Recess is over. I'm coming at you for real." Muscular starts putting something over his fake eye as he continues, "'Cause truth be told, you're pretty strong. I see that now."

Izuku goes Full Cowling and says, "Quick. Grab on! Hurry!"

Muscular's Quirk come on quickly and he jumps towards them. Kota had done what Izuku said and Izuku went flying behind Muscular to avoid the attack.

Izuku mutters, "It's like his Quirk has been supercharged. It's completely insane. He really was just playing around, toying with me before he killed me."

Muscular jumps towards Izuku and Kota in the air and Izuku tries to dodge but gets caught in the wind from Muscular's punch sending them flying.

Muscular says, "Aw, damn. I got too excited."

Izuku and Kota hit the ground causing them both to grunt. Izuku's quick to stand while muttering, "If we can just get back to camp, Mr. Aizawa should be there and maybe Cara too. Then they can erase this guy's quirk. Yeah, that's it! I need to get him to chase after me and Kota. But...I'm so tired from the training today. It won't work! If I turn my back on this guy, I'm done for. I have no choice but to fight him right here. Right now! I have to remember where I started, how far I've come. I'll stand my ground. And I'll make sure Kota is safe!" Izuku says to Kota, "Stay back, Kota. And then, when it's time, run as fast as you can back to camp."

Kota asks, "You're attacking him again? You can't do that! Let's just go! Come on! Your punch didn't hurt him earlier, remember? Besides, both your arms are busted up."

Izuku goes Full Cowling again and says, "It's going to be fine."

Muscular cackles while beefing his Quirk up.

Izuku mutters, "One For All, 100 percent!"

Muscular jumps towards Izuku saying, "I'm coming for you!"

Izuku says, "Detroit...Smash!" Izuku hits Muscular's Quirk again causing a lot of wind and Izuku to break the ground to keep his feet planted.

Muscular says, "Aw. What's wrong?" Muscular starts pushing Izuku back while continuing, "That was even weaker than before!"

Izuku says, "Okay. It'll all be okay. I will not let him get past me! Kota! Run!"

Kota grunts watching Izuku.

Izuku screams, "Go now!"

Muscular says, "Still looking after him. Oh, man. You're somethin' else, aren't you?" Muscular pushes Izuku back a bit again.

Izuku screams, "Shut up, dammit!"

Kota says, "But, why?"

Muscular's legs now start using the Quirk of his. Muscular says, "Show me...your blood!" While pushing Izuku down into the ground again.

Izuku mutters, "Please, forgive me, mom. I tried my best. I'm sorry...All Might."

Muscular says, "I'm gonna crush you." Muscular pushes Izuku the rest of the way into the ground.

All the sudden water starts spurting at Muscular.

Muscular says, "What the-? Is that water?"

Kota stands with his hands wet and says, "Stop. Let him go!"

Izuku still somewhat conscious says, "Ko...ta?"

Muscular says, "Hold on, there, 'kay? I'll kill you after I'm done with-" Muscular starts grunting as Izuku's Full Cowling goes up again and says, "Crap. I was distracted."

Izuku says, "I won't let you hurt Kota." Izuku punches upwards towards Muscular again.

Muscular says, "Damn it. How are you getting stronger?"

Izuku's punch forces Muscular to go up a bit as Izuku says, "You won't lay a hand on him! One For All, 1,000,000 percent! Delaware...Detroit Smash!" Izuku yells punching Muscular again but this time in the face and goes threw Muscular's Quirk sending him into the cliff face.

Kota sits down gasping and stunned and mutters, "Why?" Kota starts crying again and says, "Why did you risk your life? Even though...you don't know me at all. Why did you try to save me?" Kota looks down crying more and mutters, "...A hero. My hero."

At the League of Villains bar Kurogiri asks, "You're sure they'll be all right on their own?"

Shigaraki says, "I'm a non-playable character this level. They'll make it work without me. Besides, this game has totally changed. I've been thinking of it as an RPG. We had some pretty good equips, but we challenged the big boss while still at Level One. Really, it's more of a simulation game. I'm the player. And I'll use all my little pawns to smash through the heroes' ranks. But first, I need to make cracks in the superhuman world. That's where the Vanguard Action Squad of the League of Villains comes in. Who cares if these guys win or lose? The heroes will be scared just because they showed up."

Kurogiri says, "They're sacrifical pawns?"

Shigaraki shrugs and says, "Come on. Do you really think I'm that heartless? I'd never underestimate their strength. They may have different goals than me, but they're comrades, nonetheless. In a society bound by ridiculous rules, villains aren't the only ones who are being oppressed. Let's hope they can pull this off."
