An airplane flew over the forest and water dumped out to put the flames out. Mr. Vlad King was able to call emergency servies. Not too long after the villains left, ambulances and firefighters arrived. Of the 41 students, 15 were unconscious and in serious condition due to the gas. Eleven others were injured. Thirteen was unharmed, physically. And...two of us were missing. One of the six pro heroes was in serious condition because of a blow to the head, Pixie-Bob. One was missing, but it was apparent that she'd lost a lot of blood, Ragdoll. Meanwhile, on the villains' side, three were caught and arrested; Muscular, Mustard, and Moonfish. The other attackers managed to disappear without a trace thanks to the warp villain.

As Izuku felt himself fading into unconsciousness as he remembered the harrowing words Tomura Shigaraki said to him. 'You should try to be careful, friend. 'Cuz the next time we meet, I'll likely have to kill you.' The summer training camp we'd all been looking forward to couldn't have been more of a disaster.

The next day after the attack on the training camp though it was still summer vacation the press were outside of UA High School.

One reporter asks to the closed gates of UA, "When are you going to open the gates?"

Another says, "We hear your silence! When can we expect an official statement from UA's administration?"

Another asks, "Has anyone been in contact with the families of the children you've allowed to be endangered?"

Inside the school was oddly quiet and void of almost all people except in a meeting room where some UA staff was gathered.

Nezu says, "That training camp was meant to prepare students to handle villain attacks. The irony is shameful. We knew the League would resurface. But we lacked a fundamental understanding of their plans. They aim to destroy hero society. And they've already started their war."

Midnight says while looking at the table, "Even if we had understood, could we really have avoided this attack? They're moving pieces we didn't even know they possessed." Midnight looks up at Nezu and says, "Besides, All Might put an end to most organized crime. We're all rusty."

Present Mic says, "We've definitely gotten complacent during peaceful times without realizing it. I guess deep down all of us thought that we'd be riding the sweet life for good."

A deflated All Might holds his head and says, "I will never forgive myself for such cowardly ignorance. While our students were fighting desperate for their lives, I just was having a relaxing soak in the bath."

Snipe says, "We shouldn't've had the sports festival right after the USJ attack. We wanted to show we were still strong. To have two students kidnapped is our greatest failure as teachers especially considering Cara. They've taken Bakugo and Cara and society's faith in heroes away from us."

Nezu says, "I agree. Every news outlet is currently condemning UA High. If Bakugo was one of the main targets, it's likely because the villains noticed his violent tendencies during the sports festival broadcast. If he ends up joining the side of the villains...that will be the end of UA as a school. And Cara from what was told from the USJ attack may have a different reason for being taken considering a Quirk marriage was mentioned."

Present Mic says, "Since we're on the topic of trust, there's something I think has to be voiced now. At this point, we can't deny it anymore, can we? There's a traitor at this school."

All Might and Midnight gasp.

Present Mic says, "Only the teachers and the Pussycats knew where the training camp would be." Present Mic stands up with his hands on the desk as he continues, "Don't you think that's a little suspicious? I guess a kid could've used their phone to message a villain, but-"

Midnight interrupts saying, "Stop this, Mic!"

Present Mic put his hands in the air in a shrug saying, "What's the problem? We have to find who the leak is!"

Snipe says, "Could be you for all we know. You got any proof that you're 100 percent innocent? Can we know that everyone in this room is an ally?"

Present Mic sits down growling.

Snipe sighs and says, "If we start doubtin' each other, we'll destroy ourselves from the inside. Accusing a traitor isn't somethin' we should take lightly."

Nezu says, "At the very least, I trust everyone sitting at this table. Though, there's also no way for me to prove to all of you that I am innocent. For the moment, what we must do as a school is concentrate on guaranteeing the safety of our student body. This is a good time to implement something I've wanted to put in place for a while. You see, I..."

All the sudden an audio voice of All Might says, "A phone call is here! A phone call i-!"

All Might stands pushing a button ending it and says, "Excuse me, everyone, I have to take this."

Present Mic says, "We're in a meeting. At least set it to vibrate."

Midnight says, "He's his own ringtone?"

All Might walks out and once the door is closed sighs and mutters, "What Symbol of Peace can't even keep his students safe from harm?" All Might clenches his fist as he continues muttering, "What hero can't?" All Might pushes a button on his phone and brings it to his ear and says, "Sorry. What is it, Tsukauchi?"

Tsukauchi is in a room with Sansa, Dad, and Vlad King with the phone to his ear and says, "We've finally finished taking comprehensive statements from Aizawa and Vlad King. And I think we've found something. It's possible we have a lead on where the League of Villains is hiding."

All Might gasps and says, "Really? Are you serious?"

Tsukauchi nods and says, "Yep. About two weeks ago, I sent an officer around to gather information. A bystander pointed out that he'd seen a man with a patchwork face entering a building that was supposed to be vacant. The man looked to be in his 20s, but we didn't find any plausible matches when we checked criminal records. We spoke with the owner of the building, though, and found that there's a sort of hidden bar there. My man thought this was unrelated to our kidnapping case, and didn't investigate further. But remember the description of that villain from the attack? He had a patchwork face. Given the profile of this crime, we'll move as soon as we get the green light. This is top secret. I'm only telling you because it's you. We plan to ask for cooperation from many pro heroes for this rescue and inevitable cleanup mission. All Might. We need your power. Especially now with Cara taken." The phone is silent causing Tsukauchi to gasp and say turning to the phone, "All Might, are you still there?"

Dad and Vlad King look at each other at the table.

All Might on the phone says, "Tsukauchi. You're a wonderful friend. And I know just what I'll say when I find them. 'I am here to make you pay for what you've done'."

A reporter on the TV says, "It would appear that the principal offenders behind the UA High training camp attack called themselves the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad. The League was previously involved in the USJ attack and the Hosu Incident-"

Another reporter on TV says while in front of UA High School, "The youngest victim in the training camp attack is reportedly the son of pro heroes Water Hose, who were killed by Muscular in a tragic-"

At the bar with Shigaraki, Kurogiri, Toga, Twice, Dabi, Magne, Spinner, and me and Bakugo on TV a talk show is on and an older man says, "It's perfectly obvious to me that there's some sort of problem with UA's current management. If I had a child who wanted to become a hero, there's no way I'd enroll them in a school that'll-"

Shigaraki turns off the TV and cackles before saying, "I'm so grateful to the media for all the free publicity lately." Shigaraki turns to Bakugo and I as we are both chained up and asks, "Right? Isn't it nice? Katsuki Bakugo. And Cara...odd how I don't know your last name."

Bakugo and I just glare at the villains in front of us as there isn't much we can do.

Shoto and Tokoyami went to my house to talk to Dad and give him the letters I had written.

Shoto knocks on the door and it is opened by their teacker looking very worn out.

Dad asks, "What do you want?"

Shoto says, "We're here because of Cara. We need to talk to you."

Dad allows them in and Shoto and Tokoyami sit on the couch while Dad sits on a chair in the living room.

Dad says, "What do you want to talk about?"

Tokoyami says, "When she had us meet her at the ice cream place a few days before camp she wanted to give us something and explain it to us as of why."

Dad just lifts his eyebrow.

Shoto says, "I'm sure you know about Cara's feelings when something isn't right or something's going to go wrong?"

Dad nods.

Tokoyami says, "She explained to us that she felt like something was going to go wrong or not as planned at the camp but she didn't know what or how."

Shoto says, "Yes she explained she had a feeling about the training camp and gave us each a letter to give to you if something happened to her like she was feeling."

Tokoyami says, "We were told to hold onto them and give them to you if something did. Though I'm still unsure why she chose the two of us."

Dad says, "Because she trusts the 2 of you completely. And she knows you two are also some of the strongest in the class so the chances of surviving something even if something happened to her was higher for you two."

Tokoyami says, "But I was almost kidnapped with her."

Dad says, "That's why she had insurance of giving two."

Shoto and Tokoyami hand Dad the letters.

Dad says, "You guys can leave. I will read them after you are gone."

Tokoyami leaves without another word but Shoto turns around and says, "I really did try my best to get her back. It's eating me up on what's happening to her."

Dad says, "We will save her and I'll make sure the villains pay for it. Many pro heroes will join to help rescue Cara as she is beloved by many heroes. She is strong so she'll be okay but she'll need us both afterwards. That's why I had her stay in my room at the training camp is she still isn't completely over having nightmares since the USJ incident. Just show her you'll continue to be there for her no matter what. That's why I haven't said anything about you two dating is I've seen the way you look at her and I know you can make her happy and that's all I want is for her to be safe and happy."

Shoto leaves once Dad goes quiet for a little after saying, "You'll need to read both as she said they are different."

Once they are gone, Dad looks at the letters and sees that one had ST written in my handwriting for Shoto Todoroki and the other has FT written in my handwriting for Fumikage Tokoyami. Looking just at those letters he realized how similar my handwriting was to my mother's.

Taking the one that I'd given to Shoto he opens it and unfolds the letter and reads, "Dear Daddy, If you are reading this then that means that something happened to me at the training camp and that Shoto at least is okay. If you got both then I know at least 2 of my closest friends are okay. Please know that none of this is your fault. You did the best you could with the given situation. I did not try to tell you that something was going to happen beforehand because I knew you'd try to reassure me it wouldn't which would have been a lie and I also knew giving these letters to you beforehand would be fruitless because you'd forget about them."

Dad paused after reading the first part wiping his eye which had let loose a tear as he mutters, "My daughters knows me too well."

Dad continues reading the rest of the letter, "At the time I'm writing this I don't know exactly what happened to me though I think it's safe to say it's probably the League of Villains. I remember every bit of my training and I will use every bit of it to find my way back to you. I know after this that I will need you and my friends to get through this as its a lot. I will do everything in my power to stay alive and find a way out to come back to you. Do not lose hope, Daddy, and neither will I. Love, Your Daughter, Cara Aizawa."

Dad wipes his eyes as they had starting letting loose more tears and grabs the letter with FT written on the front that Tokoyami had had and opens it and unfolds the paper and reads, "Dear Daddy, If you are reading this then that means that something happened to me at the training camp and that Tokoyami at least is okay. If you got both then I know at least 2 of my closest friends are okay. Please know that none of this is your fault. You did the best you could with the given situation. I did not try to tell you that something was going to happen beforehand because I knew you'd try to reassure me it wouldn't which would have been a lie and I also knew giving these letters to you beforehand would be fruitless because you'd forget about them."

Dad chuckles slightly and says, "Yep giving 2 letters definitely was to make sure at least one got to me."

Dad wipes his eyes as another tear comes out and reads the rest of the letter, "At the time I'm writing this I don't know exactly what happened to me though I think it's safe to say it's probably the League of Villains. Something I didn't tell you after the USJ attack was Shigaraki had said something about 'Master would like her' and even mentioned something about a Quirk marriage. I hope I'm wrong but if they attack and decide to take me alive that may be part of their plan. I will do everything in my power to stay alive and find a way out to come back to you. Do not lose hope, Daddy, and neither will I. Love, Your Daughter, Cara Aizawa."

Dad stares wide eyes and wide mouth at the letters and says quietly, "Please don't let them hurt my little girl with a Quirk marriage or even an attempt to have a child..."

After the incident, paramedics brought Izuku to a hospital near the training camp, where he slipped in and out of consciousness for two days. He suffered from seizures, and when he woke, he was delirious with fever. At some point, Recovery Girl came to heal Izuku as best she could. The cops showed up, too, apparently. Though, he doesn't remember any of that.

Izuku asks to no one in the room when he wakes up, "What about Kota? I hope he's okay."

There is a knock on the door and it slides open to reveal Kaminari who says, "Hey! Midoriya, good, you're finally awake! Did you see the news? Reporters are all over the school right now."

Sato says entering with the rest of Class A except Bakugo and me for obvious reasons as well as Momo, Jiro, and Hagakure, "It's worse than last time."

Mineta holds something up saying, "I brought a present. I mean, it's from all of us. It's a melon."

Tokoyami says, "I caused you trouble, Midoriya."

Izuku says, "No, please. I did this to myself. Did everyone from Class A come to visit?"

Tenya says, "No. Jiro and Hagakure are still out. They were knocked unconscious from that villain's poisonous gas. And Yaoyorozu took a pretty bad hit to the head. She's hospitalized here. Though I just found out she finally woke up yesterday. So it's just us, though obviously we wish the whole class could be here."

Ochaco says, "Only 15 of us for now."

Shoto says, "Because Bakugo and Cara are gone."

Mina gasps and says, "He knows, Todoroki."

Izuku says, "All Might told me there'd always be people beyond our reach. That we can't protect even though we want to. Which is why we have to save the people we can reach. I...was so close to being able to save them. I needed to save them. Had to. That's the entire reason I have my Quirk. It's exactly like Mr. Aizawa said to me." Izuku starts crying as he continues, "My body...wouldn't move. I couldn't save someone who was right in front of me. And since I failed...they're gone."

Eijiro says, "All right, then let's go get them."

Izuku, Ochaco, and Tenya gasp looking at Eijiro and most of the others have their mouths open.

Eijiro says, "I was here yesterday, too. And so was Todoroki."

Eijiro coming down the hall in the hospital says seeing Shoto, "Uh! Why are you at the hospital?"

Shoto says, "I could ask you that."

Eijiro points at him and says, "Well, I couldn't just sit at home. So I figured I would come here."

Shoto fully turns to him and says, "Me, too. I felt the same."

Eijiro says, "We were on our way to visit you, when we saw All Might and some police officer talking to Yaoyorozu."

Momo said, "With the assistance of Awase from Class B, I attached a tracking device to one of the villains." Momo holds up a device as she continues, "This is the creation that will receive that signal. I hope it helps your search." She hands the device to All Might.

All Might says taking it, "Previously, Aizawa said you lacked the self-confidence and judgment needed to make quick decisions. Well, look how much you've grown! You have our thanks, Yaoyorozu."

Momo looks down and says, "With 2 classmates still in danger, it's frustrating that I can't help you more than this. I hate it."

All Might says, "That painful feeling is proof that you are worthy of being a hero."

Momo gasps looking up at All Might.

All Might holds up a fist and says, "Please don't worry. You can leave the rest to us!"

Tenya says, "This means you're going to have Yaoyorozu make another receiver for you, doesn't it?"

Eijiro looks down and Shoto looks at Tenya and asks, "What if it does?"

Tenya explodes, "You should listen to what All Might said! We have to leave this to the professionals! It's not the right time for us to get involved. Idiots."

Eijiro says, "Maybe, but all I know...is that at camp, I couldn't do anything. I heard my friends were targeted, and I just stood by. Helpless. So, if I stand by and do nothing now, how'm I s'posed to call myself a hero or a man?"

Kaminari puts his finger up to his lips and says, "Kirishima, calm down! We're in a hospital. There's a better time and place for this, dude."

Tsu says, "Yeah, and what Iida said is true."

Eijiro shakes and says quietly, "All of you. Just listen to me for a minute. I know what you're saying is right." Eijiro turns to Izuku with his hand out and gets louder saying, "But still! C'mon, Midoriya. They're still within your reach! We can save Bakugo and Cara!"

Izuku stares at Eijiro.
