Sorry this chapter was absolute shittttt so I rewrote the whole thing. :)

It had been a few weeks since the kidnapping. Things had changed a lot.

Olivia woke up, she requested waffles. She wasn't going to school, instead seeing a doctor and being taken to see a therapist. Owen came down the stairs a few seconds later, and looked miserable. He hadn't been sleeping well, but didn't want his father to worry or to know.

"Hey Wen, do you want some waffles?" Reid saw his son nod and put two in for him. Owen went and sat down next to Olivia to waited, While Olivia ate hers.

"Do you want butter on them?"

Owen stuck out his tongue and shook his head "No that's yucky" He heard his dad laugh before putting the waffles on a plate and cutting them up and dumping syrup on them. Owen pushed the food around on his plate before disappearing for a bit before coming back with his backpack on.

"Owen, you have to get ready for school."

"I'm ready, Aunt Jennifer helped me pick out an outfit last night over facetime while you gave Olivia a bath." Owen told him.

"Teeth?"

"Brushed" Owen looked at his dad

Reid heard the doorbell ring and he went over to get it. JJ and Garcia would stop over often. JJ often brought her boys over to play. Michael wasn't much older than the twins and He liked to tell them what to do.

JJ walked in and saw Owen ready for school while Olivia still sat at the table. JJ walked over to Owen and put her hand on his head. He didn't respond and JJ bent down to his level. He looked tired, his eyes droopy. He hadn't touched his food and that was concerning.

"I can drive Owen to school on my way to the office." JJ offered. Reid nodded. He walked over to Olivia and picked her up.

"Thank you JJ" Owen walked towards the door and stopped looking back at her dad who was now fussing over Olivia getting ready for her appointments.

Owen walked outside and over to JJ's car. The extra car seat Spencer had came in handy and now lived in JJ's car since she was the only one other than Reid that drove him anywhere.

"Hey Owen?"

"Yeah?"

"You know you can talk to me right?" JJ turned around to look at Owen. He was looking down at his hands.

"Owen"

"Yes Aunt JJ, I'm okay." The little boy flashed a smile before playing with the toy he had in his hands.

JJ gave him a little smile, something was going on, JJ could tell. JJ picked up her phone.

After a few rings Emily picked up. "Prentiss"

"Hey It's JJ, I have Owen with me. I will explain later but I am going to be late."

"Is everything okay? Is Owen okay?" JJ heard the panic in her boss's voice. JJ sighed looking back in the mirror at Owen.

"No, but I am figuring it out." JJ told her

"Hey, bring him to the office later. Maybe we can make him feel better."

"Hey, that's a good idea. I'll see you soon" JJ said, hanging up and looking back at Owen.

"Okay so here's what we are doing. I am calling your school and telling them you will be coming in later. Then we are going to get breakfast. Don't think I didn't notice you didn't eat. After that we are going to see Aunt Emily and everyone at daddy's office. Does that sound like a plan?"

Owen nodded excitedly, He didn't get to spend time alone with his aunt JJ often so he was excited to do it now. JJ called the school and told them that Owen would be coming in late. She drove to the nearest diner. Owen ordered french toast and bacon, while JJ ordered some eggs and toast for herself. They both got Orange juice and as soon as the food came Owen started to eat quickly.

"Owen. I know you said you were okay earlier but you seem upset. You know I am really good at reading people. So you can tell me or, I can figure it out."

"Daddy doesn't love me anymore." Owen told her without skipping a beat and going right back to eating his breakfast.

JJ's body tensed up the words coming from the little boy saddened her.

"I'm sorry you feel that way Wen. What makes you feel like that?"

"He is always with Olivia and I think he forgot about me. "

JJ looked at the little boy. It's hard sometimes to believe they are only 5. They both inherited Reid's mind and were very smart for their age. JJ got up and went and sat next to Owen on his side of the booth.

"Can I give you a hug?"

Owen nodded and JJ hugged him tightly. He crawled onto her lap and they stayed like this for a few minutes. Owen crying and JJ holding him.

"Hey Owen, I promise I will talk to you dad okay?"

"Okay." Owen and JJ started eating their breakfast.

"Ready to go to daddy's office?"

Owen smiled and nodded. JJ paid and put Owen into her car in his seat. They drove to Quantico and JJ saw Owen was asleep. She carefully got Owen out of his car seat. JJ carried Owen inside and they rode the elevator up to the BAU. Owen was still asleep when they got to the BAU so she brought him into Derek's old office and laid him on the couch.

When JJ came into the BAU Emily made eye contact with her. JJ shook her head sadly and Emily made her way over to where JJ was standing.

"What happened?" Her voice quiet

"Owen told me that he felt like Reid forgot about him. This morning Reid didn't notice that Owen didn't eat his breakfast or that he didn't sleep well last night. He has been yawning all morning and he fell asleep in the car. He was so tired he let me carry him upstairs and put him on the couch."

Emily nods sadly. After everything that happened with Olivia everyone became scared something would happen to Olivia. Owen saw that and felt forgotten.

Almost 2 hours later Owen woke up and stumbled into BAU. He went over to JJ's desk and JJ smiled at him "hey kiddo" JJ reached out and pulled Owen onto his lap. Owen put his head on JJ's chest. He sat with JJ while she worked for a few minutes. JJ looked down at Owen, who was now asleep in her arms. He must have been very tired, and JJ didn't want to wake him just yet.

JJ decided to call Reid to let him know where Owen was and not to scare him.

Reid picked up the phone within the first two rings.

"Reid"

"Hey Spence, it's JJ. I have Owen with me at the office. He wasn't feeling good so I brought him to the office, He slept a lot and is falling asleep on my lap."

"Oh, I- I am about to drop Olivia off at school and I will be there in 20." Reid told her.

"Okay sounds good"

JJ hung up the phone and moved Owen's wavy hair out of his face.

JJ slowly and carefully moved Owen from her arms to the couch in the office. Not too long after Reid walked through the door.

Reid walked over to his sleeping son. He put his hands on his back and kissed his forehead.

"JJ what is going on he was fine this morning"

"You should sit down."
