Chapter 2: N°1 Fan

"No." Sir sighed at the answer of Izuku as both walked down the street. The sun was setting so they still have a couple of hours before starting to work.

"Izuku, can you at least think about it, instead of just refusing?" Sir asked and Izuku growled.

"Why are you and Eraser so insistent on me teaching some brats?"

"First of all, they should be your age. Second, we believe that being around more people and teach future heroes will help you." Sir explained his and Eraser's view and Izuku rolled his eyes.

"I don't think I am teacher material. I would probably get pissed with them and break an arm. Besides you already said it; I am their age. They probably won't even bother on paying attention to anything I have to say."

"You will be aiding Shota's class, not making them."

"The point remains." Izuku said and both stopped hearing a scream. "Time to work."

He put on his hood and used his grappling hook to get to the rooftops. Sir smiled "You'll be surprised how good of a teacher you are."

The guy was pathetic. It was a random thug with a mutation quirk scarring some girls. Once he looked at him, his disgusting faces shifted to fear "T-The Bat!" He screamed and tried to run away, but throwing a bola to his feet making him fall.

The thug tried to untie himself, but Izuku jumped and stomped on his stomach, knocking him out. Izuku could hear the claps and cheers, and thank you from the girls. He aimed his grappling hook to the roof and was just leaving the floor, when he heard someone rushing to him and grabbing on him, as they both were shot into the sky.

Izuku grabbed by the back of the shirt his attacker and threw her across the roof. The girl, black hair, red eyes, sharp teeth. Once realizing the girl wasn't a threat, he lowered his guard and glared at the cowering girl. "What were you trying to do?" He demanded making the girl flinch.

"I-I... Look, I want to be a hero and-"

"Then study for that." Izuku interrupted her and started to walk away. If it was a brat that wanted to get the easy way into UA, he won't even bother.

"I'm too weak!" She screamed and Izuku looked at her "My quirk isn't flashy and I'm weak! And-And I want to know if I can be a hero!"

Izuku stared at her. She had her eyes closed and her hands balled into fists. "I'm quirkless." Her eyes snapped open at that confession. "And if I did it, you can also. Flashy quirk or not, the limitations are non-existent, unless you place them there."

After saying that, Izuku jumped from the roof to another one, leaving at the inspired girl looking at him parkour through the roofs.

"So manly..."

*1 Week Later*

"Red Hood?" the secretary of Sir Nighteye agency asked entering his room.

Izuku eyed her making her gulp "There is someone waiting for you. An... Eiko Kirishima."

"Don't know anyone by that name. Tell her to beat it." He said and the secretary nodded.

She left before coming back 10 minutes later. "Red Hood?"

"What?" Izuku asked annoyed.

"Miss. Kirishima is waiting for you." Izuku sat on his bed and glared at her.

"I thought I told you to tell her to beat it." The secretary nodded.

"You did, but Sir Nighteye told her to come." She replied nervously and Izuku stood up.

"Fine."

He walked to Sir Nighteye office, and opened the door, and saw Sir talking with the same girl that he talked with one week prior.

Sir glanced when he slammed the door closed and Eiko flinched "Hood. It seems this lady wants to ask you a question."

Eiko gulped and nodded "R-Red Hood... can you train me!?" She asked bowing her head shaking.

Izuku glared at Sir and was about to refuse, when Sir nodded "We would love to. After all, he is going to help teach in UA this year."

"I-" Izuku started when he was interrupted by Eiko jumped and crush him in a hug.

"Thank you! Red Hood-Sensei! I won't let you down!"

Sir smiled at the eye twitching Izuku. He broke the hug and huffed "Fine! You better not cry." He said walking out "We start tomorrow, be here with training clothes. And I swear, you are one minute late, I'll kick you out, and there is nothing that the boss says that will avoid it. Got it?" He demanded and she nodded "Good. Now beat it."

After Eiko left, Izuku glared at the smiling Sir "What the fuck!"

"Relax Izuku, I thought that this would be a perfect opportunity to prepare yourself as a teacher." Sir explained.

"And when did I agree to teach in UA?"

"As your boss and... 'legal guardian' I can make you. And besides, it is that, or you going as a student." Sir explained and Izuku growled and kicked a chair.

"They still are trying to charge me for being a vigilante?"

"Yes."

Izuku nodded and left "I won't like it, but I don't have any other option, do I?"

Sir frowned "I'm sorry Izuku."

"I know you are."

*Next Day, Gym of the Nighteye Agency*

"Stand up. We're not done yet." Eiko managed to stand up in shaky feet as Izuku looked at her with a serious look.

They had been doing, or better said, Eiko had been doing push-ups, sit-ups, squats, run across the gym for the past 2 hours and she was done.

Izuku wouldn't admit it just yet, but he was impressed, he designed this for her to get tired and frustrated and leave. But for his surprise, she managed to do everything and still grinned at him.

Sighing in defeat, Izuku walked to where the water was, and threw a bottle at Eiko that stumbled to catch it "So... how... am I... doing?" Eiko asked between pants and Izuku stared at her.

"Not bad." he simply said and Eiko grinned. Not bad is always better than bad.

"So, what do we do next!?" She exclaimed after drinking her water.

Izuku sat on a bench and tapped the place next to him "We talk. Sit down."

She hurried to him and sat next to him. "Your quirk is Hardening, right?"

She blinked at him "How you know? I haven't told you about it yet."

Izuku shrugged "If I am going to train you, I did a little bit of research. Is there a limit of how much time you can use it?"

She rubbed the back of her head "Not much... I mean, it depends on my stamina, y'know?"

Izuku rubbed his chin and nodded. "Okay; we will work on your cardio to increase your stamina and we will practice a style of fighting that will combine with your quirk."

She grinned in excitement "Hell yeah! I'm ready!"

Izuku smirked "Good. I hope you had heard of Muay Thai, because that's what you're going to learn."

*Months Later*

Gunshots could be heard, as Eiko blocked with her arms a round of bullets from Izuku. She counted the 12 bullets and once he ran out, she rushed to him and threw a punch at his head. He moved to the side, grabbed her arm and threw her over his shoulder.

She landed on the floor, hardened her leg and tried to kick him on the head, but he grabbed her foot and placed an Achilles lock. She tried to escape but with no avail, she tapped out. She didn't feel pain, but once the hardening ran out, she will.

Izuku let go of her and stood up "Good job." He said offering her a hand that she took.

They sat and drank water "2 months for the big exam. Are you ready?"

Eiko nodded "Hell yeah! I am going to kick ass!"

Izuku smiled "I hope you do."

They sat in silence when Eiko asked "Hey, when I graduate..."

"Can I be your sidekick?"

"No." Izuku said with no doubt making Eiko flinch.

"Cold... But why!?"

"First, I am already a sidekick. Second, you can do more than just be a sidekick. And third, I don't think that I am going to be a hero for too long." Izuku explained and her face of confusion made him sigh "Look, I became a vigilante to hunt down someone. Someone who hurt me a lot. After a while, being in this side of the law makes things easier, but once that man in gone, so will be the Red Hood." Izuku explained and Eiko nodded.

There was more silence when Eiko asked "Can I be called The Red Hood 2?"

"Denied."

"C'mon now! That's a good name!"

"Eiko, if I found out you named yourself that, I will kill you." Eiko gulped and chuckled nervously.

"Then what about Red Riot?" She asked and Izuku raised a brow "Like my second favorite hero, Crimson Riot!"

Izuku smirked "Well, if that's the case, your hair should be red." That gave Eiko an idea "But it is good." He approved before getting a question. "So, who's your favorite?"

She grinned at him "You!"

He swears he isn't blushing, for god sakes, he isn't.

"Hey are you okay? You turned red?"

"I'm fine. We're done for today."

"Awww... that short?"

"Yes!"

Sir watched from his office with a smile. He knew he would be a great teacher.
