Hey guys! So I realized that the timeline would be a bit confusing to understand, so here's a breakdown of it :

I estimate that since they have about two months of summer holidays and the term begins on September 1 and school lets out on June 30.

Harry met Astrid, Sirius, and Remus on the 1. I didn't want to have them remove the Horcrux and the binding that very day because, at the base of it, it is basically a medical procedure, and with Harry's upbringing it is very possible that his body wouldn't be stable enough to endure such a high-risk procedure. Usually, it would take about a month or two for someone to get the required weight or vitamins or something, but in a world where you can literally regrow bones overnight, it would be easy enough to gain the required weight steadily over a week.

So the paper article came out on 7 July and we see the turmoil the wizarding world is thrown into and the Wizengamot session takes place on the 11 of July.

I wanted Harry to be done with the procedure before the wizengamot, but close enough to it that as soon as he is done with it he can be removed from the Dursleys. The procedure was done on 9 July and that is when Astrid goes to them to make them feel her wrath! (I so cannot wait to write that btw.) Harry recovers on the 10 and 11 and then...that's a surprise, I'm not gonna spoil the book by telling you what I'm about to do!

Chapter 8

The young blonde woman made her way determinedly across the driveway from no.5 to no.4 Privet Drive. Her annoyed expression swiftly changed into a pleasant smile as the lock turned and the door opened.

"Violetta!" Petunia cried in a surprised tone.

Violetta gave a pleasant smile in return. "Hello Petunia, is your husband home? I was wondering if I could talk to you both about something."

"Oh! Of course, do come in." the dark-haired woman said, ushering the blonde inside.

"Vernon! Vernon, dear Violetta is here, she says she has something to discuss with us!"

Petunia said in an excited voice, wondering if all of her dreams were about to come true right about now. Soon the three of them were sitting in the living room, with Dudley hiding behind the door eavesdropping on their conversation.

"What did you want to talk about dear?" Petunia asked sweetly.

"Harry." Violetta replied.

The couple in front of her stiffened. Shooting anxious glances at each other.

"I'm so sorry dear, he has always been a bit unstable, that's why we send him to St. Brutus's." Petunia replied apologetically.

"Rest assured when he comes back we shall -ah- enforce it into him properly, that boy has always been trouble." Vernon grumbled.

"Really?" Astrid asked quirking an eyebrow.

Before either could reply, Astrid spoke again.

"The same Harry who you made sleep in the cupboard under the stairs till his Hogwarts letter came? The same harry who you called a freak and made do menial chores for ages? The same boy who according to you is worthless and wrong in the head?"

"You-you-your one of-"

"One of the so-called freaks? yes." Astrid sneered.

"You have absolutely no idea who you mistreated do you?" Astrid asked amused as she watched the couple in front of her turn simultaneously pale for Petunia and purple for Vernon. The pudge-faced man opened his mouth to speak but no words came out of it. His angry expression turned terrified.

"Do you even know who his father was? No? Well, let me tell you. Lord James Charlus Potter was the head of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter and Lord Sirius Orion Black is the head of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Black. Harry James Potter is his sole heir to both houses. Did you know that Harry is hailed as the savior of the wizarding world? No? Harry is the only survivor of the killing curse and the vanquisher of Voldemort. Imagine what our world would do to the people who abused him."

By this point, both the people in front of her had turned pale and were shaking. They had no idea that he was so important!

"Good, you have understood your position exactly. Now here's what you are going to do. Topsy!" The tiny house elf materialized, bowing to Astrid while glaring at the muggles.

"Please check master Harry's room and see if there is anything else he needs. Do not take anything second-hand or old. The future Lord Potter-Black will not be wearing second hands anymore." Astrid said in a snotty tone.

"Of course mistress." The tiny elf said as she glared at the cowering couple who looked at the elf in disgust and horror.

"So while Topsy is collecting what meager things you gave Harry, here's what we are going to do. You are going to sign these papers saying that you relinquish all rights to Harry and giving them to Sirius Orion Black. Oh and you are going to sign them with a blood quill, which means that instead of ink it will use your own blood. Understood?"

Vernon opened his mouth but no words came out, the more he spoke and no words came the angrier he became. Astrid watched him in amusement for a few minutes before canceling the spell.

"Now look here you -you freak! If that boy is some lord then his money and properties are ours! We are his guardians and we have a right to his money! We spent so much on him, we need compensation!" he shouted with a glint of greed in his eyes.

A cold look entered Astrid's eyes. "Compensation?" She hissed.

"Do you really think you will get a single dime out of any of us? Do you know what my lawyers are doing right now? They are working on kicking out the Minister for wrongfully stating he was a criminal. I am giving you an easy option here, sign it and get us freaks out of your life, otherwise, I won't even bother with courts. Do you know my family was exactly like yours? Except they hated muggles, thought they were worse than vermin, my great aunt Elladora actually tried to get a bill passed to make muggle hunting legal. If you don't sign these papers now I will use every single curse my aunt taught me to torture muggles not on you not on your wife on your son while you will be forced to watch, you try closing your eyes and you will still be able to see him, hear his screams, is that what you want? For me to prove to you exactly who my ancestors are? Because if you want I will demonstrate happily." Astrid spoke menacingly, the couple before her trembling by the end of her triad. She sat back and pushed the papers towards them. Trembling both of them took the quill before signing the papers, whimpers escaping them as the blood quill drew their blood.

Once they were signed, Astrid took out a jar of salve and put it in front of them.

"Apply that and bandage your hands, they will be fine by tonight."

Saying so she stood up before walking out of the house.

Rampant Corruption uprooted by the new Minister.

11 July 1994 might as well go down in history as the most shocking and interesting day in the Wizengamot. What started as a session to determine what happened regarding Sirius Black turned into a mass uprooting of the three people in the highest positions who were corrupt.

Ex-Minister Cornelius Fudge, Ex-DMLE head Bartemius Crouch, and, Undersecretary to Fudge, Dolores Umbridge.

Under all this, we have finally come to the truth about Sirius Black. Sirius Black, convicted 13 years ago for the murder of 12 muggles, Peter Pettigrew, and selling out the Potters to Voldemort has been declared innocent. Foolproof evidence was given to the wizengamot regarding how Peter Pettigrew had been a death eater and is responsible for the above crimes and is suspected to be involved in multiple other crimes. The public is requested to come forward with any information regarding him but is also warned that he is considered armed and dangerous.

The current interim Minister, Amelia Bones has apologized to for this gross oversight in justice and invites him to come back to the British Wizarding World as a war hero. (For more about Amelia Bones, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew turn to page 6)
