Harry Potter looks out through the window of his dorm room before shifting to memory of him huddling alone in the cupboard suddenly a hand touches his shoulder causing him to look up and see a smiling Naruto Uzumaki holding out his hand which he accepted causing the darkness to vanish.

it was the next morning after the incident with the troll and everyone was sitting in the great hall eating breakfast
Though Harry was barely eating since today was the day of his first quidditch match as the Gryffindor Seeker
"Come on Harry eat, you'll need your strength today" Naruto said
"So will you maye Ron said as Naruto was also playing as the new Keeper
"Yeah I know but I'm eating he's fiddling" Naruto said as he went to his ramen
"You should be eating something more filling the ramen" Hermione said with a frown
"How did you get that anyway?" Ron asked curiously
"I have my ways" Naruto said with a smile as he had been able to find the kitchens thanks to following Fred and George a week ago
"Good day Mr. Uzumaki, Potter, you should be eating, though after proving yourself against a troll a little game of quidditch should be no problem" Snape said before he walked past them albeit with a slight limp
"So that explains the blood" Harry said as he watched Snape walk away with a slight limp
"Blood?" Hermione asked curiously as she looked away from snaps and at Harry
"listen I'm thinking that Snape let the troll in as a distraction so he can try to get past that 3 headed dog but he git himself bitten that's why he's limping" Harry whispered to his friends
"I don't know I mean sure Snape is a bit on the creepy side but he wouldn't mess with that dog" Naruto said as he finished his ramen
"Yea I mean we don't know what happened that night I mean he left through that back door" Hermione said
"Look for now we should focus on quidditch and we can think on this later now Harry eat something before I get the Funnel" Naruto said with a smile at Harry
Harry chuckled at this before he started to eat some eggs

at the quidditch pitch Hermione and Ron were all climbing up inti the stands to find there seats along with the other Gryffindors
"Ah helo Ron and Hermione there is room next to me" Hagrid said as he moved over a bit to make some room
The two smiled as they walked over and stood next to Hagrid
"Looks like a full crowd today Ron said as he looked around at the pitch with his binoculars
"COME ON GET THIS STARTED I AIN'T GETTING ANY YOUNGER HERE!" a female voice yelled from nearby making Ron and Hermione jump in surprise
"Ah it's Kushina" Hagrid said with a chuckle as he pointed out Kushina who was walking towards them with Minato close behind
"Naruto's mum?" Hermione asked curiously as she looked at Kushina
"The very same, you know my brat?" Kushina asked as she stood next to them deciding to make this her seat
"yes ma'am me and Hermione are friends of Naruto and Harry's" Ron said quickly
"Ah right I remember you're Molly's youngest boy Ron right?" Kushina asked curiously
"R-right" Rob stuttered out nervously as Kushina made him nervous from all the stories he heard from both the ghosts of Hogwarts and from his mom
"relax son she is not so bad once your used to her" Minato said with a comforting smile
"Yea I'm perfectly present if you don't cross me now when are we starting this thing?!" Kushina bellowed down at the pitch making Ron and Hermione jump in surprise again
"Yea Kushina has always been this way with quidditch. I'm guessing you found out Naruto and Harry made the team?" Hagrid asked with a chuckle
"indeed miss sprout sent me a owl to tell me" Minato said with a smile happy his old head of house decided to let him know
"Ah here they come Hermione said with a smile as she pointed at the pitch as the team's all flew out on their brooms
"COME ON BRAT AND HARRY!!" Kushina yelled as she waved a flag over her head
Naruto sweatdropped at this as Harry chuckled nervously a little as they all took their starting positions
"Wait….is Naruto a keeper?!" Kushina yelled out as she saw Naruto fly to the goals
"Well they can only have one seeker honey" Minato said
"I thought he was gonna be a beater like me!" Kushina said with a scowl at this
"well he's been working hard at being a keeper so I'm sure he will be brilliant at it Hermione said
"and who are you again?" Kushina asked curiously as she looked at Hermione with a critical eye
"Hermione, I'm Naruto and Harry's friend" she said simply as she felt herself getting nervous from the way Kushina was looking at her
"hmmm" Kushina said as she looked at Hermione with a critical eye
"They are starting the game dear" Minato said hoping to distract his wife from making Hermione nervous
"About time you better block every shot brat!" Kushina yelled out to the pitch as ten crowd cheered as the game started when Madam hooch tossed the quaffle into the air
"The quaffle is released and the game begins!" the announcer first year Lee Jordan called out
The game started as Angelina grabbed the quaffle and flew off with her fellow chasers Kate Bell and Alicia split
as they flew they kept passing the quaffle to each other to keep the in pursuit Slytherin chasers guessing
soon they made it to the goal posts and Alicia tossed the quaffle into the goal
"Alicia scores, 10 points to Gryffindor" Jordan announced as the Gryffindor side of the pitch cheered
"Not a bad team this year for Gryffindor" Minato said with a chuckle as he clapped
"This is a disgrace! in my day the slytherins were more coordinated!" Kushina yelled down at the pitch
"... That's because you were training them" Minato said with a sigh at his wife's attitude
"Yea and we won the quidditch cup every year I was captain!" Kushina said with a proud tone
"Didn't you also try to crack James upside the head with your beater bat?" Hagrid asked with a chuckle
"Well he deserved it, thinking he could outdo me" Kushina growled out
"that and you didn't like him hitting on your best friend" Minato said with a chuckle
They then watched as Naruto did a flip smacking away the Quaffle from his hoop with the end of his broom
the captain of the slytherin team Marcus Flint scowled at Naruto as Angelina caught the quaffle and flew off while Naruto gave a confident smirk back
"That's my baby! keep it up!" Kushina yelled down with a smile at this
"Give me that!" The slytherin captain said as he grabbed his teams beaters bat and swung it hitting the bludger right into angelina who fell to the sands below the hoop making the Gryffindors boo and the Slyhterin's cheer
Madam hooch blew her whistle at this and gave Flint a warning at this
The game continued though Minato looked seeing Harry and the Slytherin seeker began to chase the golden snitch
"Harry spotted the snitch!" Ron said with a smile as he pointed at Harry
As Harry flew suddenly his broom jerked violently and started to shake and move violently as if trying to throw him off
"Blimey, what's going on with Harry's broom?" Hagrid said as he looked at this through his binoculars
Hermione looked with her own binoculars and saw what looked like Snape in the seats across the way muttering and looking at Harry
"It's Snape I think he's jinxing the broom" Hermione said to Ron
"Jinxing the broom? What do we do?" Ron asked In a panic
"Leave it to me" Hermione said firmly as she pushed past him and left
"Where is she going?" Minato asked curiously
"Who cares? one of you brats better help Harry damn it! Kushina yelled at the other members of the Gryffindor team who all quickly flew towards Harry to try and help him but Harry's broom just jerked away from any player who attempted to help
Hermione made her way underneath the seats and pointed her wand at Snape's cloak
"Lacarnum Inflamari" Hermione whispered which caused her wand to fire some blue frames onto snape's cloak
Hermione quickly left as someone yelled at Snape that he was in fire which caused the potions Professor to get up and stomp on his cloak and push quarrel over who was sitting behind him
Harry's broom stopped jerking and this gave Harry the chance to get back on his broom and take off flying again after the snitch which was being chased by the Slytherin seeker
"Atta boy! don't let that brat get it!" Kushina yelled after Harry
Harry and the Slytherin seeker dived after the snitch and as they got closer to the ground the slytherin seeker pulled out of the dive leaving Harry to keep going after the snitch
"Ha! you punk ass!" Kushina yelled after the slytherin seeker who broke off from the chase
Harry began to reach for the Snitch but suddenly he flipped forward landing in the sandy, he hten hunched over
"I think he's gonna be sick." Hagrid said as he looked down at Harry with his binoculars
Harry then spat out… the Snitch getting silence from everyone
"Harry Potter has got the Snitch, Gryffindor wins!" Jordan announced while Madam hooch blew the whistle signaling the end of the match
"That's my godson for y'all bitches!" Kushina yelled as she clapped along with the rest of the Gryffindor crowd
Harry held up the snitch and smiled as the crowd cheered while Naruto flew over to him
"Not bad for you after being so nervous huh?" Naruto asked with a chuckle
Harry just chuckled as he shrugged

Hermione was making her way to meet up with the others outside the pitch
"Ah there you are" Kushina said with a grin at Hermione as she ran over to them
"Hello Mrs. Uzumaki" Hermione said as she bowed her head a bit at Kushina
"Where did you go? you disappeared when Harry's broom was freaking out" Kushina asked curiously while Ron paused at this as he knew Hermione did something he just didn't know what
"I had a… urgent task to do" Hermione said simply as she ran ahead to talk to the others
"hmmmmm" Kushina said as she watched them before she spotted Snape nearby with a burnt robe
"Did his robe get burned?" Kushina asked curiously
"Uh… I'm just gonna… go over with… her" Ron said as he shuffled nervously before running off to join Hermione, Harry and Naruto who were following Hagrid
Kushina chuckled at this "So the little rule follower has a mean streak when her friends are In trouble huh?" she mused
"I recognize that look in your eyes dear" Minato said with a nervous chuckle
"As much as you looking into my eyes is a highlight of my life we have a appointment with a old man" Kushina said as she walked towards the castle
"try to be mature dear" Minato said as he followed his wife
"I'm perfectly pleasant when it matters dear, hey Dumbles! We have something to talk about!" Kushina bellowed as she entered the castle
Minato sighed at this as the ghosts of hogwarts were seen fleeing the castle screaming
"The red death is back!" peeves screamed as he flew

Naruto, Harry Ron and Hermione were walking with Hagrid telling him about what they saw
"Nonsense, why would Professor Snape jinx Harry's broom?" Hagrid asked as they walked
"Who knows, why was he trying to get past that three headed dog on halloween?" Harry said simply
"Who told you about fluffy? Hagrid asked curiously
"I had that narrowed down for a name." Naruto said with a grin
"That thing has a name?" Ron asked
"Course he does he's mine I bought him of a Irish feller last year then I gave him to Dumbledore to guard the- Hagrid was saying before he stopped talking as he realized what he was saying
"Yes?" Hermione asked curiously
"Shouldn't have said that, don't ask anymore questions, it's top secret that is" Hagrid said firmly
"But Hagrid-"" Harry was saying before Natsu grabbed his shoulder
"Harry let me try and put this into perspective… Fluffy guards something that obviously the Hogwarts staff knows about… meaning that there's probably not just that dog guarding it, yes?"
"Exactly Naruto" Hagrid said with a nod and a smile
"And if Snape knows about the traps… if he wanted it he'd have it by now, so give it a rest!" Naruto yelled
"Not if he doesn't know what Dumbledores enchantment is" Hermione said simply
Naruto groaned at this as while he didn't agree this was a fair point
"Look, you are meddling into affairs that don't need to be meddled with, what Fluffy is guarding is strictly between Professor Dumbledore and Nicholas Flamel."
"Nicholas Flamel?" Harry asked before he looked at his friends
"I shouldn't have said that I shouldn't have said that" Hagrid repeated as he walked away from the kids and towards his cabin
"That name it sounds familiar" Naruto muttered
"Well we can look him up in the library let's go" Hermione said simply
"Before we do that I want to know what did you do to Snape?" Naruto asked as they all followed Hermione
"... I set his robes on fire." Hermione said sheepishly as she didn't look them in the eyes
Naruto Harry and Ron froze at this before they all burst out laughing at this
"That's brilliant!" Ron said as he laughed along with Harry
"I'll say and I thought you were incredible before" Naruto said as he laughed
Hermione blushed slightly as she fiddled with her hair before she and the others started to walk back to the castle
"Why are the ghosts outside screaming in terror?" Harry asked curiously pointing out several of the ghosts outside as they walked towards the castle
"My mom." Naruto said flatly as they entered the castle
"The end is near!" Peeves screamed as he flew around in a panic
"Wow" Ron said as this was new to see from the ghosts

It had been a few weeks since the quidditch game and it was now winter and there was snow falling outside and Hagrid was bringing in massive trees into the great hall so Professor Flitwhick could set them up and decorating
Christmas time had come to hogwarts
We see Hermione walking past some singing ghosts and making her way up Harry and Ron as Naruto was watching them play wizard's chess while she had a suitcase with her
"Queen to E-5" Ron said as the queen piece moved, got off her red chair and then broke the piece in front of her with it
"that's barbaric!" Hermione said in surprise at this
"that's wizard's chess" Ron said with a smile
"yea Ron has won at least a dozen times I lost some gallons to the twins on this" Naruto said with a pout while Fred and George nearby where counting there winnings
"There's a surprise considering your parents" Harry said
"Eh I'm good… just apparently not as good as a Weasley"
Ron smiled at this before he looked at Hermione" I see you packed" he said
"I see you haven't" Hermione said simply
"Change of plans my laments are heading to Romania to visit my brother Charlie" Ron said with a smile
oh yea the dragon tamer right? Naruto asked with a smile as that sounded like a great job
"Yeah that's him" Ron said with a proud smile
"Merlin I'd love to work with animals maybe even have a dragon someday" Naruto said with a smile
the rest of team shuddered at this as they thought about that image
"What about you two?" Hermione asked Harry and Naruto
"Harry is staying here and so am I, my mom insisted" Naruto said with a shrug
"Why would she?" Hermione asked curiously
"Something about making sure Harry has a good Christmas and if she spots me at the train platform she said she would bad ramen From the house until I'm a 7th year Naruto said with a shudder which made them laugh as they knew Naruto would have stayed anyway
"Good then you can help Harry look for a book on Nicholas Flamel" Hermione said as she rolled her eyes over her friends Ramen obsession
"I actually have something I want to-""
"But we looked 100 times." Ron said interrupting Harry
"Not in the forbidden section, Happy Christmas." Hermione said before she walked away
Naruto chuckled at this as he liked when Hermione was pushy like this
"I think we've been a bad influence on her" Ron muttered making Harry nod subtly
"I don't mind" Naruto said with a smile
"yea I bet" Ron said with a snicker as Harry and himself set up the board for another game
(Christmas Day)
Harry was sleeping in his room when suddenly….
SQUAK!!!!!
Harry jumped out of his bed at the ear piercing screech and fell out of the bed
"Good you're awake" Naruto said with a smile as he wore some earmuffs while Kevin sat on his shoulder after his prank on Harry
"Morning to you too" Harry groaned as he got up
"Come on you got presents to open too" Naruto said as he left the room to go downstairs
"I have presents?" Harry asked surprised at this as he followed Naruto
"Of course you think my mom and dad would not send you something?" Naruto asked as him and Harry ran down to the common room where Ron was waiting
Harry smiled as he saw the pile of presents with his name on them
"I think my mum sent you two something too" Ron said with a chuckle as Naruto and Harry opened said gifts showing what looked like homemade sweaters orange for Naruto and green for Harry
Naruto and Harry smiled at this before they put on the sweaters
Harry went over to his pile and spotted a present that had a tag that said it was from Kushina and Minato
Harry took the card attached and opened it to read it
"For my godson, I had to hold back some information as it's Christmas and I have to have tact , shut up brat i do so!" Harry read with a smile getting a laugh from Ron at the last part as Naruto held up his hand to say something before Harry finished
"Just be weary on your birthday though Harry she may fully open that can of worms especially on your dad" Naruto said
Harry nodded at this before he opened the gift and saw it was a photo album
"Oh wow she gave you copies of her pictures from when she was in hogwarts" Naruto said with a smile as Harry opened the photo album
"Is that my mom and your mom? Harry asked pointing out a picture of a young Kushina, Lily and a blonde haired woman walking down the hallway in sync
"Yeah it made everyone laugh when they walked like that even Ron's mom joined in back in the day, that white haired woman that would be Narcissa, Malfoy's mom." Naruto said as he opened his own gift from Hermione which was a book on dueling spells which made him smile
"Here's a big one for ya harry" Ron said passing a present to him
Harry looked at the note "Your father left this with me before he died it's time it was returned to you, use it well" he read
Harry then opened it to find a cloak of some kind
"Not a bad design, try it on." Naruto said as he looked at Harry along with Ron
Harry wrapped it around his body and the two watched as his body disappeared
"woah!" Ron said in surprise at this
"My body's gone!" Harry yelled in shock
"Wow, an invisibility cloak? even my mom didn't know about your dad having this…..heh she's gonna be mad that's how he always avoided her in school"
"Who's it from?" Ron asked curiously
"there was no name just use it well" Harry said as Ron looked at the note
"Well looks like you have your way of sneaking into the forbidden section" Naruto said with a mischievous chuckle
(Later that Night)
In the library Harry and Naruto were slowly making there way to the restricted section of the library while under the invisibility cloak
"Next time we use something different than rock paper scissors" Naruto grumbled as he didn't want to come
"Rock beats scissors." Harry said with a small smile as he held his lantern while Naruto opened up the doorway to the restricted section
they both approached a shelf and started to look at the books and they both came out of the invisibility cloak so they could look at the books
"ok grab a dang book and let's go just don't–" Naruto was saying
AHHHHHHH!!!" a screaming head came out of the book Harry grabbed
"Open it yet!" Naruto whispered as he and Harry slammed the book closed
"Who's there?" Filch's voice was heard making them both jump
The two quickly got back under the cloak but in Harry's hurry he knocked over the lantern breaking it
"Who's there?" Filch said as he walked into library
Harry and Naruto silently started to make there way past the caretaker
"Might as well come out, there's nowhere to hide" Filch said as he walked past the two invisible wizards
The two quickly got out of the room and into a hall
Coming upon a corner they found Snape holding Quirrel by the scruff of his shirt against a wall
"N-n-now Severus i- i- " Quarrel stuttered out at the potions Professor
"You do not want me as your enemy Quirrel" Snape said as he glared at his fellow professor while Harry and Naruto silently moved around them
As if feeling something Snape turned and looked in the boys' direction making them cover each others mouths backing up slowly as Snape reached in their direction
He then looked at the hand before turning back around pointing at Quirrel
"We will have another chat later, perhaps by then we shall see where your loyalties lie" Snape said with a glare at Quirrel
Just then Filch came around the corner
"Ah professors, I found this in the restricted section" He said holding the broken lantern "It's still hot, which means there's a student out of bed" Filch said with a grin
Snape nodded at this as he left with Filch Quirrel close behind them
when they were all gone Harry and Naruto approached a nearby door and opened it before quickly hiding in there
"Ok I think that made my hair go Grey" Harry panted as he caught his breath after there close call
"You're telling me, but that was kinda fun," Naruto said with a chuckle at how close they were to getting busted
Harry rolled his eyes at this as they both looked around the room they had entered
"Huh?" Naruto muttered as there was a large mirror in the room
"Think it belongs to Dumbledore?" Harry asked curiously as they approached the mirror
"No, he doesn't strike me as the kind to have a private mirror" Naruto said as they both looked at the mirror
as Naruto looked around the back of the mirror Harry looked into the mirror and paused in surprise as he saw….
"mom? dad?" Harry asked the images in the mirror
"Huh?" Naruto said as he came back around
"M-my parents, I see them in the mirror"
"Really? let me take a look Naruto said as he had never heard of a mirror like this
Harry moved to the side and let Naruto take a look
"See?" Harry asked as let Naruto look
"Whoa, I-I'm surrounded by all kinds of mystic animals… I'm a Magizoologist… my parents are beside me being very proud of me"
"huh?" Harry asked finding this odd
"You think this mirror shows the future? Naruto asked with a smile at Harry
"How can it? My parents are both dead." Harry said with a frown
"Maybe not the future… maybe what we really want?"
"Very good Mr Uzumaki" a voice said behind them making the two boys jump in surprise and turn around seeing Dumbledore
"ah Professor Dumbledore" Harry said as he tried to compose himself
"I see the two of you like many others have found the wonders of the Mirror of Erised" Dumbledore said simply as he approached
"I thought it looked familiar, I remember reading a chapter on it in my Mystic artifacts book." Naruto said as he looked at the mirror again
"What Naruto said is not so far off, this mirror shows our most desperate desire, Harry, you who have never felt a parent's love yearn for it and Naruto you who have dreamt of following in the footsteps of Newt Scamander so the mirror shows you being just like him"
"Sugoi" Naruto said with a smile as he look3d at the mirror again
"But I have to warn you, men have wasted away in front of it, which is why it is going to be moved. And I must ask the two of you to not go looking for it, it does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live"
Harry and Naruto nodded at this as they knew Dumbledore was right
"Now I do believe you should be returning to your rooms before Filch finds that you two have gone" Dumbledore said as he smiled at the two
This made the two stiffen as they grabbed the invisibility cloak and hurried out of the room making Dumbledore chuckle in amusement

it had been a few weeks since Christmas break had ended and classes had started again
both Naruto and Harry were now in the library with Ron waiting on Hermione who had called them to the library
"I had you two looking in the wrong section how could I be so stupid." Hermione said as the trio flinched as she slammed a large book on the table "I checked this out for a bit of light reading" Hermione said as she sat down at the table
"This is light?" Ron asked looking at Hermione
Hermione gave Ron a look before she looked at a page in the book "here it is Nicholas Flamel is the only known maker of the sorcerers stone"
"Also known as the Philosopher's stone." Naruto added as he looked at the page with Hermione
"You two make it sound like this stone is important" Ron said
"Seriously Ron/Ronald you need to read more." Naruto and Hermione said in unison making the two look at each other
Harry chuckled at this before Naruto gave him a annoyed look and Hermione ignored this
"Ron, that stone makes an elixir known as the elixir of life, Nicholas has been using it to keep himself alive longer" Naruto explained
"Making him in a way immortal." Hermione added as she looked at her book
"it also turns any metal into pure gold too" Naruto explained getting surprised looks from Harry and Ron
"That must be what Fluffy's guarding." Harry said getting a nod from Ron
"Seems we may have to talk to Hagrid again" Ron said getting nods from everyone
"We can go under the cloak tonight" Naruto said as he nodded in agreement
the cloak? Hermione asked curiously as they hadn't told her about the invisibility cloak yet
"Wait until you see this" Naruto said with a smirk
(Later that night)
it was now nighttime and everyone was under the invisibility cloak making there way to Hagrid hut
"So this is how you snuck into the restricted section, impressive" Hermione muttered
"Though 4 people does make it kinda cramped at least this way nobody will see us" Naruto said as he hugged Hermione close by her shoulder so they would all stay close
Hermione blushed a little at this as she tried nky to let how close Naruto was get to her
They were heading towards Hagrid's shack
When they knocked on the door Hagrid opened the door and looked around in confusion until Harry moved the cloak off of them
"Blimey, I see you got James' cloak" Hagrid said
"You knew too?" Harry asked as they all went inside and Hagrid closed the door
"Course I did James was always using that to get around and avoid Filch" Hagrid said with a chuckle
"we know about the sorcerer's stone" Harry said as they all sat down
"... Oh" Hagrid said with a sigh at this
we think that's what Snape wants and why he was trying to get past Fluffy Harry said as Hagrid looked at the fireplace
snape? you all not still going on about him are you? Hagrid asked as he put more wood in the fireplace
"I know" Naruto said flatly as he looked around
why else would Snape be trying to get past Fluffy? Ron asked curiously
"codswallop Professor Snape is a hogwarts teacher, why would he steal what he's helping protect?...I shouldn't have told you that why did I tell you that? Hagrid said as he looked up at the ceiling exasperated at himself
"I knew it! the stone must have all kinds of protections besides Fluffy, enchantments from each teacher" Hermione said with a smile at the fact that her theory was right
"Exactly, now if you would please i am a little busy" Hagrid said as he looked at the fireplace nervously
"Hmm, the smell of a heated shell, the fireplace being extra hot… you have a dragons egg in here" Naruto said using his animal knowledge as he looked at the pot in the fireplace
"….bloody hell Naruto your taking yer animal knowledge seriously aren't you? Hagrid asked as he chuckled
Naruto nodded with a grin at this
"Speaking of said egg" Hagrid had mittens on as he grabbed the egg out of the pot and groaned and shifted as the egg was extremely hot even with the mitts as he sat the egg on the table
The 4 students then gathered around the table to look at the egg
"Hmm based on the egg's size and coloration I recognize it as belonging to a Norwegian ridgeback" Naruto said simply as the egg shook
"How did you get one?" Ron asked curiously
"I won it off a stranger I met at the pub, seemed awfully glad to be rid of it as a matter of fact." Hagrid said
the egg then exploded in a burst of fire and egg shell making them all jump
And in it's place with pieces of egg fall of it was a baby dragon a baby Norwegian Ridgeback to be precise
"Whoa, my brother works with these in Romania" Ron said as he looked at the baby dragon
"Ah isn't he beautiful, oh look at him he knows his mommy" Hagrid said as the baby dragon looked at him after shaking egg off its face "Hello Norbert" he said naming the dragon
"Norbert?" Ron asked curiously finding this name odd
"Well he's got to have a name don't he?" Hagrid asked with a smile
Ron shook his head at this as he smiled
Hagrid started to tickle at Narberth before the baby dragon hiccuped and fired some flames lighting Hagrid beard on fire making everyone jump in surprise
"Oh! Well he's got to be trained up a bit of course" Hagrid said as he put his beard out bit he stopped as he looked at the window "Who's that?" he asked curiously
everyone looked at the window and spotted malfoy who took off running
"Malfoy" Harry said with a frown as they all knew what malfoy would most likely do
"Great" Naruto said with a groan as Hagrid frowned
"Oh dear." Hagrid said as he knew this would probably get him in trouble
(Inside the castle)
"I give him a month before norbert burns down his hut" Naruto said with a chuckle as they all walked into the castle
The four walked up the stairs and found Malfoy and Professor McGonnagal waiting for them
"good evening" McGonagall said with a firm tone as she looked at the four students before she led them into her office
"Nothing, I repeat nothing, gives a student the right to roam the halls at night, as for punishment 50 points will be taken from you"
"50?!" Ron said in surprise along with the others
"Each and to make sure this doesn't happen again all five of you will be serving detention tomorrow night" McGonagall said with a firm tone
"... Uh, professor, perhaps I heard you wrong, you said the 5 of us?" Malfoy asked surprised at this
"No you heard me right Mr malfoy see you too were up after curfew, you will join your fellow classmates in detention" McGonagall said with a firm tone but a slight smirk at the smug slytherin
This put a small smile on the Gryffindors faces as malfoy scowled
"Now return to your dorms before I make the punishment even worse" McGonagall said firmly
"yes miss kitty" Naruto said with a salute as they all quickly left
McGonagall groaned at this as the students burst out laughing at the old nickname Kushina had used when she was a students
"Alright let's go, before we get all of Gryffindor cheesed off at us even worse" Naruto said as they headed off to the dorm
(the next night)
everyone was walking out to the courtyard with Filch
"A pity they let the old punishments die. There was a time detention was you finding yourselves hanging by your thumbs in the dungeons, oh I miss the screaming" Filch said with a grin
This made Malfoy look at Filch a little wearily
"You 5 will be serving detention with Hagrid, he has a job to do out in the Dark Forest" Filch said as they approached Hagrid's cabin
The 5 looked at Hagrid… who didn't look happy
"A sorry lot this group Hagrid… bloody hell you're still not on about that dragon are you?"
"Norbert's gone, Dumbledore sent him off to Romanian to live with a colony" Hagrid said sad to have lost his baby dragon
"Well that's good isn't it? He'll be with his own kind" Hermione said seeing that as a plus
"Well what if he don't like Romania, what if the other dragons are mean to him? He's only a baby after all"
"I wouldn't worry orphan dragons are usually taken in by members of a pack who watch over them until they're old enough to fend for themselves" Naruto said
"really? Hagrid asked Naruto hopefully
"Oh sure dragons look out for each other" Naruto said with a nod
"Now pull yourself together man, you're going into that forest afterall" Filch said
"What? I thought that was a joke, we can't go in there. Students aren't allowed and there are… werewolves" Malfoy said getting spooked hearing a howl
"And giants, and centaurs, and the occasional forest dragon, and-" Naruto was saying as he listed off different creatures
"We get it." Ron said with a scared tone really hoping Naruto was messing around
"Oh there are worse things out there, nighty night." Filch said as he headed back towards the castle
"ok you lot follow me" Hagrid said with a chuckle at Naruto as him and Fang started walking into the forest
(Some distance inside the forest)
the group were all walking deeper and deeper into the forest until Hagrid came up a large silvery puddle
"What's that?" Harry asked curiously
"Hmm, strong consistent fluid, metally look… that's Unicorn blood" Naruto said with a frown
"And why we're here, I found one dead a few weeks ago" Hagrid said firmly
"But… nothing kills unicorns" Naruto said with a surprised look at this information
"This one's been hurt bad by something" Hagrid said as he pointed at the unicorn Blood
Harry and Naruto looked around before Naruto's eyes narrowed seeing… something move along the trees
Hagrid glanced in the direction they were looking
"Now it's up to us, to go and find the poor beast, Ron, Hermione you're with me, Naruto, you go with Harry and Malfoy" Hagrid said
"I want fang!" malfoy said with a determined look as he gestured to Hagrid dog
"Fine, just to let you know, he's a bloody coward." Hagrid said with a chuckle at malfoy
Fang whined at this as he looked at his group
"It's fine boy your a good dog" Naruto said as he pet fang
The two groups then went in separate directions
(With Draco, Harry and Naruto)
"I can't believe this, this is servant stuff!" Draco said with a scowl as he walked next to fang while Harry and Naruto followed nearby
"Would you keep quiet, the werewolves may be on the other side of the forest but they'll still here a whiny sheep yelling" Naruto said
"What'd you call me?" Malfoy asked with a glare at the blonde
"I've only put up with your mouth because our moms are best friends but don't let that think I won't give you a fat lip now- wait…" Naruto said as he sniffed the air
"Oh what now dog boy?" Draco asked with a scowl
"We're close… real close" Naruto said as he could smell the scent of a unicorn in the wind
"We should all stay quiet" Harry whispered to them all as they continued to walk
Coming across a large clearing where the tree roots were exposed Naruto stopped making Harry and Malfoy grunt walking into each other
"Why'd you-" Malfoy's mouth was covered by Naruto as they found the unicorn…
And a cloaked figure sucking blood from its neck
The figure lifted its head and showed it was dripping with the unicorns blood and snarled at them
Malfoy screamed as he and Fang ran away
"You punk ass!" Naruto yelled as Harry grabbed his scar and winced and fell to the ground
as the cloaked figure approached them it stopped as what looked like a being with four legs jumped at the figure making it race off
"Oh wow a centaur! Naruto said with a smile as the venture waved its legs threateningly at the cloaked figure which flee off
Naruto helped Harry to his feet as Harry's scar stopped hurting
"Harry Potter, Naruto Uzumaki, you must leave, the forest is not safe at this time" the centaur said
"you know us?" Naruto asked curiously as the centaur approached them
you are both known to us creatures in the forest the centaur said
Harry I understand you all knowing but why me? Naruto asked curiously
"Your mother used to come into the forbidden forest a lot back in the day she treated us centaurs like family" the centaur said with a smile at the memory
"...What was that thing?" Harry asked curiously
"A monstrous creature, it is a horrible crime to slay a unicorn, drinking a unicorn's blood can keep you alive even if you are in inch from death, but at a terrible price, for slaying something so pure, the moment the blood touches your lips, you will live a half life, a cursed life" the centaur said as he looked at the unicorns body
"Who would want such a life?" Naruto asked curiously
"You two can think of no one?"the centaur asked with a raised eyebrow
"You mean, that thing that killed the unicorn… that was drinking its blood… that was Voldemort?" Harry said in shock
"bastard" Naruto said with a scowl as he should have known he would do something like this
"Do you know just what is in the castle at this very minute?" the Centaur asked as he got closer to Harry and Naruto
"... The sorcerer's stone." Harry said in realization
They heard Fang barking as he and Malfoy returned with Hagrid, Ron and Hermione
"Hello Firenze, I see you have met Mr Potter and Uzumaki you lot ok?" Hagrid asked as he held his crossbow
"Yeah we're fine." Naruto said as he and Harry nodded at Hagrid
"Mr Potter, Mr Uzumaki, this is where I take my leave, you are safe now." Firenze said as he galloped off
"Wow mom was right those guys are not as bad as the books say" Naruto said with a smile
"Come on, let's go." Hagrid said as they left the forest
everyone nodded as they all followed Hagrid out of the forest
Draco was a little close to Naruto scared of what just happened
"Relax malfoy we will be fine now, so show some bravery Naruto said with a roll of his eyes
(Gryffindor common room)
everyone was sitting around the fireplace talking now that they were back and safe
"You mean You-Know-Who is alive and out there in the forest?" Hermione said in shock
"Yes, but he's weak, he's living off the unicorns." Harry said firmly
"He must need the stone to make the elixir to return to full strength" Naruto said as he sighed
"So Snape is looking to steal the stone and give it to you know who?" Ron asked with a look of fear on his face
"I still don't believe it's Snape" Naruto said with a frown
"Okay then who do you think is helping him?" Hermione said curiously
"I have a hunch but I don't want to say anything until I'm sure" Naruto said as he rubbed his chin
"If he gets that stone, he can go after Harry" Ron said
"Don't forget, who is the one wizard Voldemort has always feared?" Hermione asked the group
"Oh yea mom said he was a little bitch when it came to Dumbledore" Naruto said with a chuckle and a nod
"language" Hermione said firmly as she looked at Naruto
"Whatever, only other person he's ever showed worry against was my mother but only Dumbledore is here, as long as he's around Harry can't be touched" Naruto said firmly
Harry looked at the fireplace as he thought about what they had discovered tonight hoping that things wouldn't get worse
