CHAPTER 2: THE HERO.
(Yūki Residence).
"Welcome, I congratulate you on graduating." – Mikan says with a smile as she watched Naruto and Rito enter the house but notices the expressions of both boys. – "Uh? Is something happening?" – She asked with concern.
"I'll go into Endymion." – Both boys declare at the same time, but as soon as those words came out of their mouths, Mikan slapped them.
"Ah! Mikan! What the fuck?!" – Naruto complains as Rito stroked his face.
"I wanted to check if they weren't being controlled by some mental magic..." – Mikan replied as she placed her hands on the boys' foreheads. – "And it seems that you are not sick..." – She says with even more surprise.
"We're not sick... we are condemned, by this idiot." – Naruto declared while pointing to Rito who was ashamed.
(5 minutes later).
"Hahahahahaha, I knew that one day you would drag Naruto into your hapless love like when you harass girls. When I tell otō-san and okā-san they won't believe it, hahahahahaha." – Mikan said with much amusement.
"You know well that I don't harass anyone! Those are accidents!" – Rito complains with much annoyance.
"Although I never believed you would have enough masculinity to really try, when you told me you would hesitate, but it seems that I have a brother and not a sister." – Mikan said mockingly.
"How much more will they make fun of my masculinity?! I'm very masculine!" – Rito squeals with a very high-pitched tone.
"That tone doesn't help you..." – Naruto mentions as he wipes an ear and Rito becomes depressed. – "But don't worry... A hero always helps his family!" – He declares with a big bright smile.
"Well, mr. hero, help your family by going up to bathe and Rito has to explain to otō-san and okā-san the sudden intention of his children to go to study." – Mikan declared to Rito's nervousness.
"Yes, yes, whatever you say..." – Naruto says goodbye as he climbs the stairs and enters his room.
Naruto's room was very normal, with a bed that Mikan always tries to lay, but somehow it was always untended, there were also some drawings of foxes made by Naruto when he was younger and a poster of his favorite adventurer, Ramen mask, an adventurer of unknown appearance who always protects helpless women and saves the day with ramen in each of his attacks.
It is definitely the path of the hero naruto wants to follow!
"Home..." – Naruto muttered to take off his orange cloak and drop it on the bed. – "You can go out, mate..." – He whispered as he dropped a small red crystal sphere on his bed and Kurama came out. The two-tailed fox just walked off to a small dog bed and lay down to sleep. – "Damn lazy fox..." – The blond muttered as an eyebrow trembled.
"Grurr..." – Kurama grumped with annoyance as he kept his rest.
"You don't growl at me!" – Naruto complained as he walked into a bathroom and filled the tub with water. - "Damn, Rite..." – Naruto muttered as he undressed. – "For once I would like not to be dragged into your love conflicts..." – He said to see the bathtub and stop the water. – "I wish for once something more related to being a hero would fall from the sky..." – He complained as he dropped into the warm water of his bathtub and sank into the water and he made bubbles, but he noticed that there were bubbles coming out a little further away from him. – "Huh?" – He wondered so that suddenly the water from the bathtub shoots out everywhere. – "Wah?! What was e...?!" – He screamed in surprise but stopped in his eyes to see something very specific.
"Ah~! Successful escape!" – A girl with long pink hair came out right in the middle of Naruto's legs who saw the girl's complete nakedness. – "Uh?" – The girl bowed her head in confusion.
Naruto remained quiet for a moment seeing that, but then sighed and walked out of the bathtub. – "Take this, I've had enough shit this day, cover up and wait for me to finish bathing." – He said as the girl nodded in confusion about her current situation.
"You are bigger than otō-san..." – The girl mentioned as she looked under Naruto's waist and remembered her baths with her father when she was little.
"And to your misfortune, they are not the greatest I have ever seen..." – Naruto declared while pointing to the girl's breasts.
"Why does it bother me that you said that?" – The girl asked as she stepped out of the bathtub not caring that Naruto saw her.
"I don't know and I don't care, get out of the bathroom..." – The blond declared as he re-entered the bathtub.
"Okay, unknown boy!" – The girl said with joy as she walked out of the bathroom.
"I'm Naruto." – The blond one reported calmly.
"Oh... I'm Lala, much pleasure!" – The pink-haired girl said with encouragement to close the door.
"Finally... peace..." – Naruto murmured with a cheerful sigh.
(20 minutes later).
Naruto entered her bed and saw Lala directly, who had Kurama in her arms and tickled her lap, unfortunately one of the fox's tails caused Lala's towel to fall off and leave her breasts visible.
Naruto looked away. – (Shit... I didn't feel uncomfortable because I was so upset, but now...) – He thought with a blush as he stretched out his hand that had his orange cape for the girl to cover herself.
"Oh, thank you." – Lala says with a smile as she covered herself.
"You're welcome, it's what a hero does..." – Naruto said to try to erase his blush.
"Hero? But you are a warrior..." – The girl mentioned while showing a card with a photo of Naruto or Kurama with various data.
"Give me that!" – Naruto complains as he took the card in annoyance.
"Are you okay, Lala-sama?!" – A small white being with black wings and what appeared to be a miniature doctor's suit entered through the window of Naruto's room.
"Peke!" – Lala says with joy as she hugged the little being.
"Is that… your familiar...?" – Naruto asks without being so sure.
"I was created by Lala-sama, I am his familiar, a golem." – Peke said in a metallic and shrill voice.
Before Naruto can question the existence of a familiar created by someone, his orange cloak slammed against his face and he saw Lala naked. – "For some reason I think I should get used to this..." – Naruto muttered, already feeling that this would become a routine.
"Dreesform change!" – Peke exclaims to shine.
"Tada!" – Lala said with a pose while showing a suit too extravagant for Naruto's eyes.
"And that tumor...?" – Naruto asked while pointing to Lala's cap that was very inflated.
"Who do you call a tumor?!" – Peke complains annoyedly, but before the fight continues, two men in black suits slammed in through the window and stood next to Lala, like some kind of secret agents.
"Damn golem, now everything went to waste!" – Lala complains.
"I'm sorry..." – Peke mutters with sorrow.
(Is that a tail...? Will it be a demon...?) Naruto thought as he noticed a long black tail ending in a heart-shaped tip coming out of Lala.
Naruto remembers that Jiraiya once told him that in the first era, even though the gods were beings of absolute power, there were creatures that could face dragons, demons and... Naruto had forgotten the name of the third race basically because Jiraiya was telling him that while spying and they figured it out... the last thing he remembers is that ice stakes were thrown towards them and the voice of a woman saying that the spy had been punished.
On the other hand, Itachi had told him that while there were no longer demons like the original 72 of the age of the gods and that the closest thing to them would be the esper devil. What there were, were the descendants of humans who made pacts with them to recover the magic of some of them, in fact they took the name of the demon as their surname. He remembered that Erza and Mirajane were once blaming off a rumor that one of the most popular girls in school was one of those descendants... he didn't remember his first name and what his last name was... Greender? Grahan? Greyskull?
"Well... Are you ready now?" – One of the men asked seriously.
"Lala-sama... Why don't you wear the bracelet?" – Peke asks with concern.
"I can't..." – Lala mutters with concern. – "Ah!" – The girl exclaims as she is forcibly held by the hand.
"Come on, we have to go..." – The man said.
"No... Let me go!" – Lala screams and that was enough for Naruto.
An orange cloak fell on the faces of both men, covering their vision. When they managed to see Lala, she was after Naruto who was ready for the confrontation.
(What would Ramen Mask do...?) – Naruto thought seriously, but the idea came to him and he took Lala by the waist while he stretched out his left fist in front of the men. – "I'm sorry, but I can't let barbarians like you treat a beautiful lady in such a way..." – Naruto declared with a cheesy smile, like the most cliché of princess tale heroes.
"What do you think a child can do against us?" – One of the men asked.
"Naruto...?" – Lala asks in surprise.
"Me...? Just one thing..." – Naruto replied as he opened his hand and showed the red crystal that Kurama came out of, and the men worried. – "Be unpredictable!" – He declared for Kurama to come out of the gem and stand on Naruto's arm and its tails around his arm. – "Kitsune No Hi [Fire Fox]!" – He exclaims loudly.
"It's a flamethrower!" – The man screams as Naruto's room exploded.
(Ground floor).
"Another explosion?" – Rito asks.
"I guess... I'll have to talk to that idiot about using Kurama inside the house..." – Mikan said annoyedly.
(Poor Naruto...) – Rito thought with sorrow.
(Upstairs).
"Let's go!" – Naruto exclaims as he carried Lala in his arms, like a princess.
"Uh...? Naruto-kun...?" – From a distance Haruna saw Naruto carrying the pink-haired girl in his arms as he jumped over houses. She just took a night walk, but it seems that she discovered something very strange.
(Park).
"Okay... I think we can talk here..." – Naruto sigh, he is normally friendlier, but a lot has really happened to him in this short time.
"Yes, I guess..." – Lala responds without really showing concern while playing with Kurama. – "Jijiji... it's a lot of fun to leave the palace." – She says with a smile and catches the attention of the blonde when I hear that.
"Palace?" – Naruto asked in confusion.
"Oh... is that I am a princess and the men in suits are my bodyguards." – Lala replied with a smile and then she noticed Naruto's annoying look. – "I'm sorry..." – She muttered a little sadly. – "It's very boring to be in the palace... always locked up and with those marriage appointments..." – She said sadly.
"Well... I think I can understand why you escaped..." – Naruto mentioned while sitting on the floor. – "They should let you be free and choose who to be with... with that person you love." – He said as he folded his arms as Lala smiled in gratitude. – "But I have a question... How did you end up in my bathtub?"
"Oh, that. I just use my bracelet to teleport, but it's random and unloads after one use." – Lala explained with a big smile.
(That's useless...) Naruto thought with a drop of sweat falling down his forehead, but then notices Lala start laughing. – "Huh? What's funny?" – I ask in confusion.
"Hehe... the hero." – The girl mentioned while pointing at Naruto. – "And the princess." – She pointed to herself with amusement.
"Hahahaha, I guess you're right..." – Naruto laughed upon hearing that.
"Don't stand in the way, peasant." – Both of Lala's bodyguards appeared in front of the teenagers as Kurama growled. – "Give us Lala-sama."
Naruto saw Lala and even though he knew she was a princess, he didn't feel it was the right choice to hand her over, especially since the girl looked very reluctant to the idea. – (Shit, forget my dagger and shield...) – The blond thought annoyedly when he forgot his weapons. – "Well... I guess it's time to use my magical ability..." – He muttered a little uncomfortable, it wasn't the strongest ability, but it worked on him. – "Kage Bunshin [Shadow Clone]!" – He exclaims for about 10 copies of Naruto to surround the men.
"Cloning...?" – One of the bodyguards asked.
"Interesting technique, but it is useless with the capabilities of one human." – The other bodyguard declared.
The clones rushed towards the bodyguards, but the superior strength shown by the men was quickly noticed, it was definitely not a human force. – "Shit..." – He muttered when he saw one of his clones being sent flying against a tree and broke it before disappearing into a cloud of smoke.
"I want to help too!" – Lala exclaims like a little girl and pulls out a device that Naruto associated with the phones that were beginning to appear in the rich boys of the kingdom. – "Go, Vacuum-kun!"
"Ah? What are you going to do?" – Naruto asked with confusion, but stopped when he saw that out of nowhere a very disproportionate metal octopus was forming, with small tentacles and a giant head. – "What the fuck...?" – He muttered with his brain in a state of decay.
"It's one of Lala-sama's inventions!" – One of the bodyguards exclaimed with concern.
"Woah!" – Naruto exclaims when the octopus sucks like a giant vacuum cleaner at the bodyguards. – "Fantastic..." – He murmured, but then noticed that more things were sucked out and thrown towards them. – "Lala, turn off that thing!"
"What's going on, Lala-sama?" – Peke asks.
"Well... How do I turn it off?" – Lala questioned to Peke and Naruto's surprise.
"Huh?" – Naruto was confused when his feet left the ground. – "Waaaaaaaaaah?!" – He screamed when he was also sucked and got stuck in the mouth of the machine. – "Uh... I think I have a plan..." – He muttered as next to him, Kurama pulled his head out of the blonde's T-shirt. – "Kurama, being my familiar, I have resistance to fire. Right?" – Naruto asked while the fox just tilted his head a couple of times. – "Huh?! How about that?!" – He complained but received an expressionless look from the adorable animal. – "Oh of course, the wind..." – The blond muttered when he noticed the problem. – "Whatever... Kage Bunshin [Shadow Clone]!" – The blond exclaimed loudly so that multiple replicas of his cover the mouth of the machine, causing a failure and an early explosion.
After the explosion, Naruto was caught by a surprised Lala and Kurama stretched out one of his tails to cling to a branch of a tree and start sleeping, as if nothing had happened.
"Are you okay, Naruto?" – Lala asked.
"If... just try to have a way to stop those things in the future..." – Naruto murmured.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." – Lala says with embarrassment as she scratches her head. – "But thank you for saving me." – She said with a cheerful smile.
"It's nothing... it's what heroes do... help the princesses..." – Naruto says in pain and some of his clothes damaged as he got up from the ground. – "We better leave, it's more than certain that someone saw the explosion..." – He mentioned while Lala nodded with fun.
(Yūki Residence).
"What a day..." – Naruto mutters as he drops into his bed that was slightly set on fire. – "Are you sure you don't want to stay...? They could find you..." – He said as he saw Lala caressing Kurama.
Lala shakes her head. – "I'm fine like that, I've already made a lot of trouble." – She said to spread some black wings and fly out of her window.
"What a weird girl..." – Naruto mutters as he leaves the crystal on which he summons Kurama and his adventurer card on a bedside table. – "Well... at least I was Heroic in saving a princess..." – He said to fall asleep from exhaustion, but he did not notice that his class was no longer of a warrior... his class had changed to that of hero as an almost imperceptible squeal of a monkey echoed in the room.
(Next morning).
"Ah... what a weird dream I had..." – Naruto murmured as he wet his face with water, but suddenly I heard the door of his room being knocked.
"Naruto! Could you join me today to get some materials for the exam?" – Rito asked from the other side of the door.
"Sure, just let me get dressed!" – Naruto exclaims.
"Done!" – Rito says with emotion.
"Gods... if you really exist... please take mercy on me..." – Naruto muttered with hope as he looked at the bathroom ceiling.
(45 minutes later).
Naruto and Rito were walking through the village until they met Haruna who was wearing a white jacket with a pink blouse and a skirt.
(It's too cute...) – Rito thought with a blush.
"Hello, Naruto-kun, Rito-kun..." – Haruna greeting, but then she remembered what she saw yesterday.
Before Haruna thinks more about the subject, Naruto Speak. – "Hello, Haruna-chan, we are on our way to get provisions for the exam." – He says with a smile as Rito was so nervous that he was unable to greet the girl.
"Oh... Do you mind if I join you?" – She asked with a smile and Naruto only nodded as they walked, but placed Haruna next to Rito, who was sweating from nervousness.
"You know? Yesterday I had a very strange dream, but it felt so real..." – Naruto mentioned with a smile.
Haruna thought about what she saw yesterday and was not sure that it was really Naruto. – "How was your dream?" – She asked with interest.
"It was from a demonic princess who was being persecuted by men who wanted to take her to their kingdom and I, as a good hero, saved her from living by being forced to marry someone she doesn't love." – Naruto says with a big, bright smile.
(That doesn't sound realistic at all...) – Rito thinks with sweat falling down his forehead.
"Well, that doesn't matter, it's just a dream..." – Naruto said, but he sees a man passing by offering a horse ride and sees the man take the reins of the horse while walking next to a woman on top of the horse, for some reason he felt nostalgic to see that.
"Naruto, is something happening?" – Rito asks, less embarrassed to be close to Haruna and more concerned about his brother's gaze.
"Huh? I? No... alone..." – Naruto replied a little dazed, but suddenly something fell on him and when he looked up he noticed Lala on his lap.
Rito and Haruna were shocked by the girl's sudden appearance. – "You were right, Naruto! I must be free and choose who to be with..." – She said with a big smile.
"Uh? Yes...?" – Naruto responded with confusion as he tried to make his mind connect by noticing that Lala was not a dream.
"You think the same thing~ This is perfect! Then... Marry me, Naruto-kun!" – She exclaimed to leave Rito and Haruna in stone while Naruto had an expressionless look.
"Only once..." – Naruto murmured. – "Only once, take mercy on me! Gods!
