SO, I just watched the first episode of WandaVision. I don't really have an opinion on it yet. But I will hopefully due a chapter an episode. I know this is basically a rehash of that first episode but considering the show came out a while ago. I thought it a bit appropriate. I also tried to instill a sense of confusion and wrongness to this chapter. Like its weird and out of place as I do know the gist of the show. Anyway, tell me how I did or If I should have included more scenes or omitted some things. I greatly appreciate feedback.

Consciousness didn't return in a colorful bust of images but as a black and white color pallet with old timey music playing in the background. This was the clearest his head had been in so long. The haze of hate and pain had been lifted only to be replaced by a warm blanket of red. Joy rushed into his mind as he looked to his left and saw his beautiful wife sitting in the passenger seat of their brand-new car. Her perfect smile lit up her face like the sun. Her wedding dress was a simple thing but id did nothing to detract from her beauty. Driving into town they passed by the mailman who waved at the happy couple. His lovely wife Smiled beautifully as she waved back while he blushed and lowered his head, pulling his hat down to cover his face. Pulling into a driveway for a house for sale, the couple exited the vehicle. He watched as his wife snapped her finger at the sign making a sold sign appear over it.

Laughing he scooped up his wife and hurried to the front door. Once again, she waved her hand and the door opened, allowing him to carry her inside. Standing her up in the living room, he vaguely noticed bold white letters floating in the air in front of them. His wife seemingly didn't see them as her bright smile and beautiful eyes were locked on his. Wanda Maximoff was the first name that he noticed then came his own. A name he hadn't seen or heard in so long. A pang came from his chest but the red settled it. Caressing his consciousness.

Dancing in the living room, the young couple were lost in a world of their own. Rob's mind, the part that realized this was strange, was pushed down and replaced by pure bliss at this life they made for themselves. The song came to an end as Rob pulled her into a kiss and the world faded to black.

Walking through the door with the days paper Rob was startled when a flying plate broke upon his head. Smiling at Wanda who grinned mischievously back at him he started folding up the paper making his way to her in the kitchen. "My wonderful wife and her flying saucers."

Wanda giggled. "My amazing husband and his thick head."

"Aren't we a fine pair?" Rob asked as the laugh track played in the background. Kissing the side of her head he turned back to the paper. Wanda waved her hands once more, fixing the plate before putting on the shelf in the kitchen.

"What do you say about silver dollar pancakes, crispy hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and a black coffee?" Wanda made her way over the fridge in the corner.

Rob looked up at her with a surprised expression. "I would say I think it's a perfect breakfast if I liked coffee."

"Well then that explains why we don't have any coffee." Wanda smiled as the laugh track sounded once more. Robs eye twitching slightly at how odd this was but then a wave of red pushed that thought away. Caressing his mind and saying how right and perfect this was.

"Wanda, is there something special about today?" Rob asked, walking over to a small kitchen table where a suitcase sat.

Wanda looked perplexed as she glances over herself. Taking in the collared shirt, knee length dress and small apron she shook her head. Well, I guess the apron is a little much but I am just trying to fit in." She moved closer to him. Her shoulder length curls bouncing with every step she took.

"No that's not it." Rob took her shoulders and spun her around pointing at the calendar. "There, someone has drawn a little heart right over today's date."

Wanda nodded her head. "Oh yes, the heart!" Turning back to him she planted her hands on her hips. "Don't tell me you have forgotten Rob?"

Rob scoffed. "Of course, I haven't forgotten Wanda. Why would I have forgotten. I am merely just making sure you remember." Rob blustered through a clear lie and Wanda quirked an eyebrow at him.

"Then tell me what is so special about today?"

There was silence for bit as they stared at one another. "What was the question again?" Both chuckled and gave each other a light kiss.

"Well, it will certainly be a very special evening dear." Wanda kissed his nose as an alarm went off.

"Oh, that's my signal to go to work." Rushing to the back door, he picked up his fedora, put it on, turned and blew a kiss to Wanda who made a show of catching it and bringing it to her heart. Robs vision went black as it changed to an office space where he was working hard on an old calculator. This time Robs consciousness took a back seat as he watched his body make tons of weird jokes and corny one liner.

Eventually a bald fat man walked into the room and stated how excited he was about dinner tonight and how Rob had worked so hard for this promotion. Alarm bells rang in his head, screaming at him that he would be punished if he didn't get back to his masters bidding. Whatever that was. Why was everything so fuzzy?

Once again, the red came back and tried to push him back down into relaxed contentment. Rob tried to fight it off and he was successful, for a short time. Still, no answers came forth on why he felt the way he did. Alas, it would not last as his view faded to red before popping back into focus inside their house with a fat bald man and his old lady wife. He was mumbling to himself now and he felt an urge to distract his boss and his wife from Wanda in the kitchen. That's right, they had to keep her powers a secret otherwise everyone would try and take her from him.

Thinking on the spot he started tapping his hand on a table and singing just as Mrs. Heart opened the screens into the kitchen.

"Oh, I've been shaken, I love it when you go crazy, you take all my inhibition. Baby there's nothing holding me back. You take me places that tear up my reputation, manipulate my decision, baby there's nothing holding me back!"

Mrs. Heart clapped, quite amused by his spontaneous performance. Wanda watched with a fond smile and unshed tears in her eyes as she heard her husband sing. Quickly coming back to herself, she used her magic to close the screen before anyone could notice the floating food.

Soon enough, Rob sat in the living room with a ukulele in his hands and he was singing old McDonald with Mrs. Heart. The lady tried valiantly to pretend this was normal but he knew he was blowing this dinner. Oh, if only he had clarified what was happening tonight when he called Wanda from the office. She did look mighty fine in that dress though. Shaking his head furiously he tried to think of some way to salvage the evening. Especially when Mr. Heart stood in anger about not being served dinner despite his wife's repeated statement about being dizzy.

Of course, when all hope was lost, his darling wife swooped in, delivering breakfast for dinner, effectively saving the evening. Or so they thought. If Rob thought the conversation before dinner was awkward, then he really needed to read a dictionary.

When Mr. Heart asked them to tell their story, how they met, how long they were married, neither could answer as both struggled to come up with something. Mr. heart got so upset he started choking. Rob and Wanda froze as the man collapsed out of his chair. His wife still smiling asking him to stop while staring at Wanda. The red in his mind fizzled as this unexpected development progressed. Eventually, with Wanda's prompting, Rob was able to stand up and help MR. Heart by performing the Heimlich. The dinner promptly ended after that With Mr. Heart promising Rob that promotion and Mrs. Heart commenting on the Lobster that had somehow gone from the kitchen window to a doorknocker.

As Wanda closed the door on their guests, she released a huge breath. Rob himself took to the couch in the living room. Both were seemingly exhausted and Wanda was quick to join her husband. Cuddling up in his arms. Making sure he held her securely. A brief sigh of contentment escaping her lips.

"We are an odd couple, aren't we?" She asked quietly.

Rob stroked her arms and looked up in thought. "I don't think so. We are just special."

Wanda looked at him oddly. "But we don't have an anniversary, or a song, or even wedding rings." Wanda looked down clearly upset about this.

"Why can't we just choose our own then?" Rob laughed as the laugh track came back. "We should make tonight, our anniversary." He smiled winningly at Wanda as the music took a triumphant undertone.

Wanda cocked her eyebrow, "Anniversary for surviving our first dinner party?"

"Why not? It was clearly a successful evening and you looked absolutely ravishing in the dress you wore earlier." Rob nuzzled the side of her head and kissed her temple. "A true queen if I ever saw one."

Wanda blushed, turning more into him. Wrapping her arms around him. "A queen huh?" A sparkle lit her eyes. I suppose this is an acceptable date for our anniversary. Now how about that song? What were you singing earlier dear?"

"Nothing holding me back." Rob stated. "I don't remember who signs it but I just thought it was a lovely choice for the evening."

"I like it." Wanda smiled. "Now for our rings."

Rob held out his hand, "Can't you make us some?"

Wanda nodded and held her hand out next to his. "There is an idea." She smiled and focused. Soon two gold bands appeared on their ring fingers. His was plain gold, while hers had a large diamond on it.

Rob looked over to Wanda who was still leaning into his chest and smiled. "I do."

Wanda looked to him and smiled back. "I do." She took his hand in hers and gave him a scorching kiss. A tear escaping her eye as her dream came true. Rob kissed back just as fiercely before both people looked ahead with smiles on their faces. Rob picked up a tv remote and clicked the power button.

The screen closed in on the couple signaling the end of the episode.
