A/N: Wingin' it. Sorry for any mistakes!

"Noah asked if he could call me dad."

The words echoed in her mind. She stilled and he tightened his grip just a bit more.

"Don't bolt on me Benson," he whispered after a beat.

He let her process the statement and continued tracing small circles on her bare back.

Her heart squeezed with a million emotions.

Joy. Happiness. Pride. Fear. Sadness. Guilt.

She loved him. Noah loved him. And he loved them. But was it too soon? Were his kids ok with it? Did they even want this for them?

After what felt like forever for Elliot, she cleared her throat and spoke.

"Are… are your kids ok with it?"

He knew that question was coming and smiled softly, loosening his grip on her just enough to look down and kiss her nose.

"Who do you think told him to do it."

The tears that had been threatening to spill over onto her cheeks released like a waterfall. He gave her a gentle squeeze and tried to find the words to start the speech he'd rehearsed for most of the ball game.

"I told him I would be honored. And already love him like he's my son. But I told him I needed to make sure it would be ok with you."

His voice dropped to a whisper towards the end of his sentence as he wiped away her tears. He took a deep breath.

"Livie…" he continued, using the new nickname he reserved only for serious conversations about their kids and their future as a couple.

"I know I left. And I know Kathy passed just a year and a half ago. And I know you're scared and nervous but Livie…" his voice became a bit strangled, "I love that boy. I wish I could have been there when you brought him home. I wish I could have been up with you while he cried in the middle of the night. I wish I could have signed adoption papers with you and been there for his big milestones." He let a few tears fall and paused.

"If you'll allow me Livie I don't plan on ever missing another moment with that boy, or you, and I'd love to do it with him calling me dad. And maybe... just maybe you'll let him officially be a Stabler one day. It would be the honor of my life."

By the time he'd finished his speech, they were both crying. She'd made up her mind the minute he'd told her it was the Stabler Kid's idea and she realized they'd fully accepted Noah as a sibling long before she ever realized.

She wasted no time climbing fully on top of his and cradling his face with her hands. She wiped his tears away with her thumbs and kissed him passionately. His hands went to her waist and he returned her affections.

They both broke away and she hovered over him looking down deep into his eyes.

"Is that a yes?" He whispered up to her.

"Absolutely." She said through tears. "Thank you. I love you El."

He grinned bigger pressing his lips back to hers. She deepened it immediately, pushing her tongue through his lips to battle his. "I love you Liv" he said through frantic kisses

His hands roamed her body as they kissed. She was sat on her knees over him, and she gently pushed her down so that her wet folds made contact with his hard length.

He broke away, growling softly at the feeling.

"Benson you've been on a roll this week. I'm not complaining but damn." He laughed kissing her again.

She smirked as she reached between them and sank down onto him with a moan.

"This time it's your fault El" she placed her hands on his chest to steady herself and began to rock her hips.

"'Daddy' just looks too damn good on you for me to be able to resist."

They woke the next morning, still tangled together, though dressed. She knew Noah would be bounding in first thing to share his big news and ask her permission, so much to Elliot's dismay, she forced him to put clothes on after he'd made her cum for a 4th time that night.

She woke to soft kisses on her neck and his morning hard-on pressed into the crease of her ass.

"Good morning" she whispered with a smile.

"Mmmm. Good morning." He replied rolling her to face him in his arms.

She glanced at the clock and smirked, knowing they still had some time. She sneaked her hand between them and grasped his solid length.

He moaned. "Fuck babe."

She smiled and squeezed his cock gently, leaning in and kissing his neck up to his ear as she stroked him.

"I can't get enough of you…" she whispered, licking her lips. She was about to slip down the sheets to take him in her mouth when they heard the their son's bedroom door open.

"Noooo" Elliot whined pathetically as Olivia laughed. She rolled back on her back and Elliot adjusted himself waiting for the young boy to come bolting into their room.

Their door opened slightly before quickly shutting again. They held back their laughs as they waited for the small knock they knew would follow.

They'd been working on knocking since a close call a few weeks ago.

"Can I come in??" Came Noah's voice from the other side.

"Sure buddy," Elliot called our sitting up a little.

He bolted in and jumped in between them, wrapping his arms around his mom.

"Mom I missed you! Last night was so much fun. They won on a walk off and it was so awesome!"

Liv smiled and held her boy tight to her chest.

"That's awesome, sweet boy… and I missed you too." She said kissing his curls and looking over them at Elliot who gave an approving nod.

"So you had a fun time with your dad and brothers I take it." She said gently with a smile.

His head popped up and he looked at her for a few seconds before glancing at Elliot then back to her.

"So.. so it's ok? You're ok with it."

Olivia smiled, her eyes welling up a bit. She pulled her back into him and gave him a squeeze.

"More than ok, sweet boy. More than ok."

He hugged her tightly and grinned before getting up and jumping to Elliot.

"Mom said yes! mom said yes!!!"

"I know! We told you she would." He smiled pulling him into him. He kissed his forehead. "I love you my boy."

Noah grinned and looked up at him. "I love you too…" he paused and then grinned even wider, "Dad!"

They both laughed and he ruffled his hair.

"Go wake up your brothers and tell them your mom said yes. Then tell Dickie to take you guys to pick up breakfast for everyone."

Noah smiled nodding and sprinted off. They heard him meet Eli who'd just emerged from his room. "My mom said yes!"

Eli smiled giving him a hug. "We told you! You were worried for nothing."

Elliot rolled over and cupped Liv's face. "I love you" he whispered.

She grinned and kissed him. "I love you." She responded. "And I love your ingenuity of getting the boys out of the house for a half hour so we can finish what I started this morning," she whispered seductively.

He smirked. "No problem… it's selfish motives, really. I just want the house to ourselves so that I can try and get you to scream daddy while I have you bent over."
