I stood watching Shane be treated by Lance in the medical ward of our home. While the wound didn't hit any vital organs, the blade had been serrated, so it caused extra damage that made the wound difficult to treat. As this was happening, Superman walked in and observed the scene as well. "How is he doing?" He asked.

"He'll survive. My brother's working on him. There are no safer hands in this world." I said, trying to assure myself of that fact as much as the Man of Steel, if not more so.

"I'm sorry this happened. He's lucky you were there to help out. Your siblings and NVRmore as well." He told me.

I shouldn't have had to save them. I should've seen the threat coming and taken care of them before they were in danger. I should've been fast enough to stop them before they were attacked. I should've been able to stop time and take his weapon. So many ways I should've been able to stop what happened, but I can't because I don't have my powers. Even without my powers, when I'm the easiest person in the room to get rid of, I'm still the last man standing when everyone else I care about falls." I said.

"You can't control the situation all the time. Things are going to happen that might not go to plan and people might get hurt. It's unavoidable, no matter how much power you have. You made sure they made it back. That's enough." He said.

"No. It's. Not." I insisted, my Ki flaring up as I grew more agitated.

After a while, Lance came out and walked up to me. "He'll be fine. He's stabilized now, so all we need to do is wait until he's conscious so he can eat a Senzu Bean." He told me.

"Thanks, man. You're a lifesaver. LITERALLY." I said to my twin, the two of us gently grabbing the back of the other's head and putting our foreheads together, before he walked off. I then looked at Shane through the window. "I'm not letting this happen again. I CAN'T let it happen again. I NEED my powers back." I said.

"Having powers again won't automatically allow you to save everyone." He said.

"But it would give me the best chance. Or at the very least, it would let me take the hit for them instead." I explained.

But before we could continue the conversation, I suddenly received a text. [We're here for your proposition. - C.M]

"Well, I have a meeting to get to. Maybe you should go check on NVRmore back at your Watchtower, or the Batcave, or Metropolis- wherever you took him, I don't know. I just know he's not here. I said, walking off at a brisk pace.

However, I must have been A LITTLE too unsubtle about wanting him gone and for some STRANGE reason, this made him suspicious... I'm starting to get the feeling he doesn't like or trust me... Can't imagine why.

Superman followed after me through hall of ancient/powerful/cursed artifacts and saw me stopping at some display case, noticing how intently I was focusing on what was inside. After a few moments of deliberation, I started to reach towards the case. But before I could touch it, a hand suddenly grabbed my wrist and I turned to see Nightshade was the one holding my arm. "Sai. I believe you have visitors. You shouldn't keep them waiting." He said.

"I'll be with them in a minute. I just thought this could come in handy." I told him.

"I don't think you'd have enough time to put it on before your guests get impatient and leave." He insisted. We stared at each other for a few moments, before he narrowed his eyes, no longer dancing around what he meant. "If you touch that case, I will destroy you." He warned.

I sighed at this, finally accepting defeat in this situation. "Fine. I'm going to go see those guests." I said, walking off. Meanwhile, Nightshade stayed and observed the contents of the case himself.

"What could be in that case to cause a fight like that?" Superman wondered, walking up to Nightshade and turning to see the suit of armor held within the case.

The black armor was demonic, the helmet shaped into a smirking, sharp teethed demon skull with ornate and large horns forming from were the nose would be and branching out into sharp, moose antler-like crests with another one between them. The eyes have a blood red hue that shook even Superman core. And from behind the crest, long flowing umbress hair with a purple sheen flows out like solid darkness.

Its pauldrons were asymmetrical, the left being larger and having more spikes then the more simple right one that only ends in single large spike. From the shoulders to the large gauntlets the armor was made from dark grey tendrils with purple veins that looked like they would pulse with the heartbeat of whoever wore it. The large gauntlets were made of dark grey metal, having a Gothic spiked appearance with the fingers ending in long metal claws meant to grip and draw blood.

The chestplate was combined to a trench coat, both having magenta runes around the front edges. The inside of the coat was a dark sinister purple that had a smoke like undertone. Finally we get to the greaves. They were also Gothic like the gauntlets but were a black metal with more detail to them for some reason, with even the toes having their own claws. The armor gave a demonic but almost royal aura. [1]

To say that the Man of Steel was confused by this was an understatement. "You threaten him for trying to touch some creepy suit of armor?" He asked.

"It's known as the Damned [2] Warlord's Armor. It's armor made for only the strongest generals of Hell's army. It's incredibly powerful, only meant to be broken out during the End Times, or a full-scale army against one of the other plains of torment. If Sai were to put it on now, he'd be as strong as he ever was before you placed that seal on him. Maybe even more than that. If he wasn't sealed, he would likely be able to handle Darkseid, with relative ease, even. And wearing it while in his demon form, he could probably solo your precious Justice League." He explained.

This definitely shocked the Kryptonian. "That's incredible. Then, why hasn't he been wearing it all this time?" He asked.

"Why doesn't Batman wear his Hellbat Suit? Doesn't it grant him incredible power?" Nightshade countered his question with one of his own.

"Because it's too taxing on his body and prolonged use could seriously injure or kill him." Superman explained, before realizing. "Oh. So you mean-" He started.

"Exactly. It's power is incredible, but massive amounts of power like that ALWAYS comes at an even greater expense. Even with all his power and his demon form, he could only wear that armor safely for five hours at most. It feeds on his demonic energy, so obviously, with that seal on his back and no access to demonic energy, it would start to feed on his soul. And when it was used up, he'd die and that's it. No bringing him back. Just dead. And his body would turn into a Devil Arm. That's all." Nightshade explained grimly.

"I see." Superman said, plenty disturbed by the story he was just told. "I understand it's hard to see friends and allies get hurt, but did something happen to Sai that made him so adamant about never losing his comrades and not being the last one standing?" He asked.

"There used to be three demon clans that protected the humans. The Shield Clan, to defend the humans and repel any threat, our Blade Clan to strike back against the threats to humanity and the Spear Clan to launch an all-out assault on the forces that initiated the attack to dissuade any future attacks. Sai was great friends with many members of the Shield Clan. But the Spear Clan betrayed us and destroyed the Shield Clan. Sai witnessed some of his best friends be horrifically slaughtered. And the Spear Clan specialized in soul attacks, so when they killed someone, there was no bringing them back. We tried to save any survivors, but the Spear Clan was relentless and finished them despite our best efforts. Sai was young when this happened, so it really imprinted on him, so now there is nothing in this world he hates more than seeing his friends fall in combat while he is unable to do anything." Nightshade continued.

"Oh. I'm so sorry." Superman said sadly.

"And this whole demon blood situation is only making things worse. He's losing his mind with his powers gone. Common street punks are getting powerful enough to contend with you heroes and he's not strong enough to contend with them anymore. All he's thinking about is how his friends, his family and especially his children are in more danger than ever and he's powerless to stop most of it. He's so focused on what he could lose in this conflict, he's willing to GIVE everything he has in order to protect those things. That shows by how he's even considering putting on this armor with his powers gone, even though he has children to care for now. If it meant they will be able to survive and prosper, he'd be MORE than willing to destroy himself to end this conflict." Nightshade said.

"You're speaking pretty highly of him. From what I've heard, I thought you despised him." Superman said curiously.

"He's a Fire Demon. In a family that specializes in fighting demons, most of which are resistant to fire, I always thought Sai was ineffective and wouldn't be able to do much. So we expected more from him and I always thought he was never reaching the level of expectations we set. But then I stopped and realized he's done more than I ever have. More than most of us ever have. Probably more than most of us ever will. Only our parents have saved the world more than him. And he's brought children into this world to continue the bloodline when I haven't even done that yet. So I've been trying to make it up to him, but with all the danger we face, I've been worried I won't get the chance to before it's too late. And now with his powers sealed, because of you and your Justice League, the threat is higher than ever that I might lose him." Nightshade explained one last time, rather harshly this time around, before walking off.

This gave Superman a good bit to think about, even making him forget the reason he had meant to follow me, when he suddenly received a message. [We found the League of Assassin's hideout. - Batman]

"Finally. We're coming to the end of this. I should let Sai know." He said, following the path I had taken.

The Man of Steel managed to figure out where I went and made his way there, starting to pick up on the conversation. "Why waste the time and space? You're plans not going to work, it's just a lot of effort wasted on both our parts." He heard my voice.

"Well, that's my final offer. You can take it or leave it and then we'll leave." A female voice said.

"My, my, what a cunning little operator we have here!" A third person declared humorously, sounding like his voice was coming from an old-timey radio.

Superman then quietly entered the room we were in, seeing me standing with a young blonde girl with make up that made her look like a clown, alongside a dressed in red with hair that made him appear to have deer ears, along with tiny antlers as well, holding some kind of microphone in his hand. "Come on, Sai. It's the absolute LEAST you could do. You owe me that much." The girl said.

I sighed at this. "Fine. I agree to your terms." I said.

"Excellent! Then let's honor this agreement with a shake!" The deer-like man said, holding out his hand, which lit up with green fire.

"You, sir... Have a deal!" I said, winding my arm back and swinging it, slamming my hand into his and shaking his hand, the word "deal" echoing as I did this.

"And what exactly is this deal you're talking about?" Superman asked, deciding to step in.

This caused the three of us to jump and turn to face him. "Oh! Well, this is a surprise. I thought- and hoped- you'd left already." I said in annoyance.

"I got a message from Batman that they found the League's location to hopefully put an end to this mess. Unless you have other plans..." He said, looking to the other two.

The clown girl then quickly walked up to him. "Oh! Hello there, Mr. Superman, sir! I am a huge fan! The way you always try to help people and do what's right and you even give your villains a second chance, even after all they've done." The girl said excitedly. "A few people I know could follow that example." She said, glaring back at me and the man with the microphone.

"So I've heard a thousand times." I said, looking to Superman. "This is Charlie Magne, princess of another Hell... And my ex-girlfriend. And this is her... associate, Alastor." I introduced them.

Alastor then walked up and shook Superman's hand. "Quite an honor, sir! I've seen many of your exploits on the picture show! It's my favorite! Especially when half the city gets wrecked! You've gotta love the carnage!" The Radio Demon laughed.

Superman narrowed his eyes at this. "I see... And what's this about a deal?" He asked.

"Oh. Well, Charlie's Hell has... let's say 'population control' issues. So, in order to deal with overpopulation, every New Year, the angels come down and..." I began.

"Look for worthy, repentant souls to be brought to heaven?" Superman asked hopefully.

Alastor and I deadpanned at this, looking at him for a few moments, before looking at each other, letting another short pause pass, before bursting out in laughter, hugging each other for support. "Oh, that's too good!" Alastor laughed.

"Oh, man! And I thought the guy with the green hair and bleached skin was the Joker!" I laughed as well. Superman glared at us at this point and I managed to compose myself. "No, they slaughter any sinners they can find with specialized heavenly weapons that can kill demons, destroying their soul forever." I explained. "Well, SOMEBODY didn't like that idea." I said, giving Charlie a slap on the butt, which earned me an elbow to the gut. "Ugh! So she came up with the Happy-" I coughed out, before being interrupted.

"Hazbin!" Alastor corrected.

"Happy!" Charlie insisted.

I sighed at this. "-Hotel. To rehabilitate sinners and see if they can be given a chance at redemption and go to heaven." I said, before leaning towards the 4th wall. "Even though Helluva Boss TOTALLY broke that premise in episode 4." I whispered.

"I think that's a lovely idea." Superman said.

"Ah, you would. Anyway, for some reason this idea is not working-" I started, before noticing the glares of both Charlie and Superman. "- I mean, is taking longer than expected!" I corrected myself. "So she'd like me to take a few souls to MY Hell so they won't be obliterated." I explained.

"In exchange for a favor from me at a later venture!" Alastor butted in.

"Really? What kind of favor?" Superman asked suspiciously.

Alastor opened his mouth to answer, but I quickly covered his mouth. "To be determined at a later date! You know, I may not need something right now, but maybe later..." I lied, stepping on a pentagram on the floor and opening a portal to their Hell. "Well, it's been real, guys! Glad the deal's good to go! Charlie, always great to see you, but I've got stuff to deal with here! Bye!" I said quickly, shoving them through the portal.

"And I was JUST wondering why you couldn't make it work with such a lovely girl." Superman said sarcastically.

"It certainly doesn't help that I laughed in her face when she suggested the whole 'Happy Hotel' thing." I said, before noticing his deadpanned look. "Maybe that's why she moved onto a girlfriend next." I pondered.

"Let's just go." He said, having the Watchtower open up a Boom Tube for us to go through.

Later on, Wonder Woman and I emerged from the Boom Tube in front of the compound the League of Assassins were using. "Okay. You and I will be launching a frontal assault while Batman, Green Arrow, Supergirl and Flash come in from an alternate entrance." Wonder Woman explained.

"Smart, a frontal assault as a distraction and a second team to sneak in and reach the end goal. Which I'm assuming is Ra's?" I asked.

"Of course. But aren't you bringing someone as well? We had figured you would bring an ally on our own. A frontal assault is significantly more difficult with just two people." Diana said.

"Oh, don't worry. I've got us a couple of friends." I said, pulling out my Minotaur bearded axe and tossing it into the air, allowing it to take the form of the Minotaur it used to be in the Temen Ni Gru where I defeated it and turned it into the weapon it was moments earlier.

"Good to be free and stretch my legs again. It's been a while since you used me in a fight, Sai." The half-bull creature said.

"Sorry, man. It's been tough to swing an axe that shakes the Earth without my demonic strength." I explained.

"Well, that certainly wasn't what I was expecting." The Princess of Themyscira said.

"I've got one more surprise." I said, biting the tip of my thumb to draw blood, quickly painting a rune on a piece of paper, setting it on the ground and stepping on it, creating a red glow and summoning a demon. He was a hulking figure of eight feel tall, filled with muscles, covered in black reptilian skin similar to mine in my demon form, covered in red tiger-like stripes, spikes on his elbows and knees, a long tail with three arrowheads on it, the smallest at the tip and two larger ones three inches apart from each other and the one at the tip. And finally, he had a dragon-like head with Oryx horns. "Good to see you, Demon." I said with a nod of my head, then looked to Wonder Woman. "He's my cousin." I explained.

"Demon is a demon." He greeted.

"A demon named Demon? That's rather strange, isn't it? As if naming your dog simply 'Dog'?" Wonder Woman asked.

"Demon IS a demon!" Demon said in annoyance.

"Well, he never got the hang of the human transformation thing. That and he can only say-" I started, pointing to him.

"Demon is A demon!" He said, upset that I was pointing at him.

"Yeah. Well, no point standing around. Let's get this over with." I said. "Oh, but first, you realize they're likely using the blood of high tier demons, so they're going to be incredibly strong, right. It may be difficult to defeat them without killing them." I told her.

"We should TRY to avoid killing, but if it's unavoidable and it's between you and them, you should do what you can to survive." Wonder Woman said.

"And that's why you're my favorite." I said, throwing open the doors of the compound.

Several assassins stood in the main entryway and turned to face us as we entered. "It's the Justice League! And the demons are with them!" One of them shouted out as they all pulled out syringes and injected themselves with demon blood. However, shockingly enough, they didn't turn into massive, hulking monstrosities, but instead simply gained slightly larger but FAR more toned muscles.

Wonder Woman was shocked at this. "What? How is their transformations different? Did they take the blood of weaker demons?" She asked.

"No. Their power is still insane. Definitely high-tier. Maybe their control and discipline through their assassin training has let them better handle the demon blood and manipulate how it affects them compared to random street punks." I theorized.

"Demon is a Demon..." Demon said warily.

"You've got that right, cuz. This just became more than a battle. Now it's a war." I declared.

An assassin rushed at me with his hand turned into vicious claws, which sparked with black lightning. I managed to grab his wrist and hold the hand back, but I was quickly starting to lose ground. Thankfully, Minotaur rushed in and clotheslined the assassin, causing him to flip in the air and would've fallen onto his back, but then Minotaur elbowed him in his entire torso, sending him to the floor, finishing by locking his fists together and slamming them down on him. He then charged and gored two more assassins on his horns, punching them off his horns and sending them flying into a wall, before stomping on the floor, causing a huge chunk of ground to shoot up from beneath him, shoving it forward with full force to slam into the two assassins.

Demon rushed forward and dropped down, doing a spinning breakdance move to knock down two assassins coming at him, before getting to one knee in front of them and slamming their heads to the floor. He got up and slammed his head into another before blocking the attacks of three more assassins trying to jump him all at once, managing to catch the arm of the assassin to his right and the leg of the assassin to his left as they threw a punch and kick respectively, ripping both limbs off and kicking the middle assassin back, tossing and catching the two limbs where they connected to the body and swung them together, slamming the middle assassin's head between a foot and a hand. Four of them ganged up and tried to use a magic combination attack, shooting fire, lightning, ice and pure energy at Demon, who responded by breathing a stream of purple flames of darkness that overpowered their combined attack and incinerated them all. "Demon is a demon!" He declared, proud of how he beat the master assassins powered by demon blood with little difficulty.

"I know, right? Total bitches! And the live-action shows made them seem unstoppable." I said.

I was using my Kamaitachi fans to create wind currents that pushed their attacks away from their proper path, namely me, also leaving them open and allowing me to land several quick slices and slashes on their bodies, as well as get in some solid kick with my Gharial greaves. They finally looked like they were starting to get worn down from healing injuries from demonic weaponry, allowing me to create a tornado with my fans, sending them high into the air, before dissipating. Then, as they started falling, I turned my back and jabbed the heel of one of my greaves into the ground, kicking up an eight foot long, eight foot tall, two foot tall slab of earth, stood up like a wall. The assassins fell into the small pit of space the ground used to occupy, before I moved around behind the slab and pushed it over on them, smashing them underneath it.

Diana used both her sword and shield deflected the attacks of assassins who figured out the impressive trick of making blades of pure elemental energy, swinging at her with blades of condensed water and lightning. However, she eventually ducked as they both swung their blades at her head, causing their weapons to clash and their elements to react to each other, shocking them both, allowing her to gut check the one with the water blade with her shield and the lightning blade user with her foot, doubling the both over as she rose back up and spun to slam her shield into both of their heads. She then threw her shield at two more rushing at her, causing it to bounce off both of their heads, pulling out her lasso of truth and reeling in another one, slamming the pommel of her sword into his gut, then his chin, before catching her shield and slamming it down on his face to send him to the floor

A few dozen more assassin rushed at us, forcing us in close together. Wonder Woman bent over and swung her blade low to cut the feet out from under three rushing at us all at once while I rolled over her back and kicked another one in the face, stomping the ground as I landed to send a column of earth into his face, before jumping and kicking the column to break it in half, sending the top half flying over Diana to hit two more rushing at her from the side I had just been on. "Behind you!" She alerted, wrapping her lasso around one behind me and reeling him in, at which point I hit him with an Evil Explosion blast attack. Meanwhile, Minotaur and Demon had been brute forcing several more rushing at them, before Demon grabbed Minotaur, who returned to his axe form, masterfully spinning the weapon and hitting the assassins with the blunt side of the blades of the butt of the handle to leave them open for a devastating slice from the blades, all while defending his back with his tail.

For a moment, it seemed like we had gotten them all, when I suddenly noticed the air behind Diana warping. "Head's up!" I warned her, grabbing her shield and spinning to take it from her and get her out of the way as I turned towards the threat as one of the assassins emerged from thin air and threw a punch of concentrated darkness that I managed to block, but the force behind it dislocated both my shoulders. He prepared to finish me with one more punch, but Demon stabbed Minotaur into his back, at which point Diana wrapped her lasso around the assassin, reeling him in and stabbing him with her sword.

End Music

With that last assassin fallen, we finally had some time to stop and breathe. And in my case, put my dislocated shoulders back in place. "Please tell me Batman and the others dealt with any more we might run into." I said.

"Yes. They should have encountered Ra's by now. And with any luck, they'll have taken him down already and have the information we need." Wonder Woman said.

"Doubtful. Ra's is just as clever as Batman and twice as devious. He probably suspected a plan like ours and came up with some kind of countermeasure." I said.

"But he's still one man against a Kryptonian... And some other people who can fight, I guess." Minotaur pointed out.

"Demon is a Demon." Demon agreed, thinking Ra's had to have been dealt with by now.

"After what happened in the Purest Soul's base, I'm not taking any chances. Let's go." I said as we burst through the doors.

"Ra's! Whatever plan you've concocted is over! Surrender yourself and any remaining demon blood you have have!" Wonder Woman ordered.

"Ah, Diana. How wonderful to see you again. And, by chance, will the detective be joining us?" He asked.

Almost on cue, Batman and the others emerged from a wall at the back of the room, looking significantly worse for wear than we were. "Ra's... You were planning this, weren't you? You had doubled security at the broken wall at the back of your compound. I had assumed it was unguarded." He questioned.

"As astute as ever, detective. I'll admit, your plan was clever, but at the same time, completely predictable. Still, even after you encountered the bulk of my forces, you were able to reach me. Certainly commendable. All the qualities I'd like to see in my successor." The Head of the Demon declared.

"I'll never join you, Ra's. You're delusional if you think otherwise." Batman told him.

"Although, considering how many times you've been dipped in a Lazarus pit, it wouldn't surprise me if you're delusional." Green Arrow joked.

"Very well, then. I suppose it is time to face reality. If you will not join me, then I must find someone who will." Ra's said, looking towards me. "What do you say, Sai Blade? You seek to cleanse the world of filth just as I do. You would have the entirety of the League of Assassins at your disposal. Think of all the good you could do. And together we may even be able to get the seal containing your powers removed." He offered.

"Your views of the filth of the world is far more extreme than mine is. I'd never destroy an entire city to get rid of the bad element. And I'll have this seal off my back soon enough. You have nothing to offer. And quite frankly, even if you did, I wouldn't accept it." I told him.

He narrowed his eyes at this. "Then you shall all die." He declared, pulling out a syringe and injecting himself with demon blood, his muscles growing and becoming more toned, his hair turning darker and more youthful, his skin turning red as he gained ram-like horns and a arrowhead tail "Prepare yourselves, fools. The Head of the Demon is now a True demon." He declared, rushing at Batman.

Background Music: "Immortal" by Adema

Ra's turned his hand into a flaming blade and prepared to cut down Batman, but I managed to push him out of the way, taking the hit myself, his hand unable to pierce my trench coat. That being said, the force behind this attack still sent me flying back into a wall. I coughed up some blood at this. "I'm really starting to hate this hero thing." I said weakly, popping a senzu bean to avoid dying.

Green Arrow and Batman rushed in together, Ollie swinging his bow at Ra's, who caught it and spun it with insane force, spinning and flinging the archer into the bat-themed vigilante. Supergirl rushed in, Ra's turning to face her and the two grappling, hands locked together. But then, Ra's hands were lit on black fire that spread to Supergirl's arms up to her elbow, causing her to scream in pain. And if that weren't enough, Ra's used his tail to attack, swinging back and forth to slash across her stomach a few times, before jabbing her with it about half a dozen times, before letting her arms go and delivering a jumping round kick to send her flying.

"Demon is a demon!" Demon declared as he and Minotaur rushed in together, but Ra's expertly and even casually deflected their attacks, all while he lashed and smacked them with his tail, eventually blasting the both back with dark fireballs.

Wonder woman was next to rush in, attacking with both sword and shield, but Ra's summoned a pair of scimitar, matching her move for move, as well as landing the occasional kick to her legs and cutting or jabbing her with his tail. He managed to stab her in the shoulder with his tail, allowing him to kick her in the gut and knock her back.

The assassin then heard a noise behind him and caught the round I fired from a grenade launcher AR him. "A simple grenade launcher? I'm disappointed. I would've thought a legendary Demon hunter would bring something more... exotic to the fight." Ra's taunted.

I smirked. "And I thought an ancient master assassin would know not to let his guard down." I said, hitting a button that detonated the grenade in Ra's hand, covering the head of the Demon in salt, holy water and extract of rosemary and wisteria, as well as detonating a smaller flashbang inside the grenade that unleashed pure light.

All of these potent demon weaknesses cause Ra's to reel in agony, allowing everyone else to rush in and attack him all at once, Green Arrow rushing in and cracking him across the face with his bow, sending him reeling into demon, who headbutted him, delivering a couple of strong haymakers and uppercutting him with his tail, sending him into Minotaur, who held a beach ball-sized boulder in each hand, smashing them into Ra's and kicking him back into Batman, the vigilante pummeling him with a rapid combo, allowing Wonder Woman to fling her shield and knock him back, allowing Supergirl to blast him to the ground and across the floor with her Heat Vision.

However, Ra's was still far from done. "Enough!" He shouted, unleashing a devastating blast of dark fire that knocked Supergirl down. He rushed at Batman and delivered an insane combo, ending with a clothesline that allowed him to spin around and catch Oliver's bow once again as he swung at him, pulling the bow away and choking him out with it. Demon and Minotaur rushed in again, but Ra's unleashed a stream of dark fire on demon, halting him as Ra's grabbed Minotaur by the neck, forcing him into axe form and kicking Demon to the ground, slamming the axe into his chest. It was a massive injury, but still nothing he wouldn't walk away from. But it would seriously slow him down.

Ra's then pounced and struck relentlessly at Wonder Woman as she struggled against the onslaught. "That's enough, Ra's!" I shouted as I leapt towards him, only for him to turn and put his fist through my chest.

"No!" Everyone shouted.

"Demon is a demon!" Demon yelled as well, horrified at the thought of losing a family member.

Ra's smirked once again at this. "It seems your time as a human has dulled your instincts. You never carelessly rush at a stronger opponent." He said.

But then he realized the warped and broken metal and torn wires sticking out of the wound of his victim's chest. "An android?!" Batman said.

Meanwhile, I smirked from back againstt he wall Ra's knocked me into at the start of the fight, not having left that position the entire time. "I'm starting to see why you like your gadgets so much. I should've considered that years ago." I told the bat-themed vigilante.

My android grabbed Ra's arm impaling it with a vice-like grip. "And your time as a Demon has made you more arrogant. You couldn't even tell flesh from metal!" The Android said, before detonating and covering Ra's in more salt and Wisteria extract.

As he reeled from pain, I finally rushed in myself, drawing my permafrost staff and making the ends freeze into points, becoming more like a double-headed spear, which I coated in salt and sliced just above Ra's' knees. Cutting those muscles would make it hard to stand, let alone move and the salt halted his heeling. Wonder Woman was now freed from the assault Ra's put her under, allowing her to slice his tail off, leaving him open for me to spin my staff and slice his arms just after the shoulders, rendering his arms useless, at which point Minotaur rushed in and charged into Ra's back, letting me get several more slashes on his torso, kicking him back... right into Demon's lowered and waiting horns, who then slammed him to the floor.

End Music

I crunched down on a senzu bean to repair my injuries, before pulling out a spiked mace, stabbing it into the wound on Ra's' shoulder and twisting it around to catch as much muscle and tendons as I could to cause pain, before ripping it out as Ra's yelled in pain. "Where is Luthor getting all the demons for the demon blood? Are you working with him? And if so, do you have any demons of your own lying around here?" I demanded.

Ra's groaned in pain and panted as the wound slowly began to heal, glaring at me. "I would never work with a snake like Luthor. He lets his ambitions run out of control. He cannot be trusted. We stole a shipment of demons from the Purest Souls as they were about to deliver them to Luthor. We then raided their hideout for any more demons or information, but then someone released the demons. Both my men and theirs were slaughtered. However, Talia was able to find a computer and found a conversation where someone sent a list of names belonging to demons whose human identities had been uncovered and were sent to Deathstroke. I'm guessing whoever sent that list released the demons as well. They must not have needed the rest of the Purest Souls any more and had them wiped out before you all could show up and discover their secrets." Ra's explained.

"And who sent this message?" I questioned.

"His... Name was... Grail Noire." Ra's declared, before finally passing out from pain and exhaustion.

I was shocked at this, taking a few steps back. "No... No, it can't be. There's no way!" I said in disbelief.

"Demon is a demon!" Demon cried out in shock.

"What? What is it? Who is this guy?" Supergirl asked.

"Someone who should have been dead and buried at this point. And someone who's about to be." I said, turning Minotaur back into his axe form and pocketing it, walking over to Demon and putting two fingers to my forehead to disappear with Instant Transmission.

"What was that about? How big of a deal could this guy really be?" Green Arrow asked.

"I have no idea. But to get a reaction like that out of Sai, this man must be either incredibly powerful... or evil on par with Joker." Batman said.
