A/N: That was mean I'm sorry hehe. Thank you for the reviews - let's get to 100 before the next update???

Liv was in a daze when she came to. Her head was swimming and her entire body ached. The smell that hit her nose was sterile, indicating a hospital.

Her hands instinctively went to her belly that was flatter than she last remembered.

Remembered.

Fuck.

Her eyes shot open. "Elliot!" She called panicked, looking around the room- her eyes landing on her fiancé sitting in the chair across from her bed.

She could tell he was shirtless, though he was covered with a blanket. Her eyes welled with tears as they focused on the pink and blue hat, peaking from the blanket.

"Guys… momma is awake," he cooed, smiling through his tears.

Her hand shot to her mouth and her tears started falling. "Th-they… they're okay?" She whispered, stopping when she noticed the tubes.

He nodded. "Just oxygen… they want them to stay for at least a week for observation and weight gain… but they're good Liv… you did it baby," he whispered, smiling.

The nurse heard her wake up and came in smiling. "Hi Captain… you feeling okay?"

She nodded. "Sore but… please I need to hold them."

Her nurse nodded and smiled. "Perfect… probably time for them to eat anyways."

Helping Elliot stand and pass them over, Liv started crying through her smile. "Oh my god…"

"Momma… meet Charlotte Kathleen," he whispered handing their baby girl over, "and Benjamin Don," he said smiling.

"Oh my… hi guys," she whispered, smiling huge. "They're so tiny…" she said, looking up at El.

He nodded, smiling, "Charlie is 3.15 pounds and Benny is 3.10…. He had his chord around his neck which is why he wasn't crying… he's okay now though… they both are. Perfect, actually. Just tiny," he smiled small.

She nodded smiling and the nurse assisted her with helping them latch on. "You'll probably want to do formula," she suggested, "especially with how frequently they'll need to eat. But you can still do both… I would just suggest pumping."

"Whatever they need I'll do," Liv said and the nurse nodded smiling and let them be.

El cupped her face, sitting beside her and smiled. "Scared me half to death… Thought I was gonna loose you."

Leaning in to kiss him softly, she smiled against his lips. "Not gonna get rid of me that easily," she said and he smiled.

"The kids?" She asked, suddenly panicked and remembering his orders from the station.

"They're fine and all together in the waiting room… Noah and Eli are shaken but they're ok. They have some good big sisters and Dickie," he said smiling small.

"Can I see them?" She asked and he nodded. "I'll go get them… you're good in here alone?"

She nodded quickly and he kissed her again before going out to the lobby.

"Hi guys," he said gently, smiling as Noah jumped off Dickie's lap and sprinted to him. "Dad is she okay?" He whispered into his legs once he hit him, hanging on for dear life.

"She's good bud… she's good… and so are your babies," he said, smiling.

Noah broke down in tears of relief and El sunk down, hugging his youngest tightly before laughing to himself.

Not his youngest anymore.

Eli came over and dropped, too, hugging both his dad and brother and crying a bit himself. "Thought we lost her," he whispered to his dad, visibly shaken up.

Noah back up to give them a moment, and Eli hugged his dad tightly. "She's good, son… she's good."

He nodded into his shoulder and the pair stood up, sniffling. He hugged his girls and Dickie before nodding. "Let me see if she's done feeding them and I'll text you guys okay?"

They all agreed and he went back up, stopping at the door when he heard her talking quietly to them.

"We can't scare daddy like that again… he was a mess you guys," she said softly and laughed to herself. "He's the best daddy, you guys are gonna have so much fun together. And your big sisters and brothers… oh they already adore you," she stopped when El walked back in, smiling, "and there's your daddy now…" she cooed.

He sat beside her and smiled down at the two tiny bundles. His arm snaked around her shoulder and she leaned into him as best she could.

"We just had two babies, El… like together.." she giggled softly, in awe of their two miracles.

He nodded and kissed the side of her head several times. "I can't believe it took me 24 years to knock you up," he teased, causing her to laugh.

"Like… we have two babies that our ours. We made them. I can't… I can't believe it, El…"

"Believe it momma… believe it," he whispered and she kissed him. "I wanna see my big babies…" she asked and he nodded, shooting them a text.

Several moments later, the 6 Stabler kids barreled into her hospital room, going silent when El held a finger to his lips.

Noah grinned huge when he saw them and went over to his dad, who lifted him up into his lap. Eli on the other hand, beelined for Liv and wrapped his arms around her, burying his face in her shoulder.

She squeezed him and looked over his shoulder at Dickie who gave a quick nod to her silent question of "is he ok."

He remained in her arms a minute, letting his tears get under control before he stood and nodded. "Really glad you're okay mom…" he smiled and she pulled him back into her, causing his tough Stabler exterior to crack and his tears to fall hard and fast.

Eventually sitting on the other side of her, El smiled at all of his kids before nodding to the tiny new additions. "Guys… this is Charlotte Kathleen and Benjamin Don… Charlie and Benny Benson-Stabler." He said, proudly, causing Liv to grin.

Taking a moment to explain the oxygen and week long monitoring, he finally looked at them. "Okay, who wants to cuddle them first huh?"

"Dick and Liz already called dibs cause they need to bond with their mini me," Mo said with an eye roll and a smile as El and Liv handed them over.

"Just a few hours old and already given mommy and daddy heart attack huh? I didn't give them their first joint panic until I was 16… I'm so proud of you buddy!" Dickie cooed to the baby boy who smiled in his sleep.

"And while your brother stresses them out, you, like me, are already perfect huh baby girl…" Liz smiled, rocking her slowly. "I always wanted to have a baby sister… you're gonna be sooo spoiled," she smiled.

Everyone was chuckling and El directed them to stand together for a photo.

They eventually traded twins and Dickie teared up immediately. "I win," Eli said holding his hand out to his sisters who rolled their eyes and handed him 5 bills.

"Oh my god I already love you more than any of them," he said swaying with Charlie and everyone laughed. Lizzie admired Benny and chuckled. "You look like your daddy and brothers… oh you're gonna be a handsome boy," she whispered and El snapped another photo.

It was Kathleen and Mo's turns next, who cuddled and fawned over the newest additions before passing them off to Eli and the newest big bro, Noah.

Noah was in awe at the baby girl in his arms and he was starting to her emotional. "Hi… I'm Noah I'm your big brother…" he said, his voice cracking.

El gently rubbed his back as the little boy zoned out the rest of the room, taking in his sisters every tiny feature. Eventually coming to, he looked up at Eli who smiled down at him, answering the question he was asking with his eyes.

"Gonna be the best, buddy… you already are." He smiled small and he nodded, breathing out a sigh. "I have some good examples," he said thoughtfully, looking at his older brothers.

"I can't believe they're here," Eli said softly, as they traded twins.

"They're so tiny," Noah remarked, "I didn't think they'd be this little…."

"It's cause they're a little early," El said gently, "but they'll grow and be okay and big like you guys one day."

Noah sighed happily. "I feel like our family is complete… now we just need mommy to be a Stabler too," he said, causing everyone to laugh.

They brought the twins home two weeks later.

They had three straight days of weight gain and high oxygen levels, so the doctors were confident in their prognosis. They'd both hit 5 pounds and everyone was celebrating.

El got Liv all settled on the couch with them and gently took Charlie and her bottle from her.

He sat beside her and Liv smiled, leaning over to kiss them as the twins ate. El leaned his head back on the couch, admiring his fiancé's beauty.

Blushing, he laughed and nudged him. "What?"

He shook his head. "You're just so gorgeous. Like I didn't think you could be any prettier and then you had two babies."

She smiled and leaned over to kiss him softly. "I love you Elliot… you've made my dreams come true and I can't thank you enough…"

"You let me back in that night… thank you Livvie."

She giggled. "Baby you didn't really leave me a choice."

"Yeah but you're the one who jumped me first," he teased and she smiled, kissing him again.

"El I can't wait until we can make love again… like really make love," she smiled and he nodded.

"Me too… your belly was really messing up our vibe."

She burst out laughing, "our vibe? You've been with Eli too much," she said and he smiled.

"I'm a cool dad now- he told his friends."

Raising Benny over her shoulder, she smiled and burped him gently. "Eli doing better? Now that you're home more? He's seemed much better."

He nodded and did the same with their baby girl. Always in sync. "Yeah, I think so. We've gotten way closer which has been really, really nice."

"I think just being able to go to every practice and game has been good for us. Noah too." he said and Liv nodded, smiling.

"Can you believe we've got to start college tours?" She asked and he shook his head.

"No- it doesn't feel real at all. Literally seems like yesterday you were delivering him," he laughed softly, "and now you've delivered these two and we're engaged… life is just crazy Livvie."

She rested her head on his shoulder as Bennie fell back to sleep. "We're so blessed," she said softly.

"Tell me," he said after a while of her staring at their sleeping boy while their girl kept her eyes on her daddy.

"Maybe I should retire…" she said softly and he cocked his head.

"Do you want to?"

"No… no not at all I just… I can't picture leaving them?" She whispered.

He kissed her temple several times. "Don't retire. They'll be here in the morning and when you get home. And when you're free, we'll come for lunch and visit." He said, encouragingly and she let out a sigh of relief, just needing his support.

"Liv the only thing you're better at than being a mom is being a captain and officer in that unit. Your kids are prouder of you and better for it. I support you with everything."

She craned her neck up to kiss him and smiled. "If I didn't just have two babies surgically removed that statement would be enough to get me going," she smirked and he laughed.

"Remind me to use that one again."
