"Izuku, wake up!" Goku exclaimed, shaking Izuku awake.
Izuku's eyes snapped open as he jumped out of bed. He looked at the All Might alarm clock he had on his nightstand.
"We have an hour to get to Dagobah beach, have you woken up Mom?" Goku nodded in confirmation.
"Alright." Izuku turned to Hogo. "Hey, partner it's time to wake up. I forgot to tell you last night, but we have some training today, and we might be making a wish. Goku, could you grab the Dragon ball suitcase?"
Goku went inside Izuku's closet, in the back covered by old shoe boxes was a child-sized suitcase that was shaped more like a lunchbox. Goku opened it and inside were the Dragon balls sitting in foam that fit each one, perfect for safekeeping.
"All the balls are accounted for and ready for a wish." Goku saluted playfully
"At ease soldier," Izuku commanded playing along with Hogo on his shoulder. "Today is an important day, we have been chosen to be potential successors for an amazing hero. Are you ready for our grueling training to live up to his expectations?"
"Sir yes sir, Let's do the best we can," Goku said breaking into a smile
They heard light giggling behind them, as they looked they saw Inko with her phone in her hand filming their interaction.
"This will make an amazing video at your high school graduation." Inko teased.
Izuku and Goku grew slight blushes embarrassed of being caught in one of their childish joke routines. After eating a full breakfast and gathering everything they would need they all took a train to Dagobah Municipal Beach.
"So are you two going to tell me who you got to train you or will I have to wait?" Inko asked
Izuku and Goku looked at each other deciding on an answer. "It will be easier if we show you who we will be training with," Izuku answered. "Though he might not be expecting us to show up with you and Hogo." he thought sweat dropping. "We'll cross that bridge when we get there I suppose."
The group arrives at Dagobah Beach gobsmacked. The "beach" if you could even call it that was a giant public landfill.
Inko's eyebrow twitched in annoyance at herself. "Oh, I knew I heard of that beach from somewhere. Whoever their "teacher" is better have a good explanation for this, I'm going to have to schedule appointments to get tetanus shots for them."
Izuku checked his phone. "We are one minute early, he should be here alread-" Before he could finish his sentence a yellow cannonball smashed the ground a few feet in front of them."
"I AM HERE, TO TRAIN MY SUCCESSORS." All Might shouted in his hero pose.
Finally looking around he realized he was facing the wrong direction. Izuku and Goku's sweat dropped as All Might turned around to greet them properly before he noticed Inko standing there.
"Ah, who is this, my pupils?" All Might asked.
"Oh, this is our Mom, she wanted to meet our trainer for the next year Izuku said a little nervously.
"That's perfect, I forgot to ask you for your parent's permission before we got to business." He said slightly relieving Izuku of his worries.
As they conversed Inko stood there shocked. the only thing keeping her from passing out was her annoyance about what kind of training would have been going on if she wasn't notified of this. Taking a second to calm herself she walked up to All Might.
"So, you're the one who is training my kids right?" she asked.
"That is right."
"So can you tell me, why you decided to train them?"
All Might then told the story of their meeting and how they became his successors excluding one for all. Inko quietly followed along sometimes asking questions. Inko was now calmer and even more proud of Izuku and Goku, but she was a little worried about what could've happened if they had made a mistake.
Seeing All Might and Inko were done Izuku spoke up. "All Might, I know you said to keep this a secret but my Mom needs to know about your quirk before I show you mine.
All Might then recited the whole speech about one for all, Izuku and Goku listening closer than the first time not being nearly as distracted as the first time. After All, Might finished the three were left thinking. At that moment Hogo popped out of Izuku's shirt.
"Now hold on there this seems kind of fishy." hogo exclaimed
Startled by the outburst Izuku questioned. "What's so fishy about it? Yeah, a quirk like that being manifested at the dawn of quirks is extremely rare but not impossible. Don't you remember all the research we did on quirks when they first appeared most were unpredictable and unstable with many random mutations?"
Hogo looked at Izuku with an incredulous look on his face. "Izuku look at his quirk and tell me what you see."
Confused Izuku activated Quirk Hud and scanned All Might. He gasped at the information that was displayed.
"Quirk. One for All. Components. Transfer, Stockpile. Description: Accidentally created by the villain All for One trying to convert his brother to his side, creating his own worst enemy in the prosses. Stockpiled Quirks: Seven, all unidentifiable."
Everyone looked at All Might with different emotions, Inko being the most concerned. "If we are going to continue, you better tell all of us the whole story, including this All for One character, you hear me?" Inko threatened with wrath only a protective mother could produce.
All Might slightly nervous from the killing intent Inko gave off relented. "All right, let's go farther into the beach and explain everything.
Insert One of All and All for One backstory and All Might's fight with the villain.
The group was silent, thinking over the amazing and horrifying history All Might reviled.
Hogo spoke up. "And you said you killed him?"
"I said I blew off his head and we never found the body."
"So he could still be out there?" Inko questioned
"There is a small possibility, but he should be weak enough to defeat him again if he shows himself." All Might reassured
"You forget that you have also been weakened." Hogo pointed out
"But he doesn't have to be." Izuku finished
All Might looked at Izuku Puzzled. "What?"
"You told us the, probably biggest secret ever to exist, so I should tell you mine."
"Does it have to do with that dragon around your neck?"
Izuku nodded, and he motioned for Goku to hand him the suitcase. After taking the case Izuku opened it revealing seven golfball-sized green orbs with yellow stars in them. He handed the case to all might who looked confused.
"So, what is this?" All Might asked confused
"What you saw when I saved was one of my quirks."
All Might widened his eyes.
"Before you come to conclusions, let me explain. My quirk, the original one is called Dragon Balls. Once every year I can have one wish granted." Izuku explained
All Might looked skeptical. "Do you have any proof other than your extra quirks?"
Izuku took a thinking pose and came to a realization. "Do you remember the second quirk awakening? where everyone who was quirkless all around the world that wanted a quirk manifested one? That was my quirk.
All Might finally connected the dots in his head, he inwardly freaked out about the potential he had in heroics and villainy, potentially becoming worse than All for One or a greater hero than all the top ten combined, and finally came to a decision.
"Ms. Midoriya, with this information I've made up my mind. I want even more to take your children under my wing. Goku has a quirk that looks very similar to mine and that form he took has plenty of power, but I could tell he barely had control. With Izuku, I won't lie to you, one of the reasons I want to teach Izuku is because I believe he could be one of the greatest heroes of all time, but he also has high villain potential greater than All for One. If you would allow me to of course."
While All Might was talking, Izuku analyzed the situation coming up with a compromise.
"All Might, I'll be honest, I would like to be your successor, but inheriting your quirk... I need time to think about this. We still have a year until the entrance exams, so I want to heal your injury."
After more back and forth they came to an agreement. Izuku wished for All Might to be restored to the prime of his youth, and All Might trained the boys, with Izuku's answer by the time the beach training was complete. Because of their previous training, they cleaned up the entire beach with six months left until the exams. Goku's strength rapidly grew during training, going from lifting old refrigerators and large scrap to almost lifting entire whole sections of the beach at once. In between cleaning the beach they also had sparring sessions where they honed their martial arts and Goku gained control over the bulked form he took saving Katsuki, calling it his wrathful form. Izuku, while not growing as fast as Goku, his strength was impressive, being only slightly behind Goku. Izuku having six months to think about what he wanted, made a decision and called All Might to his house.
"Ah, young Midoriya, may I ask why you needed to see me?" He asked In his untransformed state, now looking like a normal guy with long golden bangs framing his face.
"Yes, come in and sit down, I want to test something with your quirk."
All Might sat down in the living room where Inko and Goku were waiting for him.
"During our time training, I've asked you questions about your quirk and everything you could do with it. One thing stood out to me, your quirk stockpiles energy, and this energy is what gives you super abilities and forces quirk evolution when passed on. I believe instead of you giving me your quirk you can force my quirk to evolve by giving me the energy."
"I don't know if this will work, but if there is anything I've learned from our training, is any quirk analysis you suggest should, at least, be tried. So how will we do this?" All Might asked.
"That's where I come in," Inko said. "You will evolve my quirk just to make sure it won't do something bad to Izuku's quirk. And before you get concerned if anything happens it will be fine, my quirk was never strong, and if the worst case happens it won't be missed. "
All might grimaced, not liking the possibility of something bad happening but understanding her decision. "How do you want me to do this?" he asked Izuku.
"Try transforming and once you're ready make your hand glow like the times you've shown me the energy of one for all. once you've got the glow touch her and push the energy into her."
All Might followed Izuku's instructions and pushed a decent amount of energy into Inko. After a second Inko's eyes shot open, they glowed a bright green and she took a deep gasping breath. All Might afraid he had hurt Inko quickly pulled his hand away and quickly questioned her well-being. The glow in Inko's eyes faded, but in its place were bright green pupils and her hair had slightly tinted a lighter green.
"Mom are you ok?" Izuku asked worried and looking over her.
"That was interesting." She stated, "It felt like I was dipped into freezing water, then after I got used to it I felt so... refreshed."
"That's not the only thing that's changed Mom," Izuku said taking a small mirror from a drawer."
Inko looked into the mirror, taking in her slightly altered appearance. "This is... something?"
"Well, did your quirk evolve?" Goku asked
Inko looked at her hand, she looked over at a glass of water on the table. Activating her quirk she pulled at it, she expected the glass to shakily be pulled to her in small bursts as it usually did but instead the glass shot to her hand. In a panic, she willed it to stop which it did, once she got a grip on her advanced quirk and more experimenting the figured out how her quirk changed.

Old Quirk: Pull of small objects
Evolved Quirk: Complete control over small objects
Description: The user has complete control over anything weighing less than three kilograms including atoms, being able to disintegrate an apple and with a lot of focus and precision rebuild the apple in over an hour. ( Basically a way weaker version of overhaul ).
All Might took the family to U.A. to have Inko looked over by the only doctor that knows of All Might's quirk, the healing hero Recovery Girl. After being told of the reason for the visit and a harsh scolding for doing something so reckless they were gland to see no ill effects due to the forced evolution.
With the worries of side effects quelled, the next day early in the morning, the boys and Hogo on Izuku's shoulder stood in front of the hulking form of All Might. The suitcase containing the stone form of the dragon balls lay to the side along with two sets of arm and leg weights.
"You two have made amazing progress over these five months. Not only have you two revived this beach, but you, Izuku, have also revived me. I could never thank you enough for what you have done for me and even though you don't want to inherit One for All, I will be rooting for you when you become pro heroes."
Izuku and Goku looked at each other smiles on their faces. "Now, I will impart upon both of you a gift before I leave." Izuku and Goku stood shocked. "I have taught you all I could in the months we have spent together training your bodies, and while you can always keep improving, you don't need me anymore to grow. I have set for both of you a foundation, and that foundation needs you to build your own skills to be the heroes you want to be."
All Might held out his hands both glowing with the power of one for all, ready to evolve their quirks. Izuku and Goku filled with determination shook his hands, engulfing them in a bright glow, Izuku's green and Goku's white.
Izuku's hair darkened leaving green highlights at the tips of his curls. his eyes glowed and faded leaving a dark, almost black, green pupil. Hogo feeling a rush of power lost control of his size, his max size being ten feet long before doubled and he was now as tall as Izuku. With Hogo's change the dragon balls followed, they grew from the size of golf balls to the size of softballs. The suitcase exploded, not being able to contain the new dragon balls, and the balls turned back into their recharged form.
Goku didn't physically change, but inside, something dormant awakened. Goku was surrounded by a yellow cloud, and not expecting the change Goku stumbled back. Instead of feeling the sandy beach, he felt a soft platform under him.

Little Dragon: summons a small dragon to his location, dragon has grown from one foot to 20 feet but can adjust his size between his max and min and has the powers of a dragon. (Now a more powerful dragon)

Dragon Transfer: The dragon "transfers" his power to Izuku transforming him into a human-dragon hybrid or full dragon at will. in his hybrid form, he grows dragon wings, talons, and scales over parts of his body. In his full form, he is a twin of Hogo (Now it is a dragon transformation quirk with no transformation, half transformation, and full transformation).
Regeneration: In exchange for stamina, the user can heal from almost any wounds, regenerate limbs, and can heal others by having them drink his blood.
Dragon Appetite: the user can eat elemental attacks to permanently gain the characteristics of what was eaten, such as turning into a flame dragon after eating flames though it must be physical. The user can also copy some transformation quirks by drinking the blood of the target. (Aka, you can't eat darkness or light unless it is manipulated by and quirk and turned into a weapon that can do physical damage)
Quirk HUD: Gives the user the ability to see anything related to quirks and has information known about it as an info card in the corner of the user's vision (Like the Ironman Hud in his helmet. Now upgraded to function as a detector, like a scouter from Dragon ball)
Dragon balls: The dragon balls now can grant a wish every six months instead of the previous year recharge time.
