Chapter 17 SS. Anne Tournament Round 5 Part 2

Hello everyone, here's the second part of Round 5 it'll cover the rest of Ash vs Iris, Brock vs Kiawe and Misty vs Leaf enjoy!

We begin where the last chapter ended off with Ash's Alolan Vulpix and Iris's Deino clashing with their moves.

"Vulpix use Ice Shard!" Ash calls Vulpix fires multiple shards of ice towards Deino

"Use Fire Fang!" Iris calls Deino heats up its mouth with fire as it bites and destroys all the Ice Shard

"Not bad Iris Vulpix get in close and use Dazzling Gleam!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly runs forward incasing its body in fairy energy.

"Counter with Zen Headbutt!" Iris calls Deino covers its head in Psychic energy as it charges at Vulpix both Pokemon collide with each other and skid back

"Now Ice Beam!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly shoots the icy beam that hits Deino making the little dragon cry out in pain

"It's okay Deino use Work Up then Hyper Voice!" Iris calls Deino roars quickly raising its Attack and Special Attack after that the little dragon gives a loud scream that does damage to the ice fox and hurts Ash's ears.

"Deino run forward and use Fire Fang!" Iris calls Deino quickly runs towards Vulpix and is about to bite it

"Counter with Dazzling Gleam!" Ash calls before Deino can bite down on Vulpix the little fox covers its body in fairy energy and shoots it out doing super effective damage to Deino, but the little dragon won't go down, yet it pushes through and bites Vulpix with the fire fang creating a big explosion.

Once the explosion clears both Pokemon back away from each other Deino is breathing heavily while Vulpix is fine until a wave of flames start burning its body making the ice fox cry from the pain.

"Darn Vulpix's been burned" Ash says with Iris smiling

"Let's keep up the pressure Deino use Nasty Plot then Dark Pulse!" Iris calls Deino quickly roars increasing its special attack as it fires the dark energy at Vulpix

"Quick Vulpix use dig to dodge then end this battle with Ice Beam!" Ash calls Vulpix suffers from burn damage again, but it quickly digs underground narrowly dodging the Dark Pulse. A few moments later Vulpix appears under Deino sending the little dragon soaring through the air and begins to charge its Ice Beam.

"Deino quick use Protect!" "Fire Vulpix!" Both trainers call Deino tries to summon the protective barrier, but Vulpix was too fast as it fires the beam of ice hitting Deino the little dragon cries out in pain as it falls back on the battlefield knocked out.

"Deino is unable to battle Vulpix is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash, Pikachu, Raichu and Vulpix celebrate

"Great job Vulpix" Ash says while petting the little ice fox, Iris returns Deino

"Thanks, Deino you battled hard get a good rest" Iris says as she takes out her next Pokeball, Ash, Pikachu, Rachiu and Vulpix notice Excadrill appear Vulpix runs back on the battlefield ready to continue.

"So, you're keeping Vulpix in?" Iris asks

"Yep, even though it's a little weakened from the battle with Deino she can still battle" "Ko" Ash responds with Vulpix confirming Iris shrugs her shoulders.

"Alright don't blame me if she gets hurt Excadrill Go!" Iris calls bringing out the mole Pokemon it gives a mighty roar as it looks at its opponent it gets into a battle-ready stance Excadrill knows it can't go easy on Vulpix.

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Iris makes the first move

"Use Hone Claws then Crush Claw!" Iris calls Excadrill immediately sharpens its claws and quickly runs towards Vulpix ready to strike

"Use Protect then Ice Beam!" Ash calls Vulpix summons a protective barrier which stops Excadrill's Crush Claw it then fires the Icy beam at the mole.

"Use Metal Claw!" Iris calls Excadrill easily cuts down the ice beam and hits Vulpix making the Ice fox skid a few feet away from it causing super effective damage and Vulpix suffers from burn damage as well.

"Vulpix isn't going to last much longer it's not perfected yet, but I'll try out that move" Ash thinks to himself

"Now Excadrill finish off Vulpix with Metal Claw!" Iris calls Excadrill roars and runs towards the injured fox

"Vulpix use Nasty Plot then wait for Excadrill to get close to you!" Ash calls Vulpix nods as it struggles to stand up it gives a loud roar increasing its special attack sharply

"Even if you increase Vulpix's special attack Excadrill will still cut down Ice Beam" Iris says as Ash smiles.

"Who said I was going to use Ice Beam" Ash responds with Iris looking confused Excadrill gets in front of Vulpix its about to hit it with Metal Claw until Ash makes another command.

"Now Vulpix use Blizzard!" Ash calls "It knows Blizzard?!" Iris says with a surprised expression Vulpix gives a loud roar as it fires the massive Ice move sending Excadrill away doing major damage to the mole Pokemon.

"When did Ash teach Blizzard to Vulpix?" Leaf asks

"He taught the move to Vulpix about a week ago with the help of Ash's Clefable, Vulpix has been training hard to master the move but its currently only able to use it 2 times" Brock responds

"So, I'm guessing the reason why he didn't use it in his previous battle was not only because the move wasn't perfected but also so he could surprise Iris?" Cilan asks with Brock and Misty nodding

"Ash really is a skilled trainer" Cilan says everyone smiles and nods as they continue to watch the battle.

"Hang in there Excadrill!" Iris calls as the mole Pokemon holds its ground shielding its body as Vulpix continues to roar.

"Keep going Vulpix!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu cheer as Vulpix starts to increase the power of Blizarrd it suffers from burn damage again making it stumble, Iris and Excadrill notice and take the chance.

"Excadrill use Drill Run then Focus Blast!" Iris calls Excadrill quickly turns into a drill and shoots forward hitting Vulpix knocking it high in the air as it begins to charge its Focus Blast.

"Vulpix quick use pro" "Too slow Ash Excadrill fire!" Iris calls quickly interrupting Ash as the mole Pokemon roars it throws the ball of fighting energy at Vulpix hitting the ice fox Vulpix cries out in pain as it falls back on the ground knocked out.

"Vulpix is unable to battle Excadrill is the winner!" The ref calls as Iris and Excadrill celebrate, Ash is a little sad that Vulpix lost since he was hoping to use her more on Iris's other Pokemon he smiles and returns the ice fox.

"Thanks for battling hard out their Vulpix you did great get a good rest" "Pika" Ash and Pikachu say as Ash puts the Pokeball back on his belt and takes out his next Pokemon

"Warturtle I choose you!" Ash calls and the blue turtle appears ready for battle

"So Warturtle is next let's go Excadrill!" Iris calls with Excadrill nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Iris and Ash call for their moves

"Use Rapid Spin!" Both trainers call as both Pokemon begin to spin very quickly hitting each other over and over again

"Excadrill use Metal Claw!" "Warturtle counter with Aqua Tail!" Ash and Iris call as the two mons collide against each other Excadrill tries to hit Warturtle with its free arm, but the turtle Pokemon is able to easily parry the other arm away with its tail leaving Excadrill opened.

"Now Water Pulse!" Ash calls Warturtle quickly fires the ball of water right in Excadrill's face causing super effective damage to the mole.

"Let's keep up the pressure use Hydro Pump!" "Dodge with dig!" Both trainers call Warturtle goes in its shell firing water at every direction, Excadrill quickly digs underground dodging the move.

"Now Drill Run!" Iris calls Excadrill immediately shoots out from the ground hitting under Warturtle's shell making the water turtle cough in pain and sent soaring in the air

"Use Focus Blast!" "Use Protect then Rain Dance!" Both trainers call Excadrill fires the ball of fighting energy at Warturtle, Warturtle quickly summons a protective barrier blocking the Focus Blast it then roars in the air summoning a rainstorm from the sky both Pokemon land back on the battlefield.

"Use Hone Claws then Crush Claw!" Iris calls Excadrill gives a mighty roar increasing its attack even more as it dashes forward with its big claws ready to slash Warturtle

"Use Scald!" "Cut through it with your claws!" both trainers call Warturtle quickly fires the hot water from its mouth, Excadrill begins to cut through the Scald as it continues to run forward getting closer to Warturtle.

Warturtle use Withdraw!" Ash calls as Warturtle quickly increases its defenses as Excadrill reaches it and slams its claws down hard on the turtle creating a crater in the battlefield.

"Now end it with Drill Run!" Iris calls Excadrill becomes a drill and shoots forward at Warturtle

"Use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls Warturtle groans from the pain but is able to spin and fire out the water as it and Excadrill collide creating a dust cloud.

"Excadrill!" "Warturtle!" Iris and Ash call as the dust clears both Pokemon are standing up glaring at each other Warturtle stumbles but manages to catch itself Excadrill on the other hand smiles as it falls down in defeat.

"Excadrill is unable to battle Warturtle is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and Warturtle celebrate Iris is shocked but smiles as she returns the mole Pokemon.

"I can't believe Ash was able to take down Iris's Excadrill" Mallow says with a shock expression

"I guess since Excadrill took a lot of damage from Vulpix's blizzard Warturtle was able to get the upper hand" Brock says

"It was also a good thing Ash had Warturtle use Withdraw otherwise I feel Warturtle would've been knocked out" Cilan says as everyone nods

"Great job Warturtle take a good rest for now I'll save you for later" Ash says Warturtle nods as it goes back in its Pokeball Ash takes out another Pokeball.

"Clefable I choose you!" Ash calls sending out the pixie Pokemon it gives a big Clef excited to battle again

"Your Clefable looks strong Ash, but my Druddigon is stronger!" Iris states sending out the dragon and like Clefable it gives a mighty roar as well.

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Iris makes the first move

"Increase your attack power with Hone Claws!" Iris calls Druddigon gives a mighty roar increasing its attack and accuracy

"Clefable use Calm Mind then Moonblast!" Ash calls Clefable quickly calms its mind increasing its special attack and defense it then fires a large pink orb of fairy energy at Druddigon

"Use Protect then Iron Head!" Iris calls Druddigon summons a protective barrier blocking the Moon Blast it then charges forward with its head covered in steel energy.

"Counter with Fire Blast!" Ash calls surprising Iris as Clefable takes a deep breath and launches out the large blast of fire that hits Druddigon doing some damage to the dragon

"Now Moon Blast!" Ash calls Clefable quickly fires the ball of fairy energy at Druddigon

"Dodge with dig then use Iron Head again!" Iris calls Druddigon quickly digs underground dodging the Moon Blast it then appears under Clefable and hits the pixie Pokemon in the stomach with Iron Head doing super effective damage.

"Hang in there Clefable use Ice Punch!" Ash calls Clefable lifts its fist covered in ice as she punches Druddigon in the face making the dragon crash on the battlefield.

"Now Dazzling Gleam!" Ash calls Clefable quickly covers its body in fairy energy and falls towards Druddigon

"Counter with Flash Cannon!" "Iris calls shocking Ash as Druddigon fires the steel beam from its mouth colliding with the Dazzling Gleam this injures Clefable a lot, but the pixie Pokemon pushes threw and lands the Dazzling Gleam creating a big dust cloud.

Once the dust clears both Pokemon are still standing but are clearly really injured as they're both panting.

"Druddigon use Iron Head again!" Iris call's Druddigon gives a mighty roar as it quickly charges at Clefable

"Use Protect then Moon Blast!" Ash call's Clefable quickly summons a protective barrier stopping Druddigon, the pixie Pokemon then fires the Moon Blast in front of the dragon consuming it Druddigon flies through the air as it lands down next to Iris knocked out.

"Druddigon is unable to battle Clefable is the winner Iris has one Pokemon left!" The ref calls

"Way to go Clefable!" "Pika!" "Rai!" Ash, Pikachu and Raichu congratulate the pixie Pokemon with Clefable smiling back at them Iris returns Druddigon

"Ash has really been doing really well against Iris so far" Leaf says

"Of course, that's my Ashy kins for you!" Giselle says

"Ash shouldn't relax yet up next is Iris's Dragonite" Cilan says as everyone nods

"You've done really well Ash you're definitely a strong trainer, but this is where you lose come on out Dragonite!" Iris calls Dragonite appears from its Pokeball giving a mighty roar that shakes the battlefield

"Here it is folks how will Ash handle Iris's Dragonite?!" Alex says with the crowd roaring in excitement

"Can you still battle Clefable?" Ash asks with the pixie Pokemon nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Ash makes the first move

"Heal yourself with Moonlight!" Ash calls Clefable summons a moon above it and begins to heal the damage it's taken

"I don't think so use Iron Head!" Iris calls Dragonite gives a mighty roar as before Ash and Clefable could react in time Dragonite rams its head in Clefable's stomach causing super effective damage and making it cough in pain

"Hang in their Clefable use Moon Blast!" Ash calls Clefable goes to use the move but stops as the pixie Pokemon begins to flinch.

"Darn" Ash says as Iris smiles

"Dragonite finish off Clefable with Fire Punch!" Iris calls Dragonite roars as it heats up its fist with fire and punches Clefable making the Pokemon soar past Ash and Pikachu crashing into the wall knocked out.

"Clefable is unable to battle Dragonite is the winner!" The ref calls Iris and Dragonite celebrate as Ash and Pikachu are shock at how fast Clefable got defeated.

"Wait how come Clefable didn't fire the Moonblast?" Mallow asks

"That's an effect of Iron Head it can sometimes make the opposing Pokemon flinch" Brock responds with Mallow nodding

"Thanks for battling hard Clefable I wanted to use you in the battle more, but Dragonite was too strong" Ash says returning the pixie Pokemon.

"Warturtle I choose you!" Ash calls sending out the blue turtle it groans a little bit from its battle with Excadrill but it's still ready to fight.

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls Ash quickly makes the first move

"Get in close with Rapid Spin then use Ice Beam!" Ash calls Warturtle quickly spins towards Dragonite

"Knock it away with Thunder Punch then end it with Thunderbolt!" Iris calls Dragonite flies forward in blinding speed again landing the Thunder Punch sending Warturtle in the sky and immediately fires the Thunderbolt shocking the turtle, Warturtle cries out in pain as it falls on the battlefield defeated.

"Warturtle is unable to battle Dragonite wins both trainers now have one Pokemon each!" The ref calls Ash returns Warturtle thinking it for a hard-fought battle as he takes out his last Pokeball.

"So is your last Pokemon Charmeleon?" Iris asks as Ash looks over at her

"Nope even though I know Charmeleon would've loved to battle your Dragonite unfortunately as it is right now it won't stand a chance so I'm going to use this one instead it's a real powerhouse" Ash responds with a smile everyone looks at Ash wondering who he's going to send in next the only ones who know are Misty, Brock and Leaf Ash then throws out the Pokeball.

"Gyarados I choose you!" Ash calls shocking the crowd as the giant blue sea serpent appears from its Pokeball giving a mighty roar that shakes not only the battlefield but also the entire ship as well. Iris's Dragonite gets a big grin on its face it sees Gyarados as a worthy opponent.

"So, his Magickarp evolved it looks so beautiful" Violet says with hearts in her eyes

"This is Ash's Gyarados I'm curious on seeing how strong it is" Gary says

"So, Ash is using his Gyarados against Iris's Dragonite that was clever of him" Cilan says

"Yep, Ash knew that even though his other Pokemon are strong they wouldn't be able to defeat Iris's Dragonite the only ones that have the possibility to would be Clefable, Pikachu and maybe Charmeleon but as we saw with Clefable she couldn't get a hit in." Brock says

"Ash's Gyarados is a really tanky Pokemon I've been watching it battle when it was a Magickarp it's really strong it gave me and Brock a hard time in our gym battles when it was only a Magickarp but now as a Gyarados its grown even stronger" Misty says

"I'm excited to see just how much stronger it's gotten" Leaf says with a smile

"I'm guessing Ash is trying to match Iris's Dragonite when it comes to power and how much both can take before they go down" Ritchie says with Misty, Brock and Leaf nodding.

"The final battle is between Dragonite and Gyarados whoever knocks out their opponents Pokemon first is the winner let the battle continue!" The ref calls Ash and Iris call their first attacks

"Use Extreme Speed!" "Counter with Bounce!" Iris and Ash call Dragonite and Gyarados roar and immediately fly towards each other and crash into the other they both try to push the other back, but all this does is create and explosion causing the two mons to slide back to their trainers' sides

"Dragonite use Thunder Punch!" Iris calls Dragonite gives a mighty roar as it shoots forward with electricity covering its arms

"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls Gyarados roars as it slams its tail on the ground summoning large sharp stone pillars Dragonite tries its best to dodge all of them but its eventually hit by one making the dragon groan in pain.

"Now Ice Fang!" Ash calls Gyarados covers its fangs in ice as it goes to bite down on Dragonite.

"Use Thunder!" Iris calls Dragonite gives a mighty roar immediately summoning the Thunder that shocks Gyarados doing super effective damage to the sea serpent Gyarados roars in pain but is able to shake off the Thunder shocking Iris and Dragonite.

"I've been training my Gyarados to be able to tank electric type moves with my Pikachu and Raichu they are still super effective of course but Gyarados won't go down easy" Ash says with Gyarados roaring in confirmation.

"That's fine with us right Dragonite!" Iris says with Dragonite roaring agreeing with her

"Now use Dragon Dance!" Both trainers call Dragonite and Gyarados start to spin increasing their Attack and speed

"Use Thunder Punch!" "Counter with Aqua Tail!" Both trainers call Dragonite and Gyarados roar as they charge at each other and begin to parry each other's attacks causing the battlefield to shake with each clash.

"They're both giving everything they got" Kiawe says with everyone nodding as Dragonite and Gyarados clash again

"Dragonite use Thunderbolt!" Iris calls Dragonite fires the electric bolt shocking Gyarados

"Counter with Ice Fang!" Ash calls Gyarados easily breaks out of the Thunderbolt and bites down hard on Dragonite causing super effective damage Dragonite falls down on the battlefield

"Now Stone Edge!" Ash calls Gyarados roars as it summons large sharp stones towards the dragon

"Destroy the Stone Edge with Dragon Claw!" Iris calls Dragonite quickly flies in the air it covers its claws in green dragon energy as it flies forward destroying the Stone Edge with its claws and is reaching closer to Gyarados

"Use Dragon Tail!" "Fight back with Dragon Claw!" Both trainers call Gyarados leaps forward with its tail covered in dragon energy as it collides with Dragonite the two push each other trying to fight for dominance

"Use Hydro Pump!" "Block it!" Both trainers call Gyarados quickly launches the large stream of water at Dragonite but the Pokemon is able to block it, but it does struggle

"Dragonite use Extreme Speed then Thunder Punch!" Iris calls Dragonite immediately disappears before reappearing again ramming its head in Gyarados stomach, Dragonite covers its fist with electricity and begins to repeatedly punch Gyarados making the sea serpent roar in pain.

"Come on Gyarados hang in there use Stone Edge!" Ash calls Gyarados roars as it summons a large sharp stone that hits Dragonite's stomach making the dragon cough in pain as it falls on the battlefield.

Dragonite then stands back up and looks at Gyarados, both Pokemon are panting but smile as they're both enjoying the battle.

"Dragonite use Extreme Speed and fly around Gyarados!" Iris calls Dragonite shoots forward in a blinding speed Gyarados tries to keep track of the speedy dragon but it's moving too fast.

"Now Thunder Punch!" Iris calls Dragonite roars as it begins to hit Gyarados multiple times with its fist

"Try using Crunch!" Ash calls Gyarados goes to bite Dragonite but the dragon disappears as it reappears and punches Gyarados in the face with Thunder Punch.

"If Ash doesn't do anything soon Gyarados is going to lose" Brock says

"Come on Ash think of something!" Misty yells everyone else does as well except for Ritchie and Kiawe who say nothing as they continue to watch the battle as they see Gyarados trying its best to catch the speedy dragon but gets hit in the face again.

"We're almost there Dragonite keep going!" Iris calls Dragonite nods as it continues to hit Gyarados

"How do I deal with Dragonite's speed?" Ash thinks to himself as he gets an idea

"Gyarados use Bounce to jump high in the air!" Ash calls Gyarados roars it covers its body in blue energy as it jumps high in the air above Dragonite

"After it Dragonite!" Iris calls Dragonite quickly flies towards the blue serpent.

"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls Gyarados roars and fires the large stones at Dragonite, Dragonite tries its best to destroy the Stone Edge but there's too many of them the dragon is hit by multiple sharp rocks and begins to fall towards the battlefield

"Now Aqua Tail!" "Use Thunder!" Both trainers call Gyarados falls forward hitting Dragonite in the head with Aqua Tail before Dragonite lands on the battlefield it gives a loud roar summoning the Thunder as it begins to shock Gyarados both Pokemon fall on the ground.

"Come on Dragonite!" "You're not done yet Gyarados!" Both trainers call Dragonite and Gyarados struggle to stand back up but are able to stand and stare at each other.

"The battle is going to end soon" Cilan says as everyone nods

"Use Dragon Dance!" Ash and Iris call both Pokemon roar and spin increasing their attack and speed more.

"Use Dragon Rush!" "Counter with Waterfall!" Iris and Ash call Dragonite covers its body in dragon energy and flies towards Gyarados, Gyarados covers its body in water and shoots forward at Dragonite both Pokemon clash shaking the battlefield and the ship as they push each other.

"Keep going Dragonite!" "You're almost there Gyarados!" Iris and Ash call Dragonite and Gyarados roar trying to push the other Dragonite wins the exchange as it pushes Gyarados away.

"Now Dragonite end this battle with Hyper Beam!" "Gyarados use your Hyper Beam!" Both trainers call Dragonite and Gyarados begin to charge the beams

"Uh maybe we should take cover" Misty suggests as everyone else nods except for Ritchie and Kiawe

At the commentators table Violet is currently hiding underneath the table with the other 3 still watching the battle

"FIRE!" Ash and Iris call as the two-mons fire the giant orange beams the two moves collide shaking the battlefield as they push back and forth.

"You got this Dragonite!" Iris calls Dragonite adds more power to the beam and begins to push Gyarados's back.

"Come on Gyarados add more power!" Ash calls Gyarados roars it increases the power of its Hyper beam making it bigger as it begins to easily start pushing back Dragonite's.

"What?!" Iris says in a shocked expression Dragonite tries its best to push back Gyarados's Hyper Beam but its unable to.

"GOOOOOO!" Ash yells Gyarados gives one last roar as its Hyper Beam destroys Dragonite's it consumes the Dragon, Dragonite cries out in pain as it flies past Iris crashing into the wall behind her. Everyone looks over at Dragonite it stands up takes one last look at Gyarados, smiles and falls in defeat.

"Dragonite is unable to battle Gyarados is the winner allowing Ash to move on to the next round!" The ref calls the crowd roars in excitement Ash gets a big smile on his face as he, Pikachu and Raichu jump in the air in celebration. Gyarados is happy as well it quickly makes its way over to its trainer and the two mouse Pokemon and gives them a hug.

"Hahahaha you were amazing Gyarados" Ash says with Gyarados roaring happily.

"He really defeated Iris's Dragonite" Cilan says with a shocked expression

"You were amazing Ashy Kins" "Way to go Ash!" Giselle and Leaf cheer along with everyone else while Kiawe and Ritchie smile with Sparky sparking its cheeks. Iris walks over to Dragonite she bends down and pats the dragon on the head.

"Thank you Dragonite you battled really hard get a good rest" Iris says with Dragonite nodding as it goes back to its Pokeball, Iris then walks over to Ash and his Pokemon.

"Thank you for the amazing battle, Ash, but whenever we battle again, I won't lose" Iris says with a smile as Ash nods the two shake hands hear the commentator's comments on the battle and go back to their seats with their friends congratulating them on the battle.

"Now will Brock and Kiawe please come to the battlefield!" Alex calls Brock and Kiawe smile as they get up from their seats, walk down to the battlefield and go to their sides.

"I'm really looking forward to watching this battle" Ash says with everyone else nodding

"Yeah, Kiawe's been training really hard for this re match" Lana says

"This will be a 4v4 battle both trainers are allowed to change Pokemon whoever defeats all the Pokemon on the opposing team will be declared the winner please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref says with Brock and Kiawe sending out their Pokemon

"Golbat Go!" "Heat up the battlefield Magmar!" Both trainers send out their Pokemon who are ready to battle

"Dodge Magmar then use Screech!" Kiawe calls Magmar successfully dodges the confuse ray and lets out a loud Screech that's even louder than Golbat's hurting the bats and Brocks ears also lowering Golbat's defense.

"Now Thunder Punch!" "Dodge Golbat!" Both trainers call Magmar jumps high in the air to hit Golbat but the bat Pokemon dodges at last second

"Now Sludge Bomb!" "Counter with Flamethrower!" Brock and Kiawe call as both Pokemon fire their moves at each other creating a big explosion that causes them to fall on the ground.

"Magmar quick use Thunder Punch!" Kiawe calls Magmar quickly runs to the bat Pokemon before Brock could give Golbat a command Magmar lands the Thunder Punch causing super effective damage, Golbat skids back towards Brock in pain.

"Can you still battle Golbat?!" Brock asks with the bat Pokemon nodding

"Okay Golbat use Double Team then use Nasty Plot!" Brock calls Golbat quickly makes copies of itself and raises its special attack

"Magmar get rid of those copies use Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Magmar fires the hot flames towards Golbat's clones getting rid of some of them.

"Golbat fly forward and use Sludge Bomb!" Brock calls Golbat and its remaining copies fly forward dodging the Flamethrower they all surround Magmar getting ready to fire the Sludge Bomb

"Fire!" Brock calls Golbat fires the Sludge Bomb as Kiawe smiles

"Use Lava Plume!" Kiawe calls shocking Brock Magmar heats up its body until it unleashes a massive amount of fire getting rid of all Golbat's clones and consuming the real one burning it Golbat glides down to the battlefield knocked out.

"Golbat is unable to battle Magmar is the winner!" The ref calls as Kiawe and Magmar celebrate, Brock is shocked but returns Golbat telling it good job as he takes out his next Pokeball.

"That was a great strategy you used to take out my Golbat Kiawe, but it won't work on this one Sandslash Go!" Brock says bringing out the ground mouse Pokemon Sandslash is excited to battle

"So Sandslash is next Magmar return for now" Kiawe says returning the magma Pokemon

"Go Salazzle!" Kiawe calls bringing out the poison lizard Pokemon it roars ready to battle

"Let's be careful Sandslash" Brock says with Sandslash nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls Kiawe makes the first move

"Use Toxic!" Kiawe calls Salazzle immediately fires the toxic from its body

"Dodge with Dig!" Brock calls Sandslash quickly digs a hole dodging the move

"Jump Salazzle then use Toxic again!" Kiawe calls Salazzle quickly jumps in the air as Sandslash appears from under it, Salazzle smiles as it fires the toxic hitting Sandslash the ground mouse is now poisoned.

"Now Venoshock!" Kiawe calls Salazzle roars firing the poison sludge at Sandslash

"Dodge Sandslash then use Sandstorm!" Brock calls Sandslash suffers from poison but is able to safely dodge the Venoshock it then roars creating a giant storm of sand covering the entire battlefield.

"Be careful Salazzle Sandslash can appear from anywhere!" Kiawe calls with Salazzle nodding as it starts to listen for Sandslash's footsteps

"Use Earth Power!" Brock calls Sandslash roars stomping its foot on the ground as a large crack goes toward Salazzle

"Jump in the air Salazzle!" Kiawe calls Salazzle jumps in the air dodging the Earth Power

"Now Drill Run!" Brock calls shocking Kiawe Sandslash quickly turns into a drill and shoots forward hitting Salazzle in the stomach causing super effective damage to the Poison lizard.

"Sala" Salazzle cries out in pain

"Quick use Venoshock!" "Dodge then use Drill Run again!" Both trainers call Salazzle fires the Venoshock but Sandslash dodges in time it becomes a drill and hits Salazzle in the stomach again both Pokemon crash down on the battlefield. As the Sandstorm goes away, we see Sandslash still poisoned standing over the defeated Salazzle.

"Salazzle is unable to battle Sandslash is the winner!" The ref calls Brock and Sandslash cheer as do the crowd Kiawe is sad that Salazzle went down but smiles.

"You did good my friend" Kiawe says returning the poison lizard as he takes out his next Pokeball.

"That was a good plan Brock using the sandstorm to obstruct our vision so we wouldn't know where Sandslash would come from" Kiawe says a Brock nods

"This battle isn't over yet; my fire is still burning Arcanine Go!" Kiawe calls bringing out the large Shiny fire dog it gives a big bark and goes in a battle stance ready to battle.

"So Kiawe's using Arcanine next, can you still battle Sandslash?" Brock asks with Sandslash nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Brock and Kiawe call for their first moves up in the stands Ash tells the group he's leaving

"Wait Ash where are you going? Brock and Kiawe's battle isn't over yet" Misty asks

"I know I just need to make a quick call to Prof. Oak I'll be back real soon come on Pikachu and Raichu" Ash responds as he and the two mouse Pokemon leave.

"Geez he's always active" Misty says

"Yep, you should've seen him when he was younger, he never stood still though now that I think about it, I was the same hehehe" Leaf responds with a slight chuckle, they then hear an explosion as they turn back to the battlefield, they see Sandslash and Arcanine clash then skid back.

"Sandslash use Sandstorm!" "Sorry Brock that won't work Arcanine counter with Sunny Day!" Both trainers call Sandslash summons the Sandstorm, but it immediately goes away as Arcanine howl's summoning the harsh sunlight getting rid of the sandstorm.

"Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Arcanine fires the hot flames towards Sandslash hitting the ground mouse causing damage to it.

"Sandslash!" Brock cries out in worry Sandslash stands but pants as the Flamethrower did hurt it and its still suffering from poison damage.

"It looks like Sandslash can't go on anymore before it goes down, I'll have it damage Arcanine as much as it can" Brock thinks to himself as he calls for his next attack

"Sandslash use Swords Dance then Earthquake!" Brock calls Sandslash roars as it sharply increases its attack power it then stomps its foot hard on the battlefield shaking it doing major damage to Arcanine.

"Hang in there Arcanine once the shaking stops use Flame Wheel" Kiawe calls as Arcanine nods, once the shaking is over Arcanine roars as it becomes a wheel of fire it hits Sandslash doing damage to the ground mouse

"Now Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Arcanine jumps in the air and launches the flames engulfing Sandslash the ground mouse cries out in pain, once the flames stop Sandslash tries to get up it wants to continue battling but it suffers from the poison again as it falls defeated.

"Sandslash is unable to battle Arcanine is the winner!" The ref calls as Kiawe and Arcanine cheer, Brock returns Sandslash.

"Thank you for battling hard Sandslash get a good rest" Brock says as he takes out his next Pokeball

"Graveler I choose you!" Brock says bringing out the four-armed Pokemon it roars ready to battle.

"Arcanine return for now" Kiawe says returning the fire hound.

"Magmar Go!" Kiawe calls bringing out the magma Pokemon again it roars ready to battle.

"Let the battle continue!" the ref calls Brock makes the first move

"Use Rock Polish then Rollout!" Brock calls Graveler shines brightly increasing its speed it then begins to roll forward towards Magmar.

"Magmar stop it with Psychic!" Kiawe calls Magmar fires the psychic waves it grabs Graveler stopping its advances

"This won't stop us Graveler Stone Edge!" Brock calls Graveler roars as even though its being held by the psychic it fires the sharp stones towards Magmar.

"Dodge Magmar!" Kiawe calls Magmar let's go of Graveler as it dodges the Stone Edge

"Now Rollout!" Brock calls Graveler quickly becomes a ball it rolls forward hitting Magmar in the stomach causing super effective damage

"Use Brick Break!" Kiawe calls Magmar lifts its fist as it hits Graveler making it crash on the ground.

"Now Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Magmar begins to charge the flames

"Use Stone Edge!" Brock calls Graveler puts its hand on the ground quickly summoning the sharp rock it hits magmar in the stomach making the magma Pokemon cough in pain the Sunny Day also goes away.

"Now end it with Rollout!" "Use Will O Wisp!" Both trainers call Graveler quickly curls into a ball hitting Magmar in the gut before Magmar goes down it fires the Will O Wisp successfully burning Graveler, Magmar then falls in defeat.

"Magmar is unable to battle Graveler is the winner!" The ref calls Brock and Graveler celebrate as Kiawe returns Magmar he looks over at Brock and takes out Arcanine's Pokeball. At this point Ash, Pikachu and Raichu have returned.

"Hey guys we're back how's the battle going?" Ash asks as he goes to sit next to Misty

"It's great so far currently Brock and Kiawe each have two Pokemon left" Leaf responds with Ash nodding

"So Ashy kins what did you ask Prof. Oak for?" Giselle asks with Ash smiling

"It should be obvious come on out Charmeleon!" Ash says bringing out the fire lizard it gives a happy Char"

"So, you're letting Charmeleon watch the battle?" Cilan asks with Ash nodding

"Yep, Charmeleon really likes seeing Kiawe's fire types battle and is looking forward to see Turtonator battle today" Ash responds with Charmeleon nodding

"So which Pokemon did you send to Prof. Oak's?" Misty asks

"I sent Gyarados back to the lab to rest and help train Kingler with its new power now that its fully evolved" Ash responds with Misty nodding

"Hey guys it looks like the battle is going to start again" Sophocles says as everyone turns their heads back towards the battlefield

"Arcanine Go!" Kiawe calls sending back out the large fire dog it gives a loud bark ready to battle

"Let's keep going Graveler!" Brock says with Graveler nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Kiawe makes the first move

"Use Sunny Day then Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Arcanine roars summoning the sun again it then fires the Flamethrower towards Graveler

"Block it with Stone Edge!" Brock calls Graveler quickly summons the sharp rocks blocking the fire but notices the rocks beginning to melt shocking Brock and Graveler as Kiawe smiles.

"Arcanine now use Fire Blast!" Kiawe calls Arcanine gives a loud bark and fires the big blast of fire that easily destroys the Stone Edge and doing some damage to Graveler who also suffers from burn damage.

"You're not done yet Graveler use Double Team then Rollout!" Brock calls Graveler quickly summons copies of itself they all curl into a ball and begin to roll towards Arcanine

"Blow them all away with Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Arcanine fires the stream of flames destroying the copies, the real Graveler dodges and successfully hits the fire dog causing damage and knocking it on the ground.

"Now Thunder Punch!" Brock calls Graveler uncurls as it jumps towards Arcanine with all 4 of its fist charged with electricity as it closes in Kiawe smiles.

"Use Solarbeam!" Kiawe calls shocking Brock as before he could tell Graveler to dodge Arcanine quickly fires the beam of grass energy consuming Graveler the Rock/Electric type falls below Brocks feet it tries to get up but is hurt by the burn and is now knocked out.

"Graveler is unable to battle Arcanine is the winner!" The ref calls Kiawe and Arcanine cheer, Brock smiles as he returns Graveler telling it good job as he takes out his last Pokeball.

"I didn't know Arcanine can learn Solarbeam" Ash says, "Me neither" Leaf replies

"And now Brock is down to his last Pokemon" Misty says as everyone nods.

"I must say Kiawe you've really gotten stronger I wasn't expecting Arcanine to use Solarbeam" Brock says as Kiawe smiles

"Thank you it's like I said I've been training really hard to one day defeat you and today is that day" Kiawe responds as Arcanine barks

"Okay then show me how you'll defeat this one Onix I choose you!" Brock calls and Onix appears from its Pokeball giving a mighty roar.

"There you are" Kiawe says with a smile

"Let the battle continue the ref calls as Kiawe makes the first move

"Arcanine use Solarbeam!" Kiawe calls Arcanine quickly fires the Solarbeam

"Dodge with Dig!" Brock calls Onix roars and quickly digs underground dodging the Solarbeam, before Kiawe could make a command Onix appears underneath Arcanine sending the fire dog soaring through the air.

"Arcanine use Fire Blast!" "Onix Rock Slide!" Both trainers call before Arcanine could fire the big blast of fire Onix quickly summons the large boulders above Arcanine they fall on the dog causing major damage and making Arcanine crash on the battlefield creating a dust cloud.

"Arcanine!" Kiawe calls in worry as the smoke clears Arcanine is knocked out.

"Arcanine is unable to battle Onix is the winner!" The ref calls Brock and Onix celebrate as Kiawe returns it and smiles at Brock

"I've really been enjoying our battle Brock" Kiawe says with Brock agreeing with him

"But all battles come to an end and with my final Pokemon we'll be the ones who win" Kiawe says with a serious tone as he takes out Turtonator's Pokeball.

"Here it comes" Ash says with Charmeleon nodding

"Turtonator Lets Go!" Kiawe says he throws the Pokeball in the air out comes the large bipedal fire turtle it lands on the battlefield and shoots out a small fire from its nose, it looks at its opponent and smiles happy it gets the chance to battle Onix again.

"Let's win this time Turtonator!" Kiawe says with Turtonator agreeing

"Get ready Onix!" Brock calls with Onix nodding

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls Kiawe makes the first move

"Use Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Turtonator launches the powerful flame at Onix

"Dodge with Dig!" Brock calls Onix quickly digs underground dodging the Flamethrower, it then quickly appears under Turtonator launching it in the air.

"Rock Slide!" "Use Protect!" Both trainers call Onix summons the large boulders above Turtonator but the fire turtle is able to summon a protective barrier blocking the Rock Slide.

"Now Dragon Tail!" Kiawe calls Turtonator's tail glows in green energy as it starts to quickly spin hitting Onix in the face

"Flamethrower!" Kiawe calls Turtonator fires the flames at Onix

"Block it with Stone Edge!" Brock calls Onix quickly slams its tail on the ground summoning a large sharp stone blocking the Flamethrower

"Now use Shell Smash then Iron Tail!" Kiawe calls surprising Brock as Turtonator glows greatly increasing its attack, special attack and speed but lowering its defense/special defense, its tail glows in steel energy as it spins a hits Onix in the face again causing super effective damage.

"Man, I wasn't expecting Turtonator to be so fast in the previous battle it was tanking hits" Ash says

"Yeah, Kiawe had Turtonator learn Shell Smash to help it battle against fast opponents but the draw back with Shell Smash is that it also lowers the users defense" Lana says as Ash nods

"We can raise our speed as well Onix use Rock Polish!" Brock calls Onix roars as it begins to sharply raise its speed.

"You may have raised Onix's speed, but Turtonator is still faster use Dragon Pulse!" Kiawe calls Turtonator lands back on the battlefield and fires the large beam of Dragon energy at Onix

"Counter with Stone Edge!" Brock calls Onix roars slamming its tail on the battlefield as the large stones appear from the ground and clash with the Dragon Pulse creating an explosion.

"Onix use Earthquake!" "Use Endure!" Both trainers call Onix slams its tail hard on the battlefield shaking it causing super effective damage to Turtonator, but the fire turtle hangs on thanks to endure

"Sorry Kiawe looks like its my win again Onix use Earthquake again!" Brock calls Onix roars as it goes to slam its tail on the battlefield again Kiawe smiles.

"Sorry Brock but it's my win Turtonator slam your tail on the ground to dodge and get in the air!" Kiawe calls Turtonator nods it slams it tail on the ground dodging the Earthquake surprising Brock

"Onix Stone Edge!" Brock calls Onix roars launching the large stones towards Turtonator

"Use Bulk Up then Iron Tail!" Kiawe calls Turtonator roars quickly increasing its attack and defense it covers its tail in steel energy and starts spinning easily cutting down the stone edge as it hits Onix in the face again this time lowering its defense

"Onix Iron Head!" "Use Shell Trap!" Both trainers call Onix roars it covers its head in steel energy as it goes to hit Turtonator but the fire turtle quickly turns around with its spikes facing Onix, before Brock could tell Onix to stop the large rock snake hits the spikes causing the spikes to glow as they explode, Onix is sent flying behind Brock as it crashes into the wall and falls on the ground. Turtonator lands back on the battlefield it stumbles but is able to stay standing everyone looks over at Onix it tries to get up, but it ultimately stays down.

"Onix is unable to battle Turtonator is the winner, Brock has no more Pokemon left making Kiawe the winner and moving on to the next round" The ref says as the crowd roars in excitement.

"ALRIGHT!" "TURT! Kiawe and Turtonator celebrate Brock is sad that he lost but smiles he walks over to Onix.

"You battled really hard Onix thank you" Brock says Onix nods as it goes back to its Pokeball

"Kiawe actually defeated Brock" Ash says with a surprised look as everyone else nods, while the Alola kids are cheering for Kiawe winning, Brock then walks over to Kiawe and Turtonator.

"You 2 really defeated me good job" Brock says with a smile

"Thank you I'm happy our training these past 2 years helped us achieve this victory" Kiawe says with a smile

"Don't let this win go to your heads the next time we battle I'll be the winner" Brock says smiling and holding out his hand

"I'll continue to train hard and next time we'll use a Z move" Kiawe responds with Brock nodding the two boys shake hands as the crowd claps more Brock and Kiawe hear the commentator's comments and go back to their seats with their friends saying how good their battle was.

"It's time for the final battle of the day will Misty of Cerulean City and Leaf of Pallet Town please come to the battlefield" Alex calls as the two girls get up from their seats and run down to the battlefield. Once they reach the field they go to their sides and smile at each other.

"This will be a 4v4 Pokemon battle you're allowed to make substitutions whoever side defeats all their opponents Pokemon will be declared the winner please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as Leaf smiles

"Here we go Misty I'm not holding anything back Magneton I choose you!" Leaf calls sending out the electric/steel Pokemon it floats in the air ready to battle.

"Magneton huh that won't stop me Starmie Go!" Misty calls sending out the star fish Pokemon.

"I'm so excited for this battle" Ash says with excitement in his eyes as he and everyone else have their eyes glued to the battlefield.

"Let the battle begin!" The ref calls both Misty and Leaf make the first move

"Use Thunderbolt!" Both girls call as Starmie and Magneton fire the electric bolt at each other they collide creating an explosion

"Use Spark!" Leaf calls Magneton covers its body in electricity and charges towards Starmie.

"Use Protect then Psychic!" Misty calls Starmie quickly summons a protective barrier blocking the spark, it then holds Magneton with Psychic before slamming it on the ground.

"Now Psyshock!" Magneton dodge with Gyro Ball!" Both trainers call Starmie fires the psychic orbs, but Magneton quickly spins dodging all of them and hits Starmie knocking the star fish back.

"Hang in there Starmie use Scald!" "Use Volt Switch!" both trainers call Starmie fires the hot water towards Magneton, Magneton fires two rings of electricity that easily cut through the Scald shocking Starmie, Magneton then goes back in its Pokeball as Venusuar appears.

"Now Venusaur use Razor Leaf!" Leaf calls Venusaur roars as it fires the sharp leaf's hitting Starmie causing super effective damage as the star fish Pokemon falls in defeat.

"Starmie is unable to battle Venusaur is the winner!" The ref calls as Leaf and Venusaur cheer while Misty is surprised.

"What's Volt Switch?" Ash asks

"After making its attack, the user rushes back to switch places with a party Pokémon in waiting." Cilan says as Ash nods

"Great job Venusaur return for now" Leaf says returning the plant dinosaur and bringing Magneton back in

"So, her plan is to weaken my Pokemon with Magneton to the point where she uses Volt Switch so her other Pokemon can easily defeat them" Misty thinks to herself as she returns Starmie

"So, whose next Misty?" Leaf asks with a confident smile

"I was hoping to save this one for later but here goes Golisopod I choose you!" Misty calls bringing out the bug samurai it gives a mighty roar ready to battle.

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Misty quickly makes the first move

"Use First Impression!" Misty calls as before Leaf could make a command Golisopod quickly hits Magneton with its claws injuring the Pokemon.

"It's gotten faster" Leaf says with a smile

"Golisopod use Scald!" Misty calls Golisopod quickly fires the hot water at Magneton

"Use Thunderbolt!" Leaf calls Magneton fires the electric bolt it begins to easily cut through the Scald and is heading straight for Golisopod

"Use Aqua Jet!" Misty calls Golisopod quickly covers its body in water as it dodges the Thunder Bolt and is now flying through the air

"Keep using Thunder Bolt" "Keep dodging!" Both trainers call Magneton fires the electric bolts to hit Golisopod but the bug Samurai easily dodges them making Leaf a little annoyed

"Magneton get in close with Spark!" Leaf calls Magneton covers its body with electricity getting closer to Golisopod Misty smiles

"Golisopod use Sucker Punch!" Misty calls Golisopod disappears before it reappears in front of magneton surprising the mon as its hit with Golisopod's claw and crashes down to the battlefield

"Now end it with Liquidation!" "Quick use Thunder!" Both trainers call before Magneton could fire the Thunder Golisopod comes crashing down hitting it with Liquidation creating a crater and a cloud of dust.

As the dust clears Golisopod puts its water sword away as it walks back to Misty, in the crater lays an unconscious Magneton.

"Magneton is unable to battle Golisopod is the winner!" The ref calls as Misty cheers with Golisopod nodding Leaf then returns Magneton.

"Not bad Misty you saw through my plan fast" Leaf says as she takes out her next Pokeball

"Well, it was pretty obvious, and I used Golisopod to dodge your attacks and land heavy blows to take down Magneton" Misty responds as she returns Golisopod

"I see well how you will handle this one Nidoqueen Go!" Leaf calls sending out the large, blue bipedal Pokemon (still wearing a bow around its neck) it spins as it lands on the battlefield giving a mighty roar.

"Dewgong I choose you!" Misty calls sending out the sea lion Pokemon

"Let the battle continue!" the ref calls both trainers call for their moves

"Dewgong Ice Shard!" "Ndoqueen use Protect!" both girls call Dewgong quickly fires the Ice Shard towards Nidoqueen, but the blue reptilian Pokemon blocks the attack with the protective barrier

"Now Toxic spikes!" Leaf calls NIdoqueen roars and is about to fire the poison spikes

"Dewgong quick use Aqua Jet!" Misty calls as Dewgong shoots forward hitting Nidoqueen stopping it from firing the Toxic Spikes, Nidoqueen is knocked away a few feet groaning a little bit but it and Leaf smile Misty wonders why they're smiling but gets her answer as she sees Dewgong coughing and looks sick.

"Dewgong's been poisoned!" Misty says in shock

"Yep, I guess you forgot that my NIdoqueen has the Poison Point ability that poison's the opponent when it makes physical contact with NIdoqueen" Leaf says with a smile as she calls for her next attack

"Now NIdoqueen use Venoshock!" Leaf calls Nidoqueen roars as it fires the stream of poison at Dewgong

"Counter with Ice Beam!" Misty calls Dewgong quickly fires the icy beam stopping the Venoshock but it then sees Nidoqueen running towards it

"Use Thunder Punch!" Leaf calls as Nidoqueen punches Dewgong in the face causing super effective damage and causing the sea lion to skid backward but NIdoqueen isn't done yet as it shoots forward.

"Now Venoshock!" "Use Protect!" both trainers call Nidoqueen fires the stream of poison, but Dewgong quickly summons the protective barrier stopping the attack, but Dewgong suffers from poison damage making the protect weaker the Venoshock is able to break through the Protect hitting Dewgong causing major damage the sea lion yells out in pain.

"Hang in there Dewgong use Ice Beam!" "Punch it away with Fire Punch!" Both trainers call Dewgong fires the Icy beam, but Nidoqueen easily destroys it with Fire Punch hitting Dewgong again as it continues to skid backward, Nidoqueen then starts running towards Dewgong who is suffering from poison damage

"Dewgong isn't going to last much longer its risky, but I have to try it" Misty says to herself as she calls for Dewgong's final attack

"Use Sheer Cold!" Misty calls Dewgong gives a mighty roar as ice from all over its body shoots out beginning to cover the battlefield, but Leaf isn't worried.

"Nidoqueen use Dig!" Leaf calls NIdoqueen quickly digs underground dodging the Sheer Cold as the ice covers the battlefield Nidoqueen appears from under Dewgong sending it soaring in the air

"End it with Thunder Punch!" "Counter with Ice Beam!" both trainers call before Dewgong could fire the beam of ice Nidoqueen quickly jumps above Dewgong as it punches it in the face with Thunder Punch. Dewgong cries out in pain as it fall's back on the battlefield that's covered in ice it suffers from poison damage again as it closes its eyes in defeat.

"Dewgong is unable to battle NIdoqueen is the winner!" The ref calls as Leaf and Nidoqueen celebrate as the crowd roars in excitement.

"Return Dewgong" Misty says returning the sea lion to its Pokeball telling it good job and sends out her next Pokemon

"Vaporeon I choose you!" Misty call's sending out the blue fox it gets into a battle-ready stance

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Misty makes the first move

"Use Quick Attack and run around NIdoqueen!" Misty calls Vaporeon dashes forward and starts running around Nidoqueen

"That won't work Misty, Nidoqueen use Shock Wave!" Leaf calls surprising Misty NIdoqueen roars sending out a wave of electricity all over the battlefield and hits Vaporeon causing super effective damage to the blue fox as it falls on the ground

"NIdoqueen!" use Thunder Punch!" Leaf calls NIdoqueen charges forward with both its fist covered in electricity

"Vaporeon use Protect then Hydro Pump!" Misty calls Vaporeon quickly summons the protective barrier blocking the Thunder Punch as it then fires the highly pressured water at Nidoqueen pushing it back but NIdoqueen was able to block the, so it didn't do much damage.

"This Nidoqueen is strong what can I do next?" Misty thinks to herself

"Sorry Misty, I won't give you time to think Nidoqueen use Thunder Bolt!" Leaf calls NIdoqueen roars and quickly fires the electric bolt at Vaporeon

"Vaporeon dodge then use Calm Mind!" Misty calls Vaporeon successfully dodges the Thunder Bolt, it closes its eyes and begins to raise its special attack/defense.

"Nidoqueen Sludge Bomb!" Leaf calls NIdoqueen quickly fires the ball of Sludge at Vaporeon

"Dodge Vaporeon then run around NIdoqueen with Quick Attack!" Misty calls Vaporeon dodges the Sludge Bomb and begins to run around Nidoqueen again

"You've already tried this Misty, NIdoqueen use Shock Wave!" Leaf calls Nidoqueen roars as it begins to fire the wave of electricity throughout the battlefield

"True Leaf but I wouldn't be doing this strategy again if I didn't have a plan, Vaporeon use Protect!" Misty calls before the Shock Wave could hit Vaporeon the blue fox summons the protective barrier and gets in front of Nidoqueen smiling.

"Oh no!" Leaf says before she could give a command Misty was faster

"Vaporeon use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls Vaporeon roars firing the highly pressurized water in front of Nidoqueen the Pokemon didn't have time to dodge or block the attack its consumed in the water it passes leaf and crashes into the wall falling on the ground knocked out.

"NIdoqueen is unable to battle Vaporeon is the winner!" The ref calls as Misty and Vaporeon cheer, Leaf then returns Nidoqueen.

"It was smart of Misty to have Vaporeon get in close and land the Hydro Pump!" Brock says with the group nodding

"Hmph that was an okay strategy I guess" Giselle says with a scoff

"This battle is really good so far" Ash says with his eyes glued to the battle

"Okay Misty let's see how you handle this one Poilwrath I choose you!" Leaf calls sending out the bipedal toad Pokemon it punches its fist together ready to battle.

"Vaporeon let's keep going!" Misty says with Vaporeon nodding

"Let the battle continue the ref calls as Leaf makes the first move

"Use Rain Dance!" Leaf calls Poiwrath roars to the sky summoning the rain as it falls on the ground

"Vaporeon Hydro Pump!" Misty calls Vaporeon quickly fires the large stream of water at Poilwrath

"Dodge Poliwrath then use Poison Jab!" Leaf calls Poliwrath easily dodges Hydro Pump with its Swift swim ability and hits Vaporeon with the Poison Jab doing damage to the fox and poisoning it.

"Va" Vaporeon says in pain as it suffers from poison damage

"Now Bulk Up then use Brick Break!" Leaf calls Poliwrath begins to bulk up its body then goes to chop Vaporeon

"Use Protect then Aqua Tail!" Misty calls Vaporeon summons the protective barrier blocking the Brick Break it then covers its tail with water and hits Poliwrath doing some damage to the blue toad but not a lot.

"Poliwrath use Circle Throw!" Leaf calls Poliwrath goes to grab Vaporeon

"Use Quick Attack to dodge then Calm Mind!" Misty calls Vaporeon barely dodges Poliwrath it jumps in the air it suffers from poison damage but then increases its special attack/defense again

"Poliwrath use Mega Punch!" "Knock it down with Hydro Pump!" Both trainers call Poliwrath jumps in the air readying its fist, Vaporeon quickly fires the Hydro Pump making contact with Poilwrath's fist Poilwrath tries to push it back but fails as it crashes onto the battlefield groaning in pain

"Now use Scald!" Misty calls Vaporeon fires the hot water hitting Poliwrath it does some damage to the toad and its now burned, Vaporeon lands back down on the battlefield as it suffers from poison damage again, but it's not done yet the Rain Dance also goes away.

"Okay Vaporeon let's finish this use your strongest Hydro Pump! Misty calls Vaporeon roars as it takes a deep breath and begins to charge up the Hydro Pump

"Poliwrath use Bulk Up and Work Up then use Close Combat!" Leaf calls Poliwrath stands up it suffers from burn damage but begins to increase its attack/special attack and also its defense/special defense, Poliwrath then holds its fist up waiting from Vaporeon to launch the attack.

"Fire Vaporeon!" "Go Poliwrath!" Both trainers call Vaporeon fires the Hydro Pump even though the rain is gone the Hydro Pump is much bigger than earlier, Poliwrath charges forward as it begins to repeatedly punch the water trying to get closer to Vaporeon.

"Keep going Vaporeon!" Misty calls as Vaporeon increases the power of the Hydro Pump that pushes Poliwrath back a little bit as it suffers from burn damage, but the toad isn't done yet as it keeps punching the Hydro Pump getting closer and closer to Vaporeon shocking the blue fox and Misty.

"That's right Poliwrath you're almost there keep going!" Leaf calls Poliwrath roars as it begins to punch faster now easily breaking down the Hydro Pump after a few moments Poliwrath completely destroys the Hydro Pump and is now in front of a very surprised Vaporeon

"Vaporeon quick use Scald!" Misty calls Vaporeon breaks away from its shock as it fires the hot water at Poliwrath doing some damage to the toad but then Vaporeon suffers from poison damage Leaf and Poliwrath see this and take the chance

"Finish it with Close Combat!" Use Protect!" Both trainers call but Leaf's command was quicker as before Vaporeon could summon the protective barrier, Poliwrath begins to repeatedly punch Vaporeon Poliwrath does suffer from burn damage, but the toad brushes it off. Poliwrath punches Vaporeon one more time sending the blue fox towards Misty's feet Vaporeon tries to get up, but it ultimately falls defeated shocking Misty.

"Vaporeon is unable to battle Poliwrath is the winner!" The ref calls Leaf and Poliwrath celebrate, Poliwrath runs to Leaf giving her a big hug with Leaf doing the same the crowd then roars in excitement.

"So, Vaporeon lost as well" Lana says in a sad tone

"Yeah, but it really gave it it's all in that battle" Ash responds with a smile

Back on the battlefield Misty lays Vaporeon on her lap the blue fox looks up at its trainer giving her a look that says sorry it lost.

"It's okay Vaporeon you battled hard out there take a good rest" Misty says with Vaporeon nodding as it goes back in its Pokeball. Misty then gets a serious look on her face as she takes out Golisopod's Pokeball and throws it.

"Golisopod I choose you!" Misty calls sending out the bug samurai it gives a mighty roar that catches Leaf's and Poliwrath's attention Poliwrath then runs back on the battlefield.

"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Leaf makes the first move

"Poliwrath use Ice Punch!" Leaf calls as Poliwrath charges forward

"Use Liquidation!" Misty calls Golisopod takes out its water sword it charges at Poliwrath both Pokemon clash with Golisopod being the faster of the two hitting Poilwrath as the big toad falls down in defeat.

"Poliwrath is unable to battle Golisopod is the winner both trainers now have one Pokemon!" The ref says Misty and Golisopod celebrate their win as Leaf returns Poliwrath and takes out Venusaur's Pokeball

"Well, this is it Misty I've really been enjoying our battle but with my final Pokemon I'm going to be the one who wins in the end Venusuar I choose you!" Leaf says sending out the big plant dinosaur it gives a mighty roar sending a shock wave throughout the battlefield.

"I've also been enjoying our battle as well Leaf but the one who's going to win is me!" Misty responds with Golisopod giving a mighty roar as well sending a shock wave throughout the battlefield it and Venusaur stare at each other with their trainers doing the same as they wait for the ref to begin the battle.

"This is it lets see who wins" Brock says with everyone nodding as their eyes are focused on the battlefield waiting for the battle to begin

"Golisopod vs Venusaur this battle will decide the winner let the battle begin!" The ref calls as both Misty and Leaf call for their first moves

"Use Vine Whip!" "Counter with Liquidation!" Both trainers call Venusaur summons a large number of vines that head straight for Golisopod, Golisopod quickly summons two big water swords as it begins to cut the vines.

"Use Sludge Bomb!" "Block it!" Both trainers call Venusaur fires the ball of sludge from its mouth, Golisopod stops cutting the vines and quickly blocks the Sludge bomb with its arms but that's what Leaf wanted.

"Wrap your vines around Golisopod's feet and trip it!" Leaf calls a couple of Venusaur's vines wrap around Golisopod's feet pulling them forward making the bug samurai fall on its back

"Now throw it in the air!" Leaf call's Venusaur throws Golisopod in the air

"Now Petal Dance!" Leaf calls Venusaur roars as it begins to fire a tornado of petals at the air born Golisopod

"Cut them down with Fury Cutter!" Misty calls Golisopod roars its claws turn a bright crimson red and begins to cut the petals, it tries its best to get rid of all of them but like the vine whip there's too many so a few of the petals are able to hit Golisopod causing some damage

"Keep sending out more petals Venusaur!" Leaf calls Venusaur starts to increase the number of petals overwhelming Golisopod as it starts to cry out in pain.

"Misty needs to think of something fast or Golisopod will go down" Brock says

"Come on Misty!" Ash cheers loudly

"Golisopod use X Scissor and fall towards Venusaur!" Misty calls Golisopod forms its arms in an X shape covering its face as it quickly falls down hitting Venasuar on the head causing the plant dinosaur pain.

"Using X Scissor helped Protect Golisopod from taking damage thanks to the armor on its that was smart of her" Goodshow says with the other commentators nodding

"Now Golisopod use Fury Cutter!" Misty calls as Golisopod launches forward with its claws glowing a bright crimson

"Use Dig!" Leaf calls shocking Misty as Venusaur quickly digs underground dodging Golisopod's attack it then burst out of the ground and its now above the bug samurai

"Use Razor Leaf!" Leaf calls Venusaur fires two very sharp leaf's hitting Golisopod doing some damage to it making it fall on the ground

"Now Sleep Powder!" Leaf calls Venusaur fires the sleepy powder towards Golisopod

"Quick dodge with Aqua Jet!" Misty calls Golisopod quickly incases itself in water as it begins to soar through the air dodging the sleep powder

"Grab it with Vine Whip!" Leaf calls Venusaur fires out the multiple vines from its battle as the vines chase Golisopod trying to grab it as Golisopod does its best to dodge.

"Golisopod keep using Aqua Jet and head towards Venusaur!" Misty calls Golisopod nods as it starts going towards Venusaur.

"What are you planning Misty?" Leaf thinks to herself as the vines start to close in on Golisopod

"Now while still using Aqua Jet use Liquidation and spin!" Misty calls surprising everyone Golisopod roars as it holds two water swords and begins to spin very fast knocking away all the vines before Leaf could have Venusaur counter Golisopod crashes into Venusaur making the plant dinosaur fly through the air landing on its back as Golisopod slides back.

"What a crazy strategy folks!" Alex yells with the crowd roaring in excitement

"I wasn't expecting Misty to do something like that usually you would think up something crazy like that Ash" Brock says as he and everyone else is looking at the boy

"She learned from the best" Ash responds with a cocky smile

"Wow Misty, I didn't think you would do something like that not bad" Leaf says with a smile

"Thanks, Leaf I wasn't sure if it would work but I'm happy it did, now Golisopod use Fury Cutter!" Misty calls Golisopod roars as its claws glow crimson and runs towards Venusaur who's trying to get up

"Come on Venusaur use Vine Whip to get yourself up!" Leaf calls Venusaur nods as it summons the vines helping it get back on its feet but its then hit in the face by Golisopod's Fury Cutter making the plant dinosaur skid back and groan in pain.

"We're not done yet Venusaur use Petal Dance!" "Golisopod counter with Pin Missile!" Both trainer's call Venusaur and Golisopod roar firing the multiple petals and missiles at each other the moves collide creating an explosion

"Golisopod use Bug Buzz!" Misty calls as Golisopod fires off the green bug energy hitting Venusaur doing major damage to the Pokemon

"Use Energy Ball!" Leaf calls Venasuar fires the ball of green energy hitting Golisopod making it fall down

"Now get in close and use Giga Drain!" Leaf call's Venusaur runs over its standing over Golisopod and is about to suck its energy

"Use Ice Beam!" Misty calls shocking Leaf as Golisopod fires the icy beam at Venusuar's face causing super effective damage to the plant dinosaur

"Good job Golisopod now use Fury Cutter!" Misty calls Golisopod roars as it charges forward at Venusaur with its glowing claws

"Grab all of Golisopod's limbs!" Leaf calls Venusaur roars firing multiple vines from its body as they grab Golisopod's legs and arms, Golisopod tries to get out, but Venusaur is holding tightly

"Now hold Golisopod in the air and prepare your Solarbeam!" Leaf calls Venusaur nods as it holds Golisopod above the flower on its back exposing Golisopod's underbelly as it begins to charge the Solarbeam

"Use Ice Beam!" "Close its mouth shut with another Vine Whip!" Both trainers call Golisopod is about to fire the ice beam, but Venusuar quickly fires another vine closing Golisopod's mouth

"Sorry Misty but this is my win" Leaf says with a smile

"Come on Golisopod break free!" Misty yell's pleadingly Golisopod tries its best, but it can't break out of the vines it keeps trying but Venusaur is now finished charging the Solarbeam

"FIRE VENUSUAR!" Leaf yells as does Venusaur its flower glows a bright yellow as it fires the beam launching Golisopod in the air the bug samurai screams out in pain

"GOLISOPOD!" Misty yells as the Solarbeam stops Golisopod falls on the ground it's still conscious but pants heavily as it struggles to its feet, Leaf's Venusaur is panting as well it's taken a lot of damage both trainers know that they need to land one more hit to decide the victor.

"Venusaur Petal Dance!" Leaf calls Venusaur gives a mighty roar summoning thousands of petals and firing them at Golisopod

"Golisopod spin and use Liquidation!" Misty calls Golisopod gives a mighty roar as well it summons two big water swords but combines them into one creating a much bigger sword it begins to spin very fast as it heads into the petals

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Misty and Leaf yell as do their Pokemon Golisopod gets hit by some of the petals but is able to reach Venusaur as it slash's the plant dinosaur and gets behind it the rest of Venusaur's petals hit Golisopod creating a big explosion that shakes the battlefield and almost knocks away Misty and Leaf.

As the smoke clears everyone sees Golisopod and Venusaur still standing staring at each other they are both tired and wobbling everyone is waiting to see who will fall first. Both of Misty's and Leaf's hearts are beating very fast to see who won both Golisopod and Venusaur stop wobbling they stare at each other one more time smile as they both fall at the same time knocked out.

"Golisopod and Venusaur are both unable to battle this battle is a draw!" The ref calls shocking everyone as they are left in disbelief

"This is a first everyone!" Alex says as he and everyone else are shocked about the outcome

"So, what now?" Ash asks with everyone wondering as well as they see Mr. Goodshow stand up.

"Seeing as this match is a draw neither Misty nor Leaf will move on to the next round, we've also reviewed the footage and both Pokemon did indeed fall at the exact same time" Mr. Goodshow says as everyone in the crowd nods Misty and Leaf break out of their shock and walk over to their Pokemon.

"Man, I thought we were going to win thanks for fighting hard Venusaur" Leaf says as the plant dinosaur nods. Misty reaches Golisopod the bug samurai is sad that it couldn't win and is looking up at its trainer.

"It's okay Golisopod you gave your all we were close but couldn't stick the landing let's continue to train hard" Misty says Golisopod smiles and stands back up with Misty helping it, Golisopod and Misty then look over at Leaf and Venusaur who are walking to them.

"Well looks like we're both equally strong but this won't last forever the next time we battle there will be a victor" Leaf says holding out her hand as Misty takes it

"Yeah, and that's going to be Me" "No way it's going to be me!" Both girls say as they shake hands and laugh Golisopod and Venusaur nod at each other.

The commentators give their comments on the battle they gave both girls compliments on their battle Violet also gives Misty a hug annoying Misty and making Leaf chuckle they then go back to their seats with the group congratulating them on a great battle even though it was a draw, once they sit down Alex begins to speak.

"Here we are folks the tournament is almost over here are the top 4 trainers!" Alex says pointing to the screen showing Ash, Ritchie, Kiawe and Diamond.

"Let's see who will battle who in tomorrow's battles!" Alex says as the screen starts to shuffle the pictures after a few moments stop the match ups are decided and all four boys have an excited look on their faces.

"The first battle for round 6 will be Diamond of Twinleaf Town and Ritchie of Littleroot Town! After them its Ash from Pallet Town vs Kiawe from Paniola Ranch on Akala Island!" Alex says as the crowd gives a loud cheer.

"Wow bro looks like you're going to battle the tournament favorite" A young girl that looks around Brenden's age but is a year younger says to Diamond

"I know you'll do great sweetie" A woman says to Diamond

"Thanks mom and Dawn I'm going to do my best" Diamond says to his sister and mother as he looks to where Ritchie and Sparky are.

"Looks like we finally get to battle Kiawe I hope your ready cause my team and I are going to win!" "Pika!" "Rai!" "Char!" Ash says with determination in his eyes alongside Pikachu, Raichu and Charmeleon

"Yes, let's have a very intense and fiery battle tomorrow" Kiawe responds giving Ash and his Pokemon a determined look as well.

This is where I'm going to end the chapter how did you feel about the battles/which one is your favorite? Did you expect Misty and Leaf to tie I had them tie since I felt it was best to end their tournament journey here and don't worry the next time, they battle there will be a winner, but they won't have a serious battle for a while. I also introduced Dawn and her mom in this chapter like Brenden Dawn isn't going to have an important role in the Kanto story line until we get to Sinnoh but that's going to take a while.

Next chapter the first half will be Ritchie vs Diamond in that battle I'll showcase Ritchie's final team members, the second half will be Ash vs Kiawe it's a battle I've been really looking forward to writing that's not the final match.
