Logan woke up and coughed a few times. After he stopped coughing, he got out of bed. He was only asleep for a couple of more hours. The nightmare was still vivid in his mind. That was some scary dream... scarier than the last one. But, that riddle, was that the answer to that riddle that Daniel gave him? Daniel Thompson was really the Devil in disguise. When Logan was about to walk out of the bedroom, he saw a sticky note on the door. He took it off and read it.
'Prepare to be taken away to the underworld my little Devil child. Their is no way out. This is your only release'.
Logan's eyes widened. When the boys went to the studio, Daniel wanted a moment with Logan, alone. Once they were alone, Daniel starred at Logan.
"Well, boy. Did you figure out that riddle"."Yes, you are really the Devil and you have come from the underworld, you have come for your child and I am that child. I will come down to the underworld for my screams to be heard for all evil to hear" Logan answered. The Devil smiled an evil smile."Very good, my little genius. You are going to come to the underworld with me". Logan's face went pale.
"R-right now?"."Yes, just wait right here" Daniel said and walked away. Logan felt sick to his stomach. He shivered with fear. What was going to happen? Was he going to come back? Was he going to be alright? After a minute, Daniel came back with an evil smile on his face.
"Well, let's go" Daniel said. He started circling his hands around and as he did, a bright red glow formed.'This is not happening' Logan thought to himself.'This has to be a nightmare'. Daniel pushed the red glow towards Logan. The red glow went inside Logan. Daniel snapped his fingers and him, and Logan disappeared! The two reappeared in the red and fiery underworld. Logan is now seeing Daniel in his true form. The Devil form! His body and hair were human like. His skin was red. He had five o' clock shadow, he also had vampire teeth and claw finger nails. He wore a black cloak as well.
"Well, little Logie. Welcome to your new home" The Devil said."I-I can't stay here. This place is terrifying. What about the band" Logan wondered."Oh, you'll have to quit the band. Although, it would be nice to have a band perform for the underworld. Especially since my only son is in it" The Devil smirked."You leave my friends alone" Logan told him."You can do whatever you want with me, but I will not let you use my friends for entertainment for your own gain".
"Oh, well, that's too bad. Now, Logan. Their is something I need you to do" The Devil said."What?" Logan wondered."Well, since you are my child, you do have access to the under- under world" The Devil told him."What?" Logan said."Yeah, you see. The under- under world is a different realm or timeline per say. You get to see these flashes of images of you and your life from different timelines. Everyone's a little bit different from the other. But, there is one particular timeline I want you to see"."What is it?" Logan asked. The Devil licked his lips and said,"Timeline 9/7993. It's a red colored snow globe floating. It has the number on it. You'll see it".
"Why do I have to do this?"Logan wondered.
"Oh, I just want you to see something. It's a little present from me" The Devil said. Logan nodded.
"Alright, take me there"."Oh, it's already under us" The Devil said and snapped his fingers. The floor started to open up.
"Don't worry about falling. A latter appears when you start to step down" The Devil told him. Logan nodded once again and started to step down the latter to get to the timeline. The Devil's Demon friend came up to him.
"Do you think this is such a good idea? I mean, what is the purpose of this?"The Demon asked."He'll see his other life when he was a child. His other life spending it with me" The Devil told him.
