See this beast,

This monster that sneaks

Into your soul

And destructs your dreams

As death howls?

See his flame,

That's burning without shame

And dancing

With the wind just blown

From hell?

See his eyes,

Once blue, now lies,

Black emptiness

Of a deep trench

Without end?

See his lips,

Just evil smirks

Which taste and drain

The blood

Of innocent love?

See his hands,

Sharp spears at both ends,

That hunt

And kill

Our distant wills?

See his shadow,

The eternal pain

That hurts the flesh of the truth

As you suffer

Trapped in his chains?

Yes, you see him,

His red blood ember,

His empty sombre eyes,

His vampire lips,

His pitiless hands,

And his fearful shade.

The Lord of the Flies

As it fades…
