Chapter 1 Darkened Skies
it was a cold windy night on a Friday night everyone was asleep a security
guard was guarding the museum after hours the museum had been closed up the workers of
this fine museum had all gone home for the night there was only the security guard left in the
whole building, he was going through all the rooms to make sure that was no one left in the
whole building only using a lantern for light to see in the dark museum the electricity had
been turned off for the night leaving the whole place dark apart from the lantern he used for
light to help him see in the dark due to being no light in the building he checked each
room from to top to bottom before hearing something brake in one of the rooms what was
that he asked to himself I should and check it out he walked to where he heard the sound of
the brake which was a shattered broken window how did this happen, he thought to
himself someone must of broke into the museum he thought to himself he went looking
around for the intruder.
hello, is anyone here come out peacefully and I won't hurt you lets us settle this peacefully or
else I be forced to shoot you he the heard a creepy laughter from somewhere in the building
who's there he asked from where heard that creepy laughter he got no response from the
person he began to walk to where he heard the laughter from you better come out or I shoot
you without hesitation the security guard warned the person now inside the museum he once
again, heard that laughter from before but this time it was getting closer to where the laughter
was coming from the only room the security guard hasn't checked yet was the basement, he
concluded that was where the intruder was hiding it would the perfect place to
hide without getting caught by authority that guards the place, he began to make his way to
the basement of the museum.
he made his way through the halls to the basement of the museum he still heard that laughter
throughout the entire museum he then found the source of where the laughter was coming
from a voice record on a recording tape which his conclusion was correct that the person was
in the basement of the of the museum he took the voice record of the laughter with him he
then made it to the basement door he then opened the basement door and walked down
the stairs towards the basement he then made it into the basement of the museum and began
to look for the intruder leave now or else I shoot you he proceed to fire a bullet into the
celling that's your warning shot leave, or I actually shoot you he looked around for where
the intruder might be hiding he heard a noise coming from somewhere in the basement he
looked around from where that noise came from.
hello anyone there came out and show yourself he looked around everywhere when heard
footsteps coming from a part of the basement he kept an ear out for anymore sounds in the
basement using the lantern for light he also had his gun in the other hand he kept walking
around the dark basement with only a lantern for light to see in the dark basement he heard
the same footsteps from before but more loudly like they were getting closer to him he put his
lantern close a part of the basement as he felt like someone was watching him hello who are
you the figure in front of him was wearing a black cloak hiding what the person looked like
the cloaked figure charged up to the guard and proceed to murder him by stabbing him the
killer then got rid of the evidence by hacking the knife to pieces.
meanwhile outside of the museum a carriage was travelling to somewhere it had a young girl
inside the carriage the young girl was wearing gothic Lolita clothing she has pale skin black
hair red eyes the carriage made it to its destination dropped her off before leaving it looked
an old castle but darker and gothic in design she walked up the to the staircase up to the
castle and the door opened welcome home lady Charlie her servants said to her as they heled
open the door Ellie then walked into her home the house steward closed the door behind her
after she walked in is my science lab ready yes, my lady the servants said to her ok good, I go
into the lab right away as you wish my lady the servants said to her Charlie walked towards
the lab as it only was 6.30 at night therefore only early, she made it to the lab walked in to the
lab closing the lab door behind her walking towards her lab equipment.
she began to conduct her experiments in her lab with her potions she had written down
the experiments she planned to do the morning before hand the only thing she had left to do
was conduct the experiments she looked at the list which told her how and what kind of
ingredients she needed she got everything she needed prepared for her experiments and
began to actually conduct her experiments in her lab Charlie cared for her servants she was
using her experiments to try and break a dark family secret that has afflicted them throughout
the bloodline of the Jekyll family so far none of her attempts have been successful in
breaking the cruel family cycle however Charlie was not one to give up without a fight
therefore, she has kept trying for 4 years.
every day she tried to break the bleak dark family cycle with no luck she kept trying despite
her relatives telling her it's useless to keep on trying to break it however she refused to
back down telling them she liked a good challenge they then reluctant allowed her to keep
trying her experiments out of their love for their daughter and granddaughter even Charlie
knew it was futile to keep going with trying to break the family cycle Charlie knew her
future looked bleak for her, but her own stubbornness prevented her from never giving up
trying and never giving up the fight and to keep on going she went on with the
experiments.
she went ahead with her protocol experiments with rent less intent potion after
potion experiment after experimenting it was getting close to dinnertime and she
knew soon she
have to take a break and after that bedtime after a long time of trying she gave up for the
night I try again tomorrow she said to herself she packed up her lab equipment for the night
put her lab coat away and goggles away after all of that was done, she made her way up
the stairs I think I am getting close to the potion that will fix all of this she said I just need to
keep on going and not give up after making her way to the dining table for dinner she
then sat down on her chair and began to eat her dinner after eating her meal.
she then got herself washed up brushed her teeth got out of her day clothes into her
nightgown took off her hair clips her servants personally escorted her to her bedroom put her
into bed Charlie then fell asleep.
