Chapter 8.5: World of Change
Natsumi watches, shivering at the thought that Tsukasa just died. Please, please let that not happen.
The smoke finally clears open, revealing both Tsukasa and Kuuga are okay and it's thanks to Absol, protecting them both with Detect, deflecting the attacks with ease.
''Absol!'' Absol barks happily. Tsukasa breathes heavy pants, sitting on the ground. He then praises the mutt petting her. ''Good girl! And you too Yusuke.''
Gills breathe trying to sneak away from the confusion but immediately gets smack by the face by Dragonic's tail. Dragonic then snatches the Decadriver back with such speed, proclaiming in a taunt. ''I'll be taking this!''
Tsukasa pants standing up and calls out to Gills' annoyance. ''What the hell was that for? Next time don't take something from the guy helping-''
Before he could finish, multiple energy blasts hit everyone around. They brace themselves as Tsukasa looks up and sees the same Unknown from before.
''It's that Unknown again!'' Natsumi declares noticing the monster too. The Unknown breathes gazing at Gills but instead raises its hand at Natsumi, firing energy shots at her.
Panicking, Gills lets out a shriek yell as he charges at Natsumi and grabs her, leaping up high with her evading the energy attacks aiming at her.
''WHOOOAAA!'' Natsumi screams as the Unknown fires at them but Gills leaps away from the area with the young girl. Tsukasa widens his eyes yelling out. ''NATSUMI!''
Kuuga gets up trying to chase them but they are gone. Dragonic growls how careless he was not sensing the Unknown sooner.
''Huh?'' Diend mutters not expecting this. His summoned riders vanish as Diend declares waving goodbye. ''Well that's your problem. So long Tsukasa-san.''
He leaves the area leaving Tsukasa pissed. Dragonic remains silent, glaring puzzled. Why attack Natsumi?
Back in the Hikari Studio, Tsukasa is pacing back and forth impatiently. Yusuke and Absol watch him as they turn to Dragonic sitting on a desk, using different screwdrivers on the Decadriver.
''Can you hurry up, dragon?'' Tsukasa demands both annoyed and irritated by the wait. Dragonic ignores still using the screwdrivers including a strange flashing-like device resembling a screwdriver on the Decadriver. Tsukasa glares, stomping his foot to get him to speak up.
''Patience is a virtue, Tsukasa-kun.'' Dragonic just says calmly, still working on the belt with the best of his information.
Yusuke watches worry for Natsumi but is also confused how Gills was able to pull off Tsukasa's belt like that.
''So what happened exactly? How did that monster-'' Yusuke questions only to have Tsukasa correct him, still mad. ''Gills or rather Shoichi.''
''… How did he pull off Tsukasa's belt off?'' Yusuke finishes asking his question, slightly irritated by the correction. Dragonic hums, still working on the belt though he then expresses relaxedness. ''I had a feeling this would happen when Tsukasa gain the powers of Faiz.''
Tsukasa immediately becomes alarmed, uttering out. ''Wait you don't mean-''
''Yup!'' Dragonic responds carefree, figuring Tsukasa would realize it. Yusuke blinks, very confused. Tsukasa notices it and explains it, annoyed. ''The belts in the World of Faiz have an extreme weakness in which the belts could be removed or fly off the wielder if they take heavy damage.''
''OH!'' Yusuke utters out now getting it… somewhat as he then asks even more confused. ''Why would the belts be made to do that?''
Dragonic shrugs his shoulders, just stating. ''Asking the wrong person.''
Yusuke hums really puzzled over who would make the belts to be that easily removable. He then asks, eyeing Tsukasa's belt. ''So Tsukasa-kun got that weakness when he gain Faiz' powers then?''
''I'm fixing it right now so he can wear it without the drawback.'' Dragonic explains having the knowledge on the Decadriver to make that fix with little worries. The dragon eyes Tsukasa touching his camera rather impatiently.
Dragonic sighs telling him. ''Natsumi-kun will be fine. I know Shoichi won't kill her.''
''I know too.'' Tsukasa responds. Yusuke gazes at him that he still believes that man even after he became a monster. Yusuke gets up from his chair and grabs Tsukasa by the collar of his shirt, demanding angrily. ''How can you be sure of that Tsukasa?!''
Tsukasa eyes Yusuke back and tells him off. ''I simply believe.''
He then removes Yusuke's hands off him, adding firmly. ''And I believe in Natsumikan too, just before you question me.''
Tsukasa walks out the room. Yusuke frowns, always puzzled by him. Tsukasa may be… an ass, but he has such a desire to help others even knowing well why people fight for even if he calls them stupid or something else. He wonders, the reason why Tsukasa tries so hard… is because of Narutaki's declarations towards him.
Yusuke eyes the dragon knowing well he's the wisest being in the room and asks him. ''Does he do this because he wants to prove Narutaki wrong about being a Devil or Destroyer?''
Dragonic hums crossing his arm. He isn't sure he is the right person to tell him as he then changes subject. ''Do you know the saying the needs of the many outweighs the needs of the few.''
Yusuke blinks not so familiar with that saying. Dragonic sighs figuring as much as he explains it. ''Sometimes one can't save everyone so that person must make a choice to save the many than the few.''
Yusuke eyes him not exactly following what does that have to do with Tsukasa.
Dragonic coughs as he tells him firmly. ''That is Tsukasa-san; he must be a destroyer to save more than less. But if he could save someone while destroying… Then he wants to try it. It shows one important thing about Tsukasa; he's human.''
Yusuke gasps slightly and then frowns. So it's not about proving to all he isn't a Destroyer, it's doing his best even if he is a Destroyer. He frowns that Tsukasa tries his best even with those conditions. With the power he has, Tsukasa can do anything as Decade but he uses it to make things right.
''Can I ask something, Dragonic?'' Yusuke then asks the dragon who is watching him. listening to him. Yusuke asks honestly. ''Do you think one day I'll have the power to save everyone than a few?''
Dragonic hums crossing his arms. He knows well about the power of Kuuga and the true potential this user has yet to unlock… but the danger if he can't control the darkness.
''… Kuuga's power is tied with the darkness. If your heart and soul can control that darkness, then you will have the power to save everyone.'' Dragonic explains as he tells him firmly. ''All you need is to truly believe in what you believe in and in others, Yusuke. Only then will you have the power to change fate.''
Yusuke remains silent looking at his hand, wondering if he could achieve that. He prepares to leave until he notices the letter for Shoichi. Tempted by who wrote for him, Yusuke decides to read it… and startles heavily. ''Is this…?''
Groaning, Natsumi is sitting next to a bench with Shoichi sitting on the bench in front of her.
She looks around unease to run away in case the older man turns into Gills again.
''Do you plan to hold me hostage until Tsukasa-kun leaves you alone?'' Natsumi asks him but Shoichi does not reply. She frowns thinking back what Tsukasa wanted to tell him and says honestly. ''… Running away from your fears imprisons you.''
Shoichi startles, eyeing her as she begins saying with a small smile thinking of her grandfather Eijiro. ''I mean I know that since my Jiji died. My parents died when I was little and he raised me all alone. I loved him.''
She blushes thinking back how those times were. Just her and her grandfather working in the studio taking and making photos and giving them color. Those were good times… until that day her grandfather asked her to pick up a package and it nearly took her the whole day… only to return home and find her beloved grandfather dead, murdered with no trace of who did it. She was saddened more that she lost the one meaning in her whole life.
''When he was killed, it broke my heart. I thought… I thought I lost everything. I had no one and no path to walk towards…'' Natsumi expresses with a sadden voice. It was lonely times, just herself working hard in the studio. At first… she thought that… maybe… she had no purpose to live on. Maybe… she should end it all…
But then he came, demanding to use the studio to tune-up his camera. That egoist, self-centered jerk… Natsumi slowly smiled for a strange reason as if… something new came to be.
''But then Tsukasa-kun came to my life! Even if it sounds selfish and he's more selfish than me; I'm happy he's with me. He's my light that shines to a new path for me.'' Natsumi then says how one guy so filled with his self-praising would fill up her emptiness. She doesn't regret accepting his offer to live in the once empty room in her home; he filled her loneliness away.
''Does he really care for you?'' Listening, Shoichi asks, wondering if that man really is like that. Natsumi eyes him and slowly smiles.
''He does. And he's taking his good time looking for me but at the end, he always comes through.'' She says honestly, believing that Tsukasa will come through. ''Always.''
Shoichi is left silent, wondering about that.
The next day arrives as Tsukasa questions the dragon. ''Is it done?''
Dragonic, having drunk multiple coffee mugs all night long, lets out a deep yawn. He stretches eyeing Tsukasa and returns the Decadriver by his tail. Tsukasa grabs the belt and straps it on, checking if it was attached properly. So far, so good.
''Only you can remove it.'' Dragonic reveals as he tries pulling it off with his tail and couldn't, even trying harder. Tsukasa oddly smirks, removing it himself and doing it easily.
''Perfect.'' Tsukasa mutters. Fully ready, he and Dragonic head outside as Tsukasa eyes Absol and asks of her. ''Lead me to Natsumi.''
''Absol!'' Absol barks smiling. Tsukasa nods as the 3 headed out. Absol leads the way sniffing down Natsumi's scent.
They go into an alley and find Natsumi there as well as Shoichi. She sees them and smiles happily knowing he would keep his promise. ''Tsukasa-kun!''
Tsukasa salutes smirking. Shoichi eyes him not expecting he would actually come.
''Did you come to kill me?'' Shoichi questions him with Tsukasa humming about that. He shakes his head as he pulls out the Decadriver. He stares at the belt and just says. ''Funny thing about this, Natsumi gave it to me begging me to use its power.''
Natsumi sweat drops because of that comment though he's not wrong.
Tsukasa then adds, looking at the belt, recalling the times he's used it so far. ''Call it ironic but each time I transform, it's rather exciting. I enjoy becoming Decade.''
Dragonic now sweat drops admitting he does.
However Tsukasa then declares staring at Natsumi. ''But I owe it all to Natsumi. She gave me not just this power but gave me a path where I had been aimlessly walking.''
For the longest time, he felt like he had no path since he left his abandoned home. No one to return to, no real purpose. At first he decided to stay with Natsumi to truly become the photographic artist he is destined to become but instead became this Kamen Rider… and regardless of how people call him a Destroyer or Devil; Tsukasa is happy that he has a purpose now.
''I owe her more than anyone else. I'm willing to depart from this if I can have her back.'' Tsukasa proclaims willing to toss the Decadriver away to have her back. Natsumi's face turns red with Shoichi staggered. How? Could he be so willingly?
A moment passes as Shoichi makes up his mind and walks away, facing Natsumi as he tells her. ''Go.''
Natsumi blinks but nods, running off back to Tsukasa's side. Shoichi eyes the two… reminding himself of how things used to be with himself and Tohko. They had their dreams with G3-X, their goals and…
''You can't run away anymore.'' Shoichi startles turning to face Tsukasa as he adds pointing at him. ''You have the power to change that fate, Shoichi.''
''Change? I'm a monster.'' Shoichi protests at what he is. Tsukasa scoffs, rolling his eyes as he states. ''And I'm a Destroyer, what's your point?''
Natsumi agrees, smiling even speaking up. ''He's right. We can change. It only takes a step.''
Dragonic smiles in agreement too. Shoichi eyes them hesitate to try… until he starts gasping in pain. Just then screams are heard from the streets. Tsukasa has an idea what's going on as he turns to Natsumi and orders her. ''Natsumi, stay with Absol.''
Natsumi would protest the idea but it's for the best that she doesn't get in his way. Instead she just says with a wink. ''Tsukasa-kun, kick butt.''
Tsukasa smirks, planning to.
''Oh one more thing.'' Natsumi then says dashing right in front of him and sticks up her thumb, jabbing it onto his neck. Tsukasa gasps in agony, being struck by her Laughing Point Pressure attack as he starts laughing.
''HAHAHA! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!'' Tsukasa laughs while still yelling furiously. Natsumi glares, telling him off as she pokes her finger at his chest. ''Never trade my grandfather's belt for anything, including me!''
''… No promises.'' Tsukasa responds not planning to go through with the promise. Natsumi sighs but nods. Tsukasa smirks as he heads off with Dragonic. She watches them with Absol beside her. Shoichi also watches, looking down on what they said. Could he too… change?
Tsukasa and Dragonic arrive on the scene, staring upon an army of Unknown before him. They turn to see G3-X on the ground, panting. The armored rider eyes Tsukasa and utters out puzzled. ''Tsukasa?''
Tsukasa raises an eyebrow that it is Yusuke. He sulks, telling him annoyed. ''Use Kuuga why don't you Yusuke.''
G3-X gets up removing his helmet, revealing to be Yusuke panting as he explains his reasons. ''Sorry but I need to find Shoichi. He's who Tohko misses and the one who wrote the letter to.''
Tsukasa cracks a smirk stating. ''Small world. Guess you read the letter then?''
Yusuke sighs, nodding though he states. ''Well I wouldn't if I didn't learn from you.''
Tsukasa scoffs, still smirking. He then turns gazing at the numerous Unknown. He walks up to them slowly, facing the large number of these monsters and smirks.
''Unknown or Unidentified Lifeform or Grongi or Lords, call whatever you guys want. I don't care.'' Tsukasa begins proclaiming as he forms a scowl and straps on the Decadriver, holding up the Decade card.
''I destroy everything I see. Henshin!'' He declares thrusting the card into the belt and pushes its handles. The Decadriver glows as it announces. ''KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!''
Tsukasa wipes his hands together as he transforms into Decade. Clinching as he raises his right arm, Decade charges forward at the monsters, slamming striking punches at first but the Unknowns each swing their weapons at him, reacting as Decade slides a card into the belt.
''ATTACK RIDE! INVISIBLE!'' The Decadriver announces as Decade turns invisible, alarming each Unknown. Yusuke watches, still worrying these are too many for him to handle alone until Dragonic shouts at the invisible Decade. ''Tsukasa, use Kuuga's Super Form!''
Multiple Unknowns are kicked aside to reveal the visible Decade, speaking up awed. ''Oh? I can do that without becoming Kuuga first?''
Dragonic nods smirking. Decade hums about, pulling out the Kuuga Super Form Rider card and proclaims tapping on the card on its sides. ''Let's try it then.''
He tosses the card into the belt and pushes its handles.
''SUPER KAMEN RIDER!'' The Decadriver proclaims as Decade transforms into the black Kuuga Mighty form. ''KUUGA! AMAZING MIGHTY!''
Yusuke watches, stunned just uttering out. ''Amazing Mighty? Is that my power?''
Dragonic smirks as Decade-Kuuga walks forwards slowly towards the multiple Unknown coming at him. He evades their charges and slams a single punch or kick on each monster and his single blows are enough, sending the Unknowns backwards into the sky before they explode into nothing.
''A-Amazing.'' Yusuke utters with such power. Decade-Kuuga turns facing him and orders him to slam another fist into an Unknown's chest, exploding it. ''Get going hero!''
Yusuke nods, putting back on the G3-X helmet and heads off.
Decade-Kuuga nods resuming his genocide beating upon the Unknown as he dunks the Final Attack Ride card into the belt, pushing the handles.
''FINAL ATTACK RIDE!'' The Decadriver declares as Decade-Kuuga leaps upward and comes down at the last group of Unknowns with a fiery rider kick. ''KUUGA!''
He kicks between them and unleashes an explosion in the size of a large, flaming pillar that almost pierces the atmosphere. The attack destroys all the Unknowns into nothing. Dragonic claps smirking.
Decade-Kuuga begins to wipe his hands as his transformation is undone and Tsukasa was still wiping his hands. Tsukasa turns and soon glares gazing at Narutaki staring back on the other side of the street.
''Decade, you continuing to exist is a sin.'' Narutaki speaks up coldly at all the destruction his mere existence has placed on this world. He points at Tsukasa, declaring in calm anger. ''All of this, everything, is your fault Decade!''
Tsukasa eyes him and sighs. He says, shrugging his shoulders. ''Pretend I care. I just play the hero.''
Narutaki glares firm as he states with an Aurora Curtain manifesting behind him. ''Then you will die here, Decade.''
Narutaki vanishes within the curtain and in his place was Kamen Rider Orga, his visor eyes glow ominous.
''Pulling out this one now huh?'' Tsukasa says, chuckling. He pulls out the Decade card as Orga approaches slowly but before he could transform, a motorcycle suddenly comes out of nowhere and rams onto Orga, sending the Dark Rider back.
Tsukasa and Dragonic watch, surprised as the helmet rider pulls off his helmet to reveal the same guy from the Ramen shop.
''Oh Nekojita-san!'' Tsukasa calls out pointing with a smug smirk. The young man turns with the game scowl, annoyed face as he corrects him roughly. ''Oi that is not my name! It's Takumi Inui!''
''Fine-fine, whatever-'' Tsukasa gladly accepts the correction before he staggers, demanding in surprise. ''Takumi? Wait then-''
The young man named Takumi pulls out and straps on the Faiz Driver. He holds and opens the Faiz Phone, dialing on 5 three times.
''STANDING BY!'' The Faiz Phone responds as Tsukasa is now fully aware who this man is.
''I got this cover. Go do your business!'' Takumi tells him off, not planning to hold him off for long. Tsukasa watches him and demands. ''Why are you helping me?''
Takumi simply responds firmly. ''You seem like a good guy if not an ass, like someone else I know… but better.''
Tsukasa hums at that comment and appreciates it oddly enough, aware who he's referring to.
Takumi raises his phone up high and shouts, holding it over his head. ''Henshin!''
He then slides it into the center of his belt and slides it forward.
''COMPLETE!'' The belt announces as red lining surrounds his limbs, transforming Takumi into Kamen Rider Faiz. Dragonic smirks watching with his arms crossed.
Faiz comes charging at Orga as both riders clash but Faiz tosses Orga back equipping on the Faiz Shot.
Faiz flicks his right wrist as he slams another massive punch across Orga with the knuckle duster. He quickly slides off a small card key from the Faiz Phone and slides it into the knuckle duster. He then proceeds opening the phone still on his belt and presses a series of dials before closing the phone while his red lining on his outfit glows.
''EXCEED CHARGE!'' The Faiz Driver responds as he comes charging and slams a powerful fist across Orga as a red energy drill manifests from it. Orga responds with his own kick firing his own energy drill. The two drills clash with sparks flying out. The two drills cancel each other out.
''Get going! I'm not going to ask you twice.'' Faiz orders Tsukasa as he straps a cylinder-like rod onto his right ankle, adjusting it downward. He crotches, almost warming up, before running forward before flipping the phone up, dialing up and slaps it close.
''EXCEED CHARGE!'' The Faiz Phone announces as Faiz jumps forward into a flying kick as the rod fires and generates a crimson energy drill. Orga manifests his weapon to counter the kick but Faiz pierces through it and kicks through Orga, destroying him.
Tsukasa watches with a small smirk, thanking him. ''Thank you Nekojita-san.''
Tsukasa and Dragonic head off, searching and find both G3-X, Gills quickly changing back to Shoichi, and even Diend engaging the buffalo Unknown. Tsukasa leaps in joining them as he tells the cyan rider. ''Helping us out now, Kaito.''
Diend turns and scoffs with amusement, explaining his reasons. ''Being a sour loser but this is now your problem, Tsukasa-san.''
Diend begins walking away having done his part. Tsukasa scoffs gazing at the Unknown as he announces menacingly. ''You dare oppose me too human.''
''Enlightening me first.'' Tsukasa taunts the monster with a smug smirk.
Taurus Ballista begins stating that human beings procuring power will lead to their self-destruction. For…
''For humans are foolish. Right?'' Tsukasa replies, getting his message. The monster nods as he says. ''That is correct! We will protect humans. They do not need power!''
''Yeah! It's true we are foolish.'' Tsukasa seemingly agrees with the monster as he turns to G3-X. ''For example, chasing the shadow of a past failure.''
He then turns to Shoichi, adding. ''Or continuing to run all alone to avoid getting someone important involved.''
''Right?'' Tsukasa says facing the Unknown seemingly staggered as Dragonic then adds with a grin. ''Or using one's body to shield a friend. Right?''
Yusuke staggers, realizing Tsukasa was thanking him for the save from yesterday. Tsukasa nods as he then adds further. ''This is because we are foolish. We won't know unless we fall down and get hurt.''
Thinking about his life before becoming Decade, he had no idea where he was heading but now he knows. Tsukasa proclaims proudly pointing at the Unknown. ''Sometimes we stray away from our path. Even if it's a mistake, we still continue our journey. We don't need you guys showing us the way!''
Shoichi eyes him, finally beginning to realize his own mistake and what he should have done instead.
''My own journey.'' He mutters, accepting it. Just then his waist glows as the Agito's belt, the Power of Agito, manifests around his waist. This shocks the Unknown uttering out in hate. ''Agito!''
''Shouichi, that's your true power.'' Tsukasa informs the once lost man of his true power. This enraged the Unknown demanding angrily. ''You cur. Who are you?!''
Tsukasa curls a smirk pulling out the Decade card with the Decadriver already strapped on.
''Just a passing-through Kamen Rider. Remember that!'' Tsukasa declares proudly as he and Shoichi both declare. ''Henshin!''
Tsukasa slides the card into the card inserter of his belt, pushing its handles.
''KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!'' The Decadriver announces glowing. Tsukasa transforms into Decade while Shoichi slams both his palms on both sides of his belt, transforming himself into Kamen Rider Agito.
''I will protect too!'' Yusuke as G3-X proclaims aiming with his gun. The Unknown breathes heavily as he yells out furious. ''Damn you!''
The monster comes charging as the three riders engage him, moving their fight near the harbor. Decade and Agito alone were easily overpowering the Unknown with Yusuke realizing something; it's not power but they're using their own power.
''This cannot be happening!'' The Unknown utters weakly not believing they were able to inflict this much damage to him. Agito breathes as he announces determined, believing in his power to change himself. ''I can change my fate. I know that now!''
4 cards shot out from the Ride Booker which Decade catches. The cars glow as they become Agito cards. Decade scoffs rather interested as he puts the rest except the Final Form Ride card.
''Good to know.'' Decade responds as he taps the Final Form Ride card and thrusts it into his belt. He then gives a warning to Agito. ''This might tickle a bit.''
Decade pushes the handles of his belt as the Decadriver proclaims. ''FINAL FORM RIDE!''
''Hey! What are you doing to me?!'' Agito tries demanding but Decade gets on Agito's back and grabs onto his back. ''Come on.''
Agito gasps as the rider starts to transform into a large hoverboard that Decade hops on.
''AGITO TORNADOR!'' The Decadriver announces to the transformed rider. G3-X startles with Decade turning to face him and tells him. ''Hop on Yusuke. A hero needs to be the one to finish the bad guy right?''
G3-X eyes him and nods hoping on. The Unknown becomes angrier firing multiple energy shots but the hoverboard begins to move, flying over the ground with such speed. G3-X fires shots at the energy blasts to explode them.
''You're done.'' Decade declares as he tosses in the Final Attack Ride card.
''FINAL ATTACK RIDE!'' The Decadriver announces as the hoverboard glows brightly and makes a deep u-turn, coming right at the Unknown. Decade watches and sees his moment as the hoverboard stops right at full force that it tosses Decade and G3-X forward, both performing a straight-through Rider Kicks right through the Unknown. ''AGITO!''
The monster gasps as the Hoverboard then slashes through him too. Sparks leak out as the monster lets out a scream and explodes. G3-X pants as the hoverboard reverts back to Agito while Decade wipes his hands.
''Told you. No need to thank me.'' Decade tells them both, chuckling at how hopeless they were without him.
Yusuke sighs, never getting this guy much… but at least he has a heart.
After the fight, Tsukasa spots Shoichi leaving but is stopped by a stunned Tohko. The two eye the other taken back by their appearance. Tohko doesn't express herself with sadness but a hug. Shoichi staggers a bit but accepts her affection, having missed her.
Tsukasa eyes the two and smirks, taking a photo from his camera, capturing the moment. Another happy ending.
Drinking a warm cup of coffee, Tsukasa and Yusuke breathe while drinking their own cups. Natsumi giggles while drinking her own mug of coffee, asking Tsukasa about Agito. ''You think Shoichi will be fine now?''
Tsukasa hums uncaring before answering with a resolve look in his eyes. ''As long as he believes who he is, then he won't become a monster.''
Dragonic nods in agreement, replying as he drinks his own cup of coffee. ''We all have the potential to change.''
''Change…'' Yusuke mutters, wondering if he too could change. He soon smiles feeling like he learned something too and now with a reason to become stronger using his own power. That way he can return home and protect Ai and everyone's smiles.
Tsukasa notices his face and scoffs, staring at Natsumi and tells her firmly. ''We have 3 worlds left, and then we'll save your world. I promised you that, Natsumikan.''
Natsumi staggers a bit but smiles nodding. She knows he will keep his promise.
Dragonic smirks flying to the backdrop wall and declares proudly. ''Then let's go to the next world!''
He grabs and pulls down on the rope. The house starts to shake as it is teleported to the next world.
As they travel to the next world, Tsukasa approaches Dragonic with a look.
''What?'' The dragon asks, confused by his look. Tsukasa looks at Natsumi eating really hungry. He then looks back at the dragon and asks. ''Unknowns only go after humans with supernatural powers or have a part of the Agito power, right?''
Dragonic remains silent, eyeing the human and just says. ''Or it could have attacked her to drop Shoichi's guard.''
''… True…'' Tsukasa says, a bit more relaxed. He walks back to complain to Natsumi that he's hungry too. Dragonic watches the two; convinced Natsumi doesn't have a part of Agito… though…
The dragon frowns, wondering how long he could keep that a secret from her. ''If only you were still alive to tell her the truth, Eijiro-san.''
Author's Note: Time to clarify things:
1) You know the drill, the two-parter episode on Agito for the Decade TV Series in this chapter has a few changes with 1 of them being a big deal HMM.
2) So I did not do side content of what Yusuke was up to… I find no point. I will say Yusuke was trying to become G3-X's user, Kaito was also competing and got the position but he did it to steal G4's chip… which was destroyed. Basically not important for the plot.
3) Tsukasa did not get the Decadriver stolen… Natsumi instead gets kidnapped by Gills. I will say it now: I will not do other Worlds after Hibiki… except for one but I will not mention… and it isn't the Worlds Merging. Instead we get Tsukasa admitting his feelings or well how he feels for Natsumi. Touching stuff.
4) Another big change is Yusuke instead of wanting to remain in the World of Agito to be with the girl that is basically the same person to his Detective crush is trying to help her find the man she fell for or at least put some closure.
5) Yes, since in the show Decade could become Faiz Axel Form without becoming Faiz first, the Super Form Ride Cards will do the same thing. So Decade could become the Super Forms of those Riders without first becoming said riders. But don't worry, Tsukasa is cocky and smart enough to still use the regular forms of those riders so don't worry about him abusing the Super Forms every time, just when he needs the extra boost.
6) The real Takumi… and again I have a small gripe. Not a fan of Faiz's original ending and the huge multiple retcons done to Faiz's timeline. SO MANY RETCONS. SIGH. When I do something with Faiz in Dragon Knight Reborn, I will stamp that retcon with my own! A Rider Time like Ryuki but for Faiz would have been GREAT.
7) A hidden secret about Natsumi? Another time I will talk about this.
I didn't want to say this after this episode but ladies, gentlemen… we are what I like to call the halfway point of the end of Tales of the Decade.
