Hestia visited Zeus and Hera due to the new incarnation and wanted to say hello to the two of them, so he contacted Hera through Hermes to bring her to meet them and also meet Belko and Lefiya. Zeus asked her to adopt the two children into the Familiar when the sisters were 15 years old and asked her to look after them with Alfia since they no longer had access to Orario.
