Kaidan woke up before Gemma, he looked at the clock on his bedside table. It just turned 9 am, he yawned as he moved slightly. Gemma was laying with her back flush against his front, when he moved she groaned and wiggled her ass slightly.
Kaidan instantly felt the hardness from last night's return, he still felt hungry for her. He moves his hand to grasp her ass, letting it massage against his palm. Gemma moans as she bucks her hips, slowly waking herself up.
"Good morning," he whispers, kissing her neck. Gemma groans as she burrows her face deeper into the pillow. He moves his hand inwards inside her folds, happy to see she was already excited for his attention. "You're excited this morning," he says as he nibbles her shoulder.
"I'm going to be when you're doing this," Gemma replies as she grabs his forearm. Moaning into the pillow as her whole body rides his fingers. Kaidan turns her head to kiss her, though the angle isn't the easiest to do so. "I need you, Kaidan," she moans.
Kaidan grunts, pulling her body higher to get better access. He grabs the shaft of his dick and slowly pushes inside, this angle was tight, but it felt that much better. Gemma grabs the headboard behind her, needing some sort of leverage. Kaidan held onto her hip as the whole bed rocked with them both.
The room is filled with moaning as they both hump against each other. Gemma lifted her leg up, dropping her own hand between her to massage her swollen clit. Kaidan could feel her hand knocking the lower part of his dick. He definitely wasn't going to last much longer.
"Gemma," he moans as he licks his lips and bits her neck. Gemma squirms against him before doubling over, feeling herself float in ecstasy. Kaidan followed soon after, digging his nails into her hip as he slowed the rocking. They both laid still, the sweat, heat and smell overpowered them both.
"Fuck, I ain't going to be able to walk today," Gemma states as she lays her forearm over her eyes. Kaidan pulls himself out and off the bed. Helping her up as they both go shower. "Do we have any plans today?"
Kaidan nods as he starts the shower and digs some fresh towels out. "Shepard has news on the remaining crew, some are arriving today from across the planet." Gemma was excited to see the rest of the crew. She'd not seen most since the party on the Citadel. "Are mothers should be flying in tomorrow as well."
"I'm so excited to see my mum again," she says, soaking her body and lathering it in body wash. Kaidan washes his hair, feeling too sweaty to just let the water do for the day. The static always kept his hair pretty clean, but after last night and this morning, he needed a fresh clean for it.
"Me too, I've missed her. We will all go out for dinner tomorrow," he replies with a smile. Gemma nods, she is excited. Though she missed her dad so much, she was glad her mum was still there for her. This would be the first time she meets Kaidan's mother in person as well.
They both finish their shower and change for the day. Gemma was drying her hair when she craned her head to the left and gasped in shock. Kaidan looks up, his shirt buttoned up. "What's wrong?" he asks in worry. Gemma turns the dryer off, pulling her shirt collar down to get a good look.
"You've left a massive bruise and teeth marks on my skin," she points out. Kaidan runs his fingers over it, she giggles in response. "I'll try to hide it with makeup," she adds.
"I think Garrus won't keep his mouth shut when he sees us anyway," he says, turning back to get changed. Gemma pushes the foundation on with a damp makeup sponge. It was soon covered, but the purple could be seen slightly.
"Why?" she asks, finishing with some powder to set it. Kaidan towel dries his hair, letting it then sit back in its usual way. Styling it was pointless, his static was too strong for any hair gel to change it with.
"Turians have a great sense of smell. Javik and him both will be able to smell us," he says with a grunt. Gemma covers her face, not exactly what she wants to be stated when seeing the crew for the first time after only getting her memory back. "Come on, we will be late," he says, throwing her some socks with a shit-eating grin.
"I hate you, Alenko," she shouts as he leaves the room.
Kaidan and Gemma were in fact the last ones there. Everyone was sitting in the mess hall eating breakfast. The chatter quickly died down when they all looked up to see them both walk in, hand in hand.
"Well, I didn't think you two would actually show," Cortez laughs with an egg hanging from his pointed fork. Garrus and Javik twitched their noses.
"Oh, they got more than enough last night didn't you guys?" Garrus laughs. Gemma hides her face in Kaidan's chest. Javik sits forward.
"They copulated this morning as well. Why humans have intercourse so many times is beyond me." Gemma sat down as Kaidan got them some food. She took one look at Thane, who was concentrating solely on her neck. Why she bothered trying to hide it was beyond her.
"Don't you dare, Thane," she warns with a pointed finger. He smiles at her, looking at Kolyat who could also see the massive bruise hidden badly under the foundation. "Drell and their fucking detective eyes," she moans.
"Care to share?" Shepard asks from the further point of the long table. Gemma quickly shakes her head. Kaidan came back with a tray of food for her, she barely gave him a chance to put it down before she grabbed some bacon and shoved it in her mouth. Joker chuckled behind her cup.
Wrex had finally arrived, he took one smell and turned his lip up at everyone. "Why does this room smell like sex?" Gemma finally drops her face completely into her arms, groaning loudly. The whole room erupted into laughter.
"Okay! Fine! Yes, we had sex... a few times. I've got a massive hickey on my fucking neck as well. Can we please drop it!" Wrex grunts a burst of laughter. Though Tali was the worst, giggling uncontrollably. Kaidan can only wink at Vega who sits looking very uncomfortable and awkward.
Shepard raises her coffee cup to them both. "Well, I'm glad you both finally are together again. And congratulations," she says, looking at Gemma's ring finger. Everyone else gave their own congratulations to the couple.
"How is the rest of the crew?" Kaidan asks Shepard. She sits up, smiling as she brings up her omni tool. They were now working and could contact most of the other planets whose comm buoys had been installed in their star systems.
"Samara is well, she's still on Thessia. Her daughter is doing well at the monastery." She smiles at the warming email Samara had sent her. Most of the Justicars survived the last push of the war. Those who did not, gave their lives for the less fortunate. "Jack is coming here with her students today," she pauses to look up at Gemma. "They want to talk your ear off about biotics."
Wrex grumbles to get everyone's attention. "Grunt is still on Tuchanka, though he's pissed to miss out on seeing you all again."
"Zaeed and Kasumi are also coming here later. I haven't heard much from Jacob, he seems to have cut us all off. He is apparently going to be a father though, and got some doctor pregnant." Miranda hummed to herself.
"Jacob was always a pain in the ass. He never cared for us a lot when we were no use to him anymore." Thane chuckled to himself.
"He hated me," he adds. Kolyat didn't like to hear someone hate his father, it made him angry.
"Oh well, fuck him," Wrex laughs. They all chuckle between themselves. "So, Tali. How's it going to get your Geth back?"
Tali looks up from the tubed food she was feeding herself, the whole table looks back at her. "I don't know. The last I heard they were trying to just get AI's back from basic VI." They all looked at Joker, he'd grown his beard out and in short looked like shit. Not having Edi really hit him hard.
"Hey, come on. Don't look like that at me," he shouts as he burrows his face under his SR2 hat. Kaidan clears his throat, getting their attention away from him.
"I and Shepard do have some news," he says as he looks across the table to her. Shepard nods, it was time they told the crew their plans after shore leave. "Obviously until Shepard is active for duty again, I'm the Captain of the ship. Don't worry, she's having it back once shore leave is done." Everyone chuckles, whilst it's been nice having Kaidan as Captain, it was far too odd for the ship to fully run when it's known the Normandy is Shepards and always will be. "The council has made some plans for us all after shore leave. We will be travelling to each of the council worlds and some others to bring... stability after the war. We are to represent the council, Alliance and other alien governments. Obviously, if you don't want to go, we understand. But official Alliance personnel so Joker, Vega, Cortez, Traynor and Gemma. You are all expected to go unless you're posted elsewhere. Which is up to Shepard."
"I'm not being away from you again," Gemma almost shouts in anger. Shepard waves her hand to calm down.
"Don't worry, wherever Kaidan goes, you go," she says to relieve her tensed body. Gemma nods and smiles in thanks to her. The names Kaidan announces don't waste a second to agree they will be going. They all looked at the aliens of the crew for their answers.
"I will go. I'm with you now, Shepard," he says as he holds her hand. Everyone oohed and awed at them. "Alright, calm down," he says, feeling his plates turn warm in embarrassment.
"I'm returning to Tuchanka, I'll stay until we get there," Wrex says. He's got a family to raise now and Eve couldn't control the other clans alone. He had new laws and expectations to give with the Genophage now cured. Also, Grunt would be pissed if Wrex didn't come back, the kid sees him as a father figure and hates to be without him.
"I'm not sure yet, Shepard. I need to figure some things out first," Liara says. She needed to see if she could be the Shadow Broker when on the Normandy. She turns to look at Javik next to her.
"I wish to go, there is much of the galaxy I wish to see. But, I shall go where you go, T'soni," he says with a small smile. No one commented on his words, he'd only get angry if they did. "What worlds are we visiting, Commander."
Shepard waited a moment to reply as she got the list Hackett sent her. "Palavan, Tuchanka, Illium, Thessia, Kahje, Dekunna, Eden Prime, Horizon, Sur'Kesh and Rannoch." Horizon and Eden Prime were the odd ones, but a lot of their fighting happened on those planets. The people who stayed behind on Horizon also needed reassurance the Alliance wasn't like Cerberus.
"Jesus, there's enough places to visit then," Joker says as he finishes the last of his coffee.
"I will stay until we get to Rannoch, I wish to stay with the Migrant fleet as a full-time Admiral, If they'll have me," Tali says with a small voice. Gemma smiles at her, Tali would be a great Admiral, following in her father's footsteps.
"How about you Thane? Kolyat?" Gemma asks them. She'd hoped they both stayed with the ship and travelled with them.
"I'm unsure. I have spent a long time away from Kolyat, I wish to make up for lost time," Thane says as he looks at his son. Kolyat finishes his tea and smiles at his father.
"Until the Citadel is rebuilt. I'm out of a job, though Bailey promised me one once C-sec is functional again. We should go with them, father. See the galaxy together." Thane smiles.
"If that is what you wish." Gemma almost bounces in her seat. She would hate to go without Thane, he was someone that made her feel grounded and level.
Jack walks through the main doors of the main Alliance quarters, finding Shepard and Garrus talking quietly between themselves. She pushes her Varren pet towards them both, Eezo quickly remembers Shepard and barrels towards her.
"The hell?" Shepard yelps as the Varren throws himself on her. "Eezo?" she asks in surprise. Garrus laughs, he'd met the Varren before. It meant Jack was somewhere close by.
"Long time no see, you both look like shit," Jack laughs as she walks over. Her students all stood by the door. No more looking like the picture of youth, they all looked worn down and battled hardened.
Shepard pulled herself up, petting the Varren as he begged for the food on her plate. She throws him some chicken. "Hey, Jack. Glad you're alive," she says as she hugs her friend. Garrus awkwardly pats her shoulder.
"Come over, kids. Come say hello," she says waving her arm at the students. Shepard recognised them all, three she noticed were missing. It seems not all made it out alive. Gemma and Kaidan were both walking through the halls, holding each other close as they came to an abrupt stop in front of the students.
"You're Gemma right?" one of the students asked. Gemma looked up at Kaidan, he was just happy to see Jack's students. His own were helping in different parts of Canada. They were good to go without him now, he'd taught them all they needed to know and the war jump-started their careers in biotic training.
She steps forward, smiling and nodding at them. "That's me." She quickly regrets saying that as they all quickly rush towards her, practically pushing Kaidan from her grasp. They all shouted questions at her. "Calm down," she says in laughter. Jack came over, pushing them back from her.
"Sorry, bloody kids forget their manners!" she shouts loud enough without aiming it at them. They all said sorry in union and backed off.
"Now, now. Don't leave. I don't mind answering questions," she says as she pulls one back. Kaidan came back over, placing his arm around her waist.
"You're the second human Spectre, right?" the oldest of the kids asked. His name was Jason Prangley, the most experienced of the kids and was quickly following in Jack's footsteps in becoming a strong biotic.
"Correct," Kaidan replies. "Though I will always live in the shadow of our first human Spectre," he adds as a joke. Garrus and Shepard both came over.
"Come on, Kaidan. I just needed to set the bar for you, let me know when you've reached it." The kids all oohed at Shepard's words. Kaidan flips her off as they all laugh.
"Ma'am, you're neck?" Sian, one of the younger students pointed out. Gemma put her hand to her neck. She'd forgotten to put more foundation on, her uniform had rubbed most of it off. Kaidan snorted at her side, throwing his hand over his mouth.
"Now, this is why you stay as virgins, kids," Jack points out. Gemma can only go bright red to the checks. The kids all giggle at her.
"Alright, let's settle down," Shepard says, trying to hold back the laughter. Sian looked at Kaidan, she felt almost shy to be standing so close to him. He was nearly a foot taller and built like a boulder.
"I... are you both together?" she nervously asks, looking at Kaidan's hand on Gemma's waist. He tightens it slightly as he smiles at the smaller girl.
"Yes, she is my beautiful fiance." Whilst the girls of the group awed, the boys all made puke noises.
"Isn't that fraternization?" Jason asks. Kaidan keeps his cool, he knew the kid meant well and wasn't asking in a contradicting way.
"Technically yes. But we were together before Gemma joined the Alliance and as a Spectre. I have some... perks," he answers as he smiles down at Gemma. She returns the smile and places a hand on his chest.
"What is your rank, sir?" Jason asks. Kaidan looks back at him.
"Major," he answers. The kids quickly stand straight and salute him.
"Well, shit. Where was my salute?" Shepard asks with a shot of laughter. Kaidan stands tall and salutes them back. The kids really were trying, but Major's just generally got much more respect than Commanders. He's the closest out of them all to being an Admiral.
"I'm the new favourite now, Shepard," Kaidan says as he slouches partly and goes back to holding Gemma.
"Enough chit chat, we need some damn drinks. Gemma, mind if the kids talk your ear off for a bit?" Gemma nods, she and Kaidan lead the kids off to the gym. They'd probably want a showcase of her biotics anyway. "So, Shep. When we partying?"
Shepard and Garrus look at each other, "not sure," she replies. They all walk together towards the main mess hall. Jack was starved.
"Fuck me, you two are old. Let's all-party tomorrow?" Garrus' mandibles click against his cheeks.
"Sure, but Miranda is here you know. She's missed you," he says. Jack's face goes bright red as she punches him in the arm.
"Shut it, Vakarian." she pauses as she looks at his arm. "Nice robot arm," she adds. Garrus chuckles and shows it to her. Shepard loved seeing the crew bond again, it was the old times like this she missed the most. A party might be a good thing for them all, there was still some steam others needed to get rid of. They only had two weeks of shore leave left and it would fly by.
