Chapter 20

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
This chapter pretty much closes the Yoru clan arc and ties up a few loose ends here and there. It seems like filler but there are some plot points I need to set up before the next arc. Here is chapter 20:
Last time:
"….I need you to slay them and absorb their souls with this." said the Shinigami as he held up a locket. "It will prevent their escape to the underworld and send them directly to me. There are other fiends with this annoying ability to avoid their demise but none have revived the dead like Ishtaros and Nicchae have."
"Is there some special way I use the locket? Will it be a danger to others?" asked Naruto.
"It will only affect the souls of Ishtaros and Nicchae. It will have no effect on others be they fiend, human or otherwise." answered the Shinigami. "As for how to use it; simply have it on your person when you defeat them. Once they are destroyed it will vanish and Kurama's Yin half will be restored to him."
"Is there some time limit I have?" asked Naruto.
The shingami shook his head. "No, but do try to make in your lifetime or entrust the task to your descendants. Do we have a deal?"
Determination gleamed in Naruto's eyes. "Yes, it sounds like I have a pair of fiends to hunt Shinigami-sama." Naruto heard Kurama cheer in his head.
"Good." said the Shinigami. The locket appeared in Naruto's hand. "I have other important things to do. Farewell Sage Uzumaki Naruto and Kurama. We will meet again….eventually."
The Shinigami vanished and Naruto and Kurama both cringed at the way the Shinigami bid them farewell. 'I hope we don't meet him again anytime soon.' thought Naruto.
'You and me both kid." said Kurama.
Naruto heard a gasp behind him. It was the tengu woman. He turned around and said kindly, "I am Uzumaki Naruto. Are you Nyotengu? I am here to help."
Spa Laqua, ninth floor
Nyotengu was immensely relieved. "I-I am Nyotengu. I thank you so much for saving me." She had tears in her eyes and was smiling.
Naruto looked around. "Let's get you out of all those bindings."
She motioned with her head towards a table. "The key is sitting on top of that table. They left it out there to taunt me because it would always be in sight but I could never reach it."
Naruto went over and grabbed the key as he muttered "….bastards…" to himself. It took a while to unfasten all the various shackles and straps that bound her. Naruto was doing his best not to aggravate any of her injuries. She was beat up and bruised but the only thing actually broken was her left wing. Nyotengu hissed as Naruto unfettered it. "Sorry…." apologized Naruto. "It's broken isn't it?"
She nodded. "Yes but it will heal eventually. I owe you my life Sage Uzumaki Naruto." She tried to stand but found she'd been hobbled so long that she didn't have the strength. She was very embarrassed and said. "I am too weak to stand."
"It's alright." said Naruto. "I'll carry you if need be. I need to check in with the others first so sit tight." He got out his radio. "This is Naruto calling my himes. The Yoro clan is exterminated; I repeat the Yoru clan is exterminated. Please tell me where you are and your condition. I want us to clear out before I call in Otaki."
"This is Kasumi, I'm on the first floor and I'm exhausted but uninjured."
"This is Hinata, Naruto-kun. I'm also on the first floor and I'm beat up but I'm okay. How are you so certain the Yoru Clan is all wiped out for sure?"
"The Shinigami appeared and told me so himself. He said they were extinct and I'm not one to argue with a Death God." answered Naruto.
"…."
"…."
"Ummm….Okay! This is Momiji. I'm on the fifth floor and I'm unhurt. I'm here with Aoi. She has a stab wound but she's okay. We'll need to get it looked at though."
"Aoi-chan, are you okay to walk?" asked Naruto concerned.
"I'll be all right Naruto-kun, don't worry." answered Aoi.
Naruto sighed in relief. "Alright, I want you and Momiji-chan to head down to the first floor and meet up with Hinata-chan and Kasumi-chan."
"We'll head that way now Naruto-kun." answered Momiji.
"Ayane-chan, are you there?" asked Naruto.
"I'm here Naruto-kun." answered Ayane tiredly. "I'm on the sixth floor with a shoulder injury. I got hit with a paralyzing agent but I'm basically okay since the numbness is fading."
"Stay put Ayane-chan." said Naruto. "I'll come down to get you. I have Nyotengu with me but she's injured so I'm going to make a couple of clones to carry her. Everyone call me when you get to the first floor safely."
Naruto received a chorus of affirmative answers and switched his radio to 'receive only.' "Alright Nyotengu, let's see if we can find a painless way to carry you." After a bit of work she was riding Naruto's clone piggyback style to avoid any further injury to her black wings. In spite of the fact Nyotengu was very tall by Japanese standards (five foot eight inches), Naruto found she was extremely light. He figured she might have hollow bones like a bird given she had wings but didn't comment on it given mentioning a woman's weight was a tabooed subject.
At any rate, as Naruto's clone carried her Nyotengu explained that she'd been seeking him out to form an alliance with the Tengu tribe by the tribe elder Moauson Kuramason-sama. Naruto explained that Noh Akuto had attempted to assassinate him and died as a result so he was concerned about the true motives the Tengu tribe had. Nyotengu was furious about Akuto's foolish actions but was glad the bastard was dead. After calming herself, Nyotengu said, "There were three of us sent out. Akuto, Hokorashii and myself. Our instructions were to form an alliance, not attack you. I formally extend the apologies of the Tengu tribe for Akuto's attack on you Sage Naruto."
Naruto nodded. "I sense no malice from you Nyotengu but you must understand I am apprehensive to possibly endanger myself and those I care for. We will have to wait and see. The main thing right now is to get you healed up." Naruto paused and then said, "So tell me about this Hokorashii character. Is he friendly or antagonistic?"
Nyotengu groaned. "Hokorashii is my Uncle I'm ashamed to say. He is weak, arrogant without reason and stupid. Knowing him he will try to challenge you to a fight or something to see if you are worthy of being our ally."
"It sounds like many of the Tengu tribe tend to be arrogant." said Naruto. "Arrogance can lead you to underestimate your opponents and get killed. That's how Akuto died. He didn't even mount a defense and was slaughtered as a result."
Nyotengu wanted to retort that Tengus were superior to humans and had a right to be arrogant but figured it was a bad idea. The latent power she felt rolling off the Sage was both intoxicating and frightening. The Elder warned her to be very careful and she felt it was prudent to mind her manners. That's when they came down to the eighth floor and a horrible stench hit her nose. Naruto said, "A major battle took place here. The sights and smells are atrocious if you wish to look away."
Nyotengu stared wide eyed at the huge pile of dismembered bodies laying there strung all over. A large part of her wanted to get sick. She finally tore her eyes away and hid her brow in Naruto's blonde hair. When they finally reached the stairs to the seventh floor the smell had abated and she looked up. Finding her voice again, Nyotengu asked, "What happened back there?"
Naruto said emotionlessly, "They were puppets of the Yoru clan. They were in my path so I destroyed them."
Nyotengu's eyes were big as saucers. "All by yourself? All those humans…?"
Naruto looked back at her and said. "It had to be done. I'm glad I was the only one here because I wouldn't want to expose others to those horrors. Let's drop the subject please."
"O-of course Sage Naruto!" said the still shocked Nyotengu. "My apologies."
"Don't worry about it -and just call me Naruto; titles really aren't necessary." said Naruto in a more upbeat tone. They traversed the seventh floor in relative silence but when they got to the sixth floor it was full of people –fortunately living ones. Naruto stepped out and said to a man, (who couldn't help but notice that Naruto was stained with blood), "Excuse me, have you seen my companion? She's a kunoichi with violet hair."
The people looked at him and quickly parted giving him a wide path that led straight to Ayane. They were obviously frightened. Naruto smiled under his mask and said, "Thanks!" figuring that was going to be the best he could do. "By the way, until the police get here don't go upstairs; it's cordoned off."
Most of the people nodded in frightened silence but one brave soul asked, "When will the police get here?"
"It will be about twenty minutes. My group is pulling out. The danger has passed so just stay calm and try to relax." explained Naruto.
A little boy in a towel asked, "Are you a real ninja? Did you get the bad guys?"
Naruto nodded gently, "Yeah, I'm a ninja and the bad guys won't hurt anyone ever again."
"Coooool!" said the little boy impressed before his Mother pulled him back.
Naruto went over to Ayane whose uniform was shredded and giving him an amazing view of her assets. "New look Ayane-chan?" he asked teasingly.
She blushed under her mask. "S-shut up Naruto-kun." She stood up but was a little wobbly and Naruto caught her. She thanked him and then looked at Nyotengu. "Is this or lost tengu princess? She's a lot prettier than that Akuto guy was."
"Yes, her name is Nyotengu and she's injured. Try to be nice." said Naruto as he scooped Ayane up in a bridle carry much to her embarrassment.
"Alright Naruto-kun…." pouted Ayane.
Naruto managed to introduce the two injured women to each other on the way down to the first floor and Ayane and Nyotengu were at least amiable to each other. When they exited the first floor steps he saw his lovely wives in their various states. Hinata was covered in as much gore as he was and was moving slowly. Kasumi and Momiji looked disheveled but were okay. Aoi was a little pale and was relaxing on a bench. It was obvious everyone had a rough time but came out intact. Naruto sat Ayane down on the bench beside Aoi and lowered Nyotengu to the ground where she could sit without aggravating her wing.
After he was assured everyone was all right Naruto switched over to the police frequency. "This is Uzumaki calling Otaki. All targets are dead. I repeat; all targets are dead. You are free to move in. There are a lot of frightened people on the sixth floor that would like to go home."
"This is Otaki, understood. Were there any civilian casualties?" asked the inspector.
"Only at the hands of the enemy on the seventh floor. It's a bloodbath up there." replied Naruto somberly.
He heard Otaki sigh. "Shit. How many?"
"Too many to count inspector. There were at least forty. It was already too late when I arrived." said Naruto.
There was silence for a while and then finally Otaki said, "We can only do what we can do. Do you need a catch wagon to haul you out?"
Naruto looked at his girls and saw they were all exhausted. "Yeah, have it pull up be the emergency exit on the north side. We need to get out of here."
"See you there. Otaki out." said the inspector.
"Uzumaki out." acknowledged Naruto. "Okay girls. Let's head for the north emergency exit we disarmed as an escape route."
An hour later….
The Uzumaki Clan and Nyotengu were at a hidden emergency treatment ward in Tokyo. The doctors and staff there were sworn to secrecy as this area was usually used by government agents whose identities were secret. The sample of the paralytic agent they took off Ayane made them wonder how she was even alive. Similarly the stab wound in Aoi's side and the massive bruising on Hinata's back made them wonder why the girls weren't crying out in pain. They were really shocked and amazed at Nyotengu who was considered a mythical creature until now.
They actually had to call in a veterinary specialist from the Ueno Zoo that took care of birds to set her wing. Needless to say he was completely gaga over Nyotengu but he was sworn to absolute secrecy so he couldn't even smuggle any snapshots of her out (not for lack of trying). Naruto and the Uzumaki clan reported what they'd done on the mission (as long as it didn't give away clan secrets). The agents there had a particularly hard time believing Naruto had been fighting the dead but there were several documented cases of the Yoru clan using the same technique many times (and the exact same poison to do it with) as recently as 1975.
When the news broke out about the tragedy at Spa Laqua it was revealed that an insane cult was responsible and that government agents had wiped out the cult after they refused to surrender. The few witnesses on the fifth floor that saw Ayane and Naruto were told they were government agents using the ninja image as a cover. On the other hand an urban legend about a ninja clan inevitably came into existence. Otaki and Arii were working overtime to resolve the mess. As it turned out there was incriminating evidence found among the Yoru clan's belongings that explained a lot of cold case files over the years.
In the Criminal Underworld it was not so easily brushed off as with the public. Conspiracy theories aside they were well aware of ninjas being used covertly (some of them had even hired ninjas themselves). On the other hand it was widely known that the Yoru Clan was untouchable. They were death worshippers and when you saw them you ran. Now this (apparently small) Uzumaki Clan had shown up on the scene and mercilessly butchered the Yoru to the last man. Their few inside Police contacts revealed that the only sightings of the Uzumaki Clan were two teenagers that interrogated a suspect and apparently drove him insane without even laying a finger on him. There were several Yakuza and crime bosses that were very concerned.
The Police Commissioner ordered for the Uzumaki's to be paid in full as agreed. Afterwards Naruto was invited to attend a dinner but he politely declined. The next day the safe house the Uzumaki's had been staying in was vacant and they'd vanished without a trace along with the Tengu woman. Arii Maya received a notice in her new (and classified) apartment a week later with a contact number for the Uzumaki Clan in case 'further services are required.' She was immensely pleased about this and reported it to the Police Commissioner who approved doing future business with the Uzumakis for 'the good of the citizens of Tokyo.'
Detective Arii was looking forward to seeing Uzumaki Naruto again.
The Hayabusa Village
Hayabusa Ryu was a bit shocked that Naruto and his wives had returned without news of Nezumi being terminated. He and Hayate had stayed in touch and already had a very good idea of what happened to the Yoru Clan and the Uzumakis verified it. The Yoru were no more. Regardless the news that Naruto brought back an injured tengu concerned both Ryu and Jô but Naruto assured she would not harm anyone or he would put her down himself. The iron in Naruto's tone assured both Hayabusa Clan leaders that Naruto had the village's interests in mind and a possible alliance with the Tengu tribe could be very beneficial if it actually came to pass.
Over the next week Naruto also performed the sad duty of returning the bodies of the two Mugen Tenshin Clan ninjas that the Yoru Clan had killed. Hayate assured him that their souls could rest in peace now that they were home and had been avenged. At the insistence of the two ninja's families he stayed and extra day to attend their funerals.
Naruto was home the next day and glad to be with his (still healing) himes.
A week later at the Uzumaki Compound
A week ago Nyotengu tried to contact her home dimension and received troubling news. The Elder Council was in chaos because something big was going on. Some of the Elders urged her to make an alliance with the Sage at all costs –they seemed desperate. Other Elders demanded her immediate return. Her Uncle Hokorashii had already been recalled. She explained she was badly injured and could not return until she had fully healed which led to a storm of varied reactions. It wasn't until today that she found out the truth of the matter.
A very powerful tengu named Gohyakumine Bankotsubo* had succeeded in murdering the Head Elder Moauson Kuramason-sama who was revered as a deity among the Tengu Tribe and was the ruler of their race….no one knew why he had done it or where he had vanished to but he was a criminal now. Nyotengu found herself in a bad position. She couldn't go back as some of the inflexible elders condemned her for disobedience and she couldn't negotiate an alliance without the elder's full support either. Nyotengu was in effect marooned in a ninja village in an injured state. Hinata's marvelous chakra healing abilities had done wonders but at the same time her muscles were agonizingly slow to recover from being chained up for weeks on end. She could only freeload off the Uzumakis for so long. She had to do something….
Later that day….
Kasumi had found the normally loud Nyotengu was a bit quiet since and subdued this morning. She'd found that the tengu woman acted surprisingly human. Kasumi figured Nyotengu was just down because she was injured; it was understandable. It could also be she hated the rain –it was really rainy out today. It had been for days. Naruto and the girls had done their best to treat their guest with respect but boy Aoi and Ayane were getting mutinous about Nyotengu leeching off of them. It was then Kasumi heard a knock at the front door. She opened it only to find a drenched Akio from the aviary. He looked miserable but still blushed when he saw Kasumi (or any of Naruto's wives really). Kasumi thought it was cute that he got so easily flustered.
"Kasumi-sama, I have a message for you and Ayane-sama from the Mugen Tenshin Village." said the blushing Akio. (All Naruto's wives received the –sama suffix as time went by. Ayane hated it).
"This isn't for Naruto-kun?" asked Kasumi puzzled.
Akio shook his head. "No my Lady, just to you and your sister. It seems to be a personal letter since it doesn't have the official stamp of Hayate-sama."
"Would you like to come in and dry off Akio?" asked Kasumi kindly. 'He looks miserable.' she thought.
"Thank you but I must return to my post my Lady." said Akio bowing before he departed.
Kasumi smiled at his antics and quietly closed the door. She went upstairs and called Ayane from her room. Ayane soon joined her and asked, "What is it Kasumi?"
"We have a letter from the Mugen Tenshin Clan addressed to you and I." said the elder sibling. "I thought we could read it together." At Ayane's consent the two girls went into Kasumi's room and unfurled the scroll. It was in Ayame's writing to their surprise.
My darling daughters:
I have some very happy but very surprising news; you are both going to be big sisters soon! I found out that I am pregnant as of this morning and I couldn't wait to tell you so I immediately wrote you. They said I was too old to be having children but I'll show them! It is currently a secret even among the Mugen Tenshin clan but I had to share my happiness with the two of you. Your older brother is positively dumbfounded but has already sworn to move heaven and earth to protect me and the baby from harm.
I'd very much like to see the two of you soon. Shiden-kun is doing everything to make things easier for me but he's practically got me under house arrest for my protection so I can't travel to the Hayabusa Village. Please inform Naruto-kun the good news for me and come to visit.
Incidentally, when are you two and Naruto-kun going to give me grandbabies? (Both sisters sweat dropped at the last line)
Anyway, for now don't inform anyone outside your immediate family you can trust. I'll see you soon!

To say the girls were surprised was an understatement. "We should tell Naruto-kun!" said Kasumi excitedly. Then she frowned. "Come to think of it I haven't seen Naruto-kun since this morning. Where is he? He'd better not be out in the rain and catch a cold or something."
Ayane smirked. "You worry about him too much. He's up in the study working on seals again. He's been up there since after breakfast. Besides, with Kurama inside him Naruto-kun couldn't catch a cold even if he wanted to."
"He's still up there making seals?" Kasumi deadpanned. "Since we're stuck inside all day he should be lavishing attention on his lonely, beautiful wives." she added melodramatically.
"Don't tell him that." said Ayane. "Naruto-kun would probably feel guilty that he was neglecting us or something"
"I guess you're right." replied the elder sister. "Let's go up to the study and tell him." Nodding at each other in agreement the two sisters went up to the study and were about halfway up the stairs when they heard Hinata's voice from the study.
"It looks like it works from both ends Naruto-kun." said Hinata excitedly. "We'll need to get the other girls to try it while I watch."
Both Kasumi and Ayane had wide eyes. 'What kind of kinky thing are they talking about? I don't want Hinata watching while Naruto and I-'
The door opened and they saw Hinata standing there. She smiled. "Oh, excellent! Both of you girls can try this. Come on up." She turned back to Naruto. "Kasumi and Ayane are both here Naruto-kun."
"Great!" said Naruto. "Ask them to come up and we'll try it out with both of them. I'll see if I can tell if there's a difference. Since they're sisters they should be similar."
Kasumi and Ayane were both shocked, embarrassed, angry and fearful all at the same time. Finally Ayane stormed up the stairs into the doorway and said. "What kind of sex-crazed depravity are you two dreaming up in this study?! Hinata-chan, I know you're some kind of animal in the bedroom from the noise you guys make at night but that doesn't mean Kasumi and I want to be involved as well!" Kasumi was behind Ayane and looked frightened.
Hinata was staring with her byakugan eyes wide open and slack-jawed. She was blushing furiously.
Naruto wasn't much better. His face was atomic red and he blurted out, "What the hell are you talking about Ayane-chan?! We want to test a new seal I made and I need Hinata-chan to watch the energy flow with her byakugan!"
"….Oh." muttered Ayane.
"….We heard you talking about both ends and assumed…." said Kasumi.
"You assumed wrong!" squeaked Hinata in embarrassment. She was humiliated….
Naruto waved a paper with a complex seal pattern on it. "This-" He face palmed and collected his thoughts. "When we were talking about both ends we were referring to physical and spiritual energy. Both ends of this seal, see?!" he said as he pointed to either end of the paper.
"What a relief." said Kasumi.
"Just what do you think we are?" asked the mortified Hinata.
"Sex fiends." chimed the sisters as one.
Hinata's eyes narrowed and she said. "So what if we are? Once you start sleeping with Naruto-kun you might become sex fiends yourselves! However...if it concerns you so much perhaps you should become nuns and move to a convent." she added with a totally mean smile.
"Why you!" snarled Ayane.
"NOW, NOW! Stop fighting!" Naruto basically yelled as he tried to stop this potential catfight before it exploded into violence. "I'm trying to make a seal that will convert the combination of you girls' physical and spiritual energy into chakra so you can use it." Then he added, "Kasumi-chan, Ayane-chan, if this works it will allow you to use chakra to a limited degree."
"How limited?" asked Kasumi.
"That's the reason Hinata-chan invited you up here to begin with. We need to test the seal." explained Naruto. "Unless I miss my guess I'm going to have to make individual seals that are customized to each of you. As sisters I tend to think of all the girls you two would be the most similar."
Hinata raised an eyebrow. "Why were you two girls hiding in the stairwell anyway?"
Kasumi explained, "We weren't hiding; we were coming up to tell Naruto-kun something and overheard your conversation and….misinterpreted some things."
Hinata was really biting back a retort about misinterpreting some things because she knew it would break out into an argument again. Naruto took her hand gently and she calmed down a bit. He asked, "What was it you were going to tell me? Is it something private or can Hinata-chan hear it as well?"
"It's okay if Hinata-chan hears the news." said Kasumi. She turned to Ayane. "Do you want to tell them or should I?"
Kasumi saw the joy in Ayane's eyes and Ayane said, "I'll tell them!" At Kasumi's smile and nod Ayane said, Naruto-kun, Hinata-chan; our Mother Ayame-sama is pregnant! She just found out this morning and sent us a scroll that arrived this afternoon. It needs to be kept secret among the family though since the Mugen Tenshin Village doesn't even know about it."
Hinata clapped her hands together with a smile. "That's wonderful news! I guess that means both of you are going to be big sisters."
"That is great news!" agreed Naruto. "When this rainy weather clears off we'll go and visit her. I'm sure she must be very happy. You need to tell Aoi-chan and Momiji-chan too. I hate to say it but I guess we shouldn't tell our retainers of the Hein clan."
Kasumi nodded. "I'm sure it will go public eventually but since Mom is the matriarch of the head family of the Mugen Tenshin Village it needs to be kept secret for now."
Downstairs with Aoi….
Aoi was in her room wearing her favorite green kimono with the Uzumaki swirl on the back. Everyone was pretty much healed thanks to Hinata and Aoi was happy to say that she didn't even have a scar from that stab wound. Still, she wasn't at one hundred percent and until she was completely healed she couldn't do any vigorous kunoichi training. She had spent some time writing a scroll to Yomiko so the two of them could figure out what to do. She would have liked it if Yomiko was here with her but the Hayabusa Village was pretty strict about the sanctity of marriage so she figured Yomiko's man-eating tendencies wouldn't go over well.
Still, Aoi did want Yomiko to keep her in the loop about the activities of the Black Spider Clan that Mugen Tenshin Clan found out about. She and Yomiko had been writing back and forth like pen pals with the appropriate coded messages involved. Aoi had been shocked and horrified to find out Obaba was alive and a fiend now and Yomiko needed to know….
Flashback….
In their last night in Tokyo before heading back to the Hayabusa Village; Naruto sat down with Aoi after telling her he had important news. "Aoi-chan, you know I spoke to the Shinigami." Aoi cringed a bit at the concept but nodded. The idea of her Naruto-kun being near the death god sent chills up and down her spine. "Were you close to your Grandmother Obaba? Please be honest with me and more importantly yourself."
Aoi sighed. "Obaba and I had a love-hate relationship. All Obaba cared about was power and family didn't matter. Still, she always favored me. I thought she was a mean and nasty old hag all my life but she saw potential in me and made sure I always had the best training that the clan could offer. I never appreciated it and hated her for it but somehow I think she enjoyed it. She called me her 'most favored grandchild' and told me when she passed on that I would be her successor as head of the Black Spider Clan. She seemed to enjoy me scheming against her since no one else had the gall. Obaba engineered our marriage as a way to get your power for the Black Spider Clan."
"So you said." agreed Naruto.
Aoi nodded. "When the Ookami brothers captured me I ended up in her hands and she seemed to harbor a deep regret over things. She asked me if I loved you and when I said yes she said she had no regrets about our marriage then. She informed me you were coming and had already taken out Genshin which I didn't believe possible at the time. She told me she would have to fight you next but win or lose she would let you escape so I would be happy. It was the first time I ever saw her as my Grandmother and I cried when she died. I knew she'd accepted her death when you came in that room with the power rolling off of you. She released Momiji and I and told me to go. I know she died but you said that she may have been revived somehow. Did you ask the Shinigami about it?" she asked.
Naruto shook his head. "No, he volunteered the information. The Greater Fiend of Creation, Ishtaros, brought Obaba back from the dead as a fiend. I'm assuming she's been transformed into some kind of monster and she is completely our enemy now. If you have to face her, what will you do Aoi-chan?"
Aoi teared up at the idea of Obaba being transformed into a monster. She hugged Naruto as she wept quietly for a little while. She felt the warmth of his arms wrapped around her and the sheer strength rolling off of him. 'How can he be so strong? I love him so very much….' she thought. Aoi finally got herself together and wiped her tears as she reluctantly pulled out of his embrace. She said, "I am a member of the Uzumaki clan. The Black Spider Clan and the fiends are our enemies. If I have to I will destroy her to protect our family."
Naruto kissed her made love to her gently all that night and helped heal her body and spirit. It was wonderful….
Flashback End….
Aoi was brought back to the present and found she was blushing happily. She decided to write Yomiko and inform her about what she knew of Obaba as she finished her letter. Aoi planned to take it to the aviary tomorrow if this oppressive rain would just let up….
With Nyotengu….
"Naruto-sama! I love you!" she moaned lustfully. Naruto had come in and taken her doggy style but had insisted she address him as Naruto-sama if she wanted what she was craving so badly. She couldn't help herself. Nyotengu was moaning like a bitch in heat with every powerful thrust into her.
"You're such a naughty Tengu Princess Nyo-chan, I might just keep you around as my favorite toy. What do you think of that?" asked Naruto heatedly. He was burying himself in her to the hilt every time and was hitting those magical spots deep within her with every single thrust. It was driving her to near madness.
She had brought it on herself she supposed. Nyotengu had been so flirty and teasing with such a powerful warrior and now he was totally dominating her. Her arms were about to give out but he had her hips firmly in his grip and Nyotengu wasn't going anywhere….not that she wanted to. "Naruto-sama, I'm so close. I'm begging you; finish me!" She felt Naruto increase his speed and she felt him release inside her shapely body. She felt herself go completely over the edge as her orgasm exploded through her. She was seeing stars as she rode the intense pleasure out. Nyotengu had never had a lover anything even close to Naruto-sama….
Nyotengu woke up with hooded eyes; she felt incredible in the afterglow but was thoroughly grounded when she rolled to the side and bumped her still tender wing. She hissed in pain. "Ouch…." That's when she noticed Naruto wasn't there and her panties were soaked clean through. 'I had a….a wet dream about Naruto-sama?!' It had felt so real to her. Nyotegu realized she was a mess and decided to slip into the shower before anyone noticed.
Nyotengu wasn't sure what she was going to do now….Her Mother and the elders always said that dreams you remember often symbolized something and this dream was not one she'd be forgetting anytime soon….
Upstairs in Naruto's study….
Ayane had used her Ki energy to charge half of Naruto's experimental seal and the charged the other half by simply releasing physical energy by hitting it. Kasumi had done the same with another copy. Naruto and Hinata were examining the seals carefully as the energies filtered through and mixed to form chakra. "Well…? asked Ayane hopefully.
Hinata said, "Well, the good news is the seal works and there is usable chakra here. The bad news is nearly half the energy is used in the conversion process so it's not very efficient."
"Punching a tag of paper wouldn't be a good option in combat either." said Kasumi a little disappointed.
Naruto waved his hand. "It won't work like that. Once we get this seal up to par I'll paint the seal directly to your skin. A tiny bit of energy from your heart and circulatory system will power the physical half and the excess Ki your body radiates will power the spiritual half so you'll have a chakra battery on your body at all times being charged without you noticing it. I'm going to add an activator key to the seal so you can access the chakra and put it to use next. That's easy compared to the conversion process. Like Hinata-chan said it's still too inefficient at this point. On the positive side we have a working seal that does the job so the theory is sound. I'm actually really pleased. For a first run this is excellent."
Kasumi asked, "So how much energy is in there now? Would it be enough for a ninjutsu technique?"
"No." answered Hinata. "It would be enough to charge several tags or tree walk for a while though. We had a friend named Lee who couldn't use ninjutsu due to a deformity in his chakra coils but he could still use the tree walking and water walking techniques. Even with this seal as is you could be trained to do that. Tree jumping is much faster so just think of the boost in mobility you would have. This is really promising." she added happily.
"So this would allow us to race through the trees instead of having Naruto-kun's clones carry us?" asked Ayane with excitement. "That would be awesome! The whole Uzumaki clan would have a huge edge in combat!"
Naruto nodded. "Pretty much Ayane-chan. We need to tell the other girls. Hinata-chan, can you see where Aoi-chan and Momiji-chan are?"
"Sure Naruto-kun." said Hinata as she activated her byakugan. "Aoi is in her room. It looks like she's writing a letter or something." Then Hinata blushed and deactivated her byakugan.
"What is it Hinata? asked Kasumi.
"Momiji's in her bedroom having sex with Naruto-kun. I guess she was serious when she said that this morning." answered Hinata. "We probably shouldn't disturb them."
Ayane face palmed. "She's a sex fiend too."
"What exactly did she say this morning Hinata?" asked Kasumi.
Hinata shook her head. "Momiji said the rain we're having depressed her so she was going get Naruto to make a clone for her and go have sex all day. I thought it was a joke."
"So that's what Momiji wanted a supercharged clone for. She said she 'needed help with something.' I guess I should have known." said Naruto deadpan.

Next chapter we'll start the Fiend Hunting arc. As I said, this chapter was mainly set up for that so it wasn't very exciting. For those of you that keep track with my other two stories; Lunar Eclipse hit a snag in the plot and I'm working on it. Chapter 64 is 50% done but it keeps getting delayed.
