Deep in Galaxy Theta is the Utrom Homeworld. In a lab, a video message recorded by Professor Honeycutt appeared on the screen.
"A message from Professor Honeycutt to the Utrom High Council." The Professor said. "My dear friends. By the time you receive this, I shall be gone."
Professor Honeycutt was in his lab working on something, when something alerted him. He looked at a screen and saw the Triceraton's invading Earth and looked on with fear.
"This morning, a sub-space viewing device planted on the Earth alerted me to the planet's imminent fate. As you know, both the Triceratons and the Federation want the plans for my Teleportal device so they may use to further their war of annihilation against each other. They will destroy the Earth in their hunt for me!"
Professor Honeycutt stood on the Transmat and placed in the co-ordinates and then teleported himself to Earth.
"I have calculated and re-calculated the probabilities and there is only one sure solution. I must erase all information containing the Teleportal and then surrender myself to the enemy. I know the risks are high and there is a 95.6% certainty that I will not return, but I beseech you do not try to stop me and please tell Jasmine that I will miss her. For as they say, greater love has no robot than this that he laid down his ram for his friends."
The message ended and Mortu and the other Utroms were now concerned for Professor Honeycutt, knowing there was nothing they could do to stop him. Maddie suddenly entered the lab and said with worry, "Mortu, Jasmine is gone! I can't find her anywhere."
Mortu thought about it and then suddenly another Utrom entered the lab and reported, "Mr Mortu sir, it seems the Transmat has been used a second time. It seems Jasmine has used it to also transport to Earth."
Maddie gasped and then Jazz appeared on the screen and her message played, "A message from Jasmine to the Utrom High Council and my mother Maddie Fenton. Mum, Mr Mortu and everyone, by the time you receive this message I shall be gone."
Jazz saw the Triceratons attacking Earth and immediately ran to see Professor Honeycutt. She saw him doing something and hid in the lab, listening in on Professor Honeycutt recording his message and gasped quietly in shock. There was no way she was going to let him surrender himself to the Triceratons! They could destroy him.
"I was working in the lab when I had seen on the sub-space viewing device the Triceraton's attacking Earth! I immediately went to see Professor Honeycutt and discovered what he was planning to do and there is no way I'm going to let him surrender himself for I have a feeling even if he tells them that the Teleportal plans are gone, they'll just tear him apart piece by piece. I have to stop him. Please do not come after me. I don't want any of you risking getting caught by the Shredder and Plasmius."
She quickly grabbed some gear and just after Professor Honeycutt used the Transmat. She too used it and transported herself to Earth.
"Mum, I'm sorry I have to leave like this but I have to do this. Professor Honeycutt had helped me and now it's my turn to help him. I only hope I'm not too late. I love you mum and thank you so much for everything to the Utroms. I'll call if I need help. I'll say hi to Danny and the Turtles for you all."
Jazz's message ended and Mortu looked at Maddie and asked, "Should we try and stop them Maddie?"
Maddie looked at Jazz's frozen face on the message and touched the screen as she said, "We can't stop them. I just hope, they'll be alright and that Jazz is making the right choice."
"We'll stand by and watch, in case they need help." Mortu said.
WORLD'S COLLIDE PART 1
"Well that's that. The Triceratons are leaving." Leo said with relief and happiness as they watched from their ship the last of the Triceratons leaving Earth. "We did it."
"You know, saving the human race gives me a warm fuzzy feeling deep down in my shell." Donnie said as he sat back in his seat.
They continued to fly over New York as traffic was piling up and people were celebrating. Sam and Tucker smiled as they stood on the side of a street and watched as people came out of their homes and cheered.
April and Casey sat in the van as they were held up in traffic and listened to the radio, "Reports are coming in from all across the globe. The Triceratons are pulling out! It is over! Earth has been spared! And while authorities are still unsure why they came or what it was they were after, one thing for sure it's good to be alive!"
Casey and April hugged each other tightly and then suddenly, kissed each other passionately on the lips, showing their real feelings for each other. The van shook as Danny and the Turtles flew over them.
"Wow!" Casey said as they finished, believing it was an effect from their kiss.
"Don, the last thing we need to be is the centre of attention." Leo said, pointing out that they were flying over people.
"Leo, we're flying an eighty tonne stolen imperial space cruiser down Fifth Avenue." Raph pointed out the obvious. "It's a little hard to keep it on the down-low."
"Maybe I can turn the whole ship invisible if that'll help?" Danny suggested.
Before they could discuss it further, Mikey's Shell Cell began to ring. He picked it up and answered it, "This is the Mikey party line, what up?"
"Michelangelo / Mikey?" Professor Honeycutt and Jazz spoke at the same time.
"Professor Honeycutt? Jazz? No way! Hang on, I'll put you on speaker." Mikey said and pressed the speaker button as he connected his Shell Cell to the ship. "We were just talking about you Professor. Your ears must be burning."
"Not so. My ears are a steel alloy, it would have to be a 25,000 degrees Fahrenheit for combustion to occur." Professor Honeycutt responded.
"Professor, that's not what he meant / Uh…that's not what I meant." Jazz and Mikey said at the same time.
"Professor, Jazz your interstellar signal is so clear." Donnie said impressed with their connection. "It sounds like you're only a mile away."
"No, not a mile away. We're at least 2.1 miles away." Professor Honeycutt corrected.
"We're at the sight of where the TCRI building used to be." Jazz finished.
"HERE ON EARTH?!" Danny, Mikey, Donnie and Leo all shouted in shock.
"Oh boy!" Raph shouted, also in shock.
"We'll be right there guys, don't move." Leo said to Jazz and Professor Honeycutt. "Don, we need to lose this ship pronto."
Donnie immediately flew the ship and took it to a well-hidden location near the lair. All five of them carefully as it was daylight, headed for the sight where TCRI once stood. They jumped over the construction wall that was placed around the site and saw Jazz and Professor Honeycutt, standing near the huge hole that was left behind after the building was destroyed by the Shredder and Vlad Plasmius.
Jazz immediately gave Danny a hug and then gave the Turtles a hug each as she said, "It's so good to see you all. Mum says hi."
"Yes I agree. It is good to see my friends again." Professor Honeycutt said.
"I wish we could say the same, but the Triceratons were just here looking for you." Leo said.
Professor Honeycutt stood up and faced them as he said, "I know. That is why I am here. To give myself up. I have just broadcasted a message to the Triceraton's Prime Leader."
"YOU WHAT?!" Danny and the Turtles all shouted in shock.
"Are you crazy?!" Raph shouted.
"Professor Honeycutt saw what was happening and came here to surrender himself to the Triceratons. I came after him to try and stop him." Jazz said, crossing her arms at her mechanical friend.
Back on the Triceraton Homeworld, Prime Leader Zenramon sat in the main control room getting everything ready to leave. One of the Triceratons at a computer heard a beeping and reported, "Sir, incoming message marked urgent."
He looked to see who the message was from and his eyes widened in shock. He immediately told Zenramon, "Sir, it's the Fugitoide!"
"What?!" Zenramon exclaimed. He wasn't expecting this and immediately ordered, "By the horn of….STOP EVERYTHING! Put the message on screen."
The Triceraton played the message on the screen where it showed Professor Honeycutt's message, "Prime Leader Zenramon, you have hunted me across galaxies and have shown no mercy for those who stood in your way. This cannot continue. I am here now on Earth to surrender myself to you and save countless billions of lives."
"Deploy that transmission! Scramble all fighters! I want our troops down there immediately!" Zenramon ordered and everyone ran off quickly to do their jobs. "Now bring me that robot's metal head!"
"Professor are you crazy?! Do you know what the Triceratons will do to you?" Donnie said, trying to make him see sense.
"And what they'll do with your knowledge of Utrom technology?" Danny added, also worried about the Utroms and his mother.
"Never fear my friends. I have already wiped my memory clean of any vital information." Professor Honeycutt said, pointing to his metal head.
"But Professor, they'll take you apart finding that out." Donnie pointed out, knowing how forceful the Triceratons could be when they wanted something.
"I'm rather hoping they do." Professor Honeycutt said. "I've got a little surprise for them."
"Great! Just what we need. The Professor's off his shell." Raph commented as he spun his sais around.
"Professor, I don't know what you're planning but I'm not going to let you put yourself in harm's way like this." Jazz said, placing her hands on Honeycutt's shoulders. "There has to be another way!"
"Don't worry Jazz. We will figure something out." Leo said, before turning to Donnie and asking him, "Donnie, how long until the Triceratons get here?"
He looked up at the sky and began to calculate, "Oh I'd say….roughly about…."
His eyes widened and he shouted as he pointed up, "TWO SECONDS!"
They all looked to see not only several Triceraton soldiers, but Commander Mozar as well leading the team to capture Professor Honeycutt. They immediately began firing blasts at them. Danny, the Turtles and Jazz pulled out their weapons and began deflecting the blasts as they formed a protective circle around Professor Honeycutt.
"I guess they got my message!" Professor Honeycutt said nervously.
"Keep your head down Professor." Mikey said as he pushed Professor Honeycutt down for him to take cover.
However instead of doing what Mikey said, Professor Honeycutt immediately moved out of the circle and waved his arms around.
"Yohoooo! I'm over here!" Professor Honeycutt shouted to the Triceratons.
"PROFESSOR!" Leo shouted and pushed him down.
Danny immediately changed into his ghost form and formed a shield around Leo and Professor Honeycutt.
He dropped the shield and then Leo shouted at the Professor, "What the shell are you doing?!"
"I told you!" Professor Honeycutt said. "I'm giving myself up!"
Donnie dodged a couple of blasts before exclaiming, "You're crazy Professor!"
"We can't let you do this!" Danny said, shaking his head at the robot.
"Surrender the Fugitoide now!" Mozar demanded.
As they fired multiple blasts, Leo moved the Professor out of the way and the blasts hit the fence instead, creating a huge hole and showed the path now led to a sewer hatch.
"Guys! The horn heads just gave us an exit!" Danny called out to the others.
"Over here! Here I am!" Professor Honeycutt called out, heading towards the Triceratons.
"Raph! Jazz! Grab the Professor!" Leo called out.
"With pleasure!" Raph responded as he and Jazz immediately grabbed Professor Honeycutt by his arms and dragged him away following the others as they ran from the site.
"Put me down! Please!" Professor Honeycutt pleaded. "You must let me go! I must surrender!"
"Sorry Professor but we don't know the meaning of surrender." Raph said as they continued to run.
"Well…it's a verb which means to….watch out!" Professor Honeycutt shouted as he saw their path was now blocked by a Triceraton soldier on a jet pack.
"You should've done as you were told aliens." The Triceraton sneered as he aimed his blaster at them.
"DANNY FREEZE!" Leo called out.
Danny's eyes glowed blue and he fired an ice ray from his eyes, hitting the Triceraton dead on and freezing him solid in a case of ice.
"Woah! Where'd you learn to do that?" Jazz asked her little brother.
"No time to explain now." Danny said and then he, Leo, Mikey and Donnie kicked the frozen Triceraton back, sending him crashing into the building.
Donnie lifted the cover and quickly all of them dropped down into the sewer, placing the lid on. Professor Honeycutt once again pleaded as they ran a fair distance and placed him down, "My friends, I assure you I have not fried my circuits. I know what I am doing! You must let me go. I have calculated and re-calculated the probabilities. I am 99.993% certain my plan will succeed."
"But at what cost Professor?" Jazz asked. "What if your plan doesn't work?"
"Look, just give us some time to think of another plan and please stop giving them our location." Leo requested.
"Oh but I'm not." Professor Honeycutt said shaking his head. "They found us unaided. I had nothing to do with them finding us."
"How?" Mikey asked.
Donnie then realised quickly how the Triceratons found them and said sheepishly, "Uh…well…that actually may be kind of my fault. I sort of showed the Triceratons how to scan for the Professor's Fugitoide body's positronic energy signature. It was the only way to convince them that the Professor wasn't on Earth."
"Well he's on Earth now!" Raph said with a glare.
"Donnie, just how accurate was the scan when you saw it? Miles? Blocks?" Jazz asked as they stood ready with their weapons, she firing up a blaster.
Donnie looked down and answered, "Inches."
Mozar led the Triceratons round the corner of the sewer. Looking down at the scanner he had and following the signal as he said, "The positronic energy signature is stronger down here."
"Hello? Triceratons? I'm over here." Professor Honeycutt called out.
They came up to him and saw him standing there, now alone with no sign of Jazz, Danny or the Turtles around anywhere.
Mozar pointed the spotlight at him from the platform he was standing on with the two Triceraton soldiers he was with and said with a grin, "Greetings Professor Honeycutt. We've been looking for you for quite some time."
"I'm glad you found me. It saved my quite a walk." Professor Honeycutt said.
"Seize him! The Prime Leader will be quite pleased indeed." Mozar ordered.
The two Triceratons jumped off the platform and grabbed the Professor by his metal arms, but just before they could take him, Raph and Mikey emerged from the water and kicked and punched the soldiers off of him.
"Professor next time we say hide, HIDE!" Raph shouted at him.
He and Mikey then grabbed the Professor by his arms and dragged him under the water, narrowly dodging the oncoming blasts from the Triceratons blasters.
"Cease fire!" Mozar ordered his troops. "We must capture the Professor unharmed!"
The blasts stopped and Mozar pulled out his scanner again, the signal was once again leading them exactly where they were going. Mozar pointed in the direction they were going and ordered, "Follow the signal! Do not let them escape! Move out!"
They immediately began to follow the signal. Mozar then muttered, "You can run Professor, but you cannot hide."
"You're going the wrong way!" The Professor said as he was dragged by Raph and Mikey, following behind Jazz, Leo, Danny and Donnie as they continued to run, trying to get some distance between Mozar and his troops. "The Triceratons are back there! Oh really! This is too much! Triceratons help! I'm over here!"
"SHUT UP!" Danny, Jazz, Mikey, Donnie, Raph and Leo all shouted at the Professor as they found a hiding place.
They placed the Professor down, leaned against the wall and panted in exhaustion. But they knew they wouldn't be able to stay for too long as the Triceratons were tracking their every move and knew exactly where they were.
"We've got to….keep moving….the Triceratons….won't stop for a second." Leo panted.
"How much….longer can we…keep this up though?" Danny asked.
"My friends, you must let me implement my plan!" Professor Honeycutt said firmly. "I cannot allow the Triceratons rampage to continue because of me. I have made up my mind and you can't stop me."
He walked over to the wall and began jumping up and down and waving his arms in the air as he shouted, "TRICERATONS! COME GET ME!"
"We've got to stop him! For his own good." Jazz said, looking to Donnie for some kind of idea.
Donnie looked between her and the Professor and shrugged, not knowing what to do. Mikey then called out as the Professor continued to shout, "DON DO SOMETHING!"
Donnie suddenly walked right up the Professor, grabbed his head and pulled it right off. The other's looked at Donnie in shock as he held the Professor's head in his hands.
"Umm….that was a little extreme." Mikey commented, even though it worked.
"I panicked!" Donnie exclaimed.
"Don, Jazz is there any way to turn off the signal the Triceratons are tracking?" Leo asked.
"Well….we could try to mask the signal somehow but it may take some time and I don't know if time is what we have." Jazz answered, not sure what to do since the Triceratons were already tracking their every move.
Donnie suddenly got an idea and said as he looked at the Professor's head with a smile, "I think the Professor may just be able to give us a hand with that."
"Donatello? Why are you looking at me like that?" Professor Honeycutt asked, now worried.
Mozar continued to lead his troops through the sewers as he followed the scanner. It was getting stronger and he immediately ordered his troops, "Arm your weapons!"
They got their weapons ready as they stopped at an intersection with five large pipes. He looked down at the scanner and began to say, "The signal is strongest here. He should be right…."
Suddenly the signal split into five and where heading in multiple directions. Mozar shouted in shock and confusion, "What?! Five signals?! I don't understand!"
He turned to his troops and ordered, "Divide into units. Follow all five signals, take the robot alive and destroy anyone who gets in your way!"
Master Splinter was peacefully meditating, when he suddenly heard the doors to the lair open. His eyes widened as he saw Mikey run in and headed straight for his room.
"Michelangelo?" He called to his son, confused by his actions.
Mikey ran to the other side of the lair and asked as he did, "Master Splinter, have you seen my hover board?"
"Michelangelo, what is going on? Where are your brothers?" Splinter asked.
"Sorry sensei, I'm kind of in a hurry." Mikey said, dismissing his father's question as he continued to look for his hover board.
He turned and smiled as he saw it, "Ah! There it is!"
Master Splinter stood up and stood in front of Mikey and said firmly, "Michelangelo, I demand an explanation."
"No can do Master Splinter." Mikey said as he turned on his hoverboard and stood on it. "If I don't get out of here and fast, you're gonna have some very rude houseguests. I'll explain later! I promise!"
"Michelangelo! Come back here!" Master Splinter shouted firmly once again as Mikey took off out of the lair. "Where are your brothers? You must….."
It was no use. Mikey was already gone and so he shook his head and only hoped that whatever his sons were up to, they would return safely.
Mikey flew down the sewers and stopped near a wall. He grabbed the Professor's arm and said, "Climb on Professor, we gotta fly."
Up in the warehouse where the Battle Shell was, the sound of Raph starting up his Shell Cycle could be heard. Raph placed on his helmet and jacket and said as Professor Honeycutt's leg sat on one side of the bike, "Alright, now that we got us some wheels, hold on tight Professor."
Raph then sped right out of the warehouse and onto the streets.
Leo pushed the lid of the sewer cover up and checked out the area of the alley, making sure it was clear. Seeing that there was no signs of any Triceratons, he climbed out and said as he grabbed Professor Honeycutt's arm, "Come on Professor, we have to keep moving."
Danny sat in the front seat of the Spectre Speeder in his human form as he flew through the park. He looked to the passenger seat where Professor Honeycutt's upper body and leg was and said, "Hang on Professor. We'll need to be ready in case we get chased by any of the Triceratons."
Meanwhile, Jazz and Donnie where at the junkyard where Professor Honeycutt's head was still unattached. Donnie had come up with the idea that while he and Jazz figure out a way to mask the Professor's positronic energy signature from the Triceraton's scanners, Danny, Raph, Mikey and Leo would each have a piece of his robotic body and take them to random places of the city, confusing the Triceratons and shaking them off their trail for a bit.
Mikey had one of the Professor's arms, Raph had one his legs, Leo had the other arm and Danny and the other leg and upper body.
"Donatello, Jasmine this doesn't feel right." Professor Honeycutt said. "Not only am I scattered across town, but I'm still no closer to achieving my goal."
"Your plan is too risky." Donnie said as he held the Professor's head in his hands. "We can't just let them have you. We have to hide your signal."
"Until we find a way, the others are gonna keep the heat off us as long as they can." Jazz finished explaining.
"But this is only going to work if you help us, because if you don't, the Triceratons will catch them and obliterate them before coming after us and doing the same also." Donnie said.
Professor Honeycutt certainly didn't want that and so he reluctantly agreed, "I….I don't want to see you or your brothers hurt. I also don't want you to get hurt Jasmine after all we've been through. I will help you."
A familiar voice then called out joyfully, "Greetings Donatello!"
Donnie and Jazz looked to see it was the Professor and his other two homeless friends. The Professor smiled as he finished saying, "Always a pleasure to see you in our humble habitation."
Donnie smiled and called out happily, "Professor!"
"Yes?" Professor Honeycutt asked, thinking Donnie was preferring to himself.
"No, not you. The other Professor." Donnie corrected, gesturing to the man before him.
He gestured to Jazz and introduced his friends, "Jazz, this the Professor. A good friend of ours."
Jazz shook hands with the Professor and said, "Very nice to meet you sir."
"And you too young lady." The Professor said joyfully to Jazz.
"Whatcha' got there?" The first homeless man asked, pointing at Honeycutt's head.
"Uh…it's a talking football." Donnie lied, bouncing Honeycutt's head up and down.
"Cool / yep." The two other homeless men said in response.
"Professor, is that package I left still here?" Donnie asked the Professor.
The Professor smiled and answered as he pointed to huge walls made of piles of cars, "Absolutely! A promise made is a debt unpaid. I let none lay a hand on it."
"Thanks Professor." Donnie said and then headed off to the piles of cars. "Gotta run."
Jazz followed behind and Professor Honeycutt called out, "Very nice to meet you."
The next thing the Professor and his two friend saw, was Donnie flying the helicopter they had taken from Foot HQ during their fight against the Shredder and Vlad Plasmius at Foot HQ. Jazz sat in the other passenger seat, holding Honeycutt's head in her hands.
"Ah! The younger generation always on the move." The Professor said as he they watched them fly off. "I have a theory on that."
His two friends groaned and muttered in annoyance, "Not another theory."
"Hopefully this helicopter my brothers and I borrowed from the Shredder and Plasmius will throw the Triceratons off our track." Donnie said as he flew the helicopter. "They'll be looking for us on the ground."
Mozar and two other Triceraton soldiers on a platform suddenly flew up and blocked their path, causing Donnie to stop the copter and float there.
"Or not!" Jazz shouted as the Triceratons held their blasters at them.
"I don't know how you managed to confuse our scanners, but you will not live long enough to explain." Mozar said menacingly, clenching his mechanical fist.
"I'll try and shake them off, while you work out to disguise that signal of yours Professors." Donnie said.
"Righto." Professor Honeycutt said.
Donnie manoeuvred the helicopter around Mozar and the Triceratons. Mozar flew the platform after them, the two Triceraton soldiers immediately began to fire their blasters as the chase had begun.
Mikey was continuing to ride through the sewers. A Triceraton soldier came flying around the corner, following the signal on his scanner.
"Yo ugly! Talk to the hand!" Mikey shouted as he sped up and whacked the Triceraton right in the face with Honeycutt's arm. The teenage mutant ninja turtle laughed as he looked behind and watched as the soldier fell into the water.
He turned his head around and yelped as he found several Triceraton soldiers on a platform heading right for him. The Triceratons immediately fired their blasters at Mikey, who barely just was able to dodge them. He led the Triceratons to a huge pipe, but he gasped as he saw he was heading for tighter pipe.
He suddenly smirked as he realised that he would fit through to the next pipe, but his pursuers wouldn't be able to. He sped forward and ducked down as he headed for the pipe. The Triceratons saw where he was heading and immediately abandoned their platform. Mikey made it through, but the platform crashed right into the entrance, causing a huge explosion.
As the full moon rose that night, a Triceraton was flying through an alleyway. Leo peaked over from the top of a building and called out, pretending to be Professor Honeycutt, "Oh dear! I'm over here! And it's quite um….extraordinary."
The Triceraton had heard him and immediately flew up to the top of the building. When he got there, there was no sign of Leo but all that was there was Professor Honeycutt's other arm sitting alone.
He floated over to the arm and contacted Mozar, unaware that Leo was waiting in the shadows with his swords ready, "Commander, I found the Fugitoide….or at least a piece of him."
He was about to pick up the arm, when Leo leapt out and cut his jet pack in half before kicking him hard in the back and sending him crashing head first into the brick wall. The Triceraton groaned as he fell unconscious.
"One down, ten thousand to go." Leo said as he put his swords away and then grabbed Honeycutt's arm before heading towards the edge and jumped off the building.
A group of Triceratons were flying through the park, following their scanner to Professor Honeycutt's signal. Danny sat in the Spectre Speeder and activated its cloaking mechanism, waiting for just the right moment.
The Triceratons stopped and the leading one held up the scanner, showing where the signal was coming from.
"The signal indicates that the Fugitoide is right here." The Triceraton said.
The others looked around but couldn't see anything. One of them said, "It's quiet. Too quiet."
Danny then dropped the cloaking and fired green ecto-goo right at the Triceratons. The goo hit them hard and stuck them right to the tree. It then hardened and even as they struggled, they couldn't pull themselves out.
"What is this stuff?!" One of the Triceratons shouted.
Danny came out of the Spectre Speeder and floated in front of them smirking in his ghost form as he said, "That my friends is a hardening substance created by my genius brother Donatello. Using ectoplasm, he created this substance to mobilise our enemies and encase them when it dries."
Danny then punched and kicked each one of them in the faces, knocking them out. He crossed his arms still smirking as he said, "Well….better get a move on and be ready for when more horn heads show up."
He got back in the Spectre Speeder and changed back into his human form, flying off to another section of the park.
Raph heads down a street on his Shell Cycle as several Triceraton soldiers chase after him. He drove off a bridge and began riding down a sewage drain as one of the Triceraton soldiers began to quickly catch up right on his tail.
Neither of them knew that a human soldier working for Bishop was aiming some sort of high tech gun at Raph and the Triceraton.
"Pawn to Bishop. Target in sight." The soldier reported. "Requesting permission to fire sir."
"Permission granted." Bishop replied, granting his soldier to fire.
The soldier seemed hesitant, trying to aim right where he needed to fire. Bishop once again repeated through the communicator, "Bishop to Pawn. I repeat, take the shot."
The Triceraton grabbed Raph by his arm and the human soldier immediately fired the shot, hitting the Triceraton and knocking him off Raph. Raph swerved around and wondered what happened. Without wasting anymore time, Raph sped off again.
The human soldier immediately reported to Bishop, "Pawn to Bishop. Intervention successful. Confirmed that the one called Raphael has possession of the Fugitoide."
Bishop stood in a van with another soldier. Monitoring all their agents around the city who had spotted Danny and the Turtles with Jazz and Professor Honeycutt.
Bishop contacted someone and reported, "We have confirmation. Daniel and the Turtles are in possession of the Fugitoide and it seems Jasmine Fenton has joined them. The Triceratons are closing in, but counter measures are in place. Rest assured my friend, both of us will get what we're after. You have my personal guarantee."
Bishop typed at a computer and some sort of signal showing a logo for some sort of organisation called the Earth Protection Force appeared on the screen.
As Donnie continued to fly from Mozar and his troops, Professor Honeycutt then spoke, "Donatello, Jasmine I am ready. I finished creating an inverted sine wave that will nullify the signal and make me invisible to tracking."
"That's perfect! Now all we have to do is broadcast it." Jazz said before turning to Donnie and asked, "Donnie, is there some sort of satellite near here?"
"Yes there is, but we have to shake off our friends first." Donnie said as he turned the helicopter. "Contact the others and let them know."
Jazz nodded and pulled Donnie's Shell to begin to call the others.
Leo jumped onto another building and answered his Shell Cell and then Jazz spoke, "Leo, we've worked out a way to cloak the Professor's signal. Start heading for the rendezvous point."
"I'll do my best." Leo replied and hung up.
He was about to head off, but then stopped as he found himself now standing face to face with two Triceraton soldiers.
"That might not be good enough." Leo corrected himself.
The Triceratons fired their blasters at Leo. Leo leapt up and pulled out one of his swords, but one of the blasts hit the Professor's arm and knocked it out of his hand. Leo quickly kicked one of the Triceratons right in the stomach hard, sending him crashing into a building.
He turned and saw the other Triceraton grabbing the arm and was about to take off, but Leo leapt up and kicked him right in the chin. Leo grabbed the arm, but the Triceraton still held on as he was now hanging over the ledge of the building, his jet pack damaged as he hit the wall with his back.
Leo dug his sword onto the ledge to help keep him from falling off the building. The Triceraton began to blast at him.
Leo dodged the blasts and quipped, "Can't we just be friends?!"
He yanked the arm right out of the Triceraton's hand and watched as the three horned alien fall right into a dumpster in the alley below.
Raph revved his motorbike as he continued to ride down the streets of New York, still trying to lose his alien pursuers. Mikey flew out of the sewers, calling out to Raph, "COMING THROUGH!"
Mikey flew up beside Raph. Raph then said sarcastically, "Nice entrance Mikey. So much for splitting up."
"It's kind of hard to shake a bunch of flying dinosaurs, when they can track your every move." Mikey pointed out.
One of the blasts hit the back of Mikey's hover board, disabling it. Mikey flipped up and said as he fell down towards the back of Raph's bike, "I sure hope there's room for three on that thing."
"I mean…two and a half." Mikey joked, showing the Professor's arm in his other hand.
Danny continued flew the Spectre Speeder out of the park and onto the streets as several Triceratons came after him.
"I have to shake these guys somehow." Danny said in his head, trying to think of something.
He then saw the river and remembered the special feature Donnie had installed a few months ago. The Spectre Speeder now had the ability to go under the water for a few minutes. He smirked as he got an idea. He dived up high into the sky, making sure the Triceratons followed him and then dived down, heading right for the river.
At the last second he pressed two buttons, the first one activating the Spectre Speeder's aqua mode and the second to turn on the cloaking mechanism. The Spectre Speeder vanished as it dived into the river.
The Triceratons screamed as they crashed into the river and their jet packs fizzled up. Danny laughed and began heading through the river to the rendezvous point.
Donnie lowered the helicopter down and was now just flying a few feet above the streets. He looked ahead and saw the traffic lights, giving him an idea on how to shake Mozar off his tail. At the last second, he flew the helicopter over the traffic lights and left Mozar and his troops to crash dead on in the lights, completely destroying their platform and hitting the ground.
Mozar and his troops stood up and he roared in anger as they lost sight of Donnie, Jazz and the Professor. A Triceraton picked them up on his platform and Mozar ordered, "Quickly! Don't lose them!"
They began to follow the scanner, speeding to catch up with their prey.
"Faster Raphie! FASTER!" Mikey shouted as Raph steered the bike around into another alley.
They both looked ahead and saw there was no more road and shouted, "DEAD END!"
Raph pulled on the brakes hard and came to a stop. They pulled out their weapons and stood ready to fight as the Triceratons floated before them.
"You know Mikey, I hate running but I love to rumble." Raph said and then they both charged right through the Triceratons, knocking a few down before breaking for it in a run.
The Triceratons flew after them in the direction they had seen them heading in, but didn't realise that Raph and Mikey had hid under the cover of a building. They came out and Mikey said with a smile, "Man! I love being a ninja."
Mikey and Rah high fived each other and then Raph left to go and get his bike.
Donnie landed the helicopter at the top of the Channel 6 News building. Jazz while carrying Professor Honeycutt's head and Donnie got out of the helicopter and stood at the back of the satellite dishes.
"Righto. Re-synching positronic receptors for digital output streaming." Professor Honeycutt said, activating the program in his robotic brain.
Donnie plugged him into the satellite and said, "You're live Professor. Time to broadcast some serious masking interface."
"Downloading now interfacing." Professor Honeycutt reported as he continued to work his techno-magic.
Mozar and his troops were still following the scanner. Mozar smiled as he looked down at his scanner and said, "They're close. The signal is growing stronger."
The satellites began to glow as Professor Honeycutt said, "Satellites transmitting now."
The signal on Mozar's scanner suddenly stopped working. Mozar shook the scanner, but still no signal came. It looked like Professor Honeycutt's program had worked and the Triceratons could no longer find him using his positronic energy signature.
Mozar roared and threw the scanner away in anger. He then shouted at his troops, "Keep searching! We must not lose them or the Prime Leader will have our heads!"
Danny, Jazz and the Turtles all met back up with each other in the heart of Central Park. Professor Honeycutt was now put back together and there was still no sign of the Triceratons finding them, now that the Professor's signature was masked.
"It's good to have you back in one piece Professor." Jazz said with a smile.
"Yes, I agree." Professor Honeycutt said before going back to the more pressing matter at hand. "But now we must face reality. If you don't have an alternative plan, I must surrender myself to the Triceratons."
"Give us time. We'll think of something Professor." Leo assured their robotic friend.
Suddenly spotlights from two military helicopters shone down on all of them and they suddenly turned around to find themselves surrounded by military soldiers, with high tech guns, vehicles and everything.
"FREEZE! We have you surrounded!" The leading soldier demanded over a megaphone. "Drop your weapons and place your hands in the air or we will open fire!"
