DANNY: Do you know what irony is?

The Triceratons could be seen flying over New York and marching down the streets as they invaded, looking for Professor Honeycutt. Now everyone watched as the ships leave Earth as they discovered that the Fugitoide was definitely not on Earth.

Irony is when you finally convince the Triceratons who invaded your planet, to pack up and leave because Professor Honeycutt who they're so desperately after is not on Earth.

Two teleportation beams hit the sight where TCRI used to be and now standing on Earth was Professor Honeycutt and Jazz Fenton!

But now only the Fugitoide and my sister Jazz actually show up on Earth. Irony is the when the very same energy scan that Donnie used to prove to the Prime Leader that the Fugitoide wasn't on Earth, is now used by the Triceratons to track him down.

Mozar and his troops use the scanners to chase after Professor Honeycutt. Danny, Jazz and the Turtles split up with different parts of the Fugitoide's robotic body to distract them. Jazz, Donnie and the Professor then use satellites to mask the energy signature and stop the Triceratons from being able to track them.

After losing the Triceratons and putting the Fugitoide back together, they stood in the park to plan out their next move.

And finally, irony is when you finally succeed in eluding your alien dinosaur pursuers, you find yourself surrounded by a bunch of heavily armed military goons!

Suddenly spotlights from two military helicopters shone down on all of them and they suddenly turned around to find themselves surrounded by military soldiers, with high tech guns, vehicles and everything.

And it doesn't look like you're gonna make it out alive…..

WORLDS COLLIDE PART 2

"Oh dear! I'm afraid it's out of the frying pan and into the fryer!" Professor Honeycutt exclaimed as the soldiers who were wearing dark black uniforms aimed their weapons at them.

"On the ground! Hands behind your head! Assume the position now!" The leader of the military group ordered.

The others did what they were told, but Raph smirked and said, "I got your position right here!"

He stabbed his sais into the two soldier's guns and then split kicked them back. The leading soldier then ordered his troops, "Neutralise them!"

The soldiers immediately began to fire their weapons at them.

"Nice going Raph!" Leo said before swinging on a lamp post and kicking down several soldiers.

Mikey spun his nun chucks and ran up to one of the soldiers, he flipped as he knocked him down with his nun chuck and landed on the shoulders of another soldier. He wobbled him around and caused the soldier to lose his balance and fire his gun randomly, hitting the spotlights of a couple of the military vans.

Mikey then jumped off and allowed Donnie to hit the soldier in the back with his staff. Donnie picked up the weapon with his staff and examined it, noticing it was more advanced than the weapons he had ever seen military troops carry.

"Since when do Earth troops have such advanced weapons?" Donnie asked before throwing then gun away.

"Oh dear!" Professor Honeycutt exclaimed as he ducked, Danny leaped over him and punched the soldier in the face that was charging for him.

"Suddenly, I think I prefer we take our chances with the Triceratons." Jazz said, before pulling out an ecto-staff, spinning it around, and knocking back a soldier.

"Remember, Bishop wants them alive." The leading soldier reminded his troops.

An advanced tanker suddenly came forward and fired an electric blast at them. The blast hit Danny, Jazz, the Turtles and Professor Honeycutt dead on and they screamed in pain as they felt themselves growing weak. All of them fell to the ground unconscious as the blast stopped.

"Oh….dear…." Professor Honeycutt said before falling unconscious himself, leaving them at the hands of the soldiers.

Master Splinter was meditating in the lair, wondering if his sons were alright. His answers would soon come as the elevator doors opened and April, Sam, Tucker and Casey entered the lair.

"Master Splinter." April called.

Master Splinter opened his eyes and stood before them as he asked them, "April, Casey, Tucker, Sam, what news do you bring of my sons?"

"Actually, we were kind of hoping they were with you." April answered.

Master Splinter had a feeling something was wrong and said as he headed to his room, "I fear for their safety. This is not good. I must collect a few things and then I will go find them."

"Cool! Where do we start?" Casey asked, showing that they were going to go with him.

"It will not be necessary for you to accompany me Mr Jones." Splinter said as he closed the door to his room.

"But you don't know what it's like up there." Casey said as Splinter came back out of his room. "Those horn-headed freaks are everywhere."

"Casey's right. No-one's allowed on the streets after dark." Sam said as they walked towards Donnie's lab. "We were lucky to make it down here alive."

"That's exactly the point my friends. It is far too dangerous." Splinter said, not wanting to put his friends in danger.

"You don't even know where to start looking. I can at least help you track them through their Shell Cell signals using my PDA." Tucker said, showing both his PDA and his Shell Cell to prove his point.

Splinter began to think on this. Having someone who knows technology may prove useful in helping finding his sons. April then added, "And not only that, Sam and I have been practicing the moves you taught us."

Casey laughed and placed a hand on Sam's shoulder, "You and Sam here have been practicing ninjustu? Yeah right! No way!"

Sam suddenly grabbed Casey's hand and flipped him right over her shoulder and then Sam grabbed a lamp from Donnie's desk, flipped over and pinned Casey to the ground with the lamp. Tucker's jaw dropped in shock.

"What do you think Casey Jones?" April asked the vigilante with a smirk.

"Uh….cool move." Casey groaned as April got off him. He got up and added, "Of course ya know I could've stopped ya. Just didn't wanna hurt ya."

"Remind me never to get on your bad side again Sam." Tucker said to his friend, worried what she may do if he ever got her really mad.

"I hate to put any of you at risk, but only a fool ignores fate and the strange gifts it offers." Splinter said, agreeing to allow them to come and help.

"Well if it's strange gifts you're after, they don't come any stranger than Casey Jones." April said, nudging Casey with her elbow.

As the Triceratons continued to patrol the streets in their search for the Fugitoide, Master Splinter opened the lid of the sewer. He then looked down at Casey, April, Sam and Tucker, they were wearing dark blue jumpsuits. Sam would've preferred hers black, but knew there was no time for arguing about the wardrobe.

"Now listen, the way of invisibility takes a lifetime to master." Splinter whispered to them all. "Circumstances however require us to train as we go. Observe and learn; lesson one."

He leaped out of the sewer, waited for the spotlight to pass and then flipped to the darker side of the alley very silently. He then gestured for the others to join him. April went first and did the same thing Splinter did, followed by Sam who rolled over to them very stealthily as well. Tucker gulped in nervousness and waited for some of the Triceratons to pass the entrance of the alley and then carefully walked over to them.

"Doesn't seem so hard." Casey said quietly.

He however just ran over, knocking over a trash can creating a lot of noise. April then commented, "Leave it to Casey to put the crash in crash course."

The Triceratons heard the noise and immediately came over to the alley to investigate. The Triceraton soldier looked down at the sewer entrance and said, "Sir, I think it came from down there."

The four Triceratons blasted the hole to make it bigger and then entered the sewer as their leader ordered inside, "Fan out! Search everywhere. If someone's hiding down here, we'll find them!"

Master Splinter had his hands on Casey and April's mouth silencing them. Sam had hers over Tucker's blocking his scream of shock from the blasts.

"Lesson two, the way of silence." Splinter commented quietly but firmly.

In a darkly lit room, the soldiers entered. Each of them was strapped down and wheeled inside. They arrange the seven of them in a circle in the center of the room as a shadowy figure stood in the lab.

They each groaned as they woke up, finding themselves in this mysterious place. Danny groggily asked, "Where are we?"

Bright lights then turned on above them, causing them to wince from the sudden brightness. The shadowy figure then spoke as the soldiers left the room, "At the end of the line for you all."

"It's me you want! Let my friends go." Professor Honeycutt pleaded.

"Actually Professor, it's you I don't want." The man said, hovering over him with a grin.

"Who are you?" Donnie asked the man.

The man picked up a syringe and inspected it as he answered Donnie's question, "Well Donatello, I'm the man the government relies upon for certain projects. The kind of projects they don't want to dirty their own hands with."

The way he held that syringe, made Donnie's eyes widen with fear. Raph was the next person to ask a question, "Hey! How do you know Donnie's name and the Professor?"

"I know all your names Raphael and much more." The man answered.

"And yet, we know nothing about you, not even your name." Leo pointed out.

"How rude is that?" Mikey commented.

The man held up a saw and turned it on for a second as he spoke, "Very well Michelangelo. When you scream my name, pleading to make the pain stop and begging for mercy, you may call me Bishop."

The man revealed himself to be the same Bishop that had been surveying Danny and the Turtles throughout the entire invasion. Mikey gulped, his fear rising as he saw the tool he had in his hand for a second.

"Wait! I don't get it." Jazz spoke, really confused. "Everyone has always been after the Professor in the past."

"Actually Jasmine, the Professor here is a valuable commodity to a certain interested party." Bishop said as he walked over to the door and opened it to reveal General Blank and some of Federation troops.

General Blank grinned and said, "Hello Professor Honeycutt."

"General Blank!" Leo shouted in shock.

"Great! That's the guy that was chasing down the Fugitoide and Jazz back on D'Hoonin." Raph said, remembering when they first met Professor Honeycutt and Jazz when they were transported to the far side of the galaxy.

"What does he want?" Mikey asked and then looked at Honeycutt and remembered. "Oh right."

"Escort the Professor to the lab that Agent Bishop has so graciously provided us with." General Blank ordered his soldiers.

"Do you want the girl as well?" Bishop asked the leader of the Federation.

General Blank shook his head and answered, "She is of no use to me anymore. Do as you wish with her."

"Then our deal is concluded." Agent Bishop said.

General Blank nodded and said with excitement, "The Federation thanks you and your government for the assistance. The Professor's Teleportal device will finally be ours and with it, the Federation will once and for all annihilate the accursed Triceratons. Our ultimate victory is at hand!"

They left the lab with the Professor in their hands as General Blank said one final thing, "Do as you will to the terrapins."

He laughed as the doors closed and they heard the Professor shout in fear of the fate of his friends, "NO!"

General Blank immediately contacted his units as they walked down the hallway and ordered, "Attention all Federation units, we have the Fugitoide. Commence Operation Broken Horn."

In Outer Space above the Planet Earth, several Federation fighter jets and ships appeared and immediately began attacking the Triceraton Homeworld and their other ships. The Homeworld shook as the Federation attacked.

The Prime Leader looked at the images of the Federation attacking on the screen in the throne room in complete shock as he exclaimed, "The Federation?! Here?! But that's impossible!"

He stood up from the throne as General Blank appeared on the screen and said with a smug grin, "Caught you with your horns down didn't I Zenramon?

Zenramon and Commander Mozar looked at General Blank in shock. Especially Mozar, since all their resources were focused mostly on hunting down the Fugitoide, there was no way they were ready for this level of attack from their sworn enemy.

"There's nowhere to run this time." General Blank said, pride on his face as he now had his enemy right where he wanted them.

Zenramon glared at the General and stated, "We Triceratons never run! We fight as we live, with honour and nobility."

He turned to Commander Mozar and sneered at his second in command, "This is all your fault! Why did you not foresee this attack?!"

Commander Mozar remained calm and explained, "But Prime Leader, you ordered me to direct all our resources to search for the Fugitoide."

"Search no further. He's right here." General Blank informed them, moving aside to show that he had Professor Honeycutt in his hands.

"NO!" Both Zenramon and Commander Mozar shouted in shock and fear.

General Blank then looked at them seriously and gave them his ultimatum, "Surrender now or face certain destruction."

Zenramon glared and snapped, "We never surrender Federation scum! We'll fight to the last Triceraton. ALL SHIPS ATTACK!"

Immediately Triceraton soldiers were at their stations, climbing into their fighter jets and headed off to battle. Lasers, blasts and explosions could be seen all across space and above the planet as the war battle began.

"This is General Blank. We're done hiding gentlemen." General Blank began to order more of his troops. "Deploy all Federation deep cover fighters. Blast the Triceraton scum to the far side of the galaxy."

Under the water near the now broken bridge, several Federation fighter jets came out and began to head towards the Triceraton ship was floating high above the city and immediately began to attack. April, Sam, Tucker, Splinter and Casey watched from the docks as explosions could be seen and heard.

"Woah! Check it out." Tucker said with wide eyes. "It's like watching Star Wars but for real."

"We must not get distracted." Splinter said, reminding them they were on a mission to find his sons. "Come."

"Man! I wish I had my hockey mask. I feel kind of naked without it." Casey said, rubbing his face where he would normally cover it with his signature hockey mask.

"I don't know. I like being able to see your face for a change." April said sweetly.

Casey smiled and asked, "Yeah? No kidding?"

Splinter cleared his throat, gaining both their attention and once again reminded them sternly, "I said we must not get distracted."

"Right." Casey and April said.

Tucker pulled out the scanner and said, "The good news is, the Shell Cell signal is less than a mile away from where we are now. The bad news is that it's coming from across the river."

Sam saw the small boat and said, "We can use that boat."

Bishop lowered down the dissection machines towards Danny and the Turtles. Jazz's eyes widened in fear as she saw the tools and knew, that they couldn't mean good news.

She once again tried to plead to Bishop, "Bishop please! You're making a huge mistake trusting General Blank. He's just as ruthless as the Triceratons and if you don't do something now, who knows what'll happen once the Federation has the Teleportal."

"Federation? Triceratons? It makes little difference to me Jasmine." Bishop said as he continued to grin at them all. "I helped one destroy the other and they promised to give me what I need and leave the Earth alone. But enough talk. It's time for Daniel's and his brothers' dissection and you'll have the honour Jasmine of watching me make history."

Two of the machines suddenly began to scan Donnie and Danny. As the scan completed Donnie said nervously, "Uh guys? You know how I always like to take apart the toaster to see how it works? Well, I suddenly know how the toaster feels."

Bishop looked at both of Danny's and Donnie's results and said, "Fascinating. It seems like your genetic mutation along with Danny's ecto-plasmic genetic structure is virtually identical to the only other specimens I've been able to find."

"Other specimens?" Donnie asked as Bishop walked over to the large draws.

"Whatcha talking about Willis?" Mikey asked.

Bishop pulled open the large draws to reveal Leatherhead and Danielle lying down in them. Danielle was only wearing her pants, her hair had been cut to up to her neck and her small chest was covered in bandages, on her head were wires attached to view her vital readings. Leatherhead's chest was too covered in bandages and he too had wires that read his vital signs.

"Leatherhead! / Danielle!" Mikey and Danny cried out in shock.

"Guys….." Dani said weakly before she fell back unconscious.

Leatherhead was only able to groan and reach out his hand a little to them, before he too fell unconscious.

"YOU MONSTER!" Danny shouted at the man in fury. "SHE'S JUST A LITTLE GIRL! WHEN I GET OUT OF THIS BISHOP, I SWEAR I'M GOING TO MAKE YOU PAY!"

Bishop didn't respond, merely grinned showing he didn't care if Dani was a little girl or not. He then spoke, "Don't worry Daniel. She'll live for I still may have use for her in the future. Even though she's a clone of you, she still shares the same genetic mutation your carry which will prove vital to my research."

Casey and Sam rowed the boat across the river. April looked down at the scanner Tucker had and said, "Looks like the Shell Cell signals haven't moved in a while. Which means the guys might be held captive or unconscious."

"Yeah. Either that or they're….." Casey began to suggest, but then saw the looks on everyone's faces and decided not to finish that sentence. "Never mind."

The Federation continued to fire missiles at the Triceraton Tri-Base ship that was floating above the river. With each missile that hit the ship, the more damage it caused until finally it was too much.

"Negative function on the anti-gravity generators! I can't hold it any longer! Abandon ship!" The captain began to order, but the ship exploded and fell into the river.

The impact of the ship hitting the water caused a massive wave to form and it was heading right for Casey, April, Tucker, Sam and Master Splinter. Casey and Sam saw the wave and Casey exclaimed as he pointed behind them, "Uh Master Splinter, do you have any ninja tricks that can deal with that?"

Splinter, Tucker and April looked behind and gasped as they saw the massive wave heading towards them. They all braced each other as the wave hit them, not only destroying the boat they were in but also forcing them under the water. All that remained for that moment, was the debris of the boat floating on the river.

A few moments later April, Sam, Tucker and Splinter finally emerged on the surface of the river, panting heavily from holding their breath for a while.

"Are you all alright?" Splinter asked his friends.

"I'm fine." April answered.

"Same here." Sam answered.

"Okay and relieved that the tech I have is waterproof." Tucker answered, looking at his scanner.

Sam then noticed someone was missing and asked, "Wait a minute. Where's Casey?"

"Casey?" April called out, but Casey still hadn't emerged from the water.

Sam and April dived back under to find him. They dove deep until the finally found him, floating down towards the bottom of the river unconscious. They didn't notice the bright light underneath him as they grabbed his arms and began to swim back towards the surface.

They pulled Casey out of the water and onto the docks, lying him down on his back. He wasn't breathing. Sam immediately started doing compressions on his chest as she said, "Come on you bonehead! Breathe!"

She stopped the compressions and allowed April to do the rescue breaths. She only needed to do it once as Casey suddenly coughed up some water and woke up, breathing normally once again.

They all smiled in relief as April gave Casey a tight hug as he sat up. Casey smiled and said as he hugged April back, "So….looks like this kissing thing is beginning to become a habit."

April immediately shoved him off and crossed her arms at him. The others glared at him as well for his remark.

Casey shrugged and asked them confused, "What?"

"You really are a bonehead." Sam said in annoyance.

Bishop bought over one of his tools towards Mikey and began to speak, "Years of research and I've never seen mutations like yours or that of your friends over there."

"Finding the exact source of your mutation is going to accelerate my ability to create an army of super by at least two decades." He continued with a sinister grin as he turned on the laser and cut the corner of Mikey's examination table off, causing the ninja turtle to scream in pure terror. "Pity you won't survive the next two minutes."

He laughed in anticipation of all the pain he was about to put Danny and his brothers through.

Splinter, April, Casey, Tucker and Sam cautiously investigated the abandoned building the signal was leading them to. That's when Splinter concluded, "Whatever this place was, it seems abandoned now."

They came out from the corner as Casey asked, "Yeah? Well if it's abandoned, then what are we sneaking around for?"

"I don't understand." Tucker said as he continued to look at the scanner. "According to this, we should be right on top of them."

"But there's nothing here at all." Sam reminded him.

Splinter knelt down and sniffed the ground, suddenly smelling something. He then suggested, "Nothing on the surface perhaps, but what about below ground?"

Casey then remembered something and said, "Wait! When I was drowning before, I was heading towards a big light."

"Oh don't be so melodramatic." April said with a frown.

Casey looked at her confused at first, but then realised how me must've sounded. He then explained further, "No! Not that. I mean there really was a light down there."

"An underwater entrance perhaps?" Splinter suggested.

Without wasting any more time, all five of them dived into the river and swam towards the same bright light Casey had seen before he fell unconscious. As they got closer, they definitely found the underwater entrance to where the guys were being held captive.

As they emerged to the surface of the water, they found themselves in a large docking area where Bishop kept all his underwater vehicles. The entire area was surrounded by Federation soldiers.

"How do we get past all those guards?" Sam asked.

Splinter had already thought of that and threw his walking stick across the water, making noise and gaining the guards attention. They looked at the staff and before they could react, Splinter had snuck up and took out all the guards with just a few punches and kicks.

He grabbed his walking stick out of the water as Casey, Sam, Tucker and April climbed out of the water.

"Oh! You hogged all the goons." Casey complained, as he didn't even get to hit one of the guards.

"Plenty more where those came from." April said as she picked up the fallen blasters and handed each one to Casey, Sam and Tucker.

April held out one to Splinter and offered it to him. He shook his head and declined, "No thank you. It would only slow me down."

They proceeded through the base with caution as they continued to follow the tracking signal. They came to a corner and Tucker indicated that the signal was getting stronger. Splinter took a look and saw there was only one guard at the door.

"Miss O'Neil? Sam?" Splinter requested.

Sam rolled over and shot her blaster at the lights, engulfing the hallway in complete darkness. A few punches and kicks were heard and when the door opened giving light to hallway, it showed the guard was completely unconscious and Sam and April were standing victorious.

Splinter smiled at his students, proud of their progress. Tucker and Casey both commented, "They're good."

They entered the room but found there was sign of Danny and the Turtles. The room was just filled with cupboards and other equipment.

"They are not here." Splinter said.

The others followed the scanners signal towards one of the cupboards as Casey said, "Yo Tuck, I think that scanner of yours is busted."

Tucker said nothing as he opened the door where the signal was coming from, showing that inside was not only Danny and the Turtles Shell Cells, but also their weapons. Tucker then said, "Technology hasn't let me down before and it hasn't let me down now."

As they grabbed their weapons and Shell Cells, Splinter caught onto Danny's, the Turtles and Jazz's scent and said, "They are near and…..I believe Daniel's sister Jasmine is here as well. We must continue to search the facility."

As Casey finished placing the weapons and Shell Cells into his duffle bag, he noticed a small fire extinguisher but didn't know what it was.

"Hey what's this?" Casey asked and then pressed the nozzle.

The placed filled up with some smoke, causing them all to cough. Splinter took it off of Casey and said with a smirk as he placed it in his robe pocket, "Something best left out of your hands Casey Jones."

They continued their way through the base until Splinter sensed something in the upcoming hallway. He stopped the others from going any further and said, "This hallway is full of danger. We must proceed with caution."

He pulled out the extinguisher and pressed on the nozzle, filling the hallway with smoke and revealing the green lasers set to trigger off the alarm.

"We must execute our movements with absolute precision." Splinter instructed and then flawlessly flipped and spun right over the lasers, landing on the other side of the hallway without even touching one of the lasers.

Casey and Tucker stood there in awe. April then went next, copying the exact movements Splinter did and made it to the other side. Sam also did the exact movements Splinter did and made it to the other side as well. Tucker however proceeded carefully, slowly making his way through the hallway, being extremely careful as he did.

His PDA nearly fell and touched the laser, but he managed to catch it just in time and proceeded until he finally reached the other side.

"Maybe I should look into doing that karate stuff." Tucker said, wiping the sweat from his forehead.

"Ninjustu." Sam corrected.

"Whatever." Tucker said with a shrug.

It was now Casey's turn. He first leapt over the first set, but fell right on his back clumsily.

"Come on Casey! You can do it." April encouraged.

Casey then tried to flip, and even though he made it over the laser, he fell over once again. Splinter then tried, "I know you can do this Casey."

Casey then jumped out right between some lasers and landed on his feet, he yelped as he was beginning to fall backward, but Tucker and Sam grabbed hold of him and pulled him back on his feet.

Casey sighed with relief, but it was short-lived as the Donnie's staff from his back and hit the lasers as it fell.

"Oops!" Casey said sheepishly as the alarms went off, alerting the guards.

They all glared at Casey who said apologetically, "Hey! It's not like I meant to trip the alarm."

"Silence!" Splinter said as he heard footsteps coming towards them.

As the guards reached the hallway, they found the hallway was empty and there was no sign of Sam, Tucker, April, Splinter and Casey. One of the guards then ordered, "The intruders can't have gone far. Spread out and search."

They left the hallway, completely unaware that Casey, Sam, April, Tucker and Splinter were making their way towards Danny, Jazz and the Turtles through the vents in the floor. Splinter then said, "Their scent grows stronger up ahead."

Bishop had laid Danny down flat and pulled out the saw, deciding that he would be the first to be dissected.

"Sorry I can't offer a sedative, but it might corrupt my findings." Bishop said as he turned on the saw and began to move closer to Danny's chest.

"BISHOP! DON'T DO THIS!" Danny pleaded, closing his eyes and began to panic as his fear was rising.

Bishop then said, unaware that the floor opened near then and a pair of eyes were now watching, "For the sacrifice you're about to make, your country thanks you Daniel."

Splinter shouted as he, April, Sam, Tucker and Casey came out of the floor and stood before them, "NO!"

Bishop stopped and turned to see them all and asked in shock as he saw Splinter, "What?! Another mutation?"

He ordered his agents, "STOP THEM!"

Two of his agents came charging towards Splinter, but he growled before leaping up and bounced off the agents shoulders as he charged at Bishop roaring, "KEEP AWAY FROM MY SONS!"

He kicked Bishop in the chest, sending him crashing into the wall away from Danny. Casey hit one of the agents with his bat, sending him towards April who flipped kicked him. Sam grabbed the second agent by his arm and twisted it around his back and then kicked him towards Tucker who pulled out an ecto-blaster and hit the agent, knocking him out.

"Thanks Master Splinter." Danny said to his adoptive father. "That was really close. I thought I was going to be dissected for sure."

Splinter cut the straps and set Danny free as he said, "Help me release your brothers and sister."

Danny released Mikey. Splinter then released Raph and said, "It is alright Raphael."

"We can't leave without Professor Honeycutt." Jazz said as Danny released her, worried about her robotic friend.

"She's right. There's no telling what General Blank is doing to him right now." Donnie said as Mikey used the laser Bishop had to set him free.

"Don't worry guys, we won't leave him behind." Leo said as he was set free by April.

Danny and Mikey headed straight for Leatherhead and Danielle. Undoing the straps to set them free and looked at them sadly, especially atBishop'se injuries inflicted on them, thanks to Bishop's experiments.

"Leatherhead? Danielle? Can you hear us?" Danny asked.

They both woke up. Danielle said groggily, "Thank you."

"My friends." Leatherhead said before he sat up.

Danielle hugged Danny tightly as she sobbed, "I was so scared Danny….(sniff)….there was so much pain."

"It's alright Danielle. We're gonna get you out of here." Danny said, hugging her back.

They pulled apart. Dani wiped her eyes and nodded. Danny then took off the wires from her head and body. He looked at the shelf and saw a hospital shirt, giving it to her. She smiled gratefully before putting it on, covering her bandaged chest and then allowed Danny to help her stand up.

"I didn't think we'd see you again Leatherhead." Mikey said, relieved to see their crocodile mutant friend was alive. "The last time we saw you, our hold caved in on you."

Leatherhead chuckled as he stood up and ripped the wires off his arms and head, "Well I am very thick skinned, quite literally."

More agents and Federation soldiers entered the room and began to fire at them. April pulled out the extinguisher and threw at the doorway, causing it to explode and fill the entire room with smoke.

Casey threw Donnie's staff and the duffle bag towards Danny and the Turtles as he said, "Hey Raphie boy! Christmas came early this year."

Raph smiled as he pulled out his sais and said, "Thank you Santa!"

With their weapons in their hands, Danny and the Turtles took out most of the agents with ease. Danielle changed into her ghost form and fired an ecto-blast at an agent, knocking him out, Mikey knocked down an agent with his nun chucks and then Leatherhead grabbed a couple of Federation soldiers in his hands and threw them out of the door.

When the smoke cleared, all the soldiers and agents were knocked out and the ones that were still standing ran out of the room in fear.

"Cowards!" Bishop sneered as he stood back up and faced Danny, the Turtles, Danielle, Leatherhead, Splinter, Casey, April, Jazz, Sam and Tucker.

"Let's take care of this guy and get out of here. We need to find the Fugitoide." Raph said as they bared their weapons at Bishop.

"Hey Bishop! You want a genetic sample? SAMPLE THIS!" Mikey quipped as he charged at Bishop, his nun chucks spinning his hands.

But Bishop proved to be quicker than he looked as he grabbed Mikey his hand, knocked the weapons out his hands before flinging him on the examination table and strapping him around his chest quickly.

He kicked the saw into his hands and turned it on, holding it towards Mikey in a threatening way as he looked at the others, "Anyone moves….."

Splinter stopped the others from moving as Bishop held Mikey's life in his hands. Bishop finished his warning as he continued to bring the saw closer to Mikey, "And you can say goodbye to Michelangelo."

"Oh man! I really hate goodbyes!" Mikey yelped as the saw came closer and closer…..
