Yeeeeup! Another Story that appeared all of a sudden in your head. Jesus, that is why you should create your own Fanfic story even though you took some inspiration and infamously stole from other authors. Son of a bitch, I still regret doing the latter part to this day and wish that I would be a good writer. Luckily, I think I am getting the hang of it. I think.

Even if I write twelve stories, there is still not enough people who would like to read things that they like. Which is why I am going to take a gamble.

I am already writing another Star Wars Story called Courier of the Far, Far Galaxy but I am taking a break as I want to publish at least two to four chapters of this new Star Wars Fanfiction with this other Franchise that I haven't touch on for quite some time, Halo.

Just to let you know that where the event is set, this is after the events of Halo Infinite because it would make sense of where the story would fit in during the Clone Wars, which takes place after season 1 episode 4. Honestly, to me, the Clone Wars Era has to be the best Era for Star Wars.

Speaking of which, this story is inspired by none other than free man writer who wrote Avengers: Infinite Wars. Yeah, yeah you may think that I am copying him but unlike the first few chapters, the way they enter is similar but where they land is going to be very different.

An IMPORTANT message! There will be no shipping between any characters as it will ruin the character. Do you want this work to be a dumpster fire like the Halo TV series created by Paramount?! Thank to the Gods that I haven't watched the show yet which I AM NEVER going to watch. Though to counter this argument, there are some that likes this series.

If there's any retcons or any OCC moments, then please remind me. I want this story to be perfectly balanced. And have lore accurate to both Franchises. But if you believe that Chief is the only one going to be present, then you are dead wrong. Speaking of which, the Weapon will be having a name in this fanfiction, well, head cannon to say the least and she had become somewhat knowledgeable while retaining her naïve traits as she spends more time with the Master Chief.

There are going to be a couple of surprises by the way so make sure you guess correctly. oh, and go check out my DeviantArt to see the cover. My username is the same name.

Now then, onto the Story and make sure you read and review it.

Halo Galactic Wars Chapter One: Search Mission

John-117.

Also known as the Master Chief who would be publicly known as Humanity's Saviour and a Chief Petty Officer of the UNSC was sitting along in the Pelican Cockpit thinking about the events that has transpired throughout his life.

As long as he remembered, he along with seventy four other candidates, were inducted to the Spartan II Program at the age of six. At first, he thought he could win on his own but after being scolded by his Commanding Officer for not working in a team, his mindset soon changed.

Training after training, him and his team, his superiors quickly started to recognise his potential and they soon come to the conclusion that he would be the one to lead the Spartans.

After eight years of intense training, it was time for the candidates to be augmented. Chief, at the age of fourteen, went through the dangerous procedure and was one of the lucky few to survive the surgery. Some were unfortunately unfit for service while some perished.

When the Spartan II's Augmentations were done, they went through more intensive training and a rift between them and the ODST was shown after four of their members were killed by one of them.

Not so long after, the UNSC were soon engaged into a war with an unknown force that they had never encountered before. The Covenant. After one of their colonised worlds were destroyed by them, the Spartans were soon called up in the frontlines to fight this new foe.

Battle after battle.

Mission after mission.

Those were the only things that the Spartan can fully remember in his head.

He remember those times engaging the Covenant with his unit, blue team. This unit consists of…

Him, John-117.

Fredric-104.

Kelly-087.

Linda-058.

And lastly their deceased kin and friend, Samuel-034.

His death only fuelled his team's determination into stopping the Covenant from destroying humanity. Their participated in the War effort lasted for almost thirty years and when most of the UEG'S Colonies were decimated and uninhabitable, all hope seemed loss.

Until one specific battle had happened. But John had split from the rest of Blue Team.

After their planet that the Spartan IIs called home, Reach, was glassed by the Covenant, one Ship manage to escape.

The Pillar of Autumn that was commanded by the late Captain Jacob Keyes.

Narrowly escaping the planet, they were chased by the Covenant Fleet until they reached a strange planet they had never encountered before.

Halo. Well, more like Installation 04. One of the Seven Halo Rings created by the long extinct race called the Forerunners. Not to mention that there was a Monitor called 343 Guilty Spark, the caretaker of that world.

At first, it was a boost of moral for the UNSC personnel but then the Ring held a dark secret.

That secret was that it held a parasitic species called the Flood that only wishes to consume the entire Galaxy. Many casualties from both sides suffered heavy losses. One of them was Keyes.

Chief nearly whipped out all living beings across the universe had it not been for his former AI Companion, Cortana.

From then on, the UNSC started to win the war. Well, this goes on like this.

He reunited with his colleagues and friends, Sergeant Avery Johnson in a Covenant Ship along with other Survivors and also the rest of Blue Team when they went to the scorched planet of Reach.

The Covenant reached Earth but only focused on one area in New Mombasa.

He, along with the UNSC Frigate, In Amber Clad, commanded by Keyes's Daughter Miranda, giving chase to the Prophet of Regret's fleet to Delta Halo.

Meeting the Gravemind.

The Elites being betrayed by the Covenant that led to a Skirmish between multiple groups.

Cortana being left behind in High Charity.

A group led by Rtas 'Vadum and Thel 'Vadam aka The Arbiter allying themselves with the UNSC.

The Flood reaching Earth before being contained, which led to half a Continent being glassed.

The stopping of the Covenant in the Ark and the death of the Prophet of Truth.

Spark's betrayal on the newly Constructed Halo Ring and the Death of Johnson.

The Activation of said ring and the Flood being completely destroyed, though the Chief believed that they are only contained in the remains of High Charity.

Being asleep for four years, seven months and ten days.

Everything had changed during the time the Chief was in Cyrosleep. And these events unfolded quickly in his mind.

Cortana showing symptoms of Rampancy.

Them ending up in the Planet of Requiem and the discovery of the Prometheans and the Didact, the last remaining Forerunner in existence.

The UNSC Infinity arriving to rescue them.

Stopping the Didact at the cost of Cortana's life.

Bottling up the emotion of Cortana's death before avenging her by deleting the Didact in Installation 03.

Getting framed for a terrorist attack that the Chief had never committed.

Leading Blue team to chase Cortan, who had somehow been revived but that didn't lead a group of ONI Spartans into chasing them.

Eventually, Blue Team manage to find Cortana but not before she betrayed them and locked them up in a Forerunner Guardian.

Being freed by Fireteam Osiris from their imprisonment.

Getting the Mjolnir GEN3 Armour upgrades for all active Spartans.

The mission to Reach to find a Weapon that could counter Cortana.

The Battle of Installation 07 also known as Zeta Halo. But not before Chief was separated from the rest of Blue team yet again.

They manage to contain Cortana with the help of the Weapon but not before a Covenant Remnant Faction called the Banished launched a surprise attack to the Infinity. Chief fought well, but not before being beaten by their leader, a Brute called Atriox.

Being drifted six Months in Space, Chief was founded by a Pilot called Fernando Esparza, whose codename is Echo 216. With his help, he manages to retrieve the Weapon and from then on, they along with other UNSC survivors launched a resistance Movement against the Banished.

After the deaths of Escharum, who replaced Atriox after his death as the leader of the Banished, and the Harbinger at the hands of Chief as well as other important Banished Figures, who is to say that they are struggling to organise and sustain itself now that it's leaderless.

Chief new that this gave the UNSC more motivation into getting the Ring back into their control, but the Banished will sure to give them a tough fight.

That was a lot of events that the Spartan has been through. No matter how hard his enemies will be, he will always be the one to put his life on the line for the safety of humanity and even to a single person.

"Chief?"

The female voice managed to snap him out of these thoughts, and he pulled his left hand. In an instant, a small blue AI figure soon appeared at the palm of his hand and was looking at him in slight worry.

"You've been awfully quiet for a while now." The Weapon spoke with slight concern in her voice. "Is there something in your mind?"

"It is nothing," The Chief quickly responded to his new AI Companion's question.

Said AI narrowed her eyes at the Spartan. "It doesn't seem like nothing." A quick realisation soon hit her as she would give guess what the Chief was thinking of. "Oh, you still miss her?"

"…" He didn't say anything as the man sat in the Pelican's payload in complete silence upon hearing the Weapon's words. Changing the subject, the Spartan then asked, "What is the ETA to our target?"

The Weapon pouted at the Spartan for dodging her question before she quickly answered back with a bit of analytical in her tone, "In about a minute." It had only been just twelve days since the last mission on the Silent Auditorium and the AI had managed to pick up a signal of a large Banished presence in a specific area of the Ring.

That was troublesome for the UNSC resistance Movement as they knew that it is something very important that their enemies wished to gain to completely decimate them. It was a job that a team of Spartans could take care of. But, for now, the Chief was the only available Spartan to do this job.

His mission was simply. Wipe out the Banished Forces in the area and investigate what their interest were so that it could be at the hands of the UNSC once again.

"We're approaching the destination, Chief," The Voice of Echo 216 rang through the COMS. "I hope you know what you're doing."

The Chief then stood up from where he was sitting and grabbed a BR75 that was slung into his back. But before he could make any more progress, his AI companion then informed him, "Just to let you know, there are at least three hundred at this location."

"Did you hack into their terminal?" The Chief asked her.

"Well, I did though it only took me just a few seconds." The Weapon admitted with a lace of sarcasm. She had already hacked into the Banished's network stationed at the designated location before boarding the Pelican.

"Why would the Banished have a large presence in a specific area of the Ring?" Echo 216 asked through the coms, "Don't they have enough Forerunner Technology at their disposal not to mention that they still occupy most of the Ring?"

"I do not think that they are looking for any Forerunner Technology," The Spartan quickly debunked as he would have guessed that there might be something that interest them.

"What makes you say that?" The Pilot asked him.

It was then that the Weapon had manage to answer Echo 216's question, "From what I could find from their network, they had found something that isn't Forerunner in origin."

"What? Something that isn't Forerunner in origin?"

"That is what we are about to find out." The Chief clarified to Esparza. Feeling that the Pelican was slowing down, the Spartan gave a quick nod to the Weapon, who's figure quickly disappeared from his left hand, to be ready for this mission.

"Get ready!" He said to his companion in his usual Stoic tone.

"As always, Chief." The AI inside of his helmet chirped in.

-Scene Change-

Jumping out of the Pelican with a silent thud before leaving, the Master Chief observed the forest area he was in to check in case if there was any enemy present or in hiding. Lucky for him, there were none.

"Strange. I don't detect any Banished Patrols near where we are right now." The Weapon informed her Spartan Companion.

"They are most likely stationed at a nearby base," The Chief quickly guessed.

Turning West as the supposed location was five hundred meters away thanks to his HUD displayed on his helmet, the Spartan began to trek his way towards his destination. He had to be careful in walking towards the base as he didn't want to catch any Banished patrols coming his way.

He is doing this mission alone by the way.

Continuing his way towards his designated location, it was then that the Weapon decided to talk to him.

"Well, it looks like you will be meeting small resistance when you arrive."

Chief was surprised to hear this information from her but continued to walk towards his location. He wanted to continue to hear what the AI had to say. "From what I gathered from the base's database, the Banished had taken many casualties dealing with a "creature" that has been causing a problem. That might explain why the large presence."

"Creature?" Chief said in confusion.

"That is surprising, to say the least." The Weapon was in the same state as the Spartan. "Heads up Chief, we're here."

Stopping at the edge of the Cliff, the Chief crouched down to one knee and observe the location of the Banished Base through the scope of his Battle Rifle.

From what he could see so far, he saw that there was a total of around seventy Banished Personnel that were present.

Two Jackals on the watch tower.

The rest scattered across the base. Some were patrolling while the rest were fiddling with equipment.

From what the Spartan can see, there were all consisting of either Grunts, Jackals or Elites. Yet there was no sign of any Brutes with them. Both Chief and the Weapon soon realised that they might've been dealing whatever it is in the facility.

Quickly analysing the area, the Spartan soon thought of a solution that could kill most of them before they get alerted. This is due to seeing multiple Fusion Coils that were scattered along the base that was close to the Banished soldiers.

Grappling to the top of the tower, Master Chief quickly eliminated the two Jackal Sniper with his Battle Rifle. This alerted everyone around the base, and all looked up to see the Spartan on top of the tower and two of their bretherns lying dead on the edge.

"It's him!" One of the Grunts shouted.

"The Demon that killed Escharum!" An Elite clad in red armour also shouted.

"Get him!"

As all of the enemies aimed their weapons at the armoured individual, Chief quickly aimed his Battle Rifle at a large blue fusion coil that ten Banished soldiers were nearby and fired a three-round shot. This killed most of them except the Elite Mercenary who had its shield down.

Jumping down, the Spartan then used its grapple to bash the Elite in the head, killing it upon impact. There, he killed any Grunts and Jackals that were coming up to him. Pulling the trigger to only hear a click, Chief then proceeded to grapple a nearby fusion coil and threw it into an oncoming Elite Major.

His shield then flickered to alert him. Turning around, he punched a Jackal. Looking to see half of the enemy forces' dead. The Chief now has to deal with the remaining forces left.

Picking up a Ravager from the recently dead Elite, Chief aimed his weapon at an oncoming Jackal and fired a powerful blast shot, which killed it upon impact. Looking at his sensor, he saw that there were a couple of enemies left.

A few quick minutes went by, and all the Banished Forces had been perished by the Spartan. The Chief, who picked up an MK50 Sidekick and an M40 assault rifle near a weapon cache, turned his attention to the entrance of the facility. Staring at the entry upon standing outside said building, he was then interrupted by the Voice of his AI.

"I don't want to alarm you, but there are reinforcements coming your way. Better go in before they arrive." The Weapon informed him.

Without wasting any more time, the Master Chief then proceeded to make his way through the Banished facility. Upon entering, there were things that didn't seem right for the Spartan. For one, it seemed to be quiet. Too quiet for him. Secondly, he saw the bodies of Banished personnel lying on the floor. But something caught the Spartan's attention. All were mutilated. This ranges from missing limbs to even having their organs spilled out.

Inspecting a dead Elite with a missing head and organs spilt out, Chief then asked to his AI Companion, "Can you tell me what caused this death?"

"Analysing," The Weapon stated before she then informed her Spartan Companion, "It looks like something had tore this Elite's organs out and its head was bitten off. I assume it is that it is done by the creature that the Banished mentioned in their database."

Before the Chief could even utter a word, both he and the AI heard the rattling sound of metal being bashed loudly against a metallic floor. Perking up to the direction to where it was heard, he then asked, "Was that the Creature?"

He got a response of a roar. The weapon immediately got the coordinates to where it came from and the Chief went deeper into the facility.

Passing by more dead Banished bodies, which mostly consists of Brutes, Chief and the AI inside his head had entered a large Forerunner room. There were multiple Fusion coils that were present and there were multiple power generators that were hooked up to a strange spherical shape in the middle of the room that was metallic and had a yellow light emitting from it.

Before the Spartan could even ask his AI about the object, he instantly rolled to the left as a Brute Chieftain was thrown at his direction. Afterwards, a growl was heard in the opposite direction of the room. The Chief aimed his aimed his Assault Rifle only to see something out of the ordinary. "What am I looking at here?"

What Chief saw was a strange looking creature that he had never saw before. It stood around five meters tall with long arms, immense jagged jaws, and a greenish hide that was more akin to that of armour. Said creature then looked back at him and snarled at the Spartan. "Um, I suggest we could find out after killing it." The voice of the Weapon suggested.

The creature then immediately ran towards him, but the Chief was quick enough to grapple the ceiling to move to the other side. Aiming the weapon as the strange creature turned around, he soon fired at it. Unfortunately, it used its armoured arms to block off all of the shots fired at him. "Well, what do you know? It seems like its skin could bounce any shot off." The Weapon said sarcastically though a hint of surprised was heard in her voice.

The strange creature then ran towards the Spartan and used one of its arms to swing him onto the wall as it let out a roar. His shield were temporarily disabled and the Chief continued to look at the creature that seemed to be hard to kill. Before the creature could go in for the kill, he then quickly asked his AI a question. "Got a suggestion on how to kill it?"

"Since your weapons are not effective against it, then perhaps explosives would do the trick." She replied back.

Getting back up to his feet, the Spartan then used his grapple to grab a nearby blue fusion coil. He waited for the right opportunity to throw the explosive object at the creature. An opportunity soon came when it ran towards him and he chucked the explosive at its face while grappling to go to the other side.

It then let out a shriek of pain, which then ran towards Chief recklessly. Unknown to the creature, the Spartan was standing behind a large fusion coil. As the beast got near, chief then grappled towards his right to avoid the attack that the creature was about to inflict. Soon, an explosion was seen and it blasted the creature down to the ground.

Knowing that the creature was only knocked out, the Spartan soon made his way to where its head was. Pulling out his last frag, Chief then proceeded to pull the pin and drop the object onto the strange creature's mouth that was wide open. After a few second, another explosion was set and most of the creatures head was blown up.

When that was over, the Spartan breathed lightly as he was tired fighting this strange creature. He wanted to make sure that whatever this strange creature is, it had to stay dead. But before he could even put his foot onto the creature, his AI prevented him to do so. "That would not be so necessary now. How about you hook me onto the panel near that strange object?"

Doing as he was told, the Spartan walked up to the panel. He put his left hand up and his AI was standing on his palm before she hopped over to it. Her avatar was then present as well as a blue spherical orb in front of her. She then looked back at Chief. "This will only just a minute."

Looking back, the Weapon begins to fiddle with the system. As she was doing so, Echo 216 then spoke through the coms. "Is anyone going to tell me what had happened?"

"We encountered a strange creature that doesn't seem to be native on this Installation." The Chief responded back to the pilot that saved him.

"Wait, you mean the creature I overheard from earlier?"

"…" The Spartan went quiet and Esparza knew exactly why Chief didn't decide to even say a word.

Before the two could continue to converse, the room suddenly vibrated. As this happened, Chief looked over to the Weapon. "What just happened?"

"I dunno." Came the admitted response from the AI before she was pulled back into Chief as he placed his palm over her Avatar.

Looking at the object, the Chief then saw the Spherical object moving at a fast pace. Having a feeling that this is a trap that the Banished had set up, he attempted to leave the room only to witness the door closing in front of him. He was too distracted as he was suddenly zapped by the object that let out a yellow lightning onto him.

"Chief! What's the mat…." The voice of Echo 216 asked with worry before the sound of static was heard later.

The spherical object had produced a swirling yellow energy, which soon created a portal. Soon, the fusion coils that remained became dimmer as its power was used by the strange object.

"Uh, Chief?!" The Weapon spoke in slight concern as she too saw the yellow portal.

All of a sudden, the Spartan was the only one being sucked onto the portal. He was suddenly pulled and the last thing he saw was a bright light that engulfing him before everything went completely white.

The portal soon let out a small boom, which exploded the remaining fusion coils upon touching the yellow smoke. When that was done, the room was only filled with the remains of the multiple fusion coils and the remains of the strange creature. The spherical object then slowed down before coming to a halt.

At long last the entire facility went completely silent. Nothing at all. It was and this moment that something would demoralise the UNSC left on this Ring.

Humanity had lost its best Spartan and only AI left for them to fend off against the Banished…

Wow, now that was a lot of writing to do for a single writer. Now then, this is something I really wanted to get this out of my head for a short while now.

I may be having fun with this. Then again. That goes the same to the rest of the stories that I'd written. If I am bothered to even write it.

Like the Courier of the Far, Far Galaxy, this is one of the multiples stories I had wrote with two big fan bases coming together. Which reminds me, I saw a video of how these two franchises are similar, though u have to admit that both fan bases are split. That is all to say.

I don't know if this is alright. But a Spartan who had saved humanity two and fought off against powerful being, I may think that he had upset the balance of Star Wars.

Get ready for what is about to come Star Wars, Chief has ended up in your universe and he'll do things his ways. But that doesn't mean that he is the only Spartan and from his galaxy being there. A select few had been chosen.

Now then, what kind of Influence you would want to see when the Master Chief/John-117 interacts with the Natives of the Star Wars Galaxy? But no shipping cause, y'know, shipping wars and I am really bad at shipping. Also, will the Weapon be interested in certain parts of their galaxy? I guess you would have to find out sooner or later.

With that done, I will see you when the next chapter gets published.
