Pentagon: Washington D.C
Inside of the Pentagon training facility in Washington D.C, all of the potential new members of the Guardians of the Globe are waiting for the test to begin. The robotic being simply known as Robot appears and welcomes all of the candidates for coming. Young heroes such as Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Dupli-Kate, Invincible and many other heroes are waiting to see what the test is going to be.
"I would like to thank all of you for coming here today, I am sorry it has taken us this long to begin our selection process but something got in the way or should I say ran away but lucky everything is back on track and we begin to select the future members of the New Guardians of the Globe" Robot tells all of them
Invincible and the others all had confused looks on their faces from what Robot had said
"Originally we were going to have all of face off against one another for your tryouts but the director of the Global Defense Agency had other ideas" Robot tells everyone, confusing them even more
It was then that a door opened up and in walked Ben, wearing a black and white shirt with brown cargo pants, his robotic arm visible as are his scars. Invincible and the others had no idea who Ben was and why he was there. Ben could hear all of the whispers about him as he walked over to Robot.
"This is B…" Robot began to say before Ben stopped him
"You don't need to know anything about me other than my name being Ben and me also being the one you will have to fight to pass your try out" Ben tells all of the young heroes
"Yes, you all will have to test your skills against Ben here, you will have to show us how well you can use your powers against him as well as show us how you can adapt to any situation that Ben throws at you" Robot tells all of the young heroes
"You should know that I have been allowed to go all out against you, using everything I have at my disposal to help us decide if you have what it takes to be Guardians of the Globe" Ben tells the young heroes
"The order in which you face Ben here will be at random and it is not required for you to beat him" Robot informs the young heroes
"You just have to survive" Ben adds with a grin on his face
Most of the young heroes are already intimidated by Ben and are nervous to face him, not knowing what he was capable of. Ben could see this and was even more eager to go against them in the training area, especially Invincible. However, while most of the young heroes were nervous to go against Ben, there was one who wasn't. Rex Splode broke out into laughter which caught everyone off guard except for Ben.
"What's so funny Rex?" Robot asks Rex Splode
"Yeah, care to tell us what is so amusing?" Ben asks Rex as he crosses his arms
"It's nothing really, I just wanted to know why they are having us go against a nobody who's only thing he's good at is looking like a cat scratched his face?" Rex asks still laughing
The room got extremely quiet except for Rex's laughter as the expression on Ben's face didn't change. The other candidates got extremely nervous at Ben's lack of showing any emotion as Rex Splode continued to laugh at him.
"I mean don't get me wrong, the arm is cool but unlike those losers, I'm not afraid of some tough looking nobody" Rex said, continuing to laugh at Ben
Robot was going to speak up and say something but Ben stopped him and walked over towards Rex with a grin on his face
"You must be Rex Splode? I've read your file and I know this cocky attitude is just a façade for some childhood trauma and all that but I don't think you should be laughing when you haven't looked in the mirror" Ben tells Rex in a cold and emotionless tone
"Really now? What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Rex asks Ben getting angry
"Nothing really, since you want doubt me and I already doubt you how about you go first and we both prove ourselves, see who's really a nobody" Ben answers with a serious look on his face
Ben could tell that Rex was getting a bit nervous but his cocky attitude wouldn't allow him to admit anything
"Fuck yeah I'll take you on first, I'll kick your ass and show these losers they shouldn't be afraid of you" Rex tells Ben sounding confident
Ben had Rex right where he wanted him, Ben knew how to easily manipulate those who had an extremely large ego. Invincible wanted to say something and stop the fight but Atom Eve stopped Invincible from going further.
"I will warn you kid, my bark is just as worse as my bite" Ben tells Rex, warning him
"Pssssh, whatever man, I'm not afraid of you, I'm really gonna enjoy kicking your ass and becoming the leader of this team" Rex tells Ben, not taking Ben seriously
The other young heroes could already tell that something wasn't right and wanted to say something to Rex and warn him but none of them did
"Meet me down in the arena, let's get things started" Ben tells Rex
"Brining it on asshole" Rex says, sounding confident
"Alright then, it looks like the first match will be between Ben and Rex Splode" Robot says with a visible sigh
With the first match made, Ben and Rex headed down to the arena bellow while all of the other heroes stayed up and watched from behind the glass. Little did Rex know, Ben had read his entire file and knew everything that he was capable of.
Arena: Pentagon
Standing down in the arena across from each other was Ben and Rex, Ben standing with arms crossed and Rex not taking this seriously
"You ready for your ass to get kicked?" Rex asks Ben, sounding cocky
"I'm ready whenever you are" Ben answers with a grin on his face
Rex reaches down on his belt and grabs some change and began to charge them up before throwing then at Ben. Ben just stood there as the energized coins hit him in the chest and exploded. It appeared as though Ben was unaffected by Rex's attack which confused him.
"What the hell?" Rex asked confused
"Is that really the best you can do?" Ben asked Rex, mocking him
"There's a lot more I can do asshole" Rex answered, angered as he charged up more coins and threw them at Ben
Just like before, Ben stood there and took the explosions head on, unaffected by them. Rex and the others watching could see Ben's skin slightly morph into a purple rock-like material as the charged up coins hit his chest.
"Come on kid, you've got to do far more then that" Ben said as he dusted himself off
Ben could see Rex's anger growing and growing as all of his attacks seemed to do nothing to Ben
"You better be ready for this" Rex said as he grabbed a handful of change and threw all of it at Ben
Ben braced himself as the charged up coins exploded all around, one after the other. A cloud of black smoke formed from the explosions and filled the arena. Ben stood still and didn't move, he knew exactly what Rex was going to do next.
"Time to knock some sense into you" Rex said as he appeared through the smoke with a charged up iron bar in his hand
"Predictable" Ben said as he grabbed Rex's wrist, stopping him from attack
All of a sudden, the energy that Rex had charged up began to vanish into nothing. Ben's fingers looked like copper plugs and looked like they were absorbing all of Rex's charged up energy.
"Like I said, I've read your entire file, I know everything about you and what you can do with your powers and absorbing energy, even charged up energy is something I'm good at" Ben tells Rex as he crushes his wrist
"Get the fuck off of me" Rex says as he struggles to break free from Ben's grasp
"I don't think I will" Ben said as he squeezed Rex's wrist even tighter
"Your funeral then" Rex said as he tried to charge explosive energy into Ben's robotic arm
Ben then threw Rex backwards as Ben's arm started to glow but to the surprise of Rex, it didn't explode
"That was kind of smart too bad it won't work" Ben said to Rex as Ben's arm stopped glowing
"It's good that I've already figured out your weakness then" Rex said, sounding confident
"Really now? Care to explain what my weakness is?" Ben asked Rex
"You can't absorb energy if it doesn't touch you" Rex answered trying to sound smart
Ben just laughed at Rex which confused him
"What's so funny?" Rex asked Ben confused
"Nothing really, just laughing at how wrong you are" Ben answered
All of a sudden, Ben formed a ball of fire in both his hands and threw them at Rex. Rex did his best to avoid being hit by the fireballs but Ben wouldn't let up and continued to throw more at him.
"I could absorb all of the energy in your body and kill you but if I did that the old man wouldn't let me hear the end of it so I decided to just give you some minor burns instead and by minor I mean second and third degree burns" Ben said to Rex with a grin on his face
All of a sudden, flames erupted from Ben's body and completely engulfed him, slowly Ben's face morphed into a skull that became a red charcoal-like rock as did the rest of his body. Rex and the other young heroes watched as Ben slowly transformed into a being who's body was made of pure fire and a red charcoal-like rock.

"What the fuck!?!" Rex asked confused
"This is going to hurt, a lot…for you" Ben said with a fiery grin on his face
Ben then punched the ground and heated up the floor till it turned completely white which burned Rex's feet
"That fucking burns asshole" Rex said as he tried to stop touching the floor
"Don't worry, it's only going to get even hotter from here" Ben replied
All of a sudden, Ben's body got hotter and hotter as even stronger waves of heat came off of his body. At that exact moment, Ben's body erupted with massive amounts of flames coming from his body that filled the entire room. Once the flames died down, everyone could see Ben standing in his normal form while Rex laid down on the ground defeated, covered in black soot and ash.
"It appears that Ben has won" Robot said over the speaker
Ben walked over to Rex and lightly kicked him in the side
"You aren't dead, get up" Ben tells Rex
"I feel like Kentucky fried shit" Rex says as he gets up slowly
"Hurry up and hit the showers, you smell like a campfire" Ben tells Rex
"I wonder why?" Rex asks sarcastically as he leaves the arena
"Tin Man, who's next?" Ben asks Robot
"The next person up to face Ben will be Dupli-Kate" Robot announces over the speaker
Hearing who Ben was going to go up against next, he hopped that it would be more of a challenge then Rex. Ben also had hopped that these young heroes would now take him seriously unlike how Rex did during his match with Ben.
"Maybe this will actually be a lot more fun then I thought" Ben says to himself
Time Skip
Standing in the arena was Ben and his next opponent, Dupli-Kate, they two were facing off, waiting for Robot to start the match
"So, you're the next one up on the chopping block?" Ben asks Dupli-Kate
"Don't worry about me, I won't go down as easy as Rex did" Dupli-Kate tells Ben
"I highly doubt that but I guess we'll see" Ben says with a shrug
Dupli-Kate did her best not to show her emotions but Ben could tell that he was getting under her skin
"The match between Dupli-Kate and Ben will now begin" Robot said over the speaker, starting the match
Right away, Dupli-Kate multiplied herself and began to run around and surround Ben, while still multiplying herself. Ben stood there with his arms crossed and let Dupli-Kate surround him.
"We saw how you defeated Rex, we don't have energy for you to absorb and all of us together can stop you from using your fire powers" Dupli-Kate told Ben
"Smart but I don't think you thought this plan out fully" Ben tells Dupli-Kate with a grin on his face
Dupli-Kate and her clones along with the other young heroes watching from behind the glass, were all stunned as Ben began to create clones of himself just like Dupli-Kate
"You see, I already know your weakness" Ben says as he clones himself
"You and your clones all feel the same things" one of Ben's clones says
"You all can share pain while my clones don't" another one of Ben's clones says
"Or at least the clones I'm creating now" Ben says
It was at that moment that Ben and his multiple clones began to shrink down in size as they transformed into a creature who's body was a white suit with headphones on and backpack connected to the headphones

"I…wouldn't…just stand…there…if I…were…you" Ben tells Dupli-Kate
Before Dupli-Kate and all of her clones could do anything, Ben and his clones made more clones of themselves and almost filled the entire room. They then jumped up into the air and took in a deep breath before unleashing a powerful sonic attack.
"WALL…OF…SOUND!!!" Ben and his clones yelled as they unleashed their powerful sonic attack
The sonic attack released by Ben and his clones shook the entire arena and even shattered the glass that was keeping Robot and the young heroes safe from the fight. Except for Robot, all of the young heroes and even Dupli-Kate and her clones fell to their knees from the massive sonic attack. Once Ben saw, Dupli-Kate fall to the ground and all of her clones disappear, he stopped his attack and landed back down on the ground.
"I think…I may have…over…did it…just a…little…bit" Ben said, looking at all of the damage his attack caused
As all of Ben's clones landed down on the ground, they quickly merged back together before merging back with Ben. Ben then walked over to Dupli-Kate and saw that she was still alive even after getting hit by his wall of sound.
"I was…told…not to…let…all of…you…win…I'm sure…if…given…the chance…you'd…come up…with…something…good" Ben tells Dupli-Kate
"What?" Dupli-Kate asked loudly as she slowly got up
"Ruptured eardrums…you'll live" Ben tells Dupli-Kate
"I still can't hear you, all I hear is ringing" Dupli-Kate says
Ben just let's out a sigh as he transforms back to normal
"The winner of this match is Ben" Robot announces over the speaker
With Dupli-Kate defeated, Ben wondered who he was going to have to face next
"Due to destruction of the glass barrier and the other candidates getting hurt, we'll have to wait a few minutes before the next match" Robot announces
"Damn, guess I really should of held back on that last one" Ben says with a sigh
Before they all left, Ben did want to know who he would be facing next
"Tin Man, who am I going to be facing next?" Ben asks Robot
"Once everyone has been checked out, you will be facing off against Shrinking Rae" Robot tells Ben
Time Skip
Private Room: Pentagon
While all of the young heroes were getting checked out after Ben used his wall of sound at full blast to defeat Dupli-Kate, Ben was sitting in a private room waiting till he could face off against Shrinking Rae. Ben didn't really want to waste time on the girl and instead face off against Invincible and see what the young half Viltrumite was capable off. Unfortunately, Ben was informed that Invincible didn't want to try out for the New Guardians of the Globe and was just there to watch.
"I guess I'll deal with the cannon fodder then" Ben says to himself
The reason Ben was in this room was so he didn't have to interact with the candidates and vice versa. Cecil didn't want anyone to know anything about Ben, hero or not, the only one who did know something was Robot and he made it known he was going to do what Cecil told him to do. However, there was something about Robot that bothered Ben just a bit but he couldn't put his finger on it just yet. For now Ben was going to keep an eye on Robot and look out for anything suspicious.
"The old man is going to get pissed when the truth about me gets revealed, I won't be the one to do it but I'm sure the Tin Man will use it against the old man" Ben says to himself
"The match between Shrinking Rae and Ben will begin" the voice Robot announced over the loud speaker
"Looks like it's time to see what the size changing heroine is capable of, maybe I'll try using some Sphoeroid DNA on her" Ben says to himself
Clenching his robotic fist a few times, Ben stretches a bit before letting out a yawn and leaving the private room
"Rae and these other kids better be ready for what's going to be coming next" Ben says to himself as he leaves the room
Time Skip
Arena 2: Pentagon
Due to the first arena being destroyed by Ben, these next matches would be taking place in a second arena. First up in this new arena was going to be the young hero known as Shrinking Rae, it would be her turn to face off against Ben. Unlike with his last two matches, Ben was going to fully see what Rae was capable of before defeating her like the others.
"So, they call you Shrinking Rae, I wonder why?" Ben asked Rae sarcastically
"I'm not one to let my emotions get the better of me" Rae tells Ben
"I know, I read your file so my tricks like getting you angry aren't going to work" Ben responds
"Glad that we understand that" Rae says
"The match between Shrinking Rae and Ben will now begin" Robot announces
Right as the match began, Shrinking Rae charged forwards at Ben, shrinking and regrowing to full size as she approached him. Ben didn't move and focused on tracking Shrinking Rae's movements as she kept changing her size.
"You better watch out" Rae said as she grew to full size and tried to kick Ben in the head
"Don't worry, your movements are easy to read" Ben said as he blocked Shrinking Rae's kick
Shrinking Rae shrunk down and tried to attack Ben from behind but he was able to block that attack as well. When Ben would block Rae's attacks she would shrink down and regrow back to full size, trying to attack Ben from a different direction.
"How are you blocking and dodging all of my attacks?" Rae asked as Ben dodged another one of her attacks
"Just like with the other candidates. I've read your file so I know how much you like to prepare for situations like this" Ben answered before he fired a torrent of flames from his hands at Shrinking Rae
Rae shrunk down and jumped out of the way of the flames that Ben fired at her
"Then you know I'm prepared for all of your transformations and powers" Shrinking Rae said as she grew to full size in front of Ben and tried to attack
Ben grabbed Rae's arm and stopped her attack before elbowing her in the gut then throwing her over his shoulder and kicking her backwards
"Yes, you are very prepared, I can smell the flame retardant gel you've coated your suit with, I can also see the special plugs in your ears" Ben states as Rae recovers
"So, I'm immune to your fire attacks and those sonic attacks won't do anything to me" Rae says to Ben
Shrinking Rae charges once more at Ben and shrinks down to a small size before regrowing back to full size, trying to land a flying kick in Ben's face. Ben easily dodged the kick and rolled out of the way before Shrinking Rae could try to attack him again.
"Stop running away and fight me" Rae tells Ben
"I guess I have been taking it a bit too easy on you, looks like I'll go with my original plan" Ben says with a shrug
The omnitrix in Ben's robotic hand began to glow as his body began to transform into something else. His skin became green as his body shrunk down in size and became more bulbous, Ben slowly transformed into an iguana-like creature with large green eyes.

Rae and the other young heroes who were watching the match were surprised to see that Ben , once again transformed into a different creature. They had no idea what else Ben could transform into but they had a feeling that with each match they would continue to see more transformations.
"This one doesn't scare me" Rae said, unimpressed with Ben's transformations
"You should never judge a book by its cover" Ben tells Rae
Rae went to attack Ben but was caught off guard by Ben shooting a powerful stream of green liquid at her. Rae tried to dodge the green liquid by shrinking down but Ben fired another stream at her and ended up hitting Rae in her small form. Getting hit in her small form caused Rae to hit the wall of the arena hard, making her grow to full size.
"This is nasty" Rae said as she flung the green liquid off herself
"There's plenty more where that came from" Ben said
Just like before, Ben continued to fire streams of green liquid at Shrinking Rae as she ran around the area, shrinking and growing to try and avoid Ben's attacks. Rae would get hit by some of the liquid streams while others missed and splattered all around the arena, filling it with the green liquid. Little did Rae know, she was falling straight into Ben's trap and she was none the wiser.
"You're trapped, you should give up now before this starts to sting" Ben tells Rae, warning her
"I may be covered in this nasty gunk but that doesn't mean I'm giving up" Rae tells Ben
"Your loss" Ben says before he transforms back into his human form
At that exact moment, Ben's eyes turned a bright green as metallic bolts grew out of his body. It was then that electricity started to crackle and spark around his body before he punched the ground, sending out electrical currents into the puddles of green liquid. Before Rae knew it she and the entire arena had been engulfed in a green electricity and she was electrocuted into defeat.
"The winner of this match is Ben" Robot announced over the loud speaker as Rae fell to the ground, defeated
Ben walked over to Rae and helped her up as staff entered the arena and took Rae out
"Once the arena has been cleaned up, the next match will be Monster Girl against Ben" Robot announced
Hearing who he would be going against next, Ben looked up at the observation area and saw the small girl he would be going against next
Time Skip
Once the arena had been properly cleaned up from the last match between Ben and Shrinking Rae, the new match between Ben and Monster Girl could begin. The two entered the arena and faced off against one another, waiting for Robot to begin the match. Having read Monster Girl's file, Ben knew what the young woman was capable, that didn't mean that Ben wasn't going to have his fun first
"So, you ready for me?" Monster Girl
"I don't know, there's a whole lot of woman for me to deal with" Ben answered sarcastically
Ben could see Monster Girl getting angry which meant that this fight was about to get even more interesting for him
"I honestly think I shouldn't waste my time with short round the sidekick" Ben joked
"The freak show calling me a sidekick? How hilarious" Monster Girl shot back at Ben
"What's freaky is that they think a little girl who probably can't even tie her shoes should be a Guardian of the Globe" Ben said, really pissing Monster Girl off
"The match between Monster Girl and Ben will now begin" Robot announced over the intercom, beginning the match
In an instant, Monster Girl transformed into a large and bulky humanoid creature with green skin. The creature Monster Girl transformed into was tall and muscular, it also lacked any hair and sounded more masculine.
"Time to kick your ass freak show" the monster said as it charged at Ben
"Ooh, I'm so scared" Ben replied, mocking the monster
Angered by Ben, the monster continued to charge at Ben and went to punch him. The monster's punch sent Ben backwards but didn't have much of an effect on him.
"That actually kind of tickled" Ben said, showing that he didn't have even a bruise on him
"Don't worry, I'm not finished with you yet" the monster said as it charged at Ben once more
Just like before Ben stood there and let the monster punch him over and over again and just like before, none of the monsters punches did anything to Ben
"It feels like I'm punching a piece of metal" the monster said as it stopped punching Ben and shook its bruised hands in pain
"More like a near indestructible silicon-based carbon" Ben said, correcting the monster
"Whatever, I'm gonna break you on half" the monster said as it went to punch Ben one more time
This time, Ben actually reacted to the monster's punch and did something to stop it from hitting him. The monster thought it had hit Ben but quickly noticed that something had stopped its punch and was preventing it from pulling its arm back.
"What's going on?" The monster asked looking at Ben
A red fist had caught the monster's punch and was holding it back, that red fist belonged to a four armed humanoid creature who had red skin, four green eyes and was wearing golden gladiator like armor with a white sash going across its chest. This creature who was holding the fist of the monster and stopping its punch was actually Ben who had transformed into another alien form.

"Looks like it's my turn now" Ben said before he punched the monster with two of his fists sending it flying into one of the arena walls
Before the monster could recover, Ben with his incredible leg strength jumped half way across the arena and landed down on the monster, punching it even more
"Sucks when there's someone who's stronger then you" Ben said as he continued to punch the monster over and over again
"You aren't stronger then ME!!!" The monster yelled as it kicked Ben in the gut sending him backwards
The monster then got up slowly before charging at Ben, the two large beings clashed which created a shock wave. The two locked hands and pushed one another back and forth, trying to get the upper hand against the other.
"You're strong but you aren't that strong" Ben said as he used his lower two arms to punch the monster in the gut, causing it to lose its grasp
Taking the opportunity, Ben was able to pick up the monster with all four of his arms and slam it down into the ground twice before throwing it into another wall
"They call you Monster Girl, they should call you Monster Toddler because all you are doing is throwing a toddler sized tantrum" Ben tells Monster Girl
"SHUT UP!!!" The monster yells before it jumps into the air
The monster tried to land on Ben but he was able to get out of the way, unfortunately the monster grabbed his leg and pulled him in closer. Now, the monster kept hitting Ben all over his body as it also kept slamming him down into the ground and moved to getting on top of him and punching him even more.
"Can't talk shit with your teeth in your throat" the monster told Ben as it kept punching him
"I think you've had enough fun now" Ben said
All of a sudden, a red crystal pillar came out of nowhere and hit the monster in the face, knocking it off of Ben. Ben stood up and revealed that his body was now made of a red crystal-like substance with two large spikes coming out of its back with smaller spikes coming out of its four crystal arms. Ben had fused his current alien DNA with the DNA of a different alien in the omnitrix

"You need to take a nap" Ben said
Ben then made his four crystal arms grow into a massive size before slamming each one down on the monster, creating a crater in the arena floor before the monster was defeated and transformed back into Monster Girl
"The winner of the match is Ben" Robot announced, finishing the match
"You did good, made me use a fusion, not too many can do that" Ben said as he transformed back to human

Cecil's Office: Global Defense Agency Headquarters
As the matches between Ben and all of the Guardians of the Globe candidates went on, Cecil was watching all of the matches from his office in the Global Defense Agency headquarters. So far, from everything that Cecil had seen, he was so far unimpressed with the display. He knew Ben wasn't going to hold back against the young heroes but Cecil did expect the young heroes to somewhat be able to deal with Ben. Things weren't looking good for the New Guardians of the Globe and Cecil could see that, if things kept going like this, he was going to have to take matters into his own hands.
"Sir, you wanted to see me?" A voice asked Cecil, pulling him from his computer and the matches
"I did agent, enter" Cecil tells the person
A woman with blue, black and white hair who was wearing a black suit and leather gloves walked into the room
"Are you watching the matches for the Guardians of the Globe?" The agent asked Cecil
"Unfortunately I am" Cecil answered with a sigh
"I am guessing that things are not going the way you planned?" The agent asked Cecil
"You would be correct" Cecil answered with an annoyed sigh
"If I may ask sir, does thing not going well involve Project X in any way?" The agent asks Cecil
"No, Project X is behaving the way I told it to and is doing its job, culling the weak from the strong" Cecil answered
"Do you believe it would be best if a new Guardians of the Globe not be formed and the world solely rely on Project X?" The agent asks Cecil
"While I wish that was something we could do, unfortunately Project X is still unstable and needs to be worked on and monitored while it trains the new Guardians of the Globe members" Cecil answers
"Is that why you have called me in sir?" The agent asks Cecil
"Precise as always agent, you are correct, you will be assigned to watch over Project X and put it down if it steps out of line" Cecil answers
"I understand the assignment sir but what I do not understand is how you believe I can kill Project X, the omnitrix core will not let that happen" the agent says
"After 11 years of studying the core and Project X, our scientists have come up with multiple countermeasures to deal with each and every failsafe the omnitrix core possesses" Cecil explains as he takes out a black case and sets it down on his desk
Cecil opens the case, revealing what appears to be a high tech weapon with an hourglass symbol on it, similar to the hourglass symbol on the omnitrix
"The scientists call it the prototool, it has multiple weapon forms and has a formation to deal with everything Project X can throw at you" Cecil tells the agent
"And you are allowing me to use this prototool?" The agent asks Cecil
"Yes and once our drone returns you will also be given command over another weapon" Cecil answers
"Project Nemesis?" The agent asks in awe
"Yes" Cecil answers
"I thought it wasn't completed yet" the agent says confused
"The device itself is fully completed however, it is missing a few key components, once the drone returns from its mission those missing components will be filled and Project Nemesis will be fully operational" Cecil explains to the agent
"Have you found a suitable host for Project Nemesis?" The agent asks Cecil
"We have a few apex candidates for Project Nemesis however, there are a few key criteria that needs to be met but soon we'll have one" Cecil answers
"I see" the agent says
"I understand what I am asking you to do is far greater then what I would ask any other agent but you are the only one who is capable of dealing with Project X" Cecil tells the agent
"I do understand sir, I am not opposed to being assigned to deal with Project X and with this prototool and soon Project Nemesis, Project X will obey you as well as me, I will not fail you sir" the agent tells Cecil with a serious look on her face as she picks up the prototool from the weapon case and slings it over her shoulder
"That is exactly what I wanted to hear from you, I knew you would refuse such an assignment" Cecil says
"I will not fail you sir, I will complete this mission and fulfill my duty as an agent of the Global Defense Agency" the agent tells Cecil, giving him a salute
"I know you will not fail me, you haven't done so yet so I don't expect you to now" Cecil says
"Sir, if I may ask, when will I begin my mission?" The agent asks Cecil, breaking her salute
"Once the new members of the Guardians of the Globe have been selected, I will introduce you to Project X and inform it of what will be happening now" Cecil answers
"Is it wise to inform Project X of my mission from the beginning?" The agent asks Cecil
"I've known Project X for a long while now, it possesses the intelligence of beings far smarter then any hero or computer on Earth, it'll figure out why you are with it eventually so it is best to just come out and tell it" Cecil answers
"I do not understand?" The agent asks
"Project X will behave and listen to you if it knows what you are capable of" Cecil explains to the agent
"It respects power and strength, I believe I fully understand now sir, I assure you sir that I will not fail you in my mission" the agent tells Cecil, giving him one more salute
"I know you won't fail me agent Rook, you are the best of the best" Cecil says to the agent, grinning
A/N: Alright readers, here is the second chapter of Unbreakable, I hope all of you enjoyed it and are ready for the next chapter. The first few matches of the Guardians of the Globe tryout are over and there are only a few more left. So far, you readers have gotten to see what this Ben is really capable of and see what he can do in combat. You saw Ben transform into Heatblast, Echo Echo, Spitter and Four Arms as well as a fusion of Four Arms and Diamondhead, Diamondarms. You'll get to see plenty more transformations as well as fusions and much more as the story continues so be ready.
Moving on, it appears that Cecil has something planned for Ben and has built a weapon to kill him along with this Project Nemesis. You'll learn more about that as well as this agent Rook in the next chapter as well as future chapters. Before I forget, I should note that since this Ben is 21 and didn't have a childhood or grew up like the original Ben, he doesn't name his transformations. He also doesn't shout them out or anything like that.
Someone PMed me and asked me about the love interest for this story and who I planned on pairing Ben with. As of right now, I haven't thought of a pairing for Ben since I am only on the second chapter and I don't know who would work well with Ben. Eventually I'll come up with something but for now, there isn't going to be a love interest. Since this is the end of the chapter, I am going to be responding to comments from the last chapter
