Though the Saiyans have been all petrified and Frieza has the means to do this on other planets. This would have further strengthened his army along with his grip on the universe.

For a while, it did as the Frieza Force would go around using the Medusa to petrify entire worlds, then sell off not just the planet but all the statues on the planet as well.

The prices Frieza would charge for the planet went up drastically as well since there was little to no damage to the actual planet itself. What damage was caused by petrifying an entire planet in an instant was merely surface damage that did not amount to much. Compared to when they had to see a fighting force wipe out the native of the planet first in a battle.

Even if they were overpowered to equal those they fought the conflict between them is what caused the price of the planet to be set at the previous prices. Those battles were factored into the price as the buyer would have to deal with the aftermath of conquering the planet the old way.

All the Saiyans have been turned into statues all at once. Frieza no longer fears the legendary Super Saiyan rising to one day be able to change him anymore. Either they were already a statue that could obtain that state or will never be born because there are no more Saiyan to give birth to them.

Since Beerus was still asleep and the Supreme Kai was not stopping Frieza either. The whole universe would eventually just become Frieza and Frieza alone as there was seemingly no challenger to his reign anymore.

However, that would have been the case if the Medusa creator had been shafted and the Frieza Force merely dumped after taking all his tech from him.

This would turn out to be a fatal mistake on Frieza's part. He made an enemy out of the very person that allow him to become unchallenged at least when it came to mortals(gods could still easily deal with him and one other as well)

How does one manage to steal from one of the strongest mortals in the universe? Rather easily actually as stealing has nothing to do with how strong someone is necessary. To steal from Frieza one does not have to be of equal or greater strength as him as they merely need a plan that will allow them to see another day come about.

So the creator of the Medusa merely took everything they could from his tech departments along with everything they could but they left one thing behind. It was that one thing that would spell the downfall of his empire and forces as result.

"Yo, I am leaving and I am taking all my research along with all everything related to it as well," the Medusa's creator said

Using a ship they had personally redesigned themselves along with customizing it so that it was fully their own.

"Fool you are forgetting something as I already have the Medusa still right here with me," Frieza told them

"Yeah I know and that's why I am going be getting away. Do not try to use anything that blows a planet though" they informed him

"You dare give orders to me, Lord Frieza" they then declared doing exactly what he was warned not to.

"Nope I tried giving a warning to space dust but it did not seem to listen," they said before flying off in the other direction

Frieza pissed off having created a very thing he was told not to did not seem to notice that the Medusa was activating seemingly on its own as the entire main fighting force of his army was located on this planet at the moment. They were there to discuss the upcoming attack to finally get rid of the Galatic Patrol as they were something Frieza did not feel like dealing with anymore. Not that they had the ability to really stop him because if they did then they would have a long time ago. It was just time to get rid of them now as he did not want to risk anyone of them getting strong enough to compete with him even if they were not able to be as strong as him.

Getting him through other means was possible after all since he could not solve all his problems with his power alone. A lot of them...probably the majority of them could be but blowing up planets is not the answer to everything. Not every mortal race could live in the empty void of space as he could, they need a planet just to be in space probably since its influence did extend beyond its surface and sky after all.

Anyway with the Medusa activating the moment he started to gather his ki to create a planet destroy blast, he along with everyone else on the planet was instantly petrified. Instantly it was faster than any of them were able to move as that was a feature that was added after all. It was adjusted so that merely outrunning the effect range of the Medusa was not possible for anyone even those that trained to move at near lightspeed. For Frieza was someone that did not train a day in his life and never need to because of just how strong he was naturally. Stood no chance of getting away at all despite his natural talent. The reasoning for this was the guy was literally right next to the Medusa when it went off thus he was actually the first to be petrified when it went off.

That planet busting ki attack that Frieza used did not get petrified along with him nor did not hoover about his petrified hand. Statues do not have any ki thus they do not have any ability to control either. So that attack did the only thing it could do once it was no longer under Frieza's control.

It fell and destroyed the planet that it came into contact with. Destroying everything on it along with vaporizing every statue that was there including Frieza's. Thus this was the end of Frieza and the Frieza Force as the bulk of his main fighting force was petrified and then vaporized by his own attack...including himself. What did remain either fell because of infighting, taking each other out, getting caught, or having sided with the Medusa creator who went to who knows where?

No one went after the Medusa Creator as they did not want to deal with the person that managed to take down Frieza. They did not even know how they would go about as at least with Frieza you knew what was needed. You want to take him down just become stronger than him as that was the main thing one had to do. Sure that was next to impossible for most beings of the universe to become that strong in the first place however the method itself was rather simple. Though with the Medusa Creator it was different as they did not know how to take them down since just being stronger than they were not necessarily going to work.

There were even those that did not even know what race they were from as humanity was wiped out well before it ever became known to the universe at large. So they could not tell how strong or weak the Medusa Creator actually was based on his race either. Probably only a handful of being from the universe knew this answer and none of them were willing to give it for various reasons.
