Harumi was sleeping in her bed next to Lloyd after a long day, when suddenly she heard a knock at the door.
"Harumi, it's Ultraviolet. can I come in?"
Harumi woke up to a start.
"Sure. Come in."
Ultraviolet quietly open the door and sat down next to Harumi
"What's up Ultraviolet? It's the middle of the night. What do you need?" Harumi asked Ultraviolet quietly
"Why were you so stern at the dinner table yesterday evening after people overwhelmed Nya?"
Harumi was taken aback.
"Well, people were asking her questions that stressed her out."
Ultraviolet did a sigh
"Harumi, we've been friends for 6 years. I know when your lying or keeping a secret."
Harumi took a deep breath
"It's stupid."
"Tell me." Ultraviolet urged
"I keep thinking about when I first got sick. When I was first diagnosed. Those first few months in that center were hell, you know?"
Ultraviolet scooted closer
"Why was it hell?"
Harumi never told anyone this part
"Everyday, until we were a certain weight, we would have someone inspecting us to make sure we weren't losing weight."
Ultraviolet knew where this was going, but she listened
"Go on."
Harumi looked down at the floor
"One day I walked into the room where they would look at us, and no one else was there. It was weird, because at least 10 other girls would be there everytime we would get checked. The man who checked me called me over to his desk."
Ultraviolet clapped her hand to her mouth
"Oh no."
FLASHBACK FROM HARUMI'S POINT OF VIEW
I walked up to his desk.
"Aren't you just going to measure my thighs and weigh me?"
The man did a smirk
"Yes." Come forward
I obeyed
He did the regular routine, measuring my thighs, then my waist, and finally my stomach.
"Thighs- 17 inches."
"Waist- 20 inches"
Then my stomach
"Stomach- 25 inches. Harumi, this is good progress."
I smiled. I was happy I gained weight, it was why I was here
"Do you need to weigh me, or no?" I asked, knowing the answer was going to be yes
He looked me up and down
"You got taller. You're now 5 foot. Let's do it, just to see."
He made a gesture to a scale
I stepped on the scale that was in front of me
I stood on it and it read 85 pounds.
"Good job, Harumi!"
I smiled again
"Thanks. Can I go now?"
"Not yet." He said with a smirk
"Wait, what?"
He pulled me closer to him, my face an inch away from his
"You're hot. You're beautiful. I want you." He said
I was shocked and dumbfounded
"Ummmm...I'm 13 years old. You're at least 20. It's illegal." I started to back away as he wasn't holding me anymore
"No one has to find out, naive girl." He laughed
I started to back up some more, but he ran forward and grabbed me.
"What are you doing?" I asked out of shock
He didn't answer me
Instead, he pushed me down on the desk
I knew what was going to happen.
I had read about rape before. I knew it was forced sex, but didn't know a whole lot about it. But I knew it was going to happen. But I could still fight back
I punched him in the mouth and he smacked me across the mouth
"Little bitch..." He menaced at me
I started to cry

All he did was laugh

I guess what I said went in one ear and out the other, because he didn't say anything

He then forcibly took off my shirt, revealing my breasts

"There. That's what you get." He said angrily
He then took off my pants.
He chained me down and took off his clothes
I tried to scream, but couldn't because of the gag. I tried to move, but couldn't because of the chains.
He then got on top, spread my legs, and you know the rest.
After he was done, he got up, gave me my clothes, and unchained me.
"Don't tell anyone, or else you will pay."
I nodded and put my clothes on
Later that day, the girls were concerned for me
"Harumi, what's wrong?" A girl named Emma asked me at lunch
"Yeah, something up." Another girl named Katherine said
I thought up a lie
"I fell earlier today."
I said that for the rest of the time I had at the clinic
FLASHBACK STOPS
"He raped me." Harumi said through tears
Ultraviolet gasped
"For how long?"
Longer than I care to recall
"About 7 months."
Ultraviolet stood up
"That is not ok! You need justice!"
"Ultraviolet, no! He will get in trouble! His privacy-" Harumi said
Ultraviolet was dumbfounded
"He invaded your 13-year-old body! Fuck his privacy. Fuck his rights. You need justice, and that's final." Ultraviolet said
Harumi stood up
"Who do I tell, UV? No one will believe me."
Ultraviolet thought for a second
"Tell Lloyd."
Harumi thought about that
"Ok. No one secrets is what he said. I intend to keep it that way."
Ultraviolet asked her next question
"What was his name?"
"Ryan. Ryan Anderson. Not the basketball player." Harumi said
"Does he still work there?"
"I don't think so."
Ultraviolet got up
"I have to get to bed."
Harumi said one more thing
"UV, promise you won't call the police?"
"I promise."
THE NEXT MORNING
Harumi woke up and went downstairs for breakfast after she fed Crystal
Lloyd was suddenly at her side and kissed her forehead
"Good morning, sweetie."
"Good morning."
They sat down
Harumi took a deep breath
"Lloyd, can I talk to you?"
"Sure. What's up?"
Harumi took another deep breath
"When I said I was a virgin, I lied."
Lloyd was taken aback
"What?"
"When I was at the ED recovery clinic, a man named Ryan Anderson raped me everyday for 7 months."
Lloyd was shocked
"How old were you?"
"13."
Lloyd hugged her tight
"Thank you for telling me. Harumi, please know you are more than your body. A true man or woman would like you for who you are, not for your looks. You're not a toy that men can play with, and you're certainly not an object."
Harumi sobbed, both from happiness and sorrow
"Thank you for believing me."
"You're welcome."
Suddenly, Ultraviolet came downstairs
"Harumi, I'm going out. If I'm not back by 7, call the cops."
Harumi laughed
"Ok."
Ultraviolet left, leaving Harumi and Lloyd there in silence
"You're amazing, Harumi. I love you so much."
"I love you too."
Lloyd kissed her and got her breakfast
"How about you relax today? I'll take care of Crystal, you just go out."
Harumi was overwhelmed by joy
"Thank you so much!"
Harumi got dressed and went to Kryptarium prison to visit Killow
"Can I see Killow?" Harumi asked the guard working
"Sure, ma'am. This way."
He escorted her down the hall
She walked up to Killows cell and knocked on the metal, like she did before, only friendlier
"Hello, Killow."
Killow turned around and saw Harumi. He smiled when he saw her
"Hi, Harumi."
"I see you're watching Stranger Things again?"
"Yes." Killow responded
He pulled out his tablet and set it up so they could both watch
After about an hour, Harumi checked the time on her phone
It read 3:57 pm
Maybe it was more than an hour as visiting hours ended at 4
"I'll see you tomorrow Killow."
"Ok."
Harumi got up and walked down the hall
She got in her car and drove home
When she got home, she noticed several police officers sitting at the table
And none other than Ryan Anderson
And Lloyd was sitting there
"What's the meaning of this?" Harumi asked
"Mrs. Carter, we have a sexual assault complaint. We need to ask you a few questions." One officer said
They took her into another room
When she sat down, one officer had a notepad and pen
"Harumi, is it?"
Harumi didn't answer
"Harumi, you need to answer the following questions honestly."
Harumi still didn't answer
The officer sat down and looked at her
"How old were you and did you say no?"
Harumi looked at him
"13 and yes."
The officer wrote something down
"How long did this go on?"
"7 months."
He asked her more questions, wrote something down, and left.
A female officer walked in
"You're going to be pleased to know that Mr. Anderson is now in jail. We will take several measures to ensure you're safe."
Harumi looked at her, then the floor, and back at her
"What time is it?"
The officer checked her watch
"6:04 PM, ma'am."
"Can I go now?"
The officer looked at her clipboard
"Sure."
Harumi got up and walked up to the officer who had Ryan
"Can I speak to him?"
The officer put Ryan in the car
"5 minutes."
Harumi looked Ryan in the eyes
"You're a sorry man. You told me not to tell anyone and if I did, I would regret it, yet you are the one regretting something. You're a sorry man who has no compassion for others."
Then she turned and left
About an hour later, she looked at her phone
It's now 8
Ultraviolets not home
Harumi waited another 45 minutes, no Ultraviolet
Harumi decided to look for her
Harumi grabbed her purse.
"Im going to look for Ultraviolet. I'll be back soon."
"Ok. Be back soon." Garmadon said
Harumi nodded
Harumi walked down several alleys looking for her friend when she heard screams
"Help!"
That sounded like Ultraviolet
Harumi took off west, which is where the noises came from
Harumi ran down an alley and saw 4 men surrounding Ultraviolet, removing her shirt and laughing
How dare they?
They had her cornered and
THEY HAD A CONDOM
Harumi ran up behind one and slammed them into the wall
Ultraviolet backed up and fixed her shirt
"Harumi!" She yelled
Harumi grabbed a metal pole and hit one on the head
2 down, 2 to go. Harumi thought
Harumi started fist-fighting with one and kicked another. Both fell to the ground
Harumi picked up a now collapsed Ultraviolet and held her
"Are you ok?"
Ultraviolet looked up and saw the men down and Harumi holding her
"Yeah. Are you?"
"Yes."
Ultraviolet stood up and so did Harumi
"Let's go home now."
"Good idea."
Harumi and Ultraviolet drove home through the dark.
