Friends, where do I begin?

Harumi being the quiet one and resurrecting Lloyds father?

The accidental pregnancy?

The trauma recovery process?

Raising Crystal?

Lloyd and Harumi becoming Emperor and Empress?

The school shooting?

The loss?

Getting engaged?

Let's start at the very beginning, shall we?

When Lloyd saw Harumi for the first time, he never thought he would be looking at his future wife or even his girlfriend.

When Harumi saw Lloyd for the first time, she never thought she would be looking at her future husband or even her boyfriend.

But here they are, 10 years later, getting married.

The night that Lloyd proposed to Harumi, he had taken her to her favorite restaurant, Chen Noodle House.

*Flashback from Harumi's POV*

"How's the food?" Lloyd asked me as we ate our noodles.

"It's great, just like always," I smiled as I spoke.

"That's good to hear."

We both continued eating our noodles and I could tell Lloyd had something on his mind.

"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked him.

"Nothing babe."

"Lloyd, we have a kid together. I know you better than that," I responded.

"Just stress, that's all," Lloyd answered.

"I see."

We continued eating and after we were done, we paid and walked out to our car.

However, Lloyd didn't drive back to the palace right away. Instead, he drove to a nearby bench under a magnolia tree.

"Lloyd?

"I need to ask you something," He replies.

Once we got out of the car, Lloyd sat me down on the bench and he took my hands.

"Do you recognize this location?" Lloyd asks me.

I start looking around and realize this is the location where we first met.

"This is the place where we first formally met," I reply.

"Yes, so I thought it was only appropriate to do this here."

Lloyd got down on one knee and I felt tears of happiness come to my eyes.

"Harumi, from the moment I laid eyes on you, it was like I won the lottery, only the cash lasted a lifetime. We have been through so much together, and you saved me, in every way a person can be saved."

I felt the tears start running down my face.

"My life hasn't been the same since I met you, and honestly, it's hard to imagine my life without you in it. I love you, Harumi, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

He pulled out a ring.

"So, with all of that said, Harumi Anesthesia Carter, will you marry me?"

I started crying more and I could hardly contain my emotions as I uttered the word that would change everything.

"Yes."

Lloyd slipped the ring on my finger and we started kissing under the magnolia tree. And, just as fate would have it, the leaves started falling off the tree.

*Flashback ends*

Lloyd came up from behind Harumi and Harumi smiled.

"Hey babe," Lloyd said as he gave me my favorite noodles from Chen Noodle House.

"Hey."

Lloyd and I sat down at the table to eat our dinner and we started talking about the wedding.

"So, I can't believe we're getting married in less than a week," Lloyd said.

"I know, I can't believe it either," I reply.

"You know, after everything we've gone through, I never thought I would be marrying you," Lloyd said, laughing.

"You know, I feel the same way," I started laughing with him.

"Even with the bad luck, we came through," Lloyd says after we stopped laughing.

"Yeah."

Lloyd puts down his fork.

"You know, It's ok to talk about it," Lloyd says.

"Honestly, it's just hard to think about."

"Nothing has been the same since the day of that doctor's visit," Harumi adds on to her previous comment.

Lloyd put his hand on Harumi's.

"Honey, it was nothing you did. The doctor said something was wrong with the fetus," Lloyd said.

"But I should have known something was wrong. This could have been preventable."

"Harumi, there was no way to tell. You couldn't have known."

Harumi felt tears come to her eyes.

"I had wine at communion right before I miscarried," Harumi said.

"Which your OB assured you was fine."

Lloyd squeezed Harumi's hand.

"What happened was not your fault. It never is."

Harumi took Lloyd's hand.

"We can always try for another kid. The doctor said that we should be able to have more kids and the chance of miscarriage again is low." Lloyd added.

Harumi nodded her head.

"I just can't believe we lost him."

A week passed, and finally, it was the big day!

Lloyd and Harumi had slept in separate rooms that night because it was bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. Lloyd had already left.

Once Harumi woke up, she was immediately confronted by her maid of honor, Skylor, and her matron of honor, Nya.

"So, we need to do your makeup and then get you to the church by 11," Skylor said to Harumi.

"Here is your dress," Nya gave Harumi her dress.

Harumi's dress was a long white dress, with a white veil. The veil had been passed down for generations.

"Thank you, Nya. Honestly, I couldn't have done this without you two. Thank you for being there," Harumi told Nya and Skylor.

Nya gave Harumi a hug.

"Harumi, it was all you. You were there for me, even during my darkest moments."

"You were there for me when Kai died. Thank you Harumi," Skylor hugged Harumi.

Skylor went over to Harumi's bathroom and got her makeup.

Harumi sat down in her chair while Skylor and Nya did her makeup. Skylor was a licensed makeup artist so it was easy for Harumi to not pay for a makeup artist.

After Skylor had finished Harumis makeup, she turned her around to face the mirror.

Harumi looked beautiful, with long, white hair running down her head. She had pink lipstick, neutral blush, foundation, black mascara and fake lashes, a very small amount of eyeliner, golden eyeshadow, contour, bronzer, and finally, brow pencil.

"Harumi, you look beautiful," Nya said.

"Yeah, you do," Skylor added.

Harumi got up.

"Thank you both for being there. You are both true friends."

Skylor and Nya hugged Harumi.

"Ok, enough hugging. We need to get you to the church!" Nya exclaimed.

Once Harumi got to the church, she was rushed to the back doors of the church, where Nya and Skylor were waiting for her.

Harumi felt tears come to her eyes upon seeing her friends waiting for her.

"You guys waited here for me?" Harumi said, while hugging them.

"Of course we did. You are like a sister to us," Skylor responded.

"You helped me through the hardest times of my life. Because of you, I was able to feel something again and make a lot of progress in recovery," Nya added.

"How much progress?" Skylor asked.

Nya smirked.

"I want to tell you guys, but I'll wait until after the wedding. I can't take the focus off of Harumi."

Harumi laughed.

"You guys are the best. Thank you."

Skylor put her arm on Harumi's.

"It was all you."

Suddenly, the doors opened and Nya and Skylor quickly linked arms with Harumi and started to walk her down the aisle.

Once Harumi got to the front, she looked at Lloyd while Nya and Skylor sat down in the front pew.

"We gather here today to acknowledge the love and commitment between these 2 souls, Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon and Harumi Anesthesia Carter. Since it is your intention to enter into marriage, please join your hands and declare your consent before God and his church."

Lloyd took Harumi's hand.

"I, Lloyd, take you, Harumi, to be my wife. I promise to be true to you, in sickness and in health. In good times and in bad. I promise to love you all the days of my life, or until death do us part."

Harumi then spoke.

"I, Harumi, take you, Lloyd, to be my husband. I promise to be true to you, in sickness and in health. In good times and in bad. I promise to love you all the days of my life, or until death do us part."

The minister then set down his book.

"You may kiss the bride."

Lloyd and Harumi then kissed in front of the entire church.

At the afterparty, Skylor and Harumi approached Nya.

"Nya, what was it that you wanted to tell us?" Skylor asked.

"Yeah, we've been dying to know," Harumi responded.

Nya smirked again.

"Ok, but you two cannot make a big deal out of it."

"Obviously, go," Harumi reassured Nya.

"How do I word this?" Nya asked.

"Just say it. We aren't judging you." Skylor said.

Nya looked around to make sure nobody else was listening, and then whispered to her friends.

"Ok, if you must know, Jay and I had sex."

Harumi and Skylor both gasped.

"When?" Harumi asked.

"On our wedding night."

"How did you realize you were ready?" Skylor asked.

"I just realized it. On our wedding night, I had this urge to pull him close to me and that's when I realized I was finally ready to make love to him," Nya responded.

The girls then talked for another hour, knowing they would always have eachothers backs, no matter what.

Well, was that a surprise ending or what?

At the end of my stories, I always like to tell you guys what I was going to do and how it got changed, so here goes. Please don't hate me.

1. Lloyd and Jay were both supposed to die instead of Kai.

I was originally going to kill off Lloyd and Jay instead of Kai. Why? So that way, Harumi and Nya would end up together. However, I changed the script last minute because I understood that a lot of people were here for Llorumi and Jaya.

2. Killow was supposed to be Nyas rapist.

Yeah, this one would make a lot of people hate me. Killow was originally supposed to be the rapist because I wanted an alternate plot with more drama. Harumi would have to kick Killow off the force, unfriend him, and ensure he didn't go near Nya, something that definitely would have changed the plot. However, I decided against it because I wanted another O.C.

3. Crystal was supposed to be a boy.

This one doesn't have a lot of background. I was going to make Crystal a boy but decided against it because I know more about girls, being one myself, than boys.

Well, that's all I have for today. It saddens me that this story is over, but I am currently working on another Llorumi story.

In addition to that, I am also going to start working on a Ninjago story with LOTS of LGBTQIA+ representation in it due to all of the anti-LGBTQ legislation passing in several states right now. I want LGBTQIA+ people, especially transgender youth, to know I've got their backs.

I am here if you ever ned to talk, vent, or discuss it with me. I am here to listen and provide as much support and advice as I can.
