This story was last updated November 18, 2022. This story will deviate a LOT from the anime bc I haven't seen Black and White anime in 8 years and forgot it all lol.
Ash's eye was still pretty sore and black from when Bianca accidentally threw the Bolt Badge at him, but he was still optimistic about how the future was gonna be. They were heading along Route 5 to Driftveil City. Bianca was eager to catch a new Pokemon since she needed to have a more diverse team. It was honestly amazing that she beat the last two gyms with what she had, but that's Pokemon logic for you.
"Ash, I promise I'll get you some more ice for your eye, if you want, when we pass the nearest 7-Eleven," Bianca told the other as she still felt bad for being clumsy. She wished she wasn't so awkward, but she at least felt remorse for her actions, which was something.
"You gotta make sure you get me a slurpee if you really wanna get on my good graces," Ash corrected Bianca. "Hey, Cilan, how far are we from Driftveil City?"
"I would calculate, based on how slowly we've been walking, that we will probably arrive there in about five hours," the green-haired male said.
"Ugh, five hours?" Iris complained. "I need to wash my hair soon! I gotta buy yet another full bottle of Pantene to cleanse this scalp."
"Oooh, oooh, Iris, could I make a suggestion?" Bianca chimed in.
"Yes, what is it?" she asked the other.
"You could cut your hair."
"Nope, my answer did not change from a few chapters ago," Iris stated as she broke the fourth wall and gained awareness.
"Well, let's at least catch a Pokemon!" Bianca stated. "Let's see now. Driftveil City gym leader Clay specializes in ground types, so that means we should use..."
"A poison type!" Ash incorrectly shouted.
"Wrong. You're such a little kid for shouting such a wrong answer," Iris shook her head hopelessly.
"Oh, wait, I forgot that poison is weak to ground. I mean, it could make sense that a poison Pokemon could be strong in that gym. I used Pikachu in a rock type gym and they were also part ground type."
"I still fail to see how you were able to accomplish that," Cilan muttered as they kept walking.
"Yeah, I guess they were just pure rock types somehow," Ash chirped. "I think you could use a grass or water type, right, Bianca?"
"Right!" Bianca nodded. She looked forward and saw a Deerling. "Ooh, like that Deerling!"
"Hey, I tried to catch one of those when I first got here, but I was dumb and didn't weaken it enough and it deflected my Pokeball!" Ash admitted.
"Wow, such a little kid tactic," Iris sighed.
"We're 10, so I'm allowed to act like this!" Ash said.
"Well, Bambi is gonna be mine!" Bianca said as she took out her Pokeball and said to Ash. "The problem is, you didn't throw the ball hard enough. You need to hit it with an object like this!" With anime logic, she pulled a baseball bat out of her purse and threw the ball into the air and smashed it at full blast towards Deerling! Deerling couldn't react and the ball hit the Pokemon on the butt, causing it to fart as it got sucked into the ball.
"Eww, that stinks!" Iris said as she held in her nose. They all watched the ball shake like a maraca for a few seconds and then it was captured!
"Heck yeah, I got a Deerling!" Cheered Bianca as she went over and picked up the smelly Pokeball. Bianca had the baseball bat resting against her neck on her shoulder and Iris came up to her.
"Hey, great job, Bianca!"
"Thanks!" Bianca said and she turned around really fast to look at Iris. The bat accidentally swung and it hit Axew in the face and it sent him flying into the sky! He twinkled in the sky like a sweat drop glistening on someone's face after walking through a desert, but he didn't have far to go because Axew hit a satellite in the sky that then crashed into the water near the heroes of this fanfic, getting them all wet.
"Ahhh! My Axew!" cried Iris as she jumped into the water and swam for the small dragon. A Sharpedo appeared and she screamed, but Iris stuck her fist out and booped the snoot of the shark and it went swimming away, crying because he finally felt love. She recovered her Pokemon and sighed with relief after she got out of the water and shook her body like a dog, getting Pikachu wet. Pikachu didn't like this and he used thundershock on everyone, but it didn't do much damage to Axew due to his resistance. They all began to sizzle like fries in hot oil at a fast food joint.
"We smell like burnt chicken!" Iris cried out and buried her face into her hands as she was sad that her hair was ruined for a few frames of this story because of anime logic.
"It'll be okay, Iris; I'll buy you some candy at that 7-Eleven when we pass it," Bianca promised. They finally reached the mini-mart and Iris went inside and got a cherry slurpee for Ash and some chocolate for Iris. She stuffed the items in her purse when she bought them and went outside.
"Okay, I got your food and slurpee!" she cheered. She was skipping around a lot and somehow the slurpee did not spill because logic didn't make sense.
"There is a drawbridge nearby," Cilan told the group. Ash gulped. He really hoped there wasnt a mishap again like at the Sky Bridge earlier. All the sudden, Bianca was smacked in the face by a flying newspaper and she pushed Cilan onto the drawbridge that was raising so a ship could pass. He fell through a crack of the bridge and fell onto a ship that was carrying logs from trees to make newspaper that could eventually fly around and smack others in the face.
"I want tacos," Bianca trailed off as she giggled at what was happening to the waiter. She then turned on a dime and started crying for the other because he got knocked off and wanted him to come back. "I wish I had a flying Pokemon so they can find Cilan..."
Soon, a few seconds of the anime went by and Cilan appeared as if nothing happened.
"Hey, are you okay, Cilan?" asked Bianca as she wanted to hug the other for some reason.
"Never better, but I have a splinter," he said as he showed his elbow. Pikachu used iron tail and it came off!
"Okay, let's go into Driftveil City now," Ash said as he was bored.
