"Last time on the Ridonculous Race..."

A montage began with the twins eating pork and beans, the sisters eating them, Stephanie being disgusted, and the Ice Dancers tensing up. Then it showed Brody, Stephanie and Jay all attempting the mechanical bull, each one shown failing. Stephanie was shown running away to throw up and the vomit-covered Haters being eliminated.

"Our teams were full of beans. Who knew so many people hated beans? The Sisters clashed as the twins bounced back. Total bull is what happened next. In the end, Stephanie's sickness got the better of her, leading to her and Ryan being eliminated. Only eight teams remain, so things are bound to get fierce, starting right now on, the Ridonculous Race!"

Don flashed a smile for the camera.

[cue intro]

"We're back in Southern Alberta, and yesterday's winners are getting today's first tip."

The Goths walked up to the Don Box.

Interview; Goths

"We've won a challenge for the second time." Crimson told Ennui. "How do you feel?"

"I am filled with joy." he answered, as stoic as ever.

End Interview

"Make your way to the Arctic Circle."

"The Arctic Circle- home of the coldest climate, whitest animals and favorite storybook characters. Teams must fly here by Cessna- two teams per flight, to get their next tip." Don narrated.

The Goths ran by, with the Surfer Dudes getting their tip.

"The Arctic Circle, sweet!" Geoff cheered.

The Best Friends ran up to the Don Box as Emma looked over the tip.

Kitty waved to them. "Hey guys!"

"Hello!" Carrie wavered.

Emma soon dragged her sister away.

Interview; Best Friends

"The Sisters really kicked butt in Alberta." Carrie mentioned. "Think we should form an alliance?"

Devin sulkily answered, "Alliances are just invitations to get stabbed in the back. You can never really know anyone. As soon as you think you do- wham! They rip your heart out from your chest and eat it."

Carrie tensed. "Okay, so is that a no?"

End Interview

Interview; Sisters

Kitty sadly glanced at her sister. "Emma, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be?"

"You're acting weird."

"I could say the same to you, supporting the enemy."

"I'm just trying to be friendly. What is your problem?"

End Interview

The Cadets ran by the Sisters as the cops made their way to the Don-Box.

"Hey!" Kitty waved.

"I don't like the way that Kitty girl acts." MacArthur told her partner.

Sanders questioned, "Really?"

"Yeah."

Interview; The Cadets

"Nice is for participation awards, not million dollar prizes. Do they want to win or not?" MacArthur asked her partner.

She received no answer, for Sanders did not know.

End Interview

"All teams are now heading towards the heart of the Arctic circle, where the ice is nearly as thick as the tension between our teams."

On one of the planes were the Adversity Twins and the Ice Dancers.

"These small planes are safe, right?" Mickey asked.

"I read somewhere that 86% of small planes crash." Josee told him.

Mickey screamed, jumping into Jay's arms. Jay struggled to hold up his partner.

Interview; Ice Dancers

Josee told the audience, "When you're a professional ice dancer you either learn how to play mind games or you say, 'I used to be a nice dancer.'"

Jacques nodded in approval with a smug look on his face.

End Interview

"Flight number one has just landed, where the Goths and Surfer Dudes have made it to the Arctic circle."

The Surfer Dudes ran ahead of the Goths, getting their tip first.

"It's a botch or watch. I rode the bull in Alberta so this one's on you." Brody said before passing the tip to his partner.

"'Find a ring somewhere in the snow and toss one onto a narwhal.'" Geoff read. "Ah, narwhal. Ah."

"So, what's a narwhal?"

A montage began from Don.

"In this botch or watch, botchers must find a hoop somewhere hidden around this location and toss one onto the tusk of a narwhal." He successfully demonstrated how to do the challenge. "Like so!"

The scene transitioned to a number of snowmobiles lined up.

"Once they finish the task, teams must ride these snowmobiles east until they find the next Don box."

The demonstration ended as the scene switched to Geoff dug through the snow as Brody cheered him on.

"Awesome searching dude! You the man!" A native hearing a hood popped up out of the snow. "You the man too!"

The man gave him a high five.

Interview; Surfer Dudes

"This is horrible!" Geoff exclaimed. "I can't even find a ring!"

"No worries, compadre." Brody tried to reassure his friend. "Oh, I mean, I'm usually the one letting us down, so this is a nice change."

"Well that's true. Guess I'm pulling a Broody!"

Broody slumped at this.

End Interview

Loki pointed Ennui towards a ring as he blinked slowly.

"As Geoff struggles to complete the challenge, plane number two arrives in the arctic." Don narrated.

The second plane arrived, with the Best Friends and Sisters running to the box and getting their tips.

"Looks like I'm up." Emma said.

"I got this one, homie." Carrie said.

"Whatever." Devin shrugged.

Interview; Carrie

"It's a good thing I'm doing this challenge. I think Devin's reached Stage four in the seven stages of heartbreak; Rock Bottom." He fell to the ice bed with a thud. "Yeah, definitely stage four."

End Interview

Meanwhile on the Cessa with the black-dressed Ice Dancers and the Adversity Twins, Jay and Mickey got their winter gear ready. The brothers put up their hoods, donned blue snow boots the same colors as their hoodies and wore white winter gloves.

"Hopefully this should be enough to prevent frostbite." Jay said, before turning to his younger brother. "You ready?"

Mickey gave a nervous smile. "As ready as I'll ever be."

Jay gestured his arm determinedly. "That's the spirit!"

"As the other planes arrive, the ice and the challenge heat up." Don narrated.

A montage began with other planes arriving, Sanders finding a ring, followed by Emma trying to toss one onto a narwhal without any luck.

Mickey started digging around for rings, finding two and continuing to dig. Geoff had a pile of rings in his hands and tried throwing several of them onto a narwhal without much luck.

Ennui held out a ring, ready to throw, only for a narwhal to show up before him. He simply dropped the ring on it, and the Goths walked on.

Carrie, Emma, Mickey and Geoff looked up in surprise as the Goths completed the challenge.

"How?" Jay asked offscreen.

"Wicked!" Brody exclaimed in the background.

Interview; Goths

"Okay, that was pure luck. But we don't have to tell them that." Ennui confessed.

End Interview

Mickey sighed as he missed the narwhal for the umpteenth time.

Jay looked at the narwhal pond and then at his brother. "There has to be something that we're just not getting."

"It's probably just luck." the younger one dismissed.

"I don't know. You see how they have their bunny with them?"

He gave his older brother a shrug. "I don't know what to think."

"Less thinking, more throwing! Time's a wasting!"

Geoff tried again to ring a narwhal, but without success.

"Some teams are coming close, but close only counts in horseshoes and airborne viruses."

Emma tried to toss a ring on the narwhal, without luck. Mickey got the same result. So did Sanders.

However, soon a narwhal was successfully ringed. Carrie cheered, "Yes, I got it! Let's go, homie!"

Geoff tried once again to ring a narwhal, only to hit the cameraman.

"Oof. Sorry man!"

Interview; Brody

"Man this is so intense." Brody said as Geoff was digging. "We were in second but now there are two teams ahead of us. I could we could trade places. The only thing worse than botching a botch is watching a botch."

End Interview

With a ring in his partner's hands, Brody shouted, "Don't give up Geoff! You got this!"

The narwhal laughed as Geoff tossed another ring. He soon realized the ring was around a baby albino seal's neck.

Josee stepped in front of the camera, thinking to herself. "Hmm..."

Interview; Ice Dancers

"There are only seven teams left to crush with the power of my mind." she said, placing her fingertips to her head.

"Ding. Now serving the Surfers." Jacques added.

End Interview

"Oh hey, are you still here?" Josee asked. I thought your partner was the weaker link in the team, but maybe not."

At that moment, a ring was tossed onto a narwhal. "Yes! Let's go! Hope you don't get eliminated because your partner can't do anything!"

Jacques and Josee left the narwhal pond, the latter standing leaving Geoff in the dumps. Mickey and Jay gave each other concerned looks.

Interview; Adversity Twins

Jay looked at his younger brother and asked. "Is it just me, or is something off about those Ice Dancers? First they try to scare us, and now the Surfers."

Mickey looked at his blue gloves before looking up. "I'm beginning to fear you may be right..."

End Interview

At the Don Box, the Goths got their first tip.

"It's an all-in." Ennui read.

"For this all-in challenge, teams must carve out blocks of ice and fashion them into an igloo." Don explained. "Once they get a thumbs up from this local, it's a footrace to the chill zone, where I'll be surrounded by as many portable heaters as the crew can provide." He shivered. "Seriously, go find heaters."

Teams zipped by in the tundra, from the Ice Dancers to the Best Friends.

Out in the tundra, Carrie said to her best friend,

"Hey Devin, maybe next challenge, you could help me out a little?"

Devin didn't look at his partner. "Helplessness is a sign of defeat."

Interview; Carrie

"Wow, Devin's depression must be in a box in a hole at the base of the Grand Canyon."

He fell over into the snow yet again.

End Interview

The Ice Dancers, driving by, smirked to themselves.

Interview; Ice Dancers

"Looks like there's another weak link in the team."

"You think we can drive them further apart?" Jacques asked.

Josee smirked. "It couldn't hurt."

End Interview

Back at the pond, the Cadets were still attempting the challenge. Sanders sighed.

MacArthur said, "If you keep this up, I'm going to have to charge you overtime." Sanders hung her head in sorrow. "Seriously, hurry up!"

"Man, there are only three teams left, including us!" Geoff exclaimed.

"You guys got any helpful advice?" Mickey asked.

"If I had advice, I'd give it to you. I'm nothing more than a failure."

"Are there even any more rings left?"

"Maybe they retrieve them from the bottom of the lake?"

Mickey threw yet another ring, only to miss.

Jay muttered to himself, "Oh boy..."

"As the race to finish the first challenge heats up, the second challenge is well underway." Don narrated.

Emma was sawing ice blocks out of the ground as Kitty knelt down and built the base of the igloo.

Ennui picked up an ice block, only for it slip out of his hands. He groaned. "Let's just build a mound of snow and hollow it out."

Interview; Goths

"Fluffy, white snow... It's not our thing." Ennui admitted.

End Interview

Back at the pond, the Cadets, Surfers and Twins were still trying to complete the Botch-or-Watch.

"How many rings are left?" Jay called.

"I think there's two left?" Mickey answered. "At least, that's my best guess."

Geoff dropped his rings into the snow. "Here, you take them. You'll probably have better next than me anyway."

"No, I want to be fair."

Soon Sanders ringed a narwhal, and her partner lifted her up.

"Booyah, partner! Not in last place! Not in last place!"

The ice cracked underneath them and soon drifted, leaving the Cadets stuck in the icy river.

"Aw crud..." MacArthur groaned.

The Surfers and Adversity Twins looked at them in apprehension, at each other, and then at their respective partners.
