heyyya guys chapter 16 is here ..wip again but im almost finished with it maybe i wil finish it today but dont know for sure i dont have much time on it but it wil definitely be finished tomorrow

chapter 16 S-class mission Galuna island
at the guild everyone was sitting quietly in the the guild hall when they all heard an S-class mission has been missing
Wakaba: what one of the quest from the second floor is missing!?
Macao: but those are all S-class quest anyone has an idea who took off with it?
Laki: well it can only be someone very strong or very stupid
then suddenly from the top floor
Laxus: oh i know a little blue cat took it from the board and flew off with it
Mira: wait it was Happy!?
Wakaba: he must have stole it for Natsu and Lucy what were they thinking i get Natsu but Lucy?!
Alzack: they got some nerve taking on an S-class quest
Bisca: i don't think ill call it nerve but it was definitely dumb
Laxus: that's a serious breach of the rules hey gramps a stunt like that would get you kicked out of the guild right? not that it matters anyway they wont even make it back alive
Mira: Laxus if you knew why didn't you stopped him
Laxus: oh lighten up all i saw was a blue cat flying out with a piece of paper trying to be sneaky i didn't know it was Happy besides Natsu isn't an S-class mage i never dreamed he would break the rules like that
then Mira gave a very dark glare towards Laxus
Laxus: heh haven't given me that look for awhile
master Makarov: hmmm this isn't good well which of the quest was it?
Mira: for lifting the curse on...Galuna island
master Makarov: WHAT!
Macao and Wakaba: GALUNA ISLAND!
Laki: ARE THEY INSANE!
Alzack and Bisca: THEY ARE EVEN DUMBER THEN WE THOUGHT!
master Makarov: Laxus fetch them at once!
Laxus: pff yeah right i got better things to do gramps and besides everybody in Fairy tail can take care of themselves right?
master Makarov: i dont care how you feel about Natsu the fact is your the only one who can bring them back by force!
Gray: sorry master but im afraid i have to disagree with you
at the town in Hargeon Natsu Happy and Lucy made their way to the docks
Lucy: ohh wow what a beautiful town and so close to the water
Happy: aye me and Natsu were here last time when we were searching for Igneel
Lucy: oh really how did it go?
Happy: we heard a rumor that a salamander was here in town so me and Natsu went to investigate it turns out it was some creep named Bora he used charm magic to lure girls to his boat and wanted to sell them he even used the fairy tail name to do it but Natsu stopped him
Natsu: i was definitely pissed when he used the fairy tail name so i burned him to a crisp but it was really disappointing it wasn't Igneel
Lucy: well served him right and don't worry i know you will find him someday
Natsu: i know thanks Luce
they both smiled to each other while happy snickers behind them
Lucy: okay now with the job tell me if i miss something our job is to head to the island named Galuna far from here figure a way to lift the curse and we get the job done?
Happy: yep that's it
Lucy: i see well this will be interesting let find a boat to get us to Galuna
Natsu: wow what are you crazy forget the boat why cant we just fly to the island?!
Lucy: well two reasons 1 we don't know where the island is 2 we could get lost and Happy and i cant fly forever
Happy: aye
Natsu: ahhh man ...
when Natsu Happy and Lucy made it to the docks they ask around by the sailors if they could bring them to Galuna island but all of them refused them because their scared of the curse haunting the island
: i dont know why you want to go there but no sailor would take you to Galuna not even pirates would go to that place
Lucy: man you gotta be kidding me
Natsu: well it looks like we will fly over there after all
Lucy: no were not there's gotta be a way
suddenly Gray appeared behind them laying a hand on their shoulders startled them both
Gray: i fouuund you
Lucy: hehe hey Gray
Natsu: what are you doing here?!
Gray: gramps found out about your hairbrained scheme and sent me to bring you guys back
Natsu: whyyy were not in danger yet
Gray: if you come back now you might avoid getting kicked out of the guild maybe
Lucy: wait a minute kicked out!?
Natsu: i don't care im going on this S-class quest and Luce is coming to
Lucy: ..right even if that's true i wont abandon Natsu and Happy
Gray: man your way out of your league here just come home when Erza finds out about this she's gonna be so angry
Happy and Natsu: Eeeekk!
then happy flew up to gray landing behind his shoulders
Happy: please Gray you gotta save me i told them it was a bad idea but they forced me to come along
Natsu and Lucy: YOU TRAITOR!
Natsu: anyway i gotta prove my power to Erza so like it or not im doing this!
Gray: master ordered me to bring you home il drag you back to Fairy tail if i have to
then Gray and Natsu both got ready to use magic
Gray: dont make me hurt you buddy!
Natsu: i like to see you try!
Lucy: oh boi ..
then the sailor noticed them using magic
: hey excuse me are you guys wizards have you come to lift the curse on the island?
Natsu: yeah
Lucy: indeed we are
Gray: not gonna happen!
: ...get in
Natsu: really!
Lucy: are you sure?
Gray: no way!
then Natsu smiled an evil grin and then kicked Gray unconscious then lift him up and drag him over his shoulder
Natsu: alright were ready when you are sir
Lucy: was that really necessary ...?
Natsu: yes we cant let him back to the guild because the next person they wil send is Erza
Lucy:... i get the feeling they wil send her anyway but oh well lets go
a few hours later in the evening they were on their way to Galuna island sitting on the boat while gray is tide up
Natsu: blueergg
Lucy: sorry Natsu hang in there
Happy: well he got it bad..
Gray: well look at the bright side your not tide up this is your fault to buddy why decide to let us on?
Bobo: the names bobo and if you must know i used to be a citizen of Galuna island ...but i had to flee i just couldn't take it anymore i should warn you tragedy befalls anyone who steps foot on the island that is until the curse is lifted
then he lifted his cloak to show his arm but it wasn't a normal arm they all were shocked when they saw the arm
Bobo: this vile demon curse
Gray: wow what happened to your arm?!
Lucy: th this curse...is demon?
Lucy was shaking a little still looking with wide eyes at the arm Happy and Gray both looked worried even Natsu while still puking his guts out
Happy: ..Lucy?
Gray: hey are you alright?
then Lucy closed her eyes and took a deep breath stopping the shaking
Lucy: yeah...im alright
Bobo: ..were almost there
they look ahead and saw the island coming slowly closer to them
Bobo: ..thats Galuna island
then Lucy noticed that the top of the mountain was glowing
Lucy: hey why is the mountain top glowing like that?
but when they al turned to Bobo he suddenly vanished no where to be seen
Lucy: hey wait where is he?!
Gray: did he fall out?
Happy: its like he disappeared into thin air?
Natsu didn't noticed anything because he was still puking his guts out then suddenly they hear a loud rumbling
Lucy: ..i dont like the sound of that
then Gray looked behind him
Gray: uhh Lucy!
Lucy then turned her head to and saw a giant wave heading their way
Lucy: OH YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!
Gray: dont panic you and Happy can fly us out of here!
Lucy: right Happy grab Natsu lets get out of here!
Happy: AYE!
Happy quickly grabbed Natsu while Lucy carried Gray and they flew quickly off the boat before the wave crashed onto the boat sinking it completely
Natsu: wow talk about close call
Lucy: well your feeling better already.. anyway quick thinking Gray
Gray: now lets get to that island
few minutes later they arrived at the island landing all safely then Lucy untied Gray freeing him from the ropes
Natsu: well it looks like we made it
Lucy: yeah we did but..
Gray: but?
Lucy: im just wondering what happened to Bobo right after he told us about the curse he vanished
Natsu: forget about that lets go exploring!
Lucy: please don't forget the mission and i think we need a little rest and continue later
Gray: she's right you airhead how about you set a campfire for use the at least you do something useful
Natsu: what did you say!
Lucy: enough the next one who says anything gets a friendly chat with my sword got it!
Gray and Natsu: a-aye
later their all sitting at the camp fire while Lucy starts rereading the info on the quest
Lucy: oke looks like there is only one village on the entire island of course the chief of the village made the request so we need to find him
Gray: hold on..
Natsu: oh give it up Gray you cant take us back to the guild now that the boat is destroyed
Lucy: do you really still want to bring us back?
Gray: no I'm coming with you guys
Natsu: you would?
Gray: there is no way il let you two clowns make S-class before i do and if you were kicked out the guild would be pretty boring gramps will be upset
but if we pull this off he wont stay mad at us for long
they all smiled
Happy: yeah!
Natsu: alright!
Lucy: thanks Gray i knew we could count on you
Lucy and Gray gave each other a side fist bump the after a few minutes rest Gray was the first one to stood up
Gray: alright lets go
Natsu Happy Lucy: YEAH!
after an hour travel trough the jungle they found the entrance of the village
Gray: well we found the village now what?
Natsu: check out that gate when they see keep out the mean it
Lucy: hello is anyone there were here to help!
Natsu: ...lets bust in
Lucy: dont even think about it Natsu
:who goes there!
Lucy: we are mages of Fairy tail were here because of the job request
: why werent we notified when you accepted the job
Lucy: ohh uhm
Gray: sorry about that must be a mix u with the paper work

all three of them showed their guild mark to them
:oh their here their really here!
then they opened the gate to let them trough
Happy: its like walking into a giant monster's mouth
Lucy: ...right
Moka: im Moka the village chief on behave of everyone here i welcome you pleasantry's aside there is something you need to see now my people
all the village people took of their cloaks and revealed their demonic limbs
Gray: its just like what happened to the boat guy
Lucy ...indeed
Natsu: ho wow your sideburns!
Moka: not that i was trying to show you what happened to my arm everyone on the island has sufferd horrible disfigurement because of this curse not even the animals have been spared
Gray: please excuse me for asking what makes you think its a curse sir it could be an infectious disease?
Moka: we have consulted a dozen of doctors young man but they all agree that no such disease exist you see our symptoms began at the same time the moon fell under an evil spell
Lucy: what do you mean?
Moka: sinds ancient times the island has absorbed the light of the moon causing it to glow beautifully as the moon itself however several years ago the moon,s color began to change and an earie purple glow was cast upon the island
Natsu: so the moon turned purple?
then Happy looked up at the sky
Happy: look its coming out behind the clouds
when the clouds past over a full purple moon appeared
Lucy: unbelievable it is purple
Gray: dam that's creepy looking
Moka: ..its the curse ..stand back the change is about to begin
then every villager began to cry out in pain
Lucy: wh what the hell is happening!
then their body,s slowly began to change into demon forms
Gray: their changing!
Natsu: why is this happening to them !
Lucy could only look in horror to see what is happening to them
later all the villagers stood there in their demon forms
Moka: im sorry if our appearance frightens you
Gray: ..its okay im just completely confused
Lucy: ...
Natsu: oh wow you guys...looks so cool!
everyone stared dumbfounded at Natsu except Lucy she had an angry look on her face
Lucy: what..
Natsu: its awesome you got horns and stuff I'm so jealous!
: he thinks we look cool
: no one ever said that to us
Lucy: ..you think this is funny
everyone stared at Lucy to see she is furious
Natsu: Luce?
then suddenly she turns to Natsu and kicked him hard in the stomach he never saw it coming and he crashes in one of the fences
Happy: Natsu!
Gray only looked surprised and a little shocked but somewhere he knew he had it coming for making that comment
Natsu: argh ..dam thats hurts wha
he didn't get to finish and saw Lucy walking towards him still looking pissed and had tears in her eyes
Lucy: you think they like it being like this like.. some monster ..look at them!
Natsu then turned his head to the villagers and some of them were crying
Lucy: wake up Natsu they suffer because of this curse there is nothing good and to like being a demon .they ..are ..evil and they wil always be
Natsu looked at wide eyes at Lucy he immediately felt guilty on what he said and looked to the ground Lucy saw the guilt and her anger died down a little
Lucy: ..next time think before you speak
then she turned around and walked back to the villagers
Gray: (that idiot ..)
Lucy: please forgive my friend for that
Moka: .oh uhm its alright anyway as you witnessed whenever the purple moon shows up everyone transforms in horrific demon forms if it isnt a curse then what could it possibly it!? we return to normal when the sun has risen however there are some individuals souls who could no longer turn back to their human forms for their have lost their minds
Happy: oh no
natsu was still sitting on the ground listening to the story
Moka: the fate for them these unfortunate souls we have no choice but to put them to death
Lucy: how horrible
Happy: but those people could turn back someday cant they?
Moka: if we wait for that to happen the monsters would surely kill us all we tried capturing them but they always escape ..its just no use
then tears started to fall and took out an picture of a familiar man
Moka: once it takes hold there is no way to safe them i should know i was forced to kill my own son
then he showed them the picture and they recognize the man on the picture
Happy: b-but thats teh guy from the boat but we saw him yesters-
Gray: shhh now i know why he disappeared like that ..hes death but his soul cant rest in peace
Lucy only closed her eyes
Moka then bowed to the group
Moka: please lift the evil curse from our island if this goes on much longer we will fall victim to it we wil die
Natsu: we wont let that happen!
he stood up and walked back to them looking determent
Natsu: we can fix this we promise
he looked at the rest of the team and they gave him a nod Lucy was still pissed at him but nodded to
Moka: there is only one way to lift the curse ..the moon...the moon must be wiped from the sky!
a few minutes later they were settled in on of their buildings unpacking their things
Happy: i never knew the moon could be this creepy
Lucy: Happy would you please close the window we need to stay out of the moonlight i don't want you to turn into a demon to
Happy: oh right
Natsu: im not so sure about this job guys
Gray: do the people here really think we can destroy the moon?
Natsu: i wonder how many punches it takes you think i can handle it?
Gray: are you kidding me! don't be stupid man
Lucy: Natsu there is no wizard alive to do that its impossible
Natsu: but that's our job to do isn't it we cant take a job then back out it would made Fairy tail look bad
Gray: what their asking cant be done how do you think you get to the moon anyway
Natsu: with Happy and Luce of course
Happy: yeah i don't think so
Lucy: not a chance
Lucy looked away from him Natsu noticed it and frowned a little
Lucy: alright destroying the moon is definitely out of the question i think we need to do more investigating maybe we can learn more about it when we do
suddenly a shirt landed on on of her wings and looked at Gray
Gray: you kids can do what you want but after the day I've had i need some shut eye
Lucy: don't you dare take of anymore of your clothing
Natsu: okay our investigation starts tomorrow morning I'm hitting the sack
Happy: me too
Gray: sounds like a plan to me
Natsu happy and Gray all fell onto their beds
Lucy: ..you guys go on ahead .im not ready to sleep yet
then Lucy walked further back in the room and sits there on the ground all three of them are looking worried at her
Happy: guys im worried this is really hard on her
Gray: ..you think she is on a island surrounded by people who look like demons no wonder she feels down and shes,s pissed at Natsu of course you really messed up this time you idiot
Natsu: ..yeah i know
Gray: you knew what happened to her and you still made that comment and worst at all you made her cry
he thought back on what Lucy said to him demons took everything from her no wonder she despise demons so much and of course she would be mad at him
Natsu: ..il go talk to her
Gray: dam right you are
Natsu got up from his bed and walked up to Lucy she was sitting with her knees to her chest with her arms around her she noticed Natsu coming to her and look at him
Lucy: ..what do you want Natsu?
Natsu: i..uhm
Natsu scratched his head he wasn't good at this but he had to apologize so he sat down in front of her legs crossed hand on his knee and bowed his head to her
Natsu: IM SORRY !
Lucy: wha-
Natsu: im really sorry Luce i never should have said that i didn't think how you would felt and i said it anyway and i really deserved that kick and and
Lucy: hey wow slow down Natsu
Natsu: i just ..im really sorry
she knew he meant every word of it and smiled and moved over to sit next to him
Lucy: its fine Natsu i forgive you i shouldn't have kicked you so hard i let my anger got the best of me
Natsu: nahh like i said i deserved it ..good kick tho
Lucy: hehe thanks
then she looked to the ground
Lucy: ..when i saw their demon forms i immediately saw the memory's of the attack again how demons slaughter my people it always reminds me demons are nothing more than evil slaughters their monsters and... how i couldn't save them ..it still haunts me everyday
Natsu: luce...
Lucy: was i really so weak that i couldn't save my people?
Natsu: ..il say your the opposite of that
Lucy: huh?
Natsu: from what you've told us you did everything you could to stop them you made sure they would never reach us you didn't gave up what would have happened if you never stopped them huh?
Lucy:..
Natsu: i cant say what would have happened in the past but i get the feeling you saved us even so i would have burned them to a crisp if they took over our world
Lucy: pff that's impossible it was 100 years ago remember?
Natsu: oh yeah i mean y-yeah i knew that
Lucy looked at his dumbfounded face and began to laugh that made Natsu really happy
Natsu: so dont say your weak your people may be gone but you live on for them right?
Lucy looked at him and smiled then she laid her head on his shoulder making him blush a little
Natsu: uhh Luce?
Lucy: thank you Natsu ..i really appreciate it
Natsu: o-oh yeah no problem s-so uh shall we head to bed?
but Lucy didn't answer and when he looked at her she was already asleep
Natsu: ( oh great now i cant move or il wake her up ..i get the feeling she did this on purpose .. oh well)
he looks at the sleeping angel and smiled
Natsu: goodnight Luce
the next morning the team are getting prepared to travel through the jungle
Natsu: uuaaww its so early ...and my back hurts
Gray: yeah i never up at this time
Lucy: well i cant complain i slept like a baby i had a comfy pillow tho
Gray and Happy: huh?
Natsu only blushed and quickly looked away
Lucy: now then shall we head out
Gray Natsu and happy: ..aye aye
right now they are traveling trough the jungle
Natsu: you really think we will find another way to lift the curse?
Gray: well we don't have much of a choice the village may think the moon's cursed but everyone else likes it and destroying it might really mess things up
Natsu: ah your right if we didn't had the moon the tides would go crazy and in the night the sky would be pitch black
Happy: without it the salmon would go instinct and their my favorite fish
Lucy: well you two made some good points about the moon ..but more importantly is that we find a way to stop the curse no matter what
Natsu: oh yeah S-class rules haha
Gray: ah wouldn't be a problem i could probably freeze that curse
Lucy: sometime you two are idiots...
Happy: aye
then suddenly they hear something very loud coming closer to them like enormous footsteps
Gray: hm?
Lucy: huh?
Natsu: what is that?
when they turned around they see a giant rat staring at them
Natsu: woooww what the
Gray: its huge!
Lucy: what is that thing?!
then the giant rat was ready to attack
Gray: { ICE MAKE SHIELD}
he created a big ice wall to protect them but the rat used a breath attack that surrounds them and the shield had no use
Gray Natsu Lucy Happy: UUAGHH THAT STINKS
when the smoke cleared Natsu was on the ground bend over
Gray: come on Natsu get up!
Happy: the smell knocked him out..
Lucy: ugh i really feel bad for his nose
the rat only gave a mean smile and chased after them
Lucy; ohh no i am not dealing with this!
Natsu: ruuuunn!
they tried to run away from the rat but it stil kept close and often used his breath attack
Gray: okay now i had it { ICE MAKE FLOOR}
he puts his hands on the ground and it slowly was covered in ice making the rat slip and fell on his back
Natsu: you should have done that from the start!
Gray: shut up Natsu!
then Lucy noticed an old building
Lucy: quick lets hide in there while we have the chance
but Natsu and gray were already beating up rat
Gray and Natsu: we should kick his but while we have the chance!
Lucy: ..unbelievable ..
later they went inside the building that would appear to be an old temple
Lucy: wow this place is massive and beautiful
Natsu: and its falling apart
Gray: i wonder how old it is
Natsu: hey look up there moon symbols
Gray: well it makes sense this place used to be called the island of the moon
Lucy: it sounds logic but what does this all mean
Natsu: man this place is a wreck this floor isn't even safe to walk on
Lucy: well then don't stomp on it
but it was to late the ground crumbled and fell apart and they all fel down the hole
Gray: NATSU YOU IDIOT LOOK WHAT YOU DID!
Lucy: happy you know the drill!
Happy: aye
Happy and Lucy quickly grabbed them both and landed safely on the ground
Happy: few
Gray: thanks you guys and Natsu next time think before you act then you wouldn't cause so much destruction anyway can you guys fly us out of here to?
Lucy: im afraid not im all out of energy because of that stupid rat
Happy yeah same here
Gray: dam ...well it looks like were underneath the temple
Natsu: woow a secret cave this is soo cool lets go exploring
Gray: would you stop running around like a crazy person!
Natsu was running ahead but suddenly stopped when he saw something big ahead
Natsu: wow..
Lucy: Natsu?
Gray: what something wrong?
Natsu: h-hey guys what is that?
they all look ahead and were shocked from what they saw
Gray: ..n-no its impossible
Lucy: .o-oh my god
what they saw was an enormous ice block and within trapped a giant demon frozen solid they all looked with wide eyes and couldn't believe it
Gray: its Deliora! ..but how ..how could this happen... why is it here! WHAT THE HELL IS IT DOING ON GALUNA ISLAND!?
Natsu: wait you've seen this thing before ?
Gray: th-there..there is no way...
Lucy was completely in shock to and couldn't believe what in front of her was but she snapped out of it when she saw how Gray reacted and went immediately to his side putting her hand on his chest
Lucy: Gray its okay please take a deep breath and try to calm down
he did what she ask and took a deep breath calming down a little
Lucy: there you go ..i hate to ask it Gray but..you know this demon?
Gray: ..yeah its name is Deliora the demon of destruction
Natsu: demon of construction?
Happy: Destruction
Lucy:..
Gray: but why is it here it doesn't make any sense!?
then Lucy hears someone coming and tells everyone to hide then two figures appreared
: the voices seems to came from down here
: grr
: ugh i hate being awake during the day ..so toby were you exposed to the moondrip as well you got those pointy ears
Toby: I ALREADY TOLD YOU THEIR A FACIONSTATEMENT YOU JERK
: oh knock it of i was just teasing you
Toby: wel you dont have to be so mean about you know
Lucy:..so the moondrip huh could that be the name of the curse?
then suddenly another person appears
: Yuka Toby ..something terrible has happened
Yuka: what now sherry
Sherry: its angelica she,s been attacked and im sad
Toby: YOUR MOPING AROUND BECAUSE SOMEBODY BEAT UP THE STUPID PET RAT
Sherry: she's not a rat she,s a brave hunter prowling the jungle to protect us ..she is love
Lucy: ..is t me or are those a bunch of weirdo,s? ...especially the girl with the dam rat
Natsu: judging from the scent i picked up of them their not from the island
Happy: and they dont look like they have the demon curse
Lucy: shh
Yuka: intruders you say?
Sherry: its almost time to collect the moon light again this makes me so sad this news would displease the cold emperor we should get rid of them before he finds out we must find them before the moon first light
Yuka: agreed
Toby: grrr
sherry: sinds they,ve seen the they cant be allowed to live we wil give them the gift of eternal rest ...we wil give them love
Toby: uhh your talking about the gift of death right?
suddenly they hear something up ahead
Sherry: what was that?
Yuka: over there
the three of them went after the sound and when they disappeared the team came out of hiding
Lucy: nice work happy im proud of ya
Happy: aye
Lucy gave a pet on Happy,s head which he purred in return
Natsu: ahh come on we should have grabbed them and beat some answers out of them
Lucy: its tempting but not yet we need to investigate more
Natsu: ..man tis job gets more complicated
Happy: right like who is this cold emperor guy?
Gray: ...deliora..i still don't understand what anyone wants with it ..and how the hell did they even find it?
Lucy: so it was hidden away?
Gray: no it was sealed away inside a glacier on the northen continent ...a decade ago this horrible demon ravaged ishtfan...countless people lost their lives
Lucy: Gray...(..another demon to cause so much death ..)
Gray: the woman who taught me how to use my magic my master Ur sacrificed everything to sealed it away .. i dont know if it has anything to do with the curse on this island ..but i do know it doesn't belong here this cold emperor we have to find out who it is
the Gray tightly closed his fist
Gray: if they tarnish my masters legacy there gonna regret the day they were born!
