heyyy im back with a new chapter it is a WIP and il try to finish it tomorrow im sorry it took so long again

chapter 20 eternal magic

last chapter Natsu confronted Lyon and Gray explained to Lucy and Erza that his master is apparently still alive

Gray: ...the truth is ..my master is still alive

Erza: what do you mean..?

Lucy: ...

Gray: ...its been 10 years

flashback

mids in a town the demon Deliora causes enormous destruction the whole town is in flames

Gray: Deliora attacked my home town I've never seen so much destruction ..the whole place was wiped out in less than a day

a few hours after the towns destruction a woman and a young boy walks trough the town then she stops and looks around

: ..I've heard of Deliora,s destructive power ..but I've never expected this

then with surprise she noticed a younger Gray trapped under the rubble still alive

: Lyon come over here we got a survivor!

Lyon immediately runs towards them

young Lyon: h hey are you alright!?

Gray started to wake up

Gray: ..ur and Lyon found me they pulled me from the rubble

a few hours after they found Gray they made graves for the people who lost their lives to the demon then Gray lays some flowers by one of the graves

young Gray: ..Deliora your gonna pay for this

then Gray started to cry

young Gray: ..il stop you i swear it

Lyon and Ur only stood back watching him mourning the people he lost

Gray: that vow .. its how it all began

a few days later Ur Lyon and gray are on a snowy mountain training right know Gray is gasping for air

young Gray: ..

Ur: are you gonna be able to keep up Gray? i warned you training with me can be tough

young Gray: .sigh .yeah but il do whatever it takes i have to become stronger then Deliora cause someday im gonna beat him

young Lyon: yeah right ..

Ur: okay lets get started

young Gray: fine ready when you are

then suddenly Ur started taking out her cloths

young Gray: ahh wow what are you doing !?

ur: the first step is to strip

young Gray: are you kidding me!? your crazy if you think I'm striping here in the snow back me up here Lyon

then he saw that Lyon was already in his underwear to

young Gray : now your naked to !

young Lyon: just hurry up and do it kid come in you wanna learn magic right

young gray: I CANT BELIEVE YOUR MAKING ME DO THIS IT BETTER NOT BE SOME KIND OF JOKE

then Gray started to take of his cloths to and Ur smiled

Ur: atta boy Gray if you really want to control the cold you have to be one with it you'll get used to this soon

young Lyon: i i a already h have

young Gray: y your s shivering as just a as i do

Ur: now lets go boys

then Ur started to sprint

young Gray: hey i thought you were gonna teach me magic

young Lyon: just run i don't wanna do this beginning stuff again either

they ran for a long time sprinting trough the cold taking ice baths when their done training and next they practice using magic

Ur: i practice maker magic out all of the magical arts i feel this one gives you the most creative freedom

Lyon is watching from afar to some vulcans having the idea to create something with his magic when he demonstrated it to Gray and Ur he created with his magic a ice gorilla scaring Gray for the moment but Ur stomped him in the head scolding him for not using two hands

Ur: in fact every wizard who practice maker magic has their own unique style if you train hard then someday

then later in the evening Gray and Lyon are fast asleep while Ur watches them sleep with a fond smile

Ur: you'll create a style all your own

the next day the three of them are in town ur sitting by the store waiting for her groceries while Gray and Lyon wait

: who is the dark haired boy you picked up a new student?

Ur: yeah his name is Gray he is a rebel and doesn't wanna do what he is told

: the other one,s name is Lyon right i bet when those two grow up they wil be quit the lookers

Ur: you think so?

: yeah in fact would you mind save one of them for me?

Ur: hmph if you want those little headaches your welcome to them

: you know your not getting have much luck with the men in town if they think you have kids

Ur: i dont need romantic advise

: your not getting any younger Ur and you deserve to be happy promise you'll give it a little thought?

she took the bag and got up

Ur: yeah sure

with Gray and Lyon

young Lyon: tell me something how long do you think its gonna take us to become stronger than ur?

young Gray: how the heck should i know

young Lyon: she is the best wizard around and my dream is to someday be even better then she is

young Gray: cant stop running your mouth can you do you really think i care about that?

young Lyon: why are you always so grumpy?

young: Gray: because your all master this and master that its bugging me

young Lyon: she told me she decided to teach you cause she sees some darkness inside of you

young Gray: well she is probably right specially after everything i have been trough

young Lyon: well she wants to help you get rid of it

young Gray: ..well il do that on my own just watch ..right now all i care about is getting revenge on Deliora and once ive learned enough magic im so out of here bye bye ice wi

he didnt got to finish because Ur was back and hit him on the head

Gray: ouch

Ur: keep talking like that about me and your dead meat kid

younger Lyon: heheh

Younger Gray: im sorry

they began walking trough the streets

young Gray: ..so when are you starting teaching us some powerful magic?

Ur: i already have

young Gray: im not talking about that maker magic stuff for as far as i can tell that junk is completely useless

Ur suddenly stops in her tracks and looked at Gray giving a stare like she looks into his soul Gray noticed this and looked away

ur: look me in the eyes

Gray didn't listen and still looked away

Ur: Gray

Gray then looked at her

Ur: i told you maker magic gives you creative freedom once your able to create your own style you can make it as powerful as you want

young Gray: ..tsk you keep saying the same thing over and over again

unknown by Gray he already took out his clothes before he even said that

Ur: gray were in public put your clothes back on!

young Gray: ahh now i have this weird habit because of you!

Ur then send him flying

Ur: don't you blame this on me!

Lyon could only laugh as the rest of the town laughed with him filled with embarrassment she picked up Gray

Ur: lets get out of here

young Gray: okay

later they left the town and are walking back home

Ur: well that was embarrassing

young Lyon: and hilarious

young Gray: shut up brown noser

young Lyon: you shut up streeker

then a carriage rode by with 3 hunter traveling to town

: have you heard any news about Deliora,s whereabouts?

: yeah i heard it made its way to the norther continent somewhere around Braggo

: i hope they dont end up suffer the same fate as Ishtfan

Gray overheard the men talking and dropped the bag Ur and Lyon looking back

Ur: whats wrong

young Gray: ...so that's where its is ..in Braggo

at Urs house

Ur: no way Deliora is out of your league Gray it wil kill you dont go!

young Gray: beg all you want your not gonna change my mind dont you understand that demon took my mom and dad away from me i have to get revenge

Ur: leave and your no longer my student

young Gray: fine im better of without you

then Gray started to leave

young Lyon: ...dont go

Young Gray: and if that things kills me that will be your fault you should have thought me real magic!

Ur: ...great

back to present

Lucy: ..i can be mistaken but I'm sure the temple shouldn't be looking like that

Lucy Happy Gray and Erza made it closer to the temple only to see its not standing straight

Happy: aye what happened to it?

Gray: I'm guessing Natsu

Erza: me too

Lucy: of course he did

Gray: i don't know how he managed to pull this off but he is the only one who would do something that crazy

Lucy: your right but if he did it on purpose its a great idea now that the temple is tilted that way no moonlight would come to Deliora ..his destructions can be useful ... this one time tho

then suddenly Erza and Lucy turns to look at the bushes and saw that a couple of knives are heading their way

Lucy and Erza: watch out!

Lucy grabbed Happy and quickly dodged out of the way same with Erza and gray

Erza: who,s there!?

suddenly a group of the cols emperors followers appears

: we tracked you down Fairy Tail!

: we wont allow you to interfere

Gray: not these guys

Erza: Lyon,s minions?

Lucy yeah and they got us surrounded

Erza: Lucy and i can handle this

then Erza and Lucy took out their weapons

Erza: ..you go and settle things with Lyon

Gray looked with wide eyes but then he nodded

Lucy: she,s right Gray we wil take care of them ..make your master proud

Happy: aye!

Gray: Lucy .. thank you guys

Gray then smiled and made his way to the temple

Gray: ( i gotta tell Lyon that Ur is stil alive ..the only person that can stop him is me)

flashback

in the town of Braggo Deliora rages destruction everywhere the whole town is destroyed

Ur: {ICE MAKE ROSE GARDEN}

Ur creates a wave of giant ice roses to stop Deliora in his path but that didnt stop him from attacking he creates a huge wave of explosion from a single roar Ur created an ice barrier to protect herself from the attack

Ur: sigh i cant keep this up im using to much magic energy

behind her lies Gray and Lyon unconscious but Gray started to wake up and sees Deliora and began trembling in fear but then Ur walked to him and held him close to her

Ur: its okay everything is gonna be fine

young Gray: U Ur your here but why?

Ur then stands up

Ur: i want you to grab Lyon and get out of here i cant concentrate on fighting if i have to protect you two

young Gray: oh no is he alright!?

Ur: he is fine just unconscious

Gray grabs Lyon and carries him

Gray: deliora .it to strong ..i didnt stand a chance

Ur: ..get going

then Ur started to walk towards Deliora

Gray: wait ..why did you came after me i thought i wasn't your student anymore?

then Ur stopped in her tracks

Ur: a friend said something recently that made me think she told me i deserved to be happy which shocked me because i never saw myself as unhappy ..she just doesn't understand .

then Ur looked back at Gray with a smile

Ur: .i have two adorable little students that i spent each day with and watch them growing into men ..what more could i want

Gray only looked with wide eyes and then he noticed Ur,s leg

Ur: i don't think there is anything in the world that would make me happier

young Gray: ..Ur your leg

Ur: oh you noticed i lost the real one but this would do for now my maker magic came in handy

Gray starts to cry

Ur: i vowed that i would free you from the darkness within you and if that means i have to fight this demon then so be it ...now get out of here and let me do this

young Gray: no im not leaving you its my fault that all of this happened

Ur: no one is at fault this is just something we have to go trough in order to be happy again

younger Lyon: wait Ur

Ur: i thought you were unconscious i need you and Gray to-

younger Lyon: but your gonna defeat it right your talking like your not gonna make it?

younger Gray: let her go

younger Lyon: shut up ..you can beat that thing no problem your the strongest wizard alive that demon is no match for you

Ur: Lyon how many times have i told you there is always someone stronger then me

younger Lyon: b but that cant be true

Ur: in the western country's there are a lot of wizards that are more powerful then me

younger Lyon: no that is not true ..its not cause your the strongest ..if you aren't then why have i been training with you all this time

Ur: one day you will surpass me and when that day comes il hope you move on to a better goal

younger Lyon: ive studied with you because i though you were the best there was if you let that monster defeat you proved me wrong

then Lyon got tears in his eyes

younger Lyon: Ur don't betray me!

Ur: ..Lyon i

then Lyon ran past Ur

younger Lyon: if your not giving it your all then il have to do it myself!

Ur: !

then Lyon took a stance that Ur knows all to well

Ur: Lyon that stance were did you learned that!?

younger Lyon: were you ask sins you didn't want to teach us powerful magic yourself i went to the storehouse and read all your magic books

then a huge magic circle appeared under him and magic energy starts flying around him

young Lyon: you hid spells like the iced shell from me because you were scared thats why isnt it!?

Ur: did you even bother to read that book all to the end do you have any idea what would happened to the spellcaster!?

young Gray: will he be okay?

Ur: i asked you a question answer me Lyon!

but Lyon didnt listen and continued the spell then Deliora noticed the magic energy and turns around

young Gray: please you cant do this!?

Ur: no ..it noticed us

young Lyon: i know magic is useless to kill Deliora but if i cast the iced shell spell i can seal it in ice for eternity!

but before Lyon could finfish the spell Ur used his magic to freeze him trapped in a rose of ice

Ur: sorry but I'm not gonna let you do that

young Gray: but Ur why did you do that why is it bad?

Ur: when that spell is used the casters body becomes the iced shell itself ...he is right tho its the only way to stop Deliora ..funny i never would have imagen Lyon had the same idea i had

then Ur started walking towards Deliora and her body engulfs in magic energy

young Gray: wait where are you going!?

Ur: .. i must have taught him well

young Gray: Ur!

Ur: stay back

then Ur made the same stance as what Lyon did magic bursting under her and a giant magic circle appeared above Deliora then 2 on both sides and one in front of him trapping him

Ur: I WONT EVER LET YOU HURT MY STUDENTS AGAIN THIS IS THE END OF THE LINE YOU MONSTER! {ABSOLUTE FREEZE ICED SHELL}

her entire body light up and actives the spell the magic circles disappears and instead a blinding light surrounds Deliora

young Gray: UR NO!

Ur,s magic energy still transfers over to the spell and slowly her body began to break creating a crack across her face

young Gray: PLEASE DONT DO THIS!

then Deliora,s body began to freeze

Ur: ..its a sacrifice i have to make to save the two of you my body wil become the ice that will seal the demon Deliora for eternity ..Gray promise me this one thing please tell Lyon i died if he found out i have been turned to ice he would probably waste his entire life trying to find a way to undo the spell ...and that would make my sacrifice meaningless

young Gray: STOP!

Ur: i want Lyon to see the world live a full life

then Ur began to smile

Ur: and Gray i want the same for you

Gray could only cry and felt on his knees

young Gray: PLEASE IM BEGGIN YOU PLEASE DONT DO THIS I PROMISE IL DO WHATEVER YOU TELL ME TO FROM NOW ON

Ur: there is no reason to be sad

Ur turned around and looked at him still smiling

Ur: i will live on ..please don't cry

then the rest of her body breaks and disappears into the ice prison that sealed the demon forever

Ur: i may not be with you but i will protect you from Deliora ..be strong ..make me proud

young Gray: UUUURRRRR!

Ur: ..i freed you form the darkness Gray...i have sealed it forever

the sunlight started to shine breaking trough the clouds

Gray: suddenly i felt all the anger and sadness i had within me disappear at that moment i swore i would always be strong for her i would become the best wizard i could to make her proud of me ...but Lyon was different

a few minutes Gray was sitting next to an unconscious Lyon knees to his chest crying at the loss of his teacher later Lyon started to wake up

young Lyon: ..ow what did she do to me?

then he stood up and notice the ice prison before him

young Lyon: ah that's Deliora how did it happened did Ur cast the spell did she and where is she now!? ..tell me!

young Gray: ..she ..she,s dead

Lyon only stood there with wide eyes not believing what he just heard

young Lyon: .no ...

Gray only kept crying gritting his teeth

young Lyon: NOOOOO!

then he ran up to Gray and pushed him to the ground with rage

young Lyon: you jerk how wil i surpass her now she's dead and so is my dream because of you!

young Gray: .. I'm sorry

young lyon: that's not good enough it wont bring Ur back you killed my dream!

then he let go of Gray and stept back

young Lyon: if you hadn't challenged Deliora this wouldn't have happened!

Gray could only stare at Lyon with sorrow and regret

young Lyon: ...its your fault she,s dead ...your the one who killed master Ur

back to the present with Lyon and Natsu

Natsu: this could go on forever so do yourself a favor and give up

Lyon: i would never give you that satisfaction

then Natsu inflamed his fist

Natsu: then your asking for it

then Lyon readied his magic

Lyon: ..oh am i now

then the ice wall besides them suddenly begins to crack

Natsu: what the?

then the wall breaks into pieces that's when they saw Gray surprising both of them

Natsu: Gray!?

Gray: leave him to me its time we settle things once and for all

Natsu: no way man you already lost to him once!

Gray: and that wont happen again I'm ready to end this now

Lyon: you seem awfully confident

Gray: ..you were right Lyon I'm the one to blame for our masters death

Lyon only narrowed his eyes

Gray: ..but your no better you threatened my comrades brought harm to the villagers and now your trying to destroy what Ur gave her life to create its time we accept our punishment together

then Lyon eyes widened when he saw that Gray made a stance he knows to well

Lyon: that stance not the iced shell!

Natsu: iced shell ..

then Natsu remembered what Gray and Lyon told about the spell and his eyes widened

Lyon: are you insane you wouldn't dare!

Gray: if you wanna live change the villagers back to their human forms and then leave this island and never return

then a magic circle appeared under Gray

Gray: if you'll agree to that then ill stop otherwise this is the end

Lyon: that so well i don't believe a word you said your bluffing

Gray didn't said anything and continued the spell magic energy started to circle around Gray

Gray: ..no I'm not

Lyon: you will die!

then Lyon tried to attack Gray with his magic but was blown back by the magic energy

Natsu: don't do it!

Gray: all these years i have lied to myself i didn't want to admit that Ur died because of me but she did and its time i took responsibility

the magic energy became more active and stronger and Gray's body started to crack a little on the face

Gray: so i will here and now ..im not afraid to die ..if that what it takes

Lyon: stop this now!

Gray: what is it gonna be Lyon!

Gray's body started to crack more and more

Gray: are we gonna die or are we gonna live its up to you!

Lyon: you wouldn't your not brave enough to give your life your nothing more than a coward

Gray: ...just watch me

Natsu: don't do it!

Gray: (... Natsu Erza ..Lucy ..all my friends in Fairy tail ..the rest is up to you .i don't want to leave you but my time is up)

and its done! ...and im a horrible person telling you last time "yeah il try to finish it tomorrow'' ...and were like 2 weeks further .. the only thing i can say is...halo infinite ..i was waiting for so long to play that game and i almost couldn't stop playing it and that leads me to delay it for finishing the chapter ..so Again im really sorry
