Script For Episode 12 Tension On Boney Island
Recap Scene
Chris: Last time on Total Drama Mix: A dodgeball game brought out the worst in our campers, it was awesome. The tension between Mike and Zoey heightened when Zoey saw Mike talking with the opposite team, strange considering she is on that team. Harold and Mike stood up to Duncan showing their frenemy relationship in full force. Duncan and Jo's relationship got stronger despite Courtney's mockery. Then Jo managed to save her butt again! By convincing the rest of the team to vote for Trent. Who will be next to take a swim in the toilet hole? Find out right now on Total Drama Mix!

Werewolves Boys' Cabin (TW: Mentions PTSD, Trauma and Nightmares)
Mike is sleeping in the cabin and suddenly wakes up breathing really fast, seeming out of breath and scared. Harold walks onto the screen and sits on Mike's bed.
Harold (to Mike, quietly): It's alright, you're not there, it's not real. It's not happening, I swear.
Gradually Mike's breathing seems to slow, and he seems calmer.
Harold: PTSD nightmare?
Mike nods.
-Start Confessionals—
Harold: It wasn't really much of a question; it was obvious from Mike's breathing and expression that his sleep perhaps wasn't very peaceful. You know, PTSD is very fascinating.
Mike: Well, that was unexpected. Normally my reaction to a nightmare lasts a lot longer, but Harold was kind of calming.
-End Confessionals—
Harold: You want me to get Zoey or Cameron?
Mike: No, you're good, I mean I'm good.
Harold: Then, at your own speed, you should probably get up and ready.
Mike: Really, what time is it?
Harold: 9 o'clock. You missed breakfast.
Mike: And the challenge starts at 10.
Harold: It's alright, I saved you a little bit.
Harold holds out a piece of slightly burnt toast and equally burnt bacon to Mike. Mike takes the food.
Mike: Thanks, buddy.
Harold: You said it yourself, when push comes to shove we'd be there for each other.
Mike smiles at this.

Dock Scene
All of the contestants are now gathered at the dock with Chris and Dawn.
Chris: Today's challenge is a twist on season 1 episode 8…
Chris is interrupted by Jo sneezing.
Alejandro (to Jo): Uh oh!
Jo: What? It's just a cold.
Harold: Are you aware of the close proximities we live in?! If one of us gets a cold, we all do.
As a reaction to this Chris covers his nose with his arm and slightly backs up from the campers.
Cameron (noticing Chris): There's no point, you'll already have it and just not be showing signs.
Heather: It's like Action. It started with Gwen somehow getting a cold and within a week we'd all have it or had had it.
Courtney (sarcastically): Thanks, Jo!
Jo: What? It wasn't my fault.
Chris (whistling to get the camper's attention): Over here, I was talking! As I was saying, your task is to build a raft, ride that raft to Boney island, make a meal, get it approved by Chef, and then race back. The first team back on the dock wins. Go!
All campers run off-screen.
Beach Scene
The campers are in their respective groups, working to build a raft. View changes to the wolves.
Noah (sarcastically): Yeah this is definitely going to work.
Mike: A little bit of faith would be nice Noah unless you have a better idea.
Jo: Besides we're almost done. We probably need just one more plank of wood.
The wolves have built a very wooden, flat raft and made some makeshift oars. The wolves get their raft onto the water and are kneeling on each side with an oar each, Jo is at the front on one of the signs. As Jo says 'stroke' all of the campers row at the same time. The flamingos are also rowing on a similar raft in the background
Jo: Stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke.
Boney Island
Both teams have now made it to Boney Island. The view changes to Alejandro and Scott, and Heather walks on screen.
Heather: Glad I could speak to you 2; Gwen, Courtney, and Zoey are getting seriously close and are starting to team up. I'm thinking we three team up and pretty much strander Cameron.
Scott: Won't work. Cameron and Gwen are the newest couple on the street and Zoey and Cameron have a serious friendship from last season.
Alejandro: If anything, we're outnumbered, we can't afford to lose this challenge, or it will be one of us going home.
Heather: Speaking of which I have the plan to make the other team lose. (specifically, to Scott) That's if you think you can handle it with your sudden switch in morals.
Scott: Eughf, please I never actually switched. It was just manipulation.
Alejandro: And some pretty good stuff at that. So, what's your plan?
Heather: Follow my lead.
Alejandro, Heather, and Scott walk off-screen. The view changes to the wolves.
Jo: Right, now for the meal.
Lightning: Lightning, doesn't see any food.
Noah: That'll be because we're supposed to make it.
Lindsay: What in the world are we supposed to make though, there's nothing here.
Alejandro, Heather, and Scott walk past the background off the screen.
Heather (so that the Wild Wolves can hear): Well, it looks like our plan will have to be fish.
Scott (playing along): Yeah, I guess.
Alejandro (playing along): Let's start fishing.
Duncan (having heard): Let's just copy them?
Leshawna: Won't that take a while? Besides, we're going to listen to the three most villainous people in total drama history.
Jo: It's fine! We don't have time to spend all day on this, the sooner we start the sooner we finish.
Having heard this Alejandro, Scott, and Heather high-five. The view changes so now just the trio are on screen.
Alejandro: Right, so now what do we make?
Heather (pulling a leaf off a tree): Easy, salad.
Scott: Let's get back to the team.
Heather, Alejandro, and Scott run off-screen. The view changes to where the rest of the flamingos. Heather, Alejandro, and Scott run on screen.
Courtney: What happened to you three?
Heather: Oh, just gathering supplies, we thought a salad would be a good idea.
Gwen (clearly suspicious): Right…
Pond Scene
Mike is by a pond, clearly trying to fish. Zoey walks on the screen.
Zoey: Hey Mike, what are you doing?
Mike: Trying to fish… and failing.
Zoey laughs a little and kneels next to Mike.
Zoey: The key is to be the initiator, get the bait to the fish but don't force it.
Zoey does the strategy and quickly catches a fish.
Zoey (passing Mike the fish): Here.
Mike takes the fish.
Mike (a little ungrateful): Thanks, I should get going.
Mike runs off-screen. Zoey is evidently confused. The view switches back to the flamingos where Chef is reviewing the salad.
Chef (after swallowing a little, genuinely): Man, this is good!
The Flamingos cheer.
Heather: Let's get back to the dock.
The Flamingos run off-screen—the view changes to the Wolves where Chef is tasting the fish.
Chef: Yeah I guess this will do.
Jo: Let's go.
Noah: What's the point the other team left ages ago?
Mike: It's not over, 'til it's over.
Mike rips off his shirt and switches to Vito. The view changes to where both teams are hurriedly rowing back to Camp Wawanakwa. The werewolves are noticeably behind the Flamingos but have clearly caught up. The Flamingos reach the dock before the Wolves.
Chris: And the Flamingos win.
The Flamingos cheer, and the werewolves groan.
Noah: Knew there was no shot. Thanks, Vito.
Lightning: At least he was willing to try, Lightning's team does not quit.
-End Scene—
Campfire Scene
The Werewolves are on the logs, the Flamingos in the peanut gallery, and Chris and Dawn in their usual places.
Chris: 2nd loss in a row and with this elimination we'll be back on even team numbers. Werewolves you are really losing your mojo.
Vito: Save us a sob story would you?
Chris: I don't I kinda enjoy it. Anyway, the following people are safe: Leshawna, Lindsay, Harold, Vito, Duncan, and Jo. Lightning and Noah, both of you were a little annoying and as a consequence, one of you are going home. That person is:
…
…
…
…
…
Noah! The last marshmallow goes to Lightning.
Noah: Oh, come on.
Lightning: Sha-yes.
-End Scene—
Elimination Scene
Noah is in the toilet. The wolves are on the dock with Chris.
Noah (angry): Leshawna was right, we shouldn't have listened to those 3.
Jo (slightly happy): Well, I guess it's too late now.
Noah is flushed down the toilet.
Chris: It definitely is, what will those 3 try next? Is there anything left in Mike and Zoey's relationship? Find out next time on Total Drama Mix!
