The summer break was finally upon then as school was no longer going to be an issue for a while. That was far from the ongoing issues for them. There's was the pressure pushing down on Issei's chest as he felt his left arm being held onto his hand could feel a sticky feeling. His right arm and hand however were free from obstructions.
Issei opened his eyes as he didn't see anything too far out of the ordinary until he looked down and saw a pair of purple eyes peering up at him from under a thin cotton sheet that covered them. "Morning Ise" It was Akeno as pulled herself up closer to Issei as she was on top of him.
Issei saw the thin fabric sleepwear that was leaving nothing to his imagination as she could see everything she was offering. Akeno brought her right hand up from under the covers as she had something in her hand. "Thought you might like this." She softly said as she let go of most of the covers holding onto the edge as Issei could see a black pair of panties that were Akeno's size.

The second is Issei's, Asia's and My room's. The third and fourth floors contain all of the other girl's rooms."
"What's further up?" Issei asked.
Rias looked through the paper "Looks as if it's more rooms and the top floor has a VIP area. There are also some floors underground. The first floor is an open layout that we can do anything we want with and there's a large bath. The second has a large pool in and the third looks to be more storage as well as a library with other rooms attached."
'I'm gonna need a maid to keep all of this clean.' Issei thought to himself as he was looking at the papers.
"There's an elevator to get us between all the floors smoothly." She rolled up the papers "But for now let's make some breakfast. Then we can talk about other things."
Breakfast came and went along with the cleanup as everyone was getting acclimated to the new home. After some time everyone was inside of what has now been dubbed Issei's room as Rias was explaining what was to come. All the girls were sitting on what to be expensive furniture as Gasper was the only odd one out as he was sitting in a cardboard box peering out from it.
"For Summer break this year we will be heading off to the underworld. And all of you will be coming along to my home there." Rias told them. "Thinking about it this is the first time there for some of you."
"I've been interested in going to the underworld for a while now," Asia said as she was holding her hands together like she was praying. "But I didn't exactly want to die to visit it while I was a servant of the lord."
Katase looked over towards Issei "Is full of spikes and stuff."
"Kinda, the sky is purple and plenty of people, oh and a slight amount of incest as well." Issei rambled off things that could be used to describe the underworld.
"That last one is far from fair Issei." Rias tried to defend the underworld.
"It's not fair but he's not wrong." They heard another male voice as everyone turned to see Azazel standing in the doorway.
"Where did you come from?" Rias asked Azazel as she was surprised to see him there.
"The front door?" He asked as he hiked his thumb behind him towards the door.
"I didn't even feel your presence." Yumi said to him.
"That's your lack of training." Azazel pointed at her "I just walked in through the doors. And since your all going to the underworld I'll be tagging along with you kids."
Issei held his hand up "To be fair I smelled you when you walked in the front door." He looked over at Azazel "You still kinda smell like whiskey."
Azazel took a notepad out of his pocket as he was looking at it. "Smartass...Anyways first up on the books is to visit Rias' parents and do the fancy devil things of introducing new servants to the Family head. After that, the underworld is holding its annual Young Devil meeting, and from there out it's plenty of training." He closed the notepad and put it away "For the most part I'll be training you kids while you're at the Gremory House. I have some meetings with Sirzechs but that is beside the point." His focus moved to Issei. "And what are you planning on doing while you are there?"
"Rias' mom has requested to see me. Outside of that, I'll be lounging around, kinda like a lizard. Might sleep on a roof or in some grass. Don't exactly know."
"If your traveling with us do you need travel arrangements made?" Rias asked him.
"Yes please, that would make it easier. One less thing that Penemue has to do. So already wants to kill me because of her job. Normally I would just use the Fallen Angel transportation but I'm here and you're going. So we might as well use the same transportation."
"I'll get that done while everyone is packing their things." Rias looked at the group "We're going to be gone for a month so pack accordingly. We will be there sometime after lunchtime."
It took a few hours for everyone to pack the essentials that were needed for the Vacation. But they were standing in front of an elevator at the local train station. The door opened up as Rias stepped inside "Come on everyone." Rias said as they followed her into the elevator. It was slightly cramped with everyone and their stuff but as the door closed Rias inserted a keycard as the elevator made some noises as it started to descend.
"It's an elevator in a train station." Katase said not understanding what was about to happen.
The elevator kept descending for a minute as it stopped and the doors opened up. There was what was expected another train platform but this was massive in size compared to the ones in the human world. As they stepped out of the elevator the walls were illuminated with lamps that emitted a red light but on the far side, they could see the same thing only with blue coloring. Down on the tracks, they could see a massive Red train with their larger bags being loaded onto it.
Akeno took advantage of all the girls as she grabbed his hand as their intertwined fingers. Asia saw that as she did the same to his other hand just so she wouldn't lose anything that she had worked to get. As a group, they walked towards the train seeing more of it in its massive glory. "This train is owned by the Gremory Family." Rias said as she turned around telling everyone as the doors on the train opened up behind her amplifying the effect.
Everyone was quick to get on the train as when they got on they saw Azazel in the back already asleep. But the carriage they were in was for the most part an open layout area for everyone to relax as they took the trip as there were quick to get underway.
"How long will this trip take?" Murayama asked Akeno
"About one hour. We have to pass through the dimensional barrier through Government sanctioned methods before we arrive in the underworld."
"Dimensional barrier?" Katase asked as she was lost on what was happening.
Issei held his hand up stopping Akeno before she could say anything. "The Dimensional barrier is the place that separates Earth and the underworld. That barrier is generally referred to as the Dimensional gap." Issei held his hands up as if he was holding two orbs apart from each other. His tail came out and pointed at his right hand. "Currently we are on earth and the train is transporting us through a void…" The tail swirled around the section between the two hands "towards the underworld where the Devils, Fallen and the realm of the dead resides. The Gap is highly dangerous to anyone without the necessary protections or strength to navigate it."
His tail pulled back and disappeared for a moment only for it to reach behind Akeno and around her. It grabbed ahold of her skirt and jiggle it "Think of the Gap as the skirt that hides the prying eyes from the onlooker or the bra that hides the breasts."
He felt a hand come across the top of his head as he let go of her skirt. "If you wanted some skin-to-skin relations I'm always open," Akeno said to him acting as if she had the advantage as she grabbed his hand and gilded it towards her skirt.
Asia was quick to interrupt as she grabbed his hands "You will become a pervert with her influence." Asia said as she forgot everything that happened last night and this morning.
"Uhh, Asia." Katase called out getting her attention. "I think you forgot that he's already one."
"Oh…" Asia's shoulders sunk hearing that as she knew the truth just forgot it "But still a setting like this."
"Issei dont be a perv here." They heard Rias call out getting their attention "And don't antagonize him Akeno you know he will do it."
Akeno slid over onto Issei's lap while making eye contact with Rias the whole time "But I get turned on when Stealing from my master."
"Akeno that's.." Rias tried to break it up as there was another voice.
"Princess Rias communication with your servants is fine but isn't procedure also good?" There was an elderly man with a suit and cap on signifying that he was the train conductor.
"I'm sorry." Rias was quick to apologize to the man.
"For the little princess to be concerned about a man let alone women…" He let out a hearty chuckle "I sure have been around for a long time." Rias' face turned beet red healing him speak as he looked at Issei "And a Dragon no less."
"How perceptive of you." Issei said to the old man
The old man took his hat off and bowed his head to everyone "Nice to meet all of you. I am Reynaldo the conductor of the Gremory family train."
"I'm Katase Rias' pawn." "Murayama, her other pawn." "Asia Argento, Her Bishop. Pleased to meet you." "Xenovia Quarta, Knight." They all introduced themselves as Akeno made her way off Issei's lap.
Reynaldo took out a device that looked like a gun that scans items with a monitor attached to it. Before anything could be brought up Rias was going to set everything right "This device here checks and very who you are. It's part of the official registration process coming into the underworld." The device started to make noises as he scanned them over one by one "The Evil pieces are used as the registration data, that's why they are checked with the machine."
The machine made some more noises as it was swiped over Issei "Excuse me but it says that you don't have any evil pieces."
"Yeah, that makes sense." Issei told him "I'm not a devil." He held his hand up as a grey magic circle appeared that formed a decagon with devil runes inside of it making an unfamiliar pattern that he had never seen before. "Scan it."
The conductor did as such as the scanner made some noises again. "Issei Hyoudou… Welcome back to the underworld sir." He said as he read the rest of the information.
"Pay no heed to the information that thing tells you. Serafall has her way with words." He said to the conductor.
"Very well then. Everyone enjoy your trip to the underworld." Reynaldo said to the rest of Rias' group as he went back to his other duties.
After about forty minutes of travel time through the dimensional gap, they heard Reynaldo's voice over the intercoms. "We will be leaving the dimensional gap momentarily and connecting to the underworld."
"Take a look" Rias pointed towards the windows as its light shifted from a dark purple to blue skies.
"It's all nature," Asia said as she was looking out of the window. "Mountains and trees as far as you can see."
"Can we open the window?" Katase asked as Rias nodded. She opened it letting in the air of the underworld. "The air smells weird."
"Like it's wet." Murayama followed up.
"Always smelled slimy to me." Issei said as they looked at him as if a light bulb went off.
"That sounds about right." Xenovia said as they went back to looking out the windows.
"Issei have you ever been to the Gremory territory?" Rias asked him.
"No...Lilith, Lucifaad, Agreas Island, Dragon mountain few others, and plenty of places in Fallen territory.
"Everything you see before you is Gremory territory." Rias told them proudly "Even the train tracks we have been traveling on.
"How big is this place?" Xenovia asked
"It's about the size of the Honshu region in Japan." Yumi said as they were having a hard time believing what they were hearing.
"The underworld is the same size as the human world. It's all land with some lakes and a massively smaller population."
"When you remove the ocean's having a territory the size of the main island in Japan isn't as small as you think." Issei said to them.
"It's still mostly unused, most of its mountain and trees and that's most of the underworld. And since you girls are part of my peerage you will get a slice of it as well. But that's something we will be discussing later on. The train will be stopping in a moment."
Rias was right as the train touched down seconds after she said that and they began to slow down to stop at a train station nearby. They closed the windows up as an announcement came over telling them that their stop coming up. "Azazel you getting off?" Issei asked.
"No." He waved his hand at him "I have business in Lilith but I'll see you, kids, later."
"Say hi to my brother then" Rias said as they came to a stop and made their way off the train.
As they stepped off the train they were greeted by massive bellows of voices from people "Welcome home Princes Rias!" It was accompanied by fireworks and a band playing music.
Asia was as lost as a rock in the ocean seeing all of this. As it looked as if Yumi Koneko and Akeno were used to such things already. Xenovia was just as lost. "Too many people." Gasper said as he hid behind Issei.
"Welcome back lady Rias." They heard coming back from a row of butlers and maids who were bowing their heads as Rias was waving to all the people who came to greet them.
"Thank you, everyone." Rias smiled at everyone as the butlers and maids got to work.
Walking towards them a silver-haired maid was coming towards them. "Welcome back Rias. You arrived early but you are safe. We have prepared carriages to take everyone to the main residence. So please board and we can set off." Grayfia took them over a set of horse-drawn carriages that looked as if ripped out of a fairy tale. No expense was spared when they were crafted as they were pulled by what looked to be a horse that was jacked up on steroids and demonic energy. "Don't worry about your baggage it will be delivered shortly."
The group split up as Rias Aisa Xenovia Issei and Grayfia entered the first carriage while the others boarder the second on. The carriage's got a move on as they traveled down perfect roads that stretched on for as far as the eye could see as it was lined with perfectly trimmed trees. "That's a huge castle." Xenovia said as she and Asia were looking out the window seeing what was around them.
"That's the Gremory family main estate." Rias told the two girls "One of the many homes we have."
The castle got larger and larger as they got closer to it as they stopped in front of the gates that surrounded the castle. The maids and butlers piled out of the castle in full force as the gates opened up and a red carpet rolled down to the carriages. Just as it was at the train station when they disembarked from the carriages Rias was quick to greet all the staff as they greeted her.
It took a bit for everything to slow down as they made it into the castle as they were walking down the main hallway in the castle. But out of the hallway, they saw a little red streak running towards them as it crashed into Rias. "Welcome back Sister Rias." When it stopped they saw a little boy with red hair just like Rias.
"Millicas!" Rias hugged the small kid "You've gotten so big since the last time I saw you."
"Who is this?" Katase asked as she was enamored with the kid as she thought he was as cute as it gets.
"This is Milicas Gremory." Rias introduced the child "He is the son of my brother Sirzechs's Lucifer. That makes him my nephew." Rias nudged him forward "Go introduce yourself to them, all the girls are members of my group."
He stepped forward "I'm Millicas Gremory, nice to meet you."
"He's so cute." Katase said as he gave a short bow to them.
"Even tho my Brother has the title of Lucifer, he has to have the family name. He's also next in line for head of the family after me." Rias reached down and grabbed his hand as they walked further into the house as everyone followed her.
They came into a massive stairway that descended from all areas. "So you have returned already." There was a female voice as they looked to see who it was. They saw a woman with long brown hair wearing a simple yet elegant white dress that emphasized her breasts. The face of the woman looked strikingly familiar as it Rias only slightly older.
"Mother I've returned home." Rias said as some of them were surprised to hear that it was her mother and not her sister.
"Wait, mother?" Murayama asked, "How good are devil genetics?"
"Strikingly close apparently," Issei said as the woman walked to them.
"I could see how you would think of me as her sister." The woman said to them. "But I like how you would think of me as such a young woman." She put a hand on her face and smiled "As Devils get older we can change our appearances freely."
"Most women stay younger and men take their middle age appearance or natural look." Issei said to the girls "You should understand as most girls don't want to grow old."
"Ah, Hyoudou Issei." She called out to him getting his attention "It's been a while since we have seen each other."
Rias turned to look at Issei "You've met my mother before?"
Issei shook his head "No…" He said as he looked at her mother "I think I would remember seeing a woman like her."
"Realy?" She asked "Does the name Venelana Gremory not ring a bell? The last time I saw you, you were much younger."
Issei raised an eyebrow at her as she held out her hand as a photo appeared. Issei grabbed the photo and looked at seeing Venelana, his mother and father, and a small version of himself. "I have many questions." He looked up at her with one eye as he kept the other on the photo
"As do I, but there will be time for all of that later." She turned to everyone else "But for all of you please enjoy your time while your here."
"Excuse me mistress, but I have still need to show them to their rooms." Grayfia said to her as there were a few more things she needed to deal with.
A few hours passed as everyone unpacked their bags and was sitting down at a massive dinner table. In front of them were plated upon plates stacked with food as each plate alone was worth a fortune. At the head of the table was Zeoticus the head of the Gremory family. "Please enjoy yourselves without restrictions." Issei however was too busy staring at the massive slab of meat that was sitting on the plate in front of him "Is something wrong." He asked Issei.
"Oh no…" Issei said as he picked up his fork and knife "Something is very much right." They saw that his eyes were as wide as dinner plates as he started to cut into the slab of meat.
"That's good then. As for everyone else think of this as your home. We understand that this is the first time you have come to the underworld and everything is strange and new. But if need help or want anything ask the housemaids and they can assist you."
Hearing that everyone began eating. All the new girls seemed to be having trouble eating as everyone aware of the supernatural world was more refined and elegant. "What kind of meat is this?" Issei asked as he was carving it up.
"Minotaur meat." Zeoticus said.
"Ohhhhhhhhhh splurging I see." Issei smiled hearing that.
"Have you ever had it before?"
"No, I have. I just normally eat human foods…"
"Then I guess you could call me father-in-law from here on out." Zeoticus said as Issei's eye shot up hearing that.
"Father!" Rias tried to get a word in.
"You're being too fast about it. There are ways we go about things like these." Venelana scolded him
"Yes but Red Dragon and a Crimson Princess." He tried to reason with her.
Issei had already caught onto what was being foreshadowed. "It's far too early for this. You may be the head of the house but the first attempt when up in a ball of smoke. Let me handle this one."
"Very well then." Zeoticus sighed as he was outmatched in every way.
"A slab of minotaur meat today and a long talk tomorrow. I just hope you can provide plenty of information about the photo along with why you want your so hasty to hand your daughter over to me."
"Your more perceptive than I expected." Venelana said to him.
Issei set the silverware down as he reached up to his head as his left hand turned to scales and tapped on his head. "Perks of the transformation. From what I can remember I was a dumb child but…" The scales faded away returning to his normal skin color. "A major race change can do some things for you."
"Do I not get a say in my future?" Rias spoke up as everyone in the room knew a fight was about to happen.
"Be quiet Rias…" Her mother was quick to act. "Your engagement to Raiser was already cut short. And your Father and Sirzech's have had to deal with plenty of business dealing with the nobles."
"Brother has nothing to do with…" Rias was getting angry as she tried to argue back.
"Officially yes. In reality, it's not so cut and dry Rias. Everyone sees you as the younger sister of the Maou. And right now you are in a prime position with the alliances being formed everyone knows who you are. And because of that everyone is watching you. Watching how you act watching you act selfishly." She looked at the two of them as Issei wasn't too engrossed in the conversation. "That and we already assume that the two of you have done the deed."
"That's not." Rias tried to argue with them
Issei perked up as he looked at her parents "This is where I would be answering no…" but he waved the knife back and forth "But I am a dragon."
Venelana sighed hearing that "You are the last bit of selfishness my daughter can have in the world. And we parents bear that responsibility."
"No... that's your Grandfather?" He asked not sure exactly about how far down the tree she is "Or Ancestor the First. Tradition is peer pressure from the dead and Devils take it to a whole new level with blood purity."
"Tell me Issei…" Venelana calmed down as she breathed in and out "Can you read and write the devil alphabet."
"Yep, Japanese, English, and another."
"Good, I assume you're also aware of devil history. Just what is that other one?"
"More than you could imagine." Issei thought back to the education he received while he was in Heaven. And then the one he received from Serafall as well out of jealousy. "Your time is best spent with pinky and brownie over there on those subjects. They happen to be fresh slates."
Venelana looked over to the rest of the group "I'm sorry for all of this, airing out the laundry in front of the guests. You will all have a busy schedule from here on out. So make sure you take your time and relax while you have the time."
The rest of dinner went off without a hitch as the following morning Rias took all the girls out to the town to show them around the town. But all good things would come to an end as when they brought the stuff they bought when out and picked up Issei. They got onto the train for what felt like forever but in reality, it was only an hour train ride. But the train stopped in the city that was very much different from the Gremory area they were just at. The city was about as close to human modern standards as it resembled the downtown area of any major city around the world. "This is Lucifaad the original capital of the Underworld where the original Lucifer lived." Yumi told them.
"Why did new leaders leave?" Katase asked Yumi.
"I'm not sure."
"Symbolism and corpses." Issei answered in Yumi's place. "Lucifaad is where the Civil war ended. The new Government took up residence in Lilith after that. Lilith is also a more advanced city when it comes to what's inside of it."
"Princess Rias!" They heard as a crowd of screaming people got their attention. It was apparent as what was happened as everything was already prepared for as the Devil army was already providing security and escorting people into the building.
Once inside one of the larger buildings in the city, they boarded an elevator as it lifted up. "Okay everyone, no matter what happens in this meeting just be calm and collected. This is a meet and greets between the High-Class devils and their peerages of this Generation and the Leaders of the underworld. Don't start any fights and don't show off anything that could give any powers away. Everyone in that room is a future rival." Rias gave them a pep talk to calm them down.
"Don't be so nervous." Issei spoke up "Outside of the satan's most of the so-called leaders will be blind to you unless you standout."
Rias turned and looked at him "And you need to be on your best behavior as well."
"Ohhhhh sorry about that. There's already a prejudice issue with me." The elevator stopped as the doors opened up. He held his hand out pointing them out of the elevator as they got out and he followed behind them.
As the doors closed a woman appeared next to them and bowed "Welcome Gremory family please this way." One of the building staff members escorted them to where they were going.
As they walked down the hallway there was a wall of flesh that formed a person. "Sairaorg!" Rias called out as the person turned around as it was a man with shaggy black hair purple eyes and muscles for days.
He smiled as he saw Rias "It's been far too long Rias." He shook her hand as Rias smiled back at him.
"It's good to see you, I trust you are doing well?" She asked him as he gave her a slight nod. Rias turned around and looked at the group as she introduced him "This is Sairaorg, he's my cousin on my mother's side."
Issei perked up hearing that last part. "I'm Sairaorg Bael, the next head of the Bael family."
"So what are you doing out here?" Rias asked him.
Sairaorg hooked his thumb over his shoulder and looked back at the doors behind him "It's chaos in there.'
"Chaos? Then the others have arrived already I take it?"
Sairaorg nodded "Yeah Agares is already here and Zephyrdor has been arguing with her from the moment he arrived."
Rias shook her head hearing that as the building shook "I told them not to have a meeting before the meeting." She went over to the large double doors as everyone followed her as she opened the doors.
When she did they were greeted by a pressure wave of noise as it sounded like tables were knocked over and glass was broken everywhere. Looking around the room they saw just that as it looked as if a war had been started. The room was split into two sides with devils on each side with weapons drawn. On one side there was a man with dark skin and pointy elf-like ears and on the other was a woman who dressed in a posh attire but wasn't far from gaudy but went well with her green blonde hair.
"Zephyrdor do you want to die? Because if I kill you there not gonna blame me for your stupidity." The female devil called to the other side of the room.
"Shut up bitch. You stink like a virgin and are no better than the other Maou's families… it's unbearable. But don't worry I'll gladly have a deflowering ceremony for you."

"Now then with that aside. I want to hear what you see as your dreams or shall we call them respective goals for the future."
