Jason's evenings usually consisted of sleeping and patrolling. The news report said there was an incident at the Iceberg Loue. So that is where he went. When Jason got there the entire place was surrounded. Cops everywhere. People in suits and pant suits walking around, talking to each other and ordering people in uniform around. Red Hood watched from a distance. Barbra warned him that the G.C.P.D. wasn't friendly to their kind.
Jason used his Helmet to zoom in and take pictures. He saw paramedics caring body bags into ambulances. Jason began zooming in as close as He could. The penguin was being loaded into an ambulance.
Red Hood wasn't going to get any closer with the area so busy, so He decided to take a break. Hit the city, get something to eat and check back once the area was cleared.
It was after midnight when G.C.P.D. Finally cleared the area. Jason was expecting guards or officers posted on all ends to the parking lot. But nothing. When Jason got there the area was clean and repaired.
Jason thought about it for a second. He didn't know why but his gut was telling him He had to figure out what really happened here. So Jason decided to head back to the Belfrey and see if Barbra or Dick or Tim could help.
Jason had gotten back to Belfrey from a really boring night of patrolling. No one was back yet, so Jason flopped on the couch with the TV on.
The news coverage of the Iceberg lounge, it the switched to Star Labs exploding. But then Jason caught something in the background. Batgirl running from the cops. Jason jumped out of his seat and leaned forward, but they changed angles. He waited for them to cut back but they cut to commercial instead. It definitely looked like Batgirl.
What was she doing? Did the G.C.P.D. Catch her?
Jason had nothing. So he decided to find out for himself.
