" So, what are you gonna do with that fallen fallen angel?"

Faust pointed at Dohnaseek. The pun was just too much to bear. Rias raised one eyebrow at his question, and directed her attention to the one reduced to a meme. She grimaced at just how such a powerful being get to that unsightly condition. Aside from the electric pole pressing down on his back, the ground around his head were tainted with blood.

Just what happened in the 3-4 minutes she was frantically drawing a transport magic formation?

" Well..."

She squatted in front of Dohnaseek and examined his condition. Her hair was still wet, and tied loosely at the middle. She put it on the front to avoid touching the dirty road.

" For now, we can't get anything good from him. He's not waking up until tomorrow, at least."

" Rias-senpai, were you... bathing?"

She was only wearing a bath robe and sandals. Sweet smell of shampoo wafted from her, and her skin was glistening. In fact, there were still bubbles on her hair. Finally standing up, she tapped the electric pole.

" Wait, Rias-senpai!"

She quickly put her hand away from the pole.

" What?"

" We don't know if he's just faking it. I snapped his limbs, but he's a fallen angel, you know? He might lash out and stab you with one of those light spears."

Faust pointed at his ruined uniform, with a huge black gash on his stomach. It was shallow indeed, but a cut was a cut.

" You overglorify us too much, Faust-kun. I'll treat that wound later, after we're done cleaning this up."

Rias was tempted to just disintegrate this fallen angel, but she couldn't just let go such a convenient information provider. She was really worried about the recent of spike of fallen angel and priests activity in this town.

But, looking at his condition, she had to give up. Even if she sloshed him with cold water, he wouldn't even twitch. Apparently, Faust had smashed his head to asphalt a whole lot of times when he tried to interrogate him, and utterly blew away his consciousness.

Well, after he snapped all his limbs to prevent further complications, that was. She sighed, pushed away the pole with magic, and transported the man somewhere.

" Well, I locked him up for now. We'll figure out what needs to be done later, heck, you can go ahead and ask him some questions too."

" Aren't you afraid he'll wake up?"

" He's teetering on life and death. Even if he woke up, I don't think he could afford enough energy to do so. I don't know how, but you crippled him."

Faust chuckled nervously. He didn't want to take any chances, and actually would've just killed him once he fainted. Fallen angel anatomy could've been different from human, and there might be some differences that could prove fatal if he's not dead. He was seriously on the verge of snapping his neck, but Rias came before he could.

" You're not testing if he's got some sort of item or something?"

" Didn't you?"

" Well, I didn't wanna be too close."

Rias giggled, and patted his shoulder. Then, she snapped her fingers, releasing some sort of shockwave. Faust felt a faint breeze in his mind, but nothing more. He speculated that was a mind-control spell to erase all traces and memories. All her body glowed red, and the severed pole flew up and reattached itself to the base. The gouged up roads and walls were returning to its previous state. Such phenomenon was really unheard of.

In five minutes, everything was taken care of. He even thought this was a dream. However, Rias' voice broke that thought. She winked and summoned a portal underneath him, and fetched his bag.

" I'll finish bathing and come to your house. We can discuss later, it's getting breezy down there."

He nodded, and fell to the ground. He dropped right inside his room, almost like there was a hole connecting his room and the road. Chuckling, Faust had found this extremely interesting.

" Guess I'll change before getting first aid. The ruined uniform will only get me too much troubles."

The wound was cauterized, but blood had tainted the mid part of the uniform. Luckily, no more blood came out, allowing him to change without dirtying his clothes. Then, he went to bath to clean his injury and examine it a little further.

It was really painful, and he only felt it after the adrenaline receded. If he had to describe, it was like having a cut from blazing hot steel knife. He could only focus his mind to calm down, and control his body through breathing.

Through that, the pain gradually dimmed, as warm water poured overhead. He was lucky the slash didn't reach his intestines, and barely missed. His strike was perfect, yet Dohnaseek was able to deal such damage. He felt how it was like to get cut by a Jedi.

Grabbing the kit, he headed back to his room. It was already quite late, and he was sure that his parents locked the doors already.

" Guess I gotta have senpai alter some memories again..."

Otherwise, how could he explain?

Treated and bandaged, Faust laid himself on the bed. He winced a bit, but for him, the pain wasn't that much of a deal anymore. The energy he used left him starving, as too much reading usually did. Again, he breathed, controlling the urge of his body. Mind could control the body, in almost all situations.

Just after he turned out the lights and laid down, a glowing circle appeared on his floor. From there, Rias Gremory emerged, fully clothed this time, thankfully. She seemed to not care about the lack of lights, and headed to his bed immediately. Her actions on the way was what provoked him, though.

Casually, she took off her skirt and started unbuttoning her blouse.

Beneath her clothes was porcelain white skin and a purple underwear. Faust temporarily lost his voice of reason and his mind went blank. Fortunately, it returned before his body lost to its more animalistic instinct.

" Rias-senpai... I'm a healthy male, you know."

She playfully winked and unclasped her bra. After putting them neatly on his chair, she proudly walked without even trying to cover anything.

" To be fair, her body had nothing to be ashamed about, but still-."

His thought stopped when Rias was right in front of him already. At this time, he'd switched to a rather defensive mode, as he was suspicious she was trying to tempt him for unknown reasons. A few theories, but nothing decisive were all he had.

" Again, I don't mind you seeing me like this."

She stroked Faust's cheek with a smile. He was already in fight-or-flight mode, his body tensing significantly.

" Don't you know that it's healthy for a male to see women regularly? Also, skin-to-skin contact greatly improves the effectiveness of the healing ritual."

He sighed, knowing that trivia was pretty much the only topic Issei could remember.

" Hm, please elaborate. How does that improve the effectiveness?"

" You'll see."

Her hand moved from his cheek, to his shirt. Faust was deep in thoughts, thinking of what kind of treatment would be more potent with naked contact. She easily grabbed his T-shirt, and yanked it off all the way to his head. He didn't resist and let his cloth be taken off, and thrown a little farther away.

Without delay, she snaked her arms to his back and pressed her body against him. After a few breaths, a layer of pink aura enveloped both of them. Faust had expected this, however, and unlike before, was able to retain his sanity.

" 3,1428571..."

The surefire way to distract his mind worked quite well, but since his mind was stronger and faster due to excessive reading and studying, he could still process the sensation despite reciting pi in high speed.

She pushed him down, with her on top of him. Then, she fell over to the side, still tightly pressed to him. He felt that his wound was starting to close, and the pain subsided gradually. He chose not to resist, and instead focused his mind at something else instead. His mind wandered back to analyze the situations he'd been in after stumbling upon the supernaturals, and using that information to predict the future complications.

Besides that, Faust was also paying attention to the changes on his body. The cauterized wound on his stomach was healing at an absurd rate. It was supposedly able to heal in a few days, at most a week or so, with the possibility of it opening up again with strenous activities. But, it was gone in about 30 minutes.

Again, Faust was reminded of the heaviness of the word 'magic'. He chuckled at how fascinating it would be if he was ever able to learn how it worked.

He wanted to check on his body, but Rias Gremory held him tight enough to hinder any movements.

" Dang... I can kind of understand why Issei loves breasts so much... And she smells amazing."

Her hair was a little damp before, but she was nice and dry now. The sweet smell of shampoo and soap further weakened his resistance. He could also hear faint breathing, suspiciously close to a state of unconsciousness.

" Wait... She's asleep?"

Rias Gremory looked so peaceful that he felt waking her up would be a waste. Her face was huddled to his chest, her arms tight on his back. The pink light flickered before fading away after his wound was fully healed.

" Faust-kun?"

Her eyes fluttered open, and she found him gently rubbing her head. Of course, he quickly stopped, but the deed was done. She teasingly smiled and put her hands on the sides of his head, moving on top of him again.

" Slept well?"

" Thanks to you."

Faust put his hands on her shoulder, and sat up. He wasn't exactly fond of being teased, and even more so by a devil.

" Hmm~ Hmm~ For someone who doesn't believe in devils, you are acting very cutely."

He coughed, and put on a calm face.

" You know, I was thinking. From the information I've had, is it true that noticeable fallen angel activities are rare in this town?"

" Correct. In fact, this is my first time during about 5 years here. Kuoh has been our territory for quite a long time, after all."

He supported his chin, deep in thought.

" Then, we can consider the possibility of A; they found something during the recent years, but didn't want to alert you devils, thus avoiding your radar. In that case, we can say that they've been infesting this city for quite a while. Possibility B is, they come recently due to some sort of information or plot here in this town..."

Scenario A was pretty unlikely, seeing two high-class princesses here. Although, it was possible if politics and them being sent to a dangerous front were also considered, but he found it hard to believe that Rias and Sona, precious rare purebloods would be sent to an area not surveyed before. And they were quite smart, too, so it was hard to believe that they would agree without proper measures.

However, her unpleasant face during explanation showed that this was a recent event. Thus, there was a possibility of them being a detached group that acted in disregard of status quo.

" Rias-senpai, I read that fallen angels were the ones to retreat first in the Great War?"

" That's true."

" Huh, that means there are some internal problems in the faction, but the leaders' influence was big enough to have them retreat despite that. That leads to this leader having less and less influence over time, causing some to stray."

He started piecing together the puzzle. Rias Gremory simply watched him with interest.

" Hm, then, I'd say that their plans have entered the final stages, and there is a strong backer behind them."

She was silent, thus Faust continued.

" Since during beginning and middle stages of operation, it's hard to believe they would gather this much attention from the enemies carelessly. They've still got a lot of work to do, and risking failure of the plan is idiotic."

Thus, Faust thought. The final stage was here, and quite possibly, already running. However, there was something that gave away their weakness.

" They have a strong backer enough to offset the influence of the big boss, thus it can be concluded that this backer is most likely of the same faction, with influence to the big boss himself. Of course, this isn't definite, but the probability is high."

Rather than talking to Rias Gremory, it was more like he was talking to himself.

" However, I find it very hard to believe such higher-up would be so careless, and let his subordinates add variables that lead to failure... Ha, I see."

The smirk on his face grew wide.

" Rias-senpai, it's highly possible they have some sort of treasure waiting in their place. It's not very high-quality, like to the point the big backer would be threatened, but good enough to get his interest, at least."

Rias Gremory followed his rather loud monologue, and wondered how far he'd thought ahead.

" Following that, are you saying that their backer isn't here? Why?"

" Well, I'd say the success factor doesn't involve them, or it's already been reached, or will be reached the moment whatever the outcome this plot gets. The guy that makes this sorta plan must be a psychopath."

"..."

" Rias-senpai?"

He waved his hand in front of her a few times. She regained focus and stood up quickly, showing her underwear which was the last clothing she wore.

" Faust-kun, I really, really want you to be in my peerage, how about it? Won't you reconsider? I promise I won't treat you badly."

Listening to him, Rias Gremory found herself fascinated. Normally, devils would only consider people with unique traits as their pieces, and others, pawns. Thus, from a king's perspective, Faust's ideal position was a pawn. Unfortunately, she had no leeway of doing that. Still, for her, a piece for him was well worth it.

She had a piece very suitable for him, aside from pawns.

" Even without being in your peerage, I'll help you through this, Rias-senpai. I'm already too deep in, after all."

" You're right. So basically, you're saying we should see how things turn out, and when we have clearer idea, crush them and foil their plans, right?"

Faust smiled.

" I thought you were going to say immediately attack them."

" Playing chess with you makes me think twice before executing plans now."

" Well... Can't say anything about that."

He chuckled.

Rias Gremory took his advice to consideration, but since he was basically a newbie in the supernatural turf, she didn't take him very seriously. Still, she was quite impressed by how he was thinking. His idea sounded plausible, but it indicated a greater threat behind the riff-raff group they were dealing with. That was something she thought as really unlikely. After all, the breaking of status quo was something that would ignite the Great War again.

If he were true, though, she could only say that Faust Kuroki was more devil than any devils she knew.

What she didn't know, though, that Faust Kuroki knew more than he showed. He trusted her to a degree, as he didn't deny his involvement anymore, and owed her with healing and amiable treatment. Thus, he showed his good will by giving her partial information, which was basically decided as true already. The rest that he kept were the complete scenarios of what could happen in near future, analyzed by both him and Sirius, and some other details.

" Now..."

She put off the last piece of her clothing, and put it neatly with the other. She yawned, stretched a little, and snuggled below his blanket.

" Wait, I'll sleep on the chair, Rias-senpai..."

Her hand grabbed him and pulled down. It seemed his consideration wasn't accepted, and Rias Gremory wished to have him as her bolster. This time, both her arms hugged him close, and her leg got on his. There was almost no space between them.

Before, she snuggled to his chest. This time, he was pressed to her chest, making him teeter on the edge of insanity again. Men had two heads and only enough blood to operate one, and his blood was rushing to the lower one.

" No."

He hardened his will. This woman healed and came to his rescue. Although he didn't know if she had ulterior motives or not, she still did help him. The least he could do was not assault her in her sleep, as tempting as she may be.

" Still, though, she's really soft..."

Male instincts were too hard to fight against, but Faust's concentration level had surpassed normal folks. He kept himself sane until he fell asleep.

" It's been a while, Faust-kun."

Faust was sitting on a luxurious sofa with a chess board in front of him. Sona Shitori came out from the back, carrying a tray with two cups.

" Mm-hmm. Things have been hectic, Sitri-senpai."

She calmly smiled and put the tray on the table. She took off her glasses, and used a small wipe to clean it. Faust had expected her to know already, but better to be sure. He knew he was biased, but he believed he knew and trusted Sona Sitri a little more compared to Rias Gremory. He'd known her for quite some time, after all.

But, there was no guarantee she'd stay the same as 'devil'.

It's said that humans were innately evil, and there are a lot of evidence already. Milgram experiment, Stanford prison, and a lot of other inhuman experiments, plus the daily events that showed the justified ugly side of humanity were proof enough.

If that were human, how bad could a devil be? This thought floated inside his mind. Honestly, he was a little saddened with how things turned out.

" Yes. Rias talked about what happened last night."

" I see."

She reached below the table, and pulled out a box of cookies and biscuits.

" You're not in the mood to play, right? Let's just have a good talk, Faust-kun."

A normal person would feel relieved, but Faust grew even more suspicious. Of course, he didn't show it, and acted normally. Humans were prone to emotions, and social pressure. He had to use them to his advantage, while not being afflicted by them.

" Thanks, Sona-senpai."

" Fufu~ You didn't need to call me Sitri-senpai, though. It's you we're talking about here."

Sona Shitori was a serious female, who took pride in doing everything perfectly. Cold, stoic, and the very image of a model student were people's projections on her. To a certain extent, that definition wasn't wrong. But, it was lacking.

He knew, that Sona Sitri was someone who hated ignorance. That was the thing that really set her apart. Being cold, calm, stoic, and model student were mere side effects of this trait. He understood, because he was the same.

Being stupid is not a sin, but remaining so is. That was his code, and he assumed, hers too, to a certain degree.

" For starters, how different are devils in reality when compared to literatures?"

She crunched one goodtime and looked to the ceiling. Then, her hands moved to support her chin, and finally she nodded.

" I'd say about 60-70%?"

" Comprised of which parts?"

Again, she closed her eyes with deep thinking expression.

" In terms of powers and physiology, mostly. The deceptions are partially true, too."

Faust nodded. At this time, he couldn't help but feel that he was slowly getting closer to his name's original owner. Still, despite what he said, he knew that a war was coming. In wars, the greatest resource was not wealth or military power.

The greatest and most versatile of all asset had always been information.

" Sona-senpai, aren't you too tense?"

His face, as usual, was calm with a little drowsiness on. His mouth had a slight curve, almost like smiling, but also smirking. She coughed and exhaled to ease herself.

" Right now, both the Gremory peerage and I are in a pinch, so I'm asking you since I've pretty much got no information about the supernatural world. If anyone should be nervous, it's me."

He shrugged with a sigh. Sona Sitri giggled at his action.

" Well, you got involved in a pretty dangerous stuff for humans here. But, it's not like you can un-know the information you have already."

" Well, most humans can."

" But you can't. I heard already."

Rias Gremory's mind alteration spell bounced off his mind. She tried multiple times, but to no avail. Somehow, his mental barriers were far sturdier than the penetrating properties of the demonic spell. Faust had been questioning ever since. Did he also have the so-called Sacred Gear like Issei?

" You don't seem really happy. Most people would rejoice having unique power, you know?"

" Well, that would mean our matches weren't very fair."

Sona Sitri sighed and crossed her arms. Unlike Rias Gremory, there was no obstacle to this particular action.

" Well, you are fighting a devil, so let's call it even?"

" Haha, you're right. I guess I'm being a little conceited here."

Faust simply brought a choco chip cookie to his mouth, relishing the luxurious sweets the STC room always had in stock. He let his back rest on the soft sofa, a little relieved. From what he could see, Sona Sitri was not intent on deceiving him.

" Let's talk then. We have lots of time, we'll compensate the time you don't come here."

" Well, that was pretty nice. I got lots of information to process."

Faust talked to himself as he thought about what he'd obtained. Every humans, at least those unrelated to supernatural, would definitely covet them. Well, not really, but for him, it was a huge step forward.

" Yo, dude. What are you doing?"

Issei was riding his bike when it was almost midnight. Obviously, Faust thought, devils' work. His curiousity was piqued, and he waved.

" Just about to go home. Devil job?"

" Yeah. I'm finally debuting!"

He grinned and laughed, unable to contain his excitement. This guy had been stuck giving away flyers for a while, it made sense for him to be very excited.

" Hmm, good luck at that. I'm kinda curious what kind of work..."

Issei stopped him from talking and pointed at himself.

" No need to worry. You can watch my job, the first step to harem kingdom!"

Faust didn't bother dissuading him, and just smiled.

" Alright then. Lead the way."

They walked along the road, with a few talks here and there. It didn't take them long to reach the client's house. It was two story, modern house. It wasn't big, yet also not small either. However, there was no light there. If anything, that'd be screaming suspicious, but he was with a devil here.

It was rather fitting, actually.

" Well, I'm off then."

There was something there, something not supposed to be. It was like when his parents woke up and he was playing computer, only ten times darker and colder. This place was dangerous, Faust thought.

" Wait."

He grabbed his friend's shoulder, effectively stopping him.

" Something's wrong."

Issei laughed nervously. He didn't feel anything wrong with this house, but when Faust said something's wrong, then something's wrong. However, his pride and desire for achievement surpassed his fear. He had to march forward as a devil, since normal human life was already out of his reach. He'd seen already the fate of devils straying from their master, and didn't want to end up the same.

Becoming a monster that shot acid from its boobs was out of question.

Faust understood that his friend was too headstrong to listen to him. Something must've happened for him not to heed his advice. His brain thought for a while, and he finally nodded.

" Listen. Watch yourself."

" I will."

As his friend entered the house, Faust looked around the house, trying to get enough spatial awareness. He walked around, memorizing every doors, windows, and even tried knocking on the walls a bit. Faust looked inside, trying to get as much information and form as many plans for as many scenarios as possible.

" What if... One of those guys is inside..."

The chance was extremely low, seeing no unique phenomenon he experienced before encountering a fallen was happening. However, there was no rule that said they couldn't appear without such signs.

He also speculated that the numbers of fallen angels didn't even exceed ten. It was possible to be wrong, but if his predictions were right, he could pretty much foresee what they were going to do already.

" The ones dispatched here are pretty much riff-raffs and misfit among the faction, after all... They're practically sacrificial pawns."

It was almost impossible for them to lower their already small number by playing around. But, working with such meager number couldn't be effective. Then, how would they compensate? Whatever the answer was, Issei would most probably meet them.

" Well, that dude stripped a fallen angel. I'm pretty sure riff-raffs gathered by riff-raffs won't pose much threat to him."

Faust didn't know that Issei's Sacred Gear wasn't as impressive as he thought, at least right now.

" KYAAAA!"

" Nothing's going as I want, huh?"

He silently opened the door before the scream ended to avoid detection, and entered the house.

The room barely had lighting. The light only came from several candles placed around. On the wall, a man was stabbed through, and crucified. Issei knew that the red paint used to write weird language was his blood.

After all, this mad priest told him with such glee, it was unlikely he lied.

Issei crouched on one side with his red gauntlet out, facing a platinum-haired man in priest garb who had a wide, toothy grin unexpected from a servant of God. Of course, he was armed as well. A sword made of light and a large, exquisitely decorated gun were held in each hands. Behind him, there was a beautiful European blonde girl in nun's attire.

" I-Issei-san?"

The priest momentarily stopped because of her interference. The girl trembled as she called to Issei. He felt her disbelief and disappointment, and could't bear to look her in the eyes.

" Sorry, Asia... I didn't mean to trick you... That's why I thought it was better for us to never meet again..."

Of course, a touching moment was like a drama. Sometimes sweet, but for certain people, the scene was absolutely sickening. The priest named Freed was one of theme latter. He spat, and snickered at the devil.

" Hate to break this damn scene, but I'm gonna get the job done. Newbie, just watch me chop this devil scum to itty-bitty pieces!"

The light sword was swung down, but the girl had moved to shield Issei.

" Please wait, Father Freed!"

" Huh? You-You SCREWIN' WITH ME, BITCH?! THAT'S A DAMN DEVIL RIGHT THERE! WE KILL THEM, CAPISCHE?!"

Asia was shaking at Freed's maniacal attitude, but she stood firmly.

" Even so, even so! I believe there's good in everyone! Even if he's a devil, I'm sure God—"

She didn't manage to finish her preach as the priest clicked his tongue, grabbed her slim hand and dragged her to a wall beside him. Her hands were pinned above her head. Not stopping there, he sliced her clothes, ripping them apart without even nicking her skin.

" Wa-Wait! Don't touch her!"

Issei desperately reached out, but his left thigh had a hole the size of two fingers. The pain prevented him from thinking and moving as he pleased.

" Those fallen angels don't want to touch you, but damn, if I don't rape you, I ain't gonna be cool with this! Huh, screwing a nun sounds pretty hot, too."

He cupped one of her breasts and started fondling. The girl released a gasp, and tears trickled down her cheeks.

" YOU BAS—"

Issei screamed in anger. But, he didn't expect what happened next.

A hand popped out from the door's slight opening, and grabbed the priest's hair. Freed didn't even have the chance to say 'eh' when his head was mercilessly banged to the wooden frame of the door. As he didn't lose consciousness with the first one, another hand grabbed his collar and smashed his head again and again and again until the wooden frame caved in.

" Here's the final blow."

The hand holding his hair slid back to the darkness, and returned with a hammer. It was a normal hammer, used for daily needs. But, its usage was truly brutal. The hammer struck the back of his head, effectively dropping him to the ground.

However, the priest was unyielding. He picked the sword and swung, but the wall was in the way.

" Still conscious. You even human?"

He let the guy drop to the floor, grabbed the knob, and smashed the door against him. After two or three times, the bottom part of the door was slathered with blood. After seeing that the guy was no longer harmful, a figure walked into the room, purposely stepping on the priest along the way.

" Hey, man."

Issei stared in astonishment.

" Didn't I say there's something wrong? You gotta learn to listen sometimes."

There was no smile on his face. Faust Kuroki didn't even spare a glance at him, and fixed his stare at the guy bleeding near the room's entrance, or at least, one of them. In fact, Issei had entered this room through another door. He slowly backed away, grabbing the gun Freed dropped as he was about to rape Asia, and pointed its muzzle at its previous owner.

Faust quickly moved to his location, and looked at the puddle of blood near Issei's legs. The gun he wielded had shot a hole through his leg.

" Press around your wound, and tie 'em tight. You're losing too much blood."

" Y-Yeah."

Faust knelt and pressed several points on his leg. Gradually, the blood slowed down, allowing Issei to press the wound and temporarily stop the bleeding.

" Can you stand? Here, I'll give you a hand."

Issei stood up, putting most of his weight on his healthy leg. Faust glanced at him, confirming his condition. After Faust's treatment, his one leg felt numb, but it was actually a good thing. The pain stopped, and to an extent, the bleeding too.

" Go to Asia, and get to the corner of this room, as far away from him. Put your leg above your heart after that, and keep an eye on her."

He was about to object, but one look was more than enough for him to eat back his words. His eyes were dead on the bleeding priest, and those were the calm eyes that had little to no hesitation. Issei was praying that the guy wouldn't wake up, or Faust would fill his body with holes, literally. Or maybe smack him with the hammer again, depending on situation.

Not long he rested his back on the wall after dragging Asia away, a red magic circle flashed on the floor.

" You guys are late."

Yuuto Kiba jumped out of the magic circle with his sword out, ready for some action. However, what he saw were a bloody mess of a priest, Faust, and Issei being healed by a half-naked nun.

" Ara~ How merciless. Surely, Faust-kun is very terrifying."

" He's not dead."

Himejima Akeno's remark was replied coldly and calmly. Faust never released his attention from the rogue priest before, and he didn't plan to stop.

" Kuroki-kun, it's fine now. We're here."

He was static, not intending to put away the lethal weapon. Kiba's persuasion was meaningless.

" He's not dead. That type of guy can suddenly wake up, and use whatever stuff he probably got hidden. He moves, he dies. You hear me?"

Rias Gremory sighed. Faust Kuroki must've felt this way after seeing the unreasonable nature of supernatural beings compared to normal humans. He didn't want to have the tables turned from an easily preventable blunder.

It wasn't like she couldn't understand, but that level of wariness was very rare, especially at his tender age of 15.

Koneko casually walked to the supposedly unconscious priest, and examined his condition from a distance a little farther from his light sword's reach. She normally showed very little emotions, but the sight was terrible enough this time.

Faust didn't just blindly hit him, but he struck him multiple times at the soft spots. Temples, ear, back of the head to break balance system. It seemed there was great trauma on his neck as well. In fact, Koneko Toujou was more surprised he didn't die after this much punishment.

And here he was, pointing the gun he snatched still.

Akeno's eyes sudenly widened, and she whispered something to her friend.

" Rias-senpai, something's coming!"

" Yes, the fallen angels. Quick, gather now. We'll escape through a portal."

Faust's instinct was spot on. He felt that something was wrong, despite him not having any experience in magic.

" It seems after the fight with that fallen angel, he learns to detect them through fluctuations of mana... Even though he doesn't know about it yet."

" Wait, Asia! What about Asia!"

Issei groaned and struggled from Kiba's restrains.

" She's not a devil, and unable to pass through our circle."

" But, Faust! Are you going to leave him here, too?"

Rias' eyebrows raised and she patted his shoulder.

" This guy called us here. Of course I made preparations for him also."

She pushed him to the magic circle, proving her point. Issei watched the guy sinking into the space beyond the circle.

" Then?! Asia can also..."

" No can do. She's a fallen angel's colleague, and a former church member. Koneko, grab him, and go back."

" Yes, buchou."

Koneko grabbed Issei at the belt like he was not heavier than a regular lunchbox, and threw him to the circle before going in herself.

" No, no, ASIAAAA!"

Issei screamed until his head passed over the circle.

Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima also took their leave immediately after everyone except Asia left, leaving the blonde young girl alone in the darkness.
