NOTE TO Phyl7375: Good guess, but no. Explanation below. And nice! I was actually looking for something a bit more scenic than a full-blown highway (since banks and stores need to be on that road. Interstates can't have that. Nearby, but not on), but that can work!

NOTE: As I was writing this chapter, I thought of something ironic. There are a few storylines I am planning to pursue in the next season, and this chapter is unintentionally setting up for it (I did not plan it in any way! This is how it naturally came out!). I'm not asking for any answers or anything, but I am just letting you know to remember this chapter next season!

?-?

"So what is it?" Kimmy anticipatedly asked.

"It's Irish." Tara explained. "It means 'an unpleasant woman'."

"Our perp seems to think this teller is extremely unpleasant." Sue said, looking back at the video.

"So we're looking for a perp with an Irish accent?" Kimmy asked.

She nodded. "Or, someone who spent a fair amount of time in Ireland."

"But how exactly does that help us narrow it down?" Sue asked, mostly talking to herself.

"It doesn't, until there's a suspect in custody." Tara replied.

"And that probably won't happen for a little while, the way things are going." Kimmy sadly concluded.

"There's no reason we can't have hope!" Sue optimistically said. "Let's see if he says anything more. Maybe it will narrow it down further."

"Good idea!" Tara exclaimed. "And I will keep on working on this video. Together, we should have something useful!"

The three women looked at each other, hoping and praying they were able to find something more before the perp strikes again.

?-?

"I wonder how they're doing." Sarah mused, pausing in her work to look up and imagine the case everyone else was working on.

"They're probably sitting, bored out of their minds, realizing that they commissioned too many agents for one case." Myles replied.

"Or, they could have already identified the perp, and are arresting him right now!" She relied, smiling widely.

He looked up from his work. "Yeah. Highly likely. A bank robber who has already heisted 3 banks is just going to give himself up just like that."

"Hey, you never know! You hear about these cases where the perp did this reckless thing just so they could go back to prison, or to die."

"Not this guy." He loudly mumbled, getting back to work.

"Why not?" She asked, getting up and walking over to his desk.

Pausing from his work again, he looked at her. "People like that tend to do stupid things, things where the police could identify them quickly. Having something long and drawn out, not to mention hard to connect to anyone, is extremely rare, and more like what's going on. I'd say your theory is incorrect."

"OK," she said, thinking about what he said. "How can I improve my theory?"

He looked away, thinking. "Look at the situation as a whole. Try to assess his thought process." He replied, turning back to her.

"And how do I do that? It's not like I'm a mind reader and can know exactly what this guy is thinking at any given moment!" She complained, raising her hands in exasperation, then bringing them back down again.

Myles smiled. "It takes practice. You'll get there, you'll see."

"You think?" She asked, cocking her head.

He nodded. "I know."

Sarah smiled. "I guess I can try again."

"Yes, you can. Now, try to think like him. What do you think his next move is?"

Widely smiling, she jogged back to her desk, motivation set in place to help her friends!

?-?

Sue frowned as she stared at her phone. Seeing her frown, Tara waved for her attention. "What's wrong?" She asked and signed when her friend looked up.

"Jack's not answering his phone. I wonder if everything's OK?" She worriedly replied.

"Of course it is!" She exclaimed, smiling. "I'm sure they're analyzing tactical movements or something."

"I guess you could be right." She replied, setting her phone down.

"I am right!" She said, still smiling. "We have the easy end of the deal, going through the past. They have to predict the future!"

"And they have to do it fast, before it happens again. We can take our time." She rationalized. "To an extent, of course."

"Exactly!" Tara replied.

She smiled at her friend. "I guess he'll call me when he has a free moment."

"He will." Her friend confirmed.

"I just wish I could talk to him and let him know who they're looking for." Sue mused.

"Believe me, if they happen to run across the perp, they'll know it's him, with or without knowing the information we have found out."

"I guess." She reluctantly replied.

"Now, how about we get back to work?"

Sadly smiling, Sue nodded. "That is probably a good idea." With that, the team got back to work hoping and praying all would be well soon.
