NOTE: I did not intend for what happens at the end of this chapter to happen, especially not in this way! It just blurted out of his mouth, and it was so adequately perfect!

"It's gone." Tara announced, still typing on her computer, everyone in the mobile command unit staring at her.
"What do you mean it's gone?" Jack asked.
She shrugged. "It's gone. The GPS signal was lost."
"Ugh!" He yelled, slamming his hand against the counter.
"Hey look at the upside;" Sarah countered. "At least we know where he's going! Another bank in Massachusetts." Everyone glared at her in response. "What?" She asked. "It is true!"
"It might be true, but that's the exact thing we were trying to prevent."
Bobby replied.
"She is right, though." Mya said, typing on her computer. "He will be predictable. Searching for potential locations now." Just then, her computer dinged. "Ooh!" She happily exclaimed.
"What? What is it?" Jack asked, praying it was good news.
She smiled at him. "This is something everyone should be here to know."
He growled in response. "You and your secrets!" He complained.
"I'll have you know, I'm not keeping it secret because I want to, but because I want everyone to hear it, and I need some time to research something!"
Jack shook his head in response, then turned away. "Dustin, you better drop off the kid and come here soon, or she's going to make us all crazy!
?-?
"You all ready?" Mya asked, standing at one end of the command bus, everyone else crammed in the other end, trying their hardest to see the presentation. After she heard a chorus of yesses, she nodded, then started. "Facial recognition finally came in." She proudly announced.
"I thought we didn't have a good enough angle?" Sarah asked.
"We didn't. He kept his face down and away from the camera the whole time," she paused for emphasis. "Except one."
"Every perp makes a mistake now and again." Dustin proudly said.
"So who is it?" Sue asked.
"Meet Morgan Hester." She said, turning to her little makeshift screen, the perp's face on the screen.
"Looks like the guy we chased." Bobby said, shrugging.
She nodded. "He moved here from Ireland with his mom when he was 10."
"Which explains his accent." Tara added, nodding.
"Yes." She replied, widely smiling. "And I think I might've found out where he's going to stay for the night."
"Where?" Jack anticipatedly asked.

As Cathi passed her boyfriend's bullpen door, she saw movement. Frowning, she backed up and walked inside. "What are you doing here?"
Surprised at the voice, Myles looked up. "Oh! Just finishing up some things."
"It is nearly 9, you know. You are entitled to sleep." She said, chuckling.
He nodded. "I could say the same for you. What are you doing here this late?"
She sighed. "I got caught up in some paperwork. How about you?"
Myles shook his head. "Waiting to hear back from my team. They're trying to catch an uncatchable bank robber."
"Ooh, exciting!" She happily replied. "Why aren't you with them?"
H shrugged as he collected his things. "I guess they thought this old geezer didn't have the stamina."
"You're not an old geezer!" She exclaimed.
"To the FBI, I'm nearing it, yes."
She pursed her lips as she watched him walk around his desk and walked with her to the elevator. "I don't believe them."
"Unfortunately, I have to."
"Well, what are you going to do when they kick you out?" She asked as they waited for the elevator.
"Honestly," he started, staring at her. "I have absolutely no idea."
"Well, I'll be right here by your side, no matter what you decide." Cathi said, wrapping her arm around him as they waited.
"Will you?" He asked.
She nodded. "You bet."
"Then," he nervously started, unwrapping her from him so he could see her face. "Would you be willing to stand by my side till death do us part?"
Her smile faded as she stared at him in shock. The elevator came, opened, closed and left. "Did you just ask what I think you asked?" She finally asked quietly.
Realizing what he said, Myles' eyes grew wide. "I suppose I did."
"Did you mean it?"
He lovingly smiled at her. "With all my heart."
A smile slowly came back to her face. "Then yes!" She happily exclaimed, jumping up to wrap her arms around him and kiss him.
"It's settled, then." He said when they let go of each other.
"Yes, it is." She quietly said, leaning against her new fiancé.
