Chapter 3
Deep in Thought
The next day, Yuya got up and went down for breakfast.
"Excuse me, Lilith?", asked Yuya. "Do you have any clothes that would be fitting for the Blood Moon festival?".
"Well, I personally don't have any", answered Lilith. "But, I think Rosie might have some. I'll have the limo take you there".
In about 15 minutes, the limo was ready and Yuya got in.
"To Rosie's Emporium, please" said Yuya.
"You got it" said the driver. They then drove off.
As they drove through the city, Yuya, was now deep in thought.
'So much has happened since I first duelled the Sledgehammer', thought Yuya. 'I became a demon, got invited to hell and everyone here is treating me like I'm a celebrity. But man, if this isn't hectic. I can barely get a few minutes to myself sometimes. *sigh* Honestly, it's times like this that make me thankful that I'm not a pro in the living world. But, at the same time, I'm glad I finally have some respect. Even though it's primarily because of who I know and not because of what I do. And that demon I turned into back at the Arc League; could I turn into it again? And if so, what's to stop me from killing someone? Maybe Charlie can help me control it and teach me how to use that magic I once did. Could I do that magic again? And, could it be dangerous to my friends?'.
The limo then stopped and they were outside Rosie's Emporium.
"I will wait here until you are finished" said the Driver.
"Thank you" said Yuya.
Yuya then got out of the limo.
'All the same', thought Yuya. 'It'll be good to get out every now and again'.
