Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here and I'm back with another rewritten chapter. But before you continue, there is something I need to tell you all first.
For this story, I will only focus on season one. Once I've finished Season 1, Don't expect Season 2 to come as I will focus on another story.
That is all I've got to say, and as always enjoy the chapter!
Tank Top Master
The Tank Top Army is seen occupying the Gym Area, and their leader is seen doing some sit-ups.
Apparently, he has a lot in mind when given the assignment of finding this Masked Individual.
For he and some of his members had a close encounter with the individual before.
Flashback
Tank Top Master and his group were on their way to handle another monster that was rampaging. Upon their arrival, it was nothing more but another brute monster that declared itself the strongest being after its transformation.
Tank top Master exchanged blows with the monster, and had the upper hand since the brute monster was no match to his claimed 'Tank Top Power'.
With the monster on its knees, Tank Top Master attempted to finish it off with his signature move 'Tank Top Tackle' as the brute monster slowly straightens up to fight once more. But before he could get into position, he then notices something or someone jumping behind the monster.
The brute monster had little to no time to register what had happened after it had been split into two.
There, Tank Top Master and his members presented were introduced by the masked individual wielding a black greatsword. At first, Tank Top Master assumed that this was a hero of the Association. But he quickly dismissed this fact as he doesn't know who this is, and where he came from.
He then interrogated the individual with simple questions. But received no response from the individual.
Thus, led to his conclusion that this was a stronger monster, and challenged it in a battle. He attempted to charge at the individual with his signature move 'Tank Top Tackle'. But was left speechless when the individual stopped him in his tracks by using his greatsword to block both of his arms.
The masked individual then pushes Tank Top Master back with ease, and the latter remained in shock before snapping out it and assuming a fighting stance.
The Masked Individual then approached Tank Top Master. Upon reaching Tank Top Master's range, he attempted to punch the masked individual.
But the Masked Individual swirls around his punch and went behind him before he could register his movements or turn his head around. However, the Masked Individual didn't mind him as he kept moving forward.
The members of the Tank Top Army then charged forth as the masked Individual walked his way towards them. But before they could reach him, The masked individual suddenly radiated an ominous aura directly towards them and forces them all to petrify in fear as if standing before death himself.
Tank Top Master had the same reaction while sweating buckets as from feeling such an aura. He tried to turn his head and face the individual behind him, but his body refused to move regardless of how much tried to force himself just to bat an eye on the individual.
But the Masked Individual simply passed through them and disappeared into the shadows. Relieving them of the aura they felt before him while falling down to their knees and pant profusely of the event.
As for Tank Top Master, he remained standing but maintained a shocked expression while sweat still ran down all over his face.
End of Flashback
Tank Top Master would never forget this encounter. Thus, he dedicated today's training to resist this aura should he encounter this individual in the future.
But unknownst to himself, he was sweating profusely as he kept going sit-ups non-stop while his Tank Top Army was concerned that he might over-exert himself from his training again.
Zombie Man
Zombieman was seen surveying a city after being tasked to find the masked Individual. Just like Tank Top Master, he hasn't forgotten his encounter with him as well.
Flashback
During a fight with another rampaging monster, Zombieman is seen lying against the wall without his legs, an arm, and a quarter of his head.
He began regenerating but was rather slow as the monster had acidic properties that delay his healing.
But that's when the Masked Individual comes in and faces off against the monster. At first, he warned him to stay back as the monster was dangerous to approach.
After the monster's defeat, he was surprised by the individual's skill against it despiting having been sprayed by acid a couple of times. But somehow, the masked individual was unaffected by the corrosive acid. Not even his clothes melted when they came in contact with the monster's acid.
The Masked Individual then approached him, bent down, and raised his open hand towards his face. Zombieman then felt one part of his face regenerating rather quickly.
"Who are you?" Zombieman questioned,
But received no response as he kept healing his loss injuries, then disappear before Zombieman could follow him.
End of Flashback
Zombieman then lit another cigarette and continued to wander around the area while the citizens in an area recognized him and kept asking for an autograph.
He didn't mind the attention since he is a Class S Hero, politely excuses them, and calls it a day. But if he ever meets this individual again, he would express some form of gratitude.
Flashy Flash
Flashy Flash spends his time in the same cabin inactive of duty but ponders to himself about his encounter with the Masked Individual.
Flashback
During one of his patrols in some random city, he encountered a ninja-turned-monster and fought it in a one-on-one duel.
Though he did get the upper hand, he was unable to kill it when it used a flash bomb to temporarily distracted him as he looked away and fled the scene.
He pursues the monsters to wipe off yet another ninja from this world, and the chase lasted for a couple of minutes.
But at the end of the chase, Flashy Flash finds the ninja dead on the streets and the one responsible for its death was none other than a masked individual wielding a black katana.
He frowned at him since he wasn't fond of people stealing his kills. But since he doesn't know this person, he firmly holds onto his sword and maintained his frown at the Masked Individual.
"Who are you?" Flashy Flash interrogated,
He received no response from the Masked Individual, and Flashy Flash accepts his silence for a response.
"Very well," Flashy Flash concluded, then dashes forth as he drew his katana from its sheathe,
The Masked Individual simply stood there, and then he receives a horizontal slash right across the waist. But what happened had caught Flashy Flash's attention.
The two parts of the Masked Individual suddenly turned black, then bursts into shadows and hovered past through Flashy Flash.
He could only watch as the shadows gathered near a dark alleyway. But he soon widen his eyes when the shadows emerged and manifested into the Mask Individual unscathed by his attack.
The Masked Individual didn't retaliate to Flashy Flash's attack. Instead, he takes several steps back into the alleyway and Flashy Flash snaps out of his shock as he dashes toward him in an attempt to strike him down once more.
But when he entered the alleyway, he only reached a dead end and the Masked Individual was nowhere to be seen.
"What the..." Flashy Flash muttered,
End of Flashback
Flashy Flash sat there on his chair, and drink some tea while wasting away the cabin's power supply. But after he drank some tea, he then glanced at a printed picture showcasing the Masked Individual sightings.
He had no ill intentions toward him, instead, he wanted to know more about this person. Regardless of whether or not he's related to the Ninja Village he once resided in.
Child Emperor
Child Emperor is seen in his laboratory in City - Y, and conducted several test runs on his computer. Half of those are involved in robot manufacturing and programming while the other half is spent on his assignment in finding the Masked Individual.
Out of all four Class S Heroes who had grown interested in finding this Masked Individual. Child Emperor is considered to be the one whose most active as his encounter was far more different than the three.
Flashback
Child Emperor had received a report that a large monster was sighted in his City. Thus, he was there to handle it while conducting yet another test run with his Under Dog Series.
Upon confrontation, Child Emperor hid behind some pile of rubble while programming his Under Dog Series to fight off the monster and see how long they'll last in battle.
He watched the battle unfold as it lasted for almost two hours. But it ended with the monster defeating Underdog Man after it self-destructed as its last resort.
Though the monster soon realized that his opponent wasn't human, it searched the surrounding area and spots a reflection of Child Emperor hiding behind some rubble through the building's large mirror.
The monster then disposes of the rubble and glares menacingly at the young Hero.
"There you are," The monster declared, "To think that you would deceive me with a robot. For that, You shall die!"
The monster attempted to crush Child Emperor with its large fist. But before it could hit him, someone swoops in and gets Child Emperor out of harm's way.
The monster then turns in the direction of the person who had saved Child Emperor, "Who the hell are you?"
Child Emperor just stared at his supposed savior, and he was unable to identify him since he was wearing a mask that cover the upper part of his face.
Then, The Masked Individual gently puts Child Emperor down to his feet and stares at the monster. Silence is the only response it got from the Masked Individual and it somehow unnerves the monster in a way.
"I asked who you are!" The monster yelled,
Instead of giving it the silent treatment, The masked individual raised his right arm sideways and materialized a long Black Sword in hand,
'What is that?' The monster questioned, 'And why do I feel a chill in the area...'
Before long, The Masked Individual raised the sword above his head and strikes down to create a vertical slash towards the monster.
Child Emperor gapes as the Masked Individual's attack went through the monster and stopped when it reached the wall.
The monster remained still as a statue, and muttered one word before the cut appeared, "I-Impossib-"
The monster was soon split into two and falls on the road while Child Emperor remains somewhat shocked by what transpired.
The Masked Individual's Black Sword dissipates, and he turns to Child Emperor.
What came next was him stretching his hand, and patting the top of his head a few times. He then straightened himself up and walked passed him.
Before he left, Child Emperor snaps out of his shock, stood upstraight, and turns towards him, "Wait!"
The Masked Individual stops and glances at him, "Who are you?"
After a brief moment of silence, the Masked Individual turned away and left before disappearing in thin air. Much to Child Emperor's point of view.
End of Flashback
After that incident, Child Emperor willingly volunteered in the search and started analyzing the existing data regarding the Masked Individual's appearances.
So far, he was unable to make any sort of progress in identifying the Masked Individual as all his attempts lead to dead-ends regardless of how much he looks into them.
Therefore, he grew a bit frustrated and went back to his robotic projects. But still, he continues the search as this Masked Individual and hopes that they'll meet again...
City - Z, The Following Day
Nadia finished taking a bath and dries herself up with a towel found in one of the closets. After she finished drying herself up, she then wore some casual clothing which consists of a long-sleeved white polo shirt, a blue knee-length skirt, black tights, and some leather shoes.
Nadia gently combed her short hair a few times, then lightly smiles after she had finished.
She then hears a couple of knocks on the door and went to answer it. There, she was greeted by Saitama wearing his hero costume.
"Hello, Saitama-san. Is there something you need?" Nadia questioned,
"Not really, I just wanted to tell you that I'll be going out to the supermarket," Saitama said,
"I see, then would you mind if I tag along? I could do some restocking in my fridge," Nadia requested,
"I don't mind, you got money for yourself?" Saitama questioned,
Nadia conjured a magic circle, and it materializes into a handbag. She then opens it and shows the contents to him. Which consists of a couple of bills and some coins as well.
"Where did you get this much money?" Saitama questioned,
"I often relied on other people's kindness," Nadia said, and Saitama sweatdrops as he whether or not to show pity for her,
but after he dismissed the thought, he and Nadia locked their respective doors and went out to buy some groceries together.
That is it for this chapter, everyone. Normally, I would have kept working on it until I reached the end of the episode. But it didn't seem appropriate at the time.
Therefore, I'll save that for the next chapter if possible.
