Hey, Guys. Crescent Rider here and I'm back with the second part of the chapter.

However, this may be the last since I don't intend to prolong this chapter with a third part. But I will try to keep things interesting.

City - A

The fight between Nadia and the monster continued, and the former remained on the defensive as she didn't want to kill the monster.

Instead, she made an effort to try and immobilize the monster. But carefully as the monster was secreting a gas form of its corrupted mana.

Though it can be harmless to people with high resistance. But regardless of whether that person has high resistance or not. The effects of Corrupted Mana can turn people into carriers and spread like a plague.

If a regular human being comes in contact, it slowly saps away their life force and tears them from the inside out. Leading to a slow and painful death.

With Nadia's magic, she can protect herself and nullify the effects of the monster's corrupt mana. But prolonged exposure would indefinitely lead to a problem.

As for Archer, he doesn't have to worry as the level of this mana wouldn't affect him in the slightest. But it will hurt him due to its possession of mana.

"This is getting more and more troublesome by the minute," Archer remarked,

"Believe me, If I wanted to end it. I would have done it already," Nadia said, "But I can't just ignore what's in front of me,"

Archer stares at her for a moment, but when he and Nadia heard the monster shriek and attempts to slash its long claws at them.

But before jumped away before they could get hit. Archer then unleashes his weapon, Enkidu, from his Noble Phantasm, Gate of Babylon, and restrains the monster once more. The problem with restraining this monster is that the corrupt mana would slowly spread into Archer's weapons.

If the corrupt mana reaches the end of his weapon, then his weapon would be rendered useless until the mana is purified by Nadia.

Thus, Archer clicked his tongue and removes its restraints by destroying sections of the chain to prevent further contamination.

But in that brief opening, Nadia charges once more and goes in for another assault.

Meanwhile...

Green-Eyed Nadia had dealt with the Group of Class A and B Heroes without issue. As the last hero charges toward her, Green-Eyed Nadia swiftly knocks him out with a chop on the back of the neck.

After they were handled, Green-Eyed Nadia opted to leave. But continued with her task until the monster had been dealt with.

However, she soon sensed several people coming into the area and she fully expects an upcoming fight.

But when said party arrives, she recognizes them due to a set of uniforms they all share.

'Black suits. If they're here, then that must mean,' Green-eyed Nadia assumed,

She soon notices a stronger presence closing in and narrows her eyes at the figure making her way through the group.

A woman with a curvy figure, chin-length, dark green hair styled into a bob, and light green eyes. Her attire consists of a long white fur coat, a dark green form-fitting dress, thigh-high black boots, and necklaces.

This was Class - B's Top Ranked Hero, Blizzard, and her group, The Blizzard Group.

'Great... Now, this is even a bigger problem than when I once started,' Green-Eyed Nadia stated,

"You. Are you the one responsible?" Blizzard interrogated,

"Yes, but I've got no intentions of rampaging around this city since I ain't some generic monster and what not," Green-Eyed Nadia said, "I was only told to keep people out of a certain area,"

"I see. In that case," Blizzard's body began to glow and several objects and rocks hovered around them,

"Great," Green-Eyed Nadia complained, and materialized a staff,

When Blizzard hurls these projectiles toward her, she goes into combat and destroys every projectile with her staff.

However, destroying a large chunk of rubble had revealed four Blizzard Group Members charging in an attempt to hit her.

But she jumps back before they could reach her and swings her bo staff to knock all four members back.

"I seriously don't want to do this," Green-Eyed Nadia complained, "But it looks like I don't have much of a choice in the matter,"

Red-Eyed Nadia's location

Red-Eyed Nadia kept Atomic Samurai's Disciples at bay while simultaneously having fun with their confrontations.

As of now, Red-Eyed Nadia locked swords with Bushidrill. However, Okamaitachi took this opportunity to charge into the sides.

But, Red-Eyed Nadia saw this coming and acted quickly by knocking Bushidrill back, then locked swords with Okamaitachi.

"Nice try," Red-Eyed Nadia said, and knocks Okamaitachi back to Bushidrill's side, "But you're going to have to do better than that to get past me,"

Okamaitachi regains her usual stance while Bushidrill had a certain thought in mind, 'Something doesn't feel right. If this was a monster, he would have killed us by now. Yet, all he had done is knock us back. I wonder...'

"May I ask you a question?" Bushidrill spoke while grasping onto his sword,

"What is it?" Red-Eyed Nadia inquired,

"Why haven't you killed us?" Bushidrill questioned,

"Pardon?" Red-Eyed Nadia said,

"Your skills with the sword are strong and more refined than ours combined. Yet, you hold back rather than finish us off," Bushidrill stated, "Why is that?"

"Hm... Since you asked, I will tell you," Red-Eyed Nadia obliged, "I was told to keep people away,"

"Keep people away?" Okamaitachi parroted,

"Precisely," Red-Eyed Nadia said,

"Under whose order?" Bushidrill inquired,

"That is something I can't answer," Red-Eyed Nadia stated,

"Then how about you tell me instead," Bushidrill and Okamaitachi recognize this voice from the get-go and immediately turn around,

That's when the Fourth Ranking Hero of Class S, Atomic Samurai, comes in with an intrigued look on his face.

As for Red-Eyed Nadia's reaction, she remained neutral. But becomes cautious as she was now facing a stronger opponent than the other two swordsmen.

"After all, I asked nicely," Atomic Samurai said,

"As I stated, I cannot answer," Red-Eyed Nadia said, "But I will say this,"

Red-Eyed Nadia firmly grasps her katana and readies herself for a tough fight, "I will not let you pass..."

"Figures. But since you treated my disciples nicely," Atomic Samurai then draws his blade and tightly grasps the hilt, "I might as well do the same,"

With an intense moment of silence between them, Atomic Samurai dashes forth and Red-Eyed Nadia quickly analyzes his footwork,

In a split second, Their blades locked against each other. But Red-Eyed Nadia did get knocked back by the impact of Atomic Samurai's attack.

"Not bad," Atomic Samurai said with a smirk,

"The same can be said for you," Red-Eyed Nadia said back, though her smirk was underneath her mask,

Purple-Eyed Nadia's Location

Compared to the other two Personalities, Purple-Eyed Nadia may have drawn the short stick as Amai Mask was relentless in his attacks.

But Purple-Eyed Nadia had grown fond of this fight as Amai Mask barely laid a finger on her.

Throughout their fight, the only one receiving injuries was Amai Mask. But each injury revealed a certain secret beneath his fame...

'This guy... He isn't human.' Purple-Eyed Nadia remarked,

As Purple-Eyed Nadia can tell not just by looking at it, but the guns she wields fire rounds of magical power. Its power level can be adjusted from something similar to rubber bullets up to armor-piercing rounds.

When hitting Amai Mask with an average level, she noticed the damage being repaired in a matter of seconds. And when Amai Mask comes in with a ferocious punch, she uses a barrier to block the attack.

However, the impact showcased some level of strength compared to the other monsters Nadia faced before.

Once they've gained some distance between each other, Purple-Eyed Nadia converses with the Famed Hero. Though, she starts with a chuckle that unnerved him.

"What are you laughing about..." Amai Mask threateningly questioned,

"Oh, nothing... It's just that," Purple-Eyed Nadia stares into Amai Mask's eyes with one of her eyes slightly revealing itself underneath the mask, "Since when does the Association accept Monsters like you?"

Amai Mask widens his eyes at this, and veins began to pop out of his head when he started to glare at her.

"Oh... Touch a nerve, Didn't I?" Purple-Eyed Nadia mockingly questioned while readying her pistols once more, "Maybe I shouldn't have said anything,"

"Shut up," Amai Mask hissed with disdain, and clenched his fist so hard that veins starts popping from the back of his hand, "And die already..."

Purple-Eyed Nadia slightly lowered her hand, and seemingly posed a mocking look on her face, "Then try harder..."

Back to Nadia

Nadia and Archer continued to keep their distance from the monster as more of its corrupt mana spread to its surroundings.

As Nadia thinks of a plan, Golden-Eyed Nadia returns with news to share, "I've gotten everyone out of the area,"

"Good work," Nadia said, then creates a plan with Golden-Eyed Nadia beside her, "Also, the timing couldn't be any better,"

"What do you mean?" Golden-Eyed Nadia inquired,

"With you here, I think we can finally resolve this situation," Nadia stated,

Nadia gives a brief summary of her plan to the two and they understood as they prepare for one last battle.

Once they've readied themselves, they initiate the plan.

First, Golden-Eyed Nadia enhances herself with defensive magic, bends down as she prepares to run, and lightning sparks from her legs.

Once Golden-Eyed Nadia exhales once, she dashes toward the mortified monster.

Archer then takes a risk and restrains the monster's legs with his chains. The Mortified Monster was soon restrained and it can only stare as Golden-Eyed Nadia tackles the monster head-on.

The chains disappear as soon as the impact happened and the Monster was sent rolling into the ground.

This gives Nadia an opening as she dashes toward the monster at high speed and lands on its chest with her right hand glowing with magic.

She lets out a scream before digging her entire hand into the Monster's chest. Where the heart is located and unleashes a spell within its body.

Seconds later, the monster was soon cleansed of corrupt mana and its corpse slowly turns to ash. But in the middle of it, Nadia slowly pulled what appears to be an unconscious girl in her teens and a horn sticking out of her forehead.

She then placed her hand on the girl's forehead and peered through her memories. Thus, discovering certain information, such as the one behind her transformation as well as her history.

This face would remain fresh in her mind and she would exact punishment to this person regardless of the risk behind her motive.

As for the unconscious girl, One of Nadia's personas emerged from her shadow and materializes as the Masked Individual.

"What is it now?" The Masked Individual questioned,

"Take the girl, and bring her back to the library," Nadia ordered, "Make sure no one sees you,"

"Understood," The Masked Individual replied and easily carries the girl onto his arms,

Then he would dive into the shadows, and his way back to the library at high speed while Nadia remained where she was standing and telepathically ordered her other personas to return to her.

Green-Eyed Nadia

Members of the Blizzard Group had suffered several injuries while Blizzard herself had become somewhat exhausted as she exerts too much of her psychic power.

As for Green-Eyed Nadia, she remained standing with her staff on hand and clothes dusted due to Blizzard's constant attacks.

But when she received the order from Nadia, she lowers her head and spoke to them, "It seems my task is done,"

Green-Eyed Nadia dematerializes her bo staff and turns her back on the group, "There's no point in fighting anymore. Thus, we will be parting ways,"

"Wait!" Blizzard yelled, but Green-Eyed Nadia vanishes in particles before she could reach out to her,

With her gone, Blizzard and her group were dumbfounded as they have no clue where she had gone.

Red-Eyed Nadia

Red-Eyed Nadia and Atomic Samurai continued to clash blades in a normal fashion as the latter was intrigued by the former's skill with the blade.

Though if Atomic Samurai were to be serious with her, he would have finished it in a split second. However, he chose not to as a sign of courtesy to his enemy.

When Atomic Samurai was knocked back after another one of their blade locks. Red-Eyed Nadia receives the order and lowers her head before sheathing her katana away.

"Though it pleases me to fight you. I'm afraid our duel has been cut short," Red-Eyed Nadia stated, "However, I wish to know your name before I go,"

Atomic Samurai snickered, then smirks at her request, "Kamikaze,"

"I will remember it," Red-Eyed Nadia said, "Until we meet again,"

Red-Eyed Nadia then turns her back away from the three Swordsman and walks away before disappearing into thin air.

Though the three swordsmen were surprised by this, Atomic Samurai smirked once more and sheathed his katana as well, "Let's go,"

Atomic Samurai soon leaves and his two disciples follow him after glancing in the direction where their opponent once stood.

Purple-Eyed Nadia

Her fight with Amai Mask had somehow reached a stalemate despite Amai Mask's seriousness to their bout.

But when Purple-Eyed Nadia receives the order, she lowers her guns and tilts her head to the left, "It seems our fun has come to an end,"

Amai Mask twitched his eyes at these words while Purple-Eyed Nadia performed a curtsy before him, "And I bid you adieu,"

A small ball falls out of her coat and releases a large puff of smoke that concealed her entire body.

Amai Mask attempted to rush through the cloud, only to find nothing in his way. Thus, he gained a grudge toward her and hoped that he would kill that person the next time they meet again.

A Few Hours Later...

Nadia decided to go to Saitama's apartment and eat dinner with them after a stressful day in Hero Work.

Her head was slumped against the table and stayed like this until Saitama served today's dinner.

Archer sat next to her and felt satisfied when he and Nadia went out for lunch in some restaurant. Although, Archer was the one to pay the bill in the end.

"Hero Work must be really exhausting, Huh, Nadia?" Saitama inquired,

"Indeed, but they've told me to take a day off since I've done so much for them for these past few days," Nadia said,

"I'm pretty sure you'll rise from the ranks again since you've hard today," Saitama presumed,

"Possibly," Nadia said, "But enough talk, It's time to eat,"

"Indeed!" Archer agreed,

With that, The four of them ate tonight's dinner without further conversation...

That is it for this chapter! What comes next is the Deep Sea King Arc. And I promise that I'll make something good out of it.
