Chapter 12: Journal Entry 3
Rabbit! Rabbit!
I'm glad everyone is enjoying this story, and I do know that I am not giving out much of a 'M' rating as I should be doing. Such as, blood and murder. But that's for future chapters. I guess I tend to forget that this is an 'M' rating fan story instead of a 'T' rating. Don't worry, There are more 'M' ratings then just gore and violence, like Angel's pole dancing? I'm still trying to find a good moment for fights and those moments would be in Fight Fighters where Dipper under the demon's instructions on how to fight back at Rumble. Plus maybe a gunshot wound on the cops when they're on a train to Washington, I don't know.
I'm just tired and feeling down to earth or just lost in the stars, or just zoning out. I recently just re-watched Cowboy Bebop and I'm getting ideas of the show doing a crossover with Attack on Titan. How cool would it be if Spike teaches Eren how to fight and to be cool like him? And perhaps Eren thinks about being a bounty hunter like Spike. I mean it is his name after all, Jaeger means Hunter in German.
Anyway, I found that one of you from is asking me to tweak my wordings in here because they are harder to read or understand. I had someone else from that same web site to make my writing better and longer paragraphs in the first couple of chapters. Again, I get to do what the hell I want when it comes to writing because it's my choice in the end.
I do not own the rights to Gravity Falls or Hazbin Hotel. It's a fanfiction story for a reason.
"It's simple; fold the ends like this, straighten it out and bring that side over to me." Said Niffty, Dipper followed the little maid's handy work on folding the last of the bed sheets and pillow cases in the laundry room. "Now that that's done. It's time to takes these to the rooms and make the bed." While Mabel was taking a break after cleaning five toilets without even taking a break, to prove that she can do it and that she wanted to show that she wasn't slacking off, Dipper followed Niffty up to the rooms and started to help unfold the sheets and make the bed with her, which surprisingly it wasn't that hard or tiring as the thought it would be.
"Hey, Niffty." "Hmm?" The little maid looks over to Dipper, "I gotta know, who is Alastor? And what's his life is like in hell?" Niffty gave him a questionable look and said, "I thought you'd already know about Mr. Alastor?" "Well aside from him being an overlord and a radio demon, and possibly a cannibal. But I want to know his background on how he came to power and what his life was before and after he died." "Oh, well... Mr. Alastor doesn't really talk about his life so much to everyone. I don't know everything about him, but I do know he's a kind person when he wants to be. Quite the gentleman." Niffty replied, "Were you thinking to ask Alastor if you could write a journal entry about him today?"
Dipper bowed his head, "Yes, I was hoping if we could try to speed this up quickly?" Niffty smiled back and said, "Don't worry, with how fast we are going right now, we'll be done sooner than you think." And so the two got a tiny bit faster to make the beds, to Dipper's surprise and delight Niffty's words were true. It only took almost about twelve minutes to get all of the beds made.(Counting all of the rooms they have to get to and grabbing the right kinds of bed sheets from the cart.)
After putting the finishing touches on the last bed, Dipper can finally relax and finish up on his journal entry on Alastor, Molly and Arackniss. But first he has to ask Alastor some questions he's been dying to know. Walking back down stairs to the lobby, Dipper spotted the overlord radio demon sitting by the bar having a blood orange while Husk is pass out drunk. 'That's the 18th time I've seen him passed out, or was it the 30th?' Dipper thought to himself as he musters up his courage and makes his way to frightening red radio deer demon.
Seeing the young boy from the corner of his eye, Alastor turns and greets him, "Hello Dipper, did you and Niffty just finished?" "Yes. But Alastor? I've been meaning to ask you about something for a while." "What is it my boy?" The radio host ask with a look of interest at what the young boy has on his mind. Taking out the Journal from his vest pocket, Dipper said rather quickly, "I want to ask some questions about you if you don't mind that I can write them down in the journal?" Alastor's smile didn't leave his face, but his eyes seem to give off a look and a raised eyebrow like a parent would do to their kids when their making a small ruckus in the house.
"Did you told Charlie about this?" he asked, "Yes. She and Vaggie were okay with it. I showed them and told them that if anyone outside of our knowing what it really means, people will just think it's just ideas of creating characters." Dipper explains to Alastor. "Hmm..." Alastor hums in thought before answering, "Fair enough." And so, Alastor and Dipper spent the next hour and forty-five minutes questioning and answering topics about The Radio Demon's past life and after life, as Dipper jot down everything in the Journal.
Although they did go off topic when Alastor describe his home life in New Orleans, Louisiana. Knowing that this is Dipper and Mabel's first time traveling out of their home state, Alastor told him everything back in his days of how life was like back in the early 1900's. From the city life to the country side and bayous. Everything Alastor described sounded amazing, but the one thing that didn't sounded amazing was how people had treated each other back then. Which made Dipper question if Alastor had been treated poorly by others? Giving how he talks more about his mother and nothing about his father. 'I think it's best if I don't bring it up.' Dipper thought in conclusion.
"I think that's enough for now, Dipper. Let's see how your work turns out, shall we?" said Alastor, as he walks over to Dipper and takes a look at what he has written down and illustrated.

Alastor told me that his microphone is a living part of him. Not sure how that happens. "Wow, my boy. This is quite an entry, it completely took up two pages." Said Alastor praising Dipper of his cataloging. "Thanks, it's kind of a hobby of mine." Dipper replied, "I've always like to study mysteries and looking into the supernatural. I even created a video called, 'Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained'." Now that also caught Alastor's attention, "So you're a host as well then." He said, "In a way. Although my last video take is part of the reason why we're hear with Grunkle Stan this summer." Dipper openly admitted, "And what was your topic of your picture show story?" Alastor asked with a grin of curiosity.
Dipper chuckles nervously before saying, "I tried summoning a demon and one of the candles in the pentagram circle caught the curtains on fire." Alastor stare at the twelve year old boy for a second before barking out a laugh and ask, "Hahaha. Was it before or after you started your summoning chants?" "I didn't even get the chance when I started my introduction and then it caught fire." Said Dipper. Alastor still laughed a little before calming down, "Sorry, I just find that amusing. Now being a demon and everything." Thinking back on that incident and up to now, Dipper has to agree with Alastor, the whole thing is quite funny when you stop and think about it. "Yeah, it is kind of funny." Dipper replied, "But thinking back on it, don't you think a pentagram would help you guys to get back home?"
Alastor's hair/ears shot straight up before putting his hand under his chin, "It's possible, but I think it would require more than just summoning circle. You can't just hope that the one you made is the right one. One must always know what they want to summon or where the location is, and to place every single details of the exact runes into the circle." Taking in at Alastor's words, Dipper prosses everything and said, "At least we now know where to start. Soon we'll build up from what any of us can find to use as a way to find a link to you home universe." "That we do." Alastor replied before getting up, "Well, I'm going into town and see if the radio station needs a new radio host. Can't let my title as Radio Host of Hell go to waist." "Good luck!" Dipper calls out to Alastor as he left and went back to adding more entries into the journal.
Arackniss
Real Name: Alessandro Ranieri
Arackniss is a spider demon. He is very thin and hunched over often with a stern demeanor, his skin/fur is black. He has short black hair in the back of his head and has long, drooping black hair in the front. He has eight eyes, and his sclera is a pinkish/reddish color in with black pupils that are the shape of a thin line (which is notably a trait shared by venomous spiders). He normally has a frown on his face and does not smile easily. He is rather short, with his height being described as only slightly taller than Niffty.
His relationship with Angel is hard to put it lightly they hardly ever get along with each other without wanting to kill each other. Arackniss has an aversion towards him, insinuating that the relationship between the two of them is severed.
Dislikes: Having his name and height being made fun of.
Molly
Real Name: Molly Ranieri
Like her twin brother, Angel, Molly is brightly colored, has four arms, and has three spots under her eyes to resemble how a spider normally has eight eyes. She has big voluminous hair that is supported by a hairband, she wears a double shoulder-padded suit with sleeves that extend to the palms of her upper set of hands, she wears striped gloves that reach the arms of her lower pair of hands. Unlike Angel, she doesn't have additional sets of arms but instead has two sets of legs.
Angel and Molly are fraternal twins and not identical twins. And this part confuses me, Angel told me that she is not a demon, nor is she in Hell. Which leaves me thinking that she's in a limbo between heaven and hell and that Angel and Arackness can visit her whenever they can.
Looking up to check his watch, Dipper was surprise to see how much time has passed. It was almost 4:30 PM! It was closing time! Stretching out his muscles, Dipper put his journal back into his vest pocket and starts heading back to the Mystery Shack. Only to be stopped by Charlie, "Oh Dipper, glad I caught you." She kneels down in front of him and said in a quiet voice, "Angel told me about the song for you to listen, and I'm happy to announce that I found it!" Dipper smiles to her and says, "Great. Let me get my aPod and laptop." "Don't you mean iPod?" Charlie asked, "I think it's the same music player only with a different name." Charlie's eyes widen with realization, "Ah, right. It's so easy to forget that we're from different universe." Nodding his head in agreement, Dipper quickly left to get the equipment.
When he came back, he and Charlie got started to download the song from Panic! At The Disco! along with any other songs that Dipper found a little interesting to listen to. 'I mean, these are from the future and in another world! No way am I passing a chance to listen to new and different music.' Dipper thought excitingly. It was then Dipper notice the tired look in Charlie's eyes and ask, "What's wrong?" "Huh?" Charlie closed her eyes and shook her head to clear out her thoughts, replying, "Oh it's nothing, it's just that with so much has been happening at the shack I was hoping to have like some kind of event at our Hotel."
"Did you talk to Stan about the idea?" Dipper asked, "Yes, and he's in the dark about what kind of event we should do. Mostly to get more young people to come." That's when Mabel suddenly pops up from behind them, "More people?" she ask, scaring the ever crap out of Charlie and her brother. "Mabel! Don't sneak up on people like that!" ignoring Charlie's words, Mabel throws in a suggestion, "If you want to have more people over for an event a party is the best way to go." "A party, huh?" Charlie thought for a moment, "I think Stan, Vaggie and I will have to discuss more of the matter after dinner."
"By the way, where is Angel?" Dipper asked because he hasn't seen him all afternoon. Charlie answered, "He went to meat with the Trendy's Deals company for that job offer with his sister at his side for moral support." This was a surprise for the twins, "Wow, I hope he gets it then." Said Dipper, "Well I hope so too, it's a huge step for Angel. But he plans to only work as a hiring model for them for now. And I'm proud that he's trying to leave his old work life behind." Charlie said that last sentence quieter so that Dipper or Mabel wouldn't hear her, but Dipper did hear her, 'What is Angel's work life in hell anyway? It couldn't be that terrible, right? Ah what am I thinking this is Hell we're talking about, it's suppose to be... well... hell?' Dipper hope that Anthony does well at the interview and gets the job.
Time Skip at Night
It was night time and everyone was in bed and asleep, all but one kid. Dipper sat in his bed with his aPod in his hands looking for the song. Found it. Grabbing some headphones/earbuds, he plugs it into his device and click play. It was at that moment, Dipper felt the power of music overwhelming him. Filling him with intense power of music with a longing to hear it over again and again. So much so as to take a journey into the unknown again. 'Angel was right. This song does fit me to a "T".'
After listening to that song and recognizing all of the lyrics word for word for a solid fifteen minutes, Dipper finally went to bed. Only to have the "Ah's" part of the song playing in his head.
And that's the end of Chapter 12, Journal Entry 3.
I just want everyone to know that the microphone that Alastor got from the shack is much like the one Brendon Urie had used in his "Into The Unknown" Cover music video. A ring microphone. I had a hard time trying to describe it the best way I can, so I wouldn't try to confuse everyone. It's also part of the new Cipher wheel. Speaking of the Cipher Wheel, it's more like a summoning wheel or a sealing wheel. It's like the pentagram symbol only with different symbols connecting to the Cipher wheel. The outer wheel will be the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss symbols and the lines connect to the main Cipher Wheel in order to seal Bill Cipher away permanently. It was easy in my head when I thought about it. Plus when they are to hold hands the spider siblings will also hold hands to the inner circle to make it more powerful, by connecting them together.
And in other news, some of you are wondering when am I going to be making a Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained. I was going to have the Hazbin Hotel cast watch the first short that Dipper and Mabel encounter with the Candy Monster after Summerween. Then I thought about them Watching Dipper trying to find out about Stan's secret tattoo. But as you've notice, I made a call back reference to a fan stripe comic joke in this chapter. Also, Dipper and Mabel with have some more interactions with Vaggie and Charlie in the next chapter. And the part of the "Ah's" is a joke poke at Dipper hearing the siren's singing much like Elsa.
"Is joke. Or is?" Oona from Disenchantment.
So that's it for this chapter, the next one would probably come out during spring break or later I've been working on the lyrics and the action details that follows up with the singers, but other then that nothing. I'm very keen on having Baxter making clones of himself, and Pacifica starts to almost, but denies it, falling for Dipper when he sings. Much like how girls tend to fall for cute boy bands or singers. Tell me what you guys think in the comments.
Ja-ne, stay safe and healthy.
