I am fully aware that I skipped the fight between Saitama and the Deep Sea King in the last part of Chapter 9. That's because it wasn't important, but it will be mentioned in this chapter.

Also, I plan to add a lot of stuff to this chapter. Not just the OVA, but also some Original Content as well.

Rest assured, I will keep everyone entertained.

That is all, and enjoy the chapter!

City - Z

After the Deep Sea King incident, the group is seen making their way back to the apartment building with a bunch of groceries on hand.

However, Nadia wore a cast over her right arm and a sling around her left shoulder. On her left hand were light groceries while Kombu Infinity held the rest of the bags with her hair alone.

But along the way, they soon spot a drone flying inches above the ground and it soon lands in front of them.

"Hey, What's that?" Saitama questioned,

"It's a drone from the Association," Genos answered, as the drone drops a small plastic box before flying back to whence it came, "The post office cannot come here, so the drone now delivers the mail,"

"That's convenient," Nadia said, then she turns to Kombu Infinity, "Kombu, will you?"

"Sure," Kombu Infinity replied, and uses a piece of her hair to carry the package,

"A post office's drone?" Saitama assumed,

"No, it belongs to the Heroes Association," Genos said,

"Ah, I see," Saitama understood,

As soon as they reached the apartment building, they decided to hang out in Saitama's room and Kombu Infinity gently places the box on the table.

Genos then opens the box, and told the following, "The contents of this box are possibly letters the public sends to the heroes. Basically, they are like fan letters,"

"Oh, I see," Saitama said,

The first thing they did after they set down the groceries was dumping the contents on the table and sorted the letters by who addresses to who.

The majority of these letters were for Genos, some belong to Nadia, and a minority were for Saitama.

Genos opens his letter and it was none other than some fangirl who possibly adored his profile rather than his heroism. It was something that the cyborg cared little about.

Up next was Nadia, she opens her letter and skimmed the entire letter.

'To Nadia and her friends,

We thank you for your rescue at City - J and we will support you both as our favorite heroes.'

Some of the letters had a few drawings of children which almost resembled Nadia, Kombu Infinity, and Archer.

Nadia smiles at the letter, neatly fold it, and puts it back into the envelope.

Meanwhile, Saitama carefully opens his letter. As if he was anticipating a letter that would acknowledge his heroism.

But when he unfolds the letter, the entire of its message was written in large red writing.

'No one cares about you, you cowardly, cheating bastard!'

Nadia clicks her tongue at that, while Genos was infuriated by the letter.

"Damn it... I'll find out who sent it," Genos vowed as he was about to stand,

But stops when Saitama felt impassive at the letter, "Here's a guy with free time,"

Genos and Nadia had their jaws drop for a moment, then looked down as they recall the events on City - J

Flashback...

Everyone in City - J was cheering for Saitama after he defeated the Deep Sea King with a single punch as usual. With this kind of crowd, Saitama could easily boost his reputation.

Then one of the citizens had to say something about the matter.

"Or maybe... the monster wasn't really that tough?" The Citizen presumed, and everyone turns to him,

"Yeah, but so many heroes went down,"

"That just means those heroes were weaklings" The Citizen bluntly remarked, and Nadia flinched at his words,

"But what about them? They managed to hold the monster back,"

"Then they're more capable than those people," The Citizen remarked, then points at Saitama, "And that Class C hero took it out with a single punch! What's that say about the heroes it beat?"

Hearing this comment, Nadia had her eyes shadowed and then gives a quiet order to her servant, "Archer,"

"Yes? Nadia?" Archer inquired,

"Lend me your shoulder," Nadia slowly raises her head and reveals a frown, "And a sword,"

Archer nods, open a golden gate, and a french sword pops out of it. Once he handed it to her, he then slings her disabled arm around his left shoulder and picks her up on her feet.

"They may call themselves Class A or Class S, but their titles don't mean a thing," The Citizen stated,

"Hey, enough of that. They risked their lives for us,"

"Risked their lives? Anyone can do that. But a 'hero' has to beat monsters," The Citizen continued, but acutely unaware of Nadia walking towards him, "It all ended well this time, so whatever. But it's annoying when heroes who are really just average Joes show up and try to save you. If you're gonna call yourself a hero, then-"

Before anyone could do anything to him, Nadia was the first to act before anyone, "Hey,"

The Citizen turns to her, and Nadia held thrusts her sword just inches away from the guy's head. But the tip of the blade grazed his cheek and cut some pieces of his hair.

He and everyone around him gasped as Nadia held the sword towards him. But she couldn't care less about the people around her.

"Is that how you really feel about us?" Nadia questioned,

"W-W-What...?" The Citizen stuttered

"Is that how you see heroes?" Nadia stated, and the edge was slightly pressed against his cheek,

The Citizen whimpers as he could feel the blade being pressed against his cheek,

"Is your head literally in the clouds?" Nadia stated with a grim tone in her voice, "Because every word you say about us..."

Nadia then shows a glare, and her eyes showed no change whatsoever, "Then you're no better than that monster!"

Everyone around her gasps in utter surprise. As what they were seeing was a hero infuriated by a bystander.

"You said that it's easy for everyone can risk their lives just so they could save countless others? Then let me ask you this? Do you really think it's easy?" Nadia angrily pressed, "Do you really think that everyone is so willing to throw their own lives just so they could save people that they considered strangers? Then let me enlighten you, I don't know you or anyone else in this shelter. And yet I risked my life just so I could keep sorry excuses like you from dying at the hands of these monsters. Would you do the same for these people?"

"W-W-Why are you getting mad by this? You heroes of the Association are always getting paid by the funds provided by the people's donations?" The Citizen pointed out, "As long as everyone's paying them, they always protect us,"

"That fact, I know too well. Yet they still protect people that they don't personally know," Nadia pointed, "Say what you will about the Association, at least they're are willing to take the risk to save people they don't know even if what they do are for their prestige and luxury. They still came to protect you, even when the odds were stacked against them!"

Everyone was baffled by her words, and they chose to stand idly rather than interfere.

"So I ask you again, Are you willing to risk your own life just to save people you don't even know?" Nadia repeated, "Cause if you aren't, then you have no right to-"

Before she could press her words any further, she soon heard Saitama's laughter, and her jaw dropped at the very sound, "Saitama-san...?"

"Today's my lucky day!" Saitama exclaimed, "The other heroes wore the monster down, so beating it was kid's play!"

'What is he up to?' Nadia questioned,

'Probably the same thing he did with the meteor,' The Strict Voice presumed after she recovered her usual demeanor,

"Good thing I was late. I barely did a thing and now I get all the credit," Saitama said, and turns to the people of City - J, "Hey, spread the word, all of you! I'm the one who finished the monster off! I'll beat the snot out of anyone who says it's only 'cause I got here late!"

Nadia still remained confused about Saitama's intentions, then she soon heard the citizens of City - J recognizing Saitama by his reputation as a cheat in City - Z.

Then he puts the last nail of the coffin to the people of City - J, "Hey, you guys! Look after the fallen heroes, okay? If they die on me, how am I gonna cash in on their work?"

Nadia was dumbstruck by his intentions alone, then she had no other choice but to accept his decision and withdrew the sword from the citizen's cheek.

He falls to his behind, and Nadia groans to herself before staring down at the citizen.

"You know what? I think I've wasted my time and breathe talking to trash like you," Nadia remarked, "For that, I will say this once,"

Archer smirks at her current attitude and bends down so that she could be on the same level as the guy.

"The next time a monster tries to kill you? Don't expect me to save your life," Nadia vowed, then sets her eyes down on a certain area, "Also, you're a little wet under there,"

Nadia and Archer turn away from the citizen, he soon looks down and he noticed that their confrontation had caused him to soil his pants before everyone.

Some remarked on how disgusting this was, and some laughed at the sorry state he was in.

But at the end of this incident, the heroes were taken away by medical personnel and sent to the nearest hospital for immediate treatment of their sustained injuries.

End of Flashback

The very thought of that incident had brought several thoughts into the two.

Genos vowed to remain by his master's side while Nadia had become more intrigued about his intentions.

All in the while, Saitama proceeds to open another letter that was addressed to him, "Hey, there's one more,"

Saitama proceeds to rip the envelope open and pulls the letter out. Genos had his hand cannon at the ready while Nadia peeked over.

What was written on the paper was one sentence to him.

'To the hero Saitama: THANKS!'

"Someone's thanking me," Saitama said,

"It must be someone you saved," Genos presumed,

"Oh, that reminds me," Nadia said, and then pulls out a different letter from the letter, "I found this letter among my pile. Apparently, it's addressed to you, Saitama-san"

Saitama then takes the letter from Nadia's hand and proceeds to open said letter while Genos was readying his hand cannon again.

When he unfolds the letter, Saitama gasps at the letter as well as the sender of the letter.

'Saitama-san. After weeks of you taking me to your apartment. I couldn't be more grateful for your unending hospitality.

You have not only given me a home, but you've shown me certain aspects of what it means to be a hero.

For that, I thank you.

Sincerely, Nadia'

At the end of the letter, Saitama turns to her and Nadia scratches the back of her head a couple of times.

"I'm really sorry that I couldn't say it all. So I thought this way was preferable," Nadia said,

Saitama made a closed-eyed smile and patted her head a few times.

"No worries," Saitama said,

Genos smiled with some relief, browsed the box, and pulled out another letter for Saitama.

"Saitama-sensei, It appears that you have a letter from the Heroes Association," Genos said, and hands the letter to him,

"The Association? Are they firing me?" Saitama questioned, and takes the letter from the cyborg's hand,

While he opens it, Genos hands another letter to Nadia, "By the way, this is a letter from the Association as well. And it's for you, Nadia,"

"Really?" Nadia presumed, and takes the letter,

As both of them opened their letters, Saitama's letter reveals that he has been promoted to the top placer of Class - C while Nadia was given some sort of invitation by the executives of the Heroes Association.

With the dates in mind, the two would plan to go there together and see what the executives of the Heroes Association have in store for them.

But before they left, Nadia made a quick message to a certain someone and then joins up with Saitama afterward.

Meanwhile...

Bang is seen in his dojo, and Charanko had just arrived with the latest newspaper.

Charanko soon gives a copy to his master, and the latter reads today's headline. Apparently, the Deep Sea King wasn't the only thing that came into interest.

On page two of the newspaper, Bang noticed that the monster known as 'Kombu Infinity' was receiving praise from the people of City - J after confronting the Deep Sea King in the Association Shelter.

What's more, it also mentioned his Martial Arts being used defensively rather than offensively. This mention made him smile with pride, then he turns to Charanko with a motivating look on his face.

"Charanko," Bang called out,

"Y-Yes?" Charanko responded,

"For today's lesson, we will be learning the basics. Are you prepared for the trials ahead?" Bang inquired,

"Y-Yes!" Charanko responded, and Bang seemingly chuckled despite his awareness of Charanko's lack of talent...
