Halloween Horrors
Chapter seven
Carolyn had been worried for the past few hours in regard to her husband having gone to the Crow's feet bar with his new client. She had called the bar to have been told that he had left hours ago. She had been concerned about needing to be calling the police to have them check for him.
Meanwhile, Richard Castle after his gig at the Genesis bookstore heads for the 12th late. His wife Kate Beckett had been notified of her husband at the station to help out with the case of the first body. His children with help from the babysitter and Beckett had gone to sleep.
Walking into the 12th with Captain Anderson and the overnight officers sitting at their desks. He noticed Sergeant William Anderson and Lt. Jose Alverez filling out the paperwork when they see him walking over in his suit.
"Hey! Castle how goes the book tour?" his son-in-law Sergeant William Anderson asked.
"Interesting never the less William. However, I am more interested in the body found in the apartment complex a while ago," he tells him with Lt. Alverez to be answering the black phone. It was the woman Carolyn explaining her story about her lawyer husband.
"Are you sure about this Carolyn?" Lt. Alverez responded with the question.
Blowing up slightly over the phone. "Of course, I am sure Lt., I had told Michael I had a feeling this particular client is trouble." she cried out.
Pointing to his partner and Richard Castle. He motioned to have him listen to the call on the other line. "Okay, I and my partner Sergeant Anderson and a consultive to the Crow's feet bar and investigate. Is this the number on the screen that we can contact you?" he alluded to the question.
"Thank you, Lt. Alverez," she said trying to stay calm the best she could calling from home.
Lt. Alverez will say the following to the two of them. "What did you think of it gentlemen?" he inquired with the question.
Sergeant William Anderson will say with his father-in-law. "We have better be going to find out what has happened to this lawyer. Even though normally she needed to fill out a missing person's report in 24 plus hours." he included.
"Then we have better be moving. Castle are you interested in helping out with the case?" Lt. Alverez asked calmly grabbing the items he was going to be needing as Castle says the following.
"Of course! I have been waiting all day to do something constructed." he was being frank with his comment.
All three of them begin to move heading for the elevator leaving Captain Anderson and three other detectives working on other murder cases.
