If they don't cooperate, they're just gonna fight each other while Azula quietly sneaks out of the room, wondering what the fuck is wrong with them.
If do cooperate, then they'd just exchange glances, ask Azula why she undressed in front of them and then confirm her assumption that it was okay for her to do so since she was with her best friends and her brother.
Since Zuko has no chill, he'd immediately go for the kiss, which would scare Azula off a little - just a little - but Mai and Ty Lee would reassure her that this is fine, and that it's not bad, it's just regular sibling affection. Zuko would then say that it's also okay for friends to kiss each other and not so subtly bring Azula close to her friends.
They'd kiss and grope her everywhere, all while keeping on telling her that everything they're doing to her is normal and doesn't "count" as anything inapproriate or sexual. Azula would quickly stop believing them, but would not care and just let the three of them do whatever they wanted to her.
