Just add them stealing some drinks after they trash Chan's house during "The Beach" and let the tension between all of them do the rest XD
Maybe it could start as sort of a truth or dare type of thing, and eventually either Zuko or Mai dare Azula and Ty Lee to kiss - which they all enjoyed a little too much - and it just leads to everyone daring the others to make out with someone else in the group. Zuko would probably hesitate a little before kissing Azula, but pretty much all of his shame would disappear after that.
Before the sun rises, they're all walking back to Li and Lo's beach house, all of them too embarassed to say anything.
